just right.

Caroline on the mic,

wants a star on the ice.

Game's athlete so strong,

keeps the balance precise.

And Jamie's in the house,

the engine full of grit.

Never backing down,

down doesn't know the words.

When together they bring the fire,

never say never.

So buckle up friends,

it's burpees forever.

Welcome to Sunday night.

welcome to sunday night we are here

without scott we're sad that he's not here

today but probably less sad than he is

are you not gonna do this sunday sunday

sunday i was gonna see if you're gonna

do it yeah

I'm sure he's heartbroken over those

Bears.

I just had the Niners win,

so I'm happy with that.

My Lions did great today.

Jameson Williams performed.

I actually think I might win a week

of fantasy football.

Holy smoke.

I didn't even try to do fantasy this

year.

I quit so fast last year.

No, I don't think so.

Oh my gosh.

I don't think I'm in it this year.

No.

No.

Last year, I got, like, remember, like,

they randomly chose our teams?

Yeah.

And then I think I had some injuries,

tried to make some trades,

but I just never understood how it worked,

so I just kind of gave up.

That's kind of how I feel this year.

Like, I got super lucky last year.

I picked up Rico Daudo, like,

week three or four,

and he just was amazing.

And, like, this year, I'm like,

all my players are hurt.

I mean,

everyone is kind of dealing with that,

but

I don't know.

Mine is not so hot,

but I might win this week.

So we'll see.

It's Thanksgiving in Canada.

So happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadians

out there.

Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Did you get,

so did you do like family get together

and dinner and everything?

Yeah.

So we did a big dinner tonight.

So all of my nephews, nieces,

like husband, boyfriends,

everyone was there.

And I'll show you my little video.

All the meals.

Wow.

The turkeys, the ham, the potatoes,

the stuffing, all of it.

The deviled egg?

No, not for us here.

What?

No, not for us.

It was good.

It was good.

You sound like you are in an airplane.

Should I take the headphones off?

I don't know.

I don't know.

Yes.

Because I hear echoing.

Yeah, try taking them off.

Let's see.

Now you need to change your audio.

Are you able to do on your end?

I'm getting anyone else?

Is this better?

I don't know, chat?

Better or worse?

Better or worse?

Still an echo?

Yeah, there's an echo.

I wonder... I wonder if you, like,

took out the headphones as a mic all

together and just used, like,

the computer to just talk out loud.

I took off the headphones,

so nothing's plugged in now.

Okay.

It's still echoey?

It's less of an echo now.

I'm not getting the feedback.

I do still have the hum and stuff.

John Jenkins, enjoy the sauna.

Try to keep you entertained.

Should I try to sign out and back

in?

I'm trying to find further sound.

Yeah, you gotta go to your study.

Sorry.

Sorry.

I brought my school computer,

not the one I've been using lately.

Well...

Better than it was That computer I got

switched out.

Okay,

so that computer made it through one week

of the show and that was it once

you guys mention the That the fan noise

I had it switched out Yeah,

we need to I Don't know which one

it is

It's probably your microphone.

Microphone?

Yeah.

So, I'm putting on the default one.

Is that headset?

No.

It's in French, so I have no idea.

Yeah, but it cuts out the word.

I don't even know.

Does it say default headset or...

It says default microphone.

Yeah.

How does it sound now?

No, it sounds the same.

Then there's a communications microphone.

How about now?

Same.

And then it says microphone and then

another type of audio.

Okay.

He wants you to try to hop out

and come back in.

Just me.

What's up, chat?

How was everyone's weekend?

Anybody do anything extra fun?

Big games?

Wins?

Losses?

I'm guessing Eric Mackey was thrilled.

Scott was sad.

Great weekend, Craig.

Craig, who was your team?

Do you want me to use my phone?

Maybe.

Try it.

Well,

did anyone else catch the Spartan game?

That was wrong.

Interesting reference in there.

We put up a good fight.

I can't be totally mad about it.

Oh my gosh.

It was, we will be talking about that.

Saturday was rough.

Yes.

I gave up.

So quite honestly, I'm not,

there's some stuff that I haven't watched.

I'm not lying.

I'm waiting for it to get uploaded so

I can watch it.

I couldn't watch Saturday.

Well, Scott's still on the road,

so he can't really, he's driving.

I don't think that's a good thing.

We knew this was very,

very likely that he would, I mean,

we would have had to have gone back

to like a Tuesday night show or something.

Oh yeah.

That's already better.

Terrible, Tessa.

I caught...

So this morning's broadcast was really

good.

Hold on.

I can't even hear anything right now.

We can hear you great.

Oh, my God.

This is the worst.

Oh, Dave's almost home.

That's good.

Dave caught you on the stream several

times.

His microphone.

um i thought this morning's broadcast was

significantly better it ended up skipping

on me i ended up playing golf today

with my family um at like one o'clock

right right before that i it was skipping

on me again and i was like well

i gotta go anyway so i don't care

it was a great showing for the female

masters

Oh, so train this, that is my complaint.

Yep.

So train to Olive says,

this is why I get irritated with a

paywall.

If it's not going to work immediately,

like Friday was whatever.

Um, and I, and I realized, you know,

internet's going to have issues,

especially there's the storm going on

through there.

But immediately on Saturday,

when it was skipping, I was like,

people are going to be furious that they

spent thirty dollars on this and it isn't

even working.

Like we would have been better off just

having what we had on Friday.

Like,

I just don't know what the fix is.

Cause I understand we need,

we need the income,

but we're okay dealing with choppiness

like, and like NorCal,

we're aware that the internet isn't great

and it's going to be choppy.

but it's free and we accept it.

It's not,

it's just not okay when you pay thirty

dollars and you can't even watch it.

I could not watch Saturday's broadcast at

all.

It, literally, I sent Carolyn and Scott,

because I was trying to make sure it

wasn't just me.

I was like,

is something going on on my end?

And I sent like a thirty second clip

of me just, and it's just, it just,

it just,

it's like a skipping CD just stuck in

the same spot.

So,

Um, yeah,

it's really frustrating when you pay for

something for it to be, to not work.

I,

I'm okay with it not working or us

figuring out the glitches when it's free

on YouTube, but I don't,

and I don't know what fixes.

I don't know if flow needs to be

out and hardwire something.

I have no idea.

train it's a shame because i love the

programming programming was excellent they

were they were nice i mean some were

a little bit longer you're watching

several heats of six but i felt like

a lot of them were like shorter and

there was like activity going on what's uh

kdl i heard the issues were on flows

end like when you guys have issues with

stream yard yeah see i

I haven't heard,

I caught the post show yesterday on

Saban's channel,

but I don't think they are,

they have watched any of it yet.

So I don't think they know.

I think it was Blinton that I,

that like that kind of conversation was

happening.

And I don't know if anyone really knows.

So I'll be curious if,

When I went in today on Flow,

I couldn't pull up yesterday's replay.

So I don't know if Flow pulled it

down or what.

Because late last night I tried to replay

it and it was still skipping.

So Vicky says,

Pedro talked about the weather affecting

the stream yesterday.

and according to cfn the recording will be

on which yeah we were we expect that

right like after a couple days they'll

upload it the whole feed pesto says it

was it was dave i must have missed

something from dave drew

Let's see what we got.

Went deer hunting.

He saw some deer and the Packers pounded

the Bears.

Now the Brewers are going to pound the

Dodgers.

I have not been following my baseball

lately.

Hopefully Carolyn comes back and joins me

so I'm just not talking at you guys.

I might have to put Vicki in here

to chat with me.

Well, thanks, Frazier.

I'm just rolling.

Give me,

you guys give me some chat topics.

Wadapalooza was better.

Wadapalooza was better, but well,

I guess I can't.

So truthfully,

I think I said this last week.

I did not pay for flow.

I just reinstated my flow on Saturday

morning.

So I didn't have flow for,

I just watched what was free on YouTube.

And, again,

it just seems like maybe that's the route

to go.

Or maybe Flow does what they did for

Guadalupe and puts it straight to YouTube.

Because if their platform is part of the

issue, we definitely need to address that.

Tessa said, how did Tyson do?

Again,

I was golfing when the game was happening.

But what I saw,

I think Tyson started and made it, what,

maybe three quarters.

The last thing I saw was he threw

an interception.

I don't know if that's why they pulled

him.

But then Case came in,

and he also threw an interception.

So I don't know.

I just think they had a rough day

today.

All right, who's got?

Larry,

so do you do any zone two at

all?

LOL.

If so, how many hours a week?

I'm going to say like one day a

week, maybe twenty ish minutes.

I like on a bike.

Not very much.

Larry, I don't do very much.

That's not it.

I don't know when I work out.

I just.

I can't really stay in that.

You know,

did anyone watch that thing with,

with that John Wood and Tyler did where

it's like, like Tyler's bad at,

I can't remember if Tyler's bad at,

he's great at hurting,

but bad at like that middle part.

I almost feel like I'm like that a

little bit.

I'd like to do some,

whatever he did with that.

I know zone two,

that became like a huge topic.

I have not finished Crash,

so looks like someone... KDL,

are you saying Noah Wilson won?

Because Noah Wilson was not at this time.

I know he was ahead,

and I don't think there was any way

that Colton was going to be able to

beat him.

He would have had to beat him by,

like,

Yeah, like ten people.

And that was not going to happen.

Okay,

so KDL says there's a new king of

crash.

I'm kind of stoked for Noah.

I thought it was a really good showing

for him this weekend.

I mean,

and that's what sucks for someone like

Colton.

If it's like you and one other person

going back and forth,

and you have one event where you weren't

with them,

you have no shot of gaining back on

anything.

on him.

And then Tessa Lidio for women.

I don't know.

Maybe we'll have Vicki pull up the

leaderboard so we can go over it.

Was she leading going into it?

I don't think there was a big enough

switch there on that final event.

Oh, here it is, folks.

All right.

So, yes.

Noah Wilson by what do we got?

What is that?

Twenty-nine points?

And then Colton by at thirty one.

So ten points.

Sam got third.

Good for him.

The Michigan boy.

How'd that Minervini finish?

Did he drop?

All right.

Just under Zach Levy.

You can zoom a little bit again.

That's really hard for me to see.

Logan Brown.

So who's our first place?

Can you go to the left a little

so I can see the names a little

better?

Who was our first place?

Was it Mitch Wagner was our first place

Masters men?

Oh, there he is.

Okay.

So Mitch did end up taking it very,

but they were back to back Mitch and

Hudson.

So twelfth and then thirteenth was our

Masters men.

Honestly,

that's pretty excellent in a field like

this, I think.

Cool.

Let's see the ladies.

All right.

So Lydia's first, thirty-one.

And Maddie Fouts, second.

Oh, twenty-one.

Jeez, she kind of killed it, huh?

Twenty-one for Lydia.

Forty-seven for Maddie Fouts.

Kaitlyn Bernadine, fifty.

Pretty close there.

Wow.

Henzie Riley, fourth.

Almost on the podium by point five.

And then Hattie right there.

Zoe Warren, good showing.

I thought she looked really good this

weekend.

I mean,

beating the likes of Carolyn Stanley.

Allie Mertens, good finish, Allie.

Samantha Pugh, Trista Smith, Liz Wishart.

Yeah,

I thought there was good competition on

both the men's and females.

I think the podium was pretty locked up

pretty early.

But, I mean, it makes second,

third exciting to watch.

All right.

I want to address this one.

Frazier farms.

If there's going to be a paywall,

there should just be a members only

YouTube hard to watch on other platforms.

I was thinking about this.

If I wouldn't have been like so hung

over yesterday, um,

I would have joined like me.

I was thinking about this.

I don't want to take anything from cat

crash, but like, you know, like spin,

I'll do the watch long.

Like literally I just wanted to go live

of just like

me on the couch walk like not showing

the tv and actually like everyone would be

watching on their own flow but like just

so there was the chat so we could

discuss or you know because i'm like i'm

sitting there chatting with carolyn and

scott and scott was driving so he wasn't

really watching but like i was trying to

figure out what was going on but i

totally agree there needs to be a live

youtube going just for the chat and

whether that's just on your phone while

you're

i had a wedding friday night so my

yesterday was unproductive folks can you

hear me i can hear you you might

have to talk kind of loud but yes

i can hear you okay perfect um yeah

i can't add myself to the thing tonight

so i think that the code you gave

me is just like in a one dishers

like i was like waiting in the oh

sorry no it's all good i think as

you were sharing you couldn't see me what

did i miss sorry

We just went over the podium.

So we went over who won.

Lydia won.

Like, Noah didn't have, like,

anything outside of top five.

No.

Like, just, like, no holes.

Even when Colton was beating him, it was,

like, barely beating him.

Like, he was right there behind that.

If there was a deeper field...

Like, cause like, you know, like when,

when there was, um, the P score itself,

like Colton would get way ahead on some

stuff,

but like Noah was right there with him

on so many of the workouts,

like that burpee workout to end the ring

muscle up one.

Yep.

Like it wasn't, um,

it wasn't like Colton would have gone away

with a lot more points,

even if it was P score.

I agree.

Like, Noah was very impressive,

very steady the whole time.

And then Lydia was basically top two the

entire time.

I think her worst was, like, a fifth,

maybe once.

Right.

Yeah, I did mention that.

Like,

there was just nowhere for Colton to make

up on Noah.

Like, it was going to be one-two.

And that makes it really hard in a

comp like this.

Like, that's how, like, things would be,

like,

when there would be ten people at the

games in the Masters.

Like,

there really isn't much shuffling to be

done.

But Lydia, it wasn't.

I mean, that was a blowout.

She's just fitter.

She's just in another week also.

I actually liked the ring muscle-up

workout better than I think it would have

been the other bar.

Like, I was happy with that change.

You were happy with that change?

I'm torn because I completely

understand...

JR's hesitation to proceed with the IPS.

And yes,

he probably should have released it like

three months ago.

And I think, honestly, I think even still,

there would have probably still been some

issues.

how many people really have access to that

bar seriously it becomes a huge advantage

which i don't like it becomes a huge

advantage to who has access to a piece

of equipment while other people don't have

it and like are we testing fitness or

are we testing who has access to things

so like it's it's annoying yeah i can

agree with that if it was just like

something to adapt to kind of like when

they throw in like the log muscle ups

it's just bigger right like if you're just

trying to adapt to it i'm okay with

it if it's to the point where it's

going to be dangerous if you haven't

practiced on it then i think this is

the right call and and yes i agree

with you i thought it was the right

call like if you have if you if

you're in the warm area before the workout

not warm up area but um briefing whatever

yeah you have like

four bloody noses teeth missing like i

would like if i'm jr like i'm like

oh holy crap like this like you know

maybe i gotta think about switching it

like so i thought it was cool that

he switched it like i think that that

is you know like hard as a programmer

to kind of check your ego and switch

things that you really wanted to see but

like props to him to maybe recognize that

like

maybe it wasn't the right time to add

that movement and possibly next year we

see it.

Oh, I think,

I think everybody better be prepared for

it next year.

I think he made it clear he wants

it and he acknowledges maybe he didn't

give enough lead time.

So I think everyone should be ready to

see that next year and should be

practicing.

Train Talib says,

do you think Colton just expected to win

honestly?

And also, yes,

the scoring didn't really make a

difference.

Do you think he expected to win?

I mean,

I think he always expects to win at

Crash.

Like, I think that that's his mentality.

Now, does he not?

I think he has still a respect for

his competitors,

where I don't think that he thinks it

would be easy.

And I think that he's well aware that

he could have some holes in some events

that could make it harder for him.

So I don't think that he necessarily

expects to win.

But he knows that, like,

he is expected to win by us.

I guess by our standards of him.

I don't know.

I think a lot of people are,

I'd be very curious if Tyler or someone

comes through and does a,

he score on this and see if there's

a difference.

I think Colton is aware that programming

matters for him.

And I think maybe when he saw some

of these and you know,

it's like this one point, like you just,

at some point you got to know,

Like, unless I don't know,

because I don't even think that like the

one point as well, because yeah,

you can't have any holes.

Right.

And that was the issue, right?

Well, in Colton was down on that.

What's the first event, the run event.

Right.

And that's why he won.

No, he won the run event.

He won the run event.

yeah where did noah see i don't i

wouldn't even call it a run event i

think it was an execution on the wobble

and like he was one of the last

ones to the rig from his like twelve

hundred meter run but he's just such a

good um like wall ball guy and i

think that he got less no reps or

if maybe he didn't miss any of the

over the the

kettlebell sandbag throws like a lot of

people lost a lot of time chasing their

bag missing reps so even if you ran

a little bit slower it became more about

the kettlebell efficiency and the wobble

stuff than the actual run i think so

it was it was the world time workout

most likely like

The bike one.

What was the second workout on Friday?

The double under and hamstand walk one.

It was like the ten ten, twenty twenty.

Okay.

Remember that one?

Yeah.

Well, I didn't get to see that one,

but yes, I know.

It was like the rope and hamstand walk.

Yeah, and he did fine with that one.

But like on head to head...

How much does Colton beat Noah on

head-to-heads this weekend?

That's what I'm curious.

I mean, Noah was first in all hands,

and Colton was eleventh.

So that's, there's your ten points.

That was the difference for the weekend.

Right, like, that right there.

Like, other than that, they were always,

like, one, like, look, one and two.

Two and, like, always five and six.

Like,

they're right behind each other every

single time.

Exactly.

Exactly.

Except for that one, right?

Like,

if you keep going forward from the start,

like, are they almost always just, like,

one spot away from each other?

And, like, look at that.

Like, like, twenty-one, seventeen,

twenty-one, eleven.

Like, these are six-oh-seven, six-oh-five.

We're talking about, even in P-score,

this would be very,

very close on those events.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

I almost think,

I think Noah was going to win regardless.

Yeah.

Even with P-score.

I'll be curious, but, yeah, I think so.

And then Sam was just like consistent in

that third position.

Yeah.

I don't know.

I think,

I think Colton's fairly realistic.

Sure.

I think he thinks he's mentally tougher

and like probably hopes other athletes.

I mean,

the best you can hope for is someone

else makes an error somewhere and you

execute perfect.

But like,

unfortunately programming matters for

Colton for sure.

I think program matters for everyone.

Or we would all be Matt Fraser, right?

Who said that?

Matt Fraser and Tia.

Right.

And Rich.

Well, even Rich, I think back then,

it still mattered a little bit, but no.

Like,

I still would put those three are the

only ones I think in the history that

it does not matter.

Did you have any FOMO watching this one?

Or were you like, nah,

I'm glad I'm not there.

I actually did like the events this time.

Like,

I really liked that last one with the

box jump over and the burpees.

I would have liked the ring muscle-up

workout.

Um,

I would have liked to have tried the,

the kettlebell one just to see how it

is.

Uh, yeah, I, I,

I liked the events and then you kind

of find yourself watching the weekend and

wondering how you would do on each of

the tests.

This would be my bad one.

This is my good one where you think

that you, you know, you would finish.

Um, so yeah, it was,

it's like hard watching.

Cause like you want to be there at

the same time.

I enjoy watching.

Yeah.

Um, but yeah, no, I, I,

I wish I could have done them,

but I couldn't take the time off work.

Right.

I didn't really have any FOMO.

I had FOMO because there's Masters

athletes there, too.

Like, for me, it was nice to see,

you know,

some of the Masters athletes compete as

well and, like, hold their own,

especially on the female side.

You look at Kent,

who I got to go head-to-head with in

my individual career,

and then this year at the Masters CrossFit

Games, you've got Hattie,

who didn't do the Masters this year,

and then Klutz,

who I lost to last year,

and she crushed it last year.

She didn't have as good of a weekend

this year as I thought she would.

I've been talking to her a little bit

throughout the weekend.

I think that she's been just

You know,

recovering a little bit from the games,

maybe a little bit of a funk too.

So I think this will be just like

a good competition just to reset after

this.

But yeah,

the women's side for Masters were good.

They were competitive all weekend.

So it was fun to see.

I mean,

Kenzie was like very close to podium.

Very.

Half a point maybe?

Yes, half a point.

Yeah.

Crazy.

Yeah, she had a great weekend.

But she's so experienced,

and that's one thing that I noticed when

I competed against her at the Games this

year is, you know,

someone with that much experience,

you know, she's a five-time, I think,

individual athlete at the games and

transitions um stuff like that and just

like her experience in competition goes a

long way and i noticed how experienced she

was when i competed against like every

second mattered like sprints to the end

she was fighting for every point at the

masters crossfit games and i think like

she was the same way here um like

she just knows how to compete

and no matter how much removed you are

from the individual field like that's

something that like she just has

experience so i thought that she had a

great weekend she looked good um haddie

had a good push there at the end

to get herself like higher up because she

was high on day one had dropped down

on day two and then found herself a

little bit higher up on day three so

um i loved the little emoji that they

gave the masters me too

I loved it so much.

Did you see the picture with Hattie and

Caroline Klutz?

I did not.

If you go to their Instagram stories,

I don't know if you can bring it

up.

They have a picture with the walker.

Both of them have a walker.

I love it.

I like that the Masters bought into that.

Is Hattie officially doing Masters this

year or individual or making a run and

just see how it goes?

I don't know if you've talked.

Well, I think that

goal for her is still to qualify

individually and then i agree masters is

there like as like a backup but like

it was she could have qualified this year

in the masters and then she chose not

to correct same as like roles right um

they're trying to go individually keep

going right there that's the one that is

amazing

I think I would have been like in,

I've said this before, Zach Gibbon,

he was there.

He's kind of like my counterpart on the

male side.

And I would think I would have been

in the same boat as him.

There was like events that he seemed to

just not even start.

Like the sandbag wouldn't have wrecked me.

I wouldn't even have been able,

I don't even know that I would have

been able to like get the one seventy

five bag.

a lot of the females even struggled with

that right yeah yeah but at the same

time it was so much more interesting to

see the masters in the field and i

think if you're if you're not a masters

athlete and you see a masters athlete in

front of you or around you in a

heat you're like man like i gotta pick

my up because um like it's just like

you don't get beat by masters and the

masters athlete is like yeah i'm hanging

with you individuals

Yeah, I'm almost on the podium.

So, like, we missed that last year.

We talked about that last year with, like,

how good Caroline did.

Like, she would have been, like,

behind Paige, of course.

Like, Paige dominated last year.

But she would have finished second.

And it was, like,

sad to see that we couldn't see her

in the individual field because she was

doing it from heat one.

Like,

being a guinea pig with no one racing

against her and she was...

crushing organs so this year we actually

gave that like the masters group a chance

and it was I thought that idea was

good and I like that JR added that

like on the men's side there were six

on the women's side there were five

because I dropped out but um I like

that race I thought it was cool yeah

I'm glad he made that who was the

highest finish who was the highest

finisher for the men's side was it well

that was Mitch Wagner and Hudson Frick got

so Mitch and Hudson were twelfth and

thirteenth okay

Still really good.

Great finishes.

Yes.

And by the way, this is water.

I'm not just like out here.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday.

All right.

KDL,

this a positive or negative for Colton

going into Rogue?

Is he able to recover?

Yes.

I don't think that this matters at all

for him going into Rogue.

It's like new events.

Colton's the type of athlete that

whatever event is like if there's one that

he can crush he's going to crush on

one at rogan like it just is what

it is like he knows he might have

some lower ones but i don't think it

matters whatever event's going to be

presented to him we'll just i'll just do

yeah i think it's always good to get

to like try different things i mean i

know we know colton does like super tall

box jumps and stuff like that but like

that sandbag toss

height type thing accuracy like I just

think more I mean Colton does a ton

of comps so don't get me wrong like

he's very experienced but I just think

he's the kind of guy that like thrives

off of that stuff and it's it's a

time to push yourself I think he's able

to push himself in his barn just fine

but

Colton's a competitor.

I don't think there's anything bad about

it.

I don't think it gets in his head

to make him worse.

I for sure think he can recover in

time for Rogue.

I think it's good.

Also, KDL, thoughts on commentary.

That crew has been criticized in the past

for foul language and crassness.

Any issues this weekend?

I don't know how much live you caught,

so...

from what I actually don't even recall I

think Peter is incredible on the mic every

cop should have him and Hobart's not crass

and for the most part that's who was

talking was Peter and Hobart I don't

remember here there's a Saturday one I

didn't watch as much today I watched a

little bit more but from what I watched

I don't think I heard much that were

like inappropriate this time around where

There's plenty of times before where,

like, yeah,

that's too much for me on some of

the comments.

But, no,

I thought that they kept it clean

basically the whole time.

I thought it was, yeah, it was fine.

Yeah.

I think they did.

It was the glitches through, like,

the one day.

It was yesterday.

But other than that, I don't, yeah,

I can't recall anything that was bad,

like,

on the athletes or just like certain

comments that you might hear sometimes?

I think they're capable of being somewhat

professional when they're in, I mean,

they know they're doing this for flow.

Is it going to slip occasionally?

Yeah.

So Scott or maybe Vicki is saying Hattie

cussed more than anyone else on the live

stream.

And that, honestly,

that's going to be something we can't,

like if the athletes are going to talk

the way they want to talk,

If you choose to interview people,

that's a risk you take.

I thought it was good this time.

A lot of times with three people on

the mic,

sometimes I would get Angelo's voice mixed

up with... Hobart, Peter, and...

Sometimes I was getting Hobart's voice

mixed up with Angelo's for whatever

reason.

But yeah, with three people,

it can be too much sometimes.

But I thought that they generally did a

good job with sharing insights on the

workouts.

Yeah, I like that they brought Angelo in.

I think he's had enough time now with

JR and programming side of things that he

gives some pretty good insight.

He did the teams before, I think,

on broadcast.

Didn't he do the one, let's see,

was it a Texas one before?

What's the one that was a semifinal,

like not last year, the year before?

TFX, yeah.

I thought he did TFX commentary before.

Okay.

So I don't think it was like his

first time.

Yeah.

With that, but I thought they did well.

Oh, with Chase?

Okay.

Possibly, yeah.

I thought they did good.

I mean,

internet or storm or whatever it is aside,

yes, I wish we could figure that out,

but...

And I have to go back and watch

Saturday.

What was your favorite event to watch?

Hmm...

I think I would have enjoyed watching the

run wall bow one, but I,

it was skipping for me.

So I, and I was again,

Friday was very busy day for me.

Um,

I liked the tush push just cause it

was that like two parter, but different.

And I was interested.

I know there was a lot of commentary

around like,

cause the person who won the first one

kept winning the second one and you

wouldn't think so.

And I enjoy like watching races like that.

That's the only event I didn't watch.

Oh, is it?

Yeah,

because Lex was watching it on my account.

So I didn't get to watch anything really

in that one.

The Power Output one was where I couldn't

even watch.

My stream was literally just stuck.

So that's the one I couldn't watch.

The final one I liked.

I thought that was good finale.

And it was nice to see someone being

lead in the heat and all of a

sudden missed their box jump.

Like,

it happened on a lot of people's first

box jump.

It was like, oh, no.

Kenzie was, like, about to fall, right?

The only thing that sucked is that the

top three leaderboard was almost somewhat

established.

By that point,

there was still room on the women's side.

The men's side wasn't going to switch,

most likely.

Nope.

um so that was the only thing because

i think if the points were a little

bit closer it could have been like a

pretty cool finale in terms of just racing

and missing box jumps and stuff like that

i thought it was like patty was one

of the ones that that went over the

twelve inch box did uh most of them

like just stepped like a jump on but

like when she was jumping it was almost

like a step over so i don't know

what the standards were but like

I thought you could,

I thought you had to jump fully.

It was just a takeoff because it was

like almost like a,

like it was like a two foot,

but it was not really a jump.

So I'm surprised if that technique was

allowed,

which I'm assuming it was because Heidi

did it,

that not more people did that style

because it wasn't really a jump.

Yeah.

Right.

Like she was doing the same style as

the people doing the,

like the one on the block for like

one foot, then the other, because that,

that was a big time.

Yeah.

And keep your heart rate.

Again, if you like held onto that bar,

like Sam did for all forty five reps,

you kind of need to bring your heart

rate back down.

So if you can not really jump there.

Yeah.

Yeah, because at first I was like,

no one's going to actually jump over,

like fully jump over.

That's actually just going to ruin your

legs and your heart rate.

But if you were allowed to like kind

of step-ish over,

then I thought more people would do that

style.

I didn't look at the briefing and what

was allowed.

I did not.

I was like, oh, this must be allowed.

Overall, good event.

JR always wants a great event.

It makes me want to go do it

next year.

I wanted to do it this year.

Every time I watch it, I'm like,

I want to do it.

It's not a good time of year for

me.

It was on my birthday the year that

I went.

Not a great time of year for me

to travel.

All right, Fergie.

Question of the week for Jamie.

Would you rather do the miracle mile on

a track filled with thumbtacks or burpee

broad jump behind Joanne at High Rocks?

What's the miracle mile?

Hold on one second.

My computer's about to die.

My charger must not be working,

the one I'm using.

Uh-oh.

Is it like the impossible mile?

Because that was awful.

And I don't know that I could do

it on tax.

How far behind Joanna can I get?

That's pretty awful.

Those are really bad, Fergie.

But I feel like one of them I

could be done with in like three-ish

minutes.

Can I wear like a hazmat suit?

And can I stay, like,

twenty feet behind her?

Where do you come up with these questions?

That one is not good.

Oh, I always fitness on my birthday,

Frazier.

You have to make a birthday workout.

Yeah, I do have a birthday workout.

Um...

I just, well,

I'm a Libra and I like to,

I'm just, you know,

my birthday is important to me.

I like to celebrate it for the whole

month.

I like to be with my people.

I was gone on my fortieth birthday and

I didn't like it.

Like, I don't,

I don't want to be away from people.

I suppose if I could afford to fly,

like, five, six people along with me.

Oh, he meant the burpee mile.

the burpee broad jump part of the

impossible mile was horrendous so i i

can't vote for that one there's just no

way not on thumbtack like it was

horrendous i've never done the burpee mile

like you're just literally just burping

for four laps not even burpee broad jump

you just sit there and burpee because i

don't understand how that works

How do you,

so is it a burpee broad jump?

Chelsea, I just have one.

I don't know.

I wrote it like eight years ago and

I want to say the number of,

it's like,

So it's ten, fourteen,

eighty-three is my birthday.

And those numbers stay the same.

But my age, that rep,

which I think is wall balls,

changes every year.

It's the same workout.

I'll have to post it.

I actually haven't done it in like three

years.

And I don't know that I'm going to

run it.

It's got devil's press in it, wall balls,

double unders, and toe-to-bar.

I think that's devil's press in a lot.

Wait,

I've done a lot of double press lately.

Road,

I think a few years ago they had

the single dumbbell press with the

seventy.

I've been trying to do.

You don't know stuff.

You see that that picture with Katie's

Katie Henninger posted with like that axle

bar that's like looks like a barbell like

a regular thicker type of axle bar.

And then they also they also have the

sand,

the kettlebell sandbag that's coming to

broke I wonder if ours is going to

be like a height one or a rep

one like JR yeah I'm curious what they're

going to do with it because I just

don't see them going for distance like

they did agree it has to be for

height I don't have one to practice though

I mean just start practicing with like a

thirty pound wall ball like

Throwing it.

Yeah, I mean, I've done.

I mean, our roof is not that high.

I normally do like more like a med

ball.

Yeah, it was behind.

For height,

I have to go like in a.

Like actually throw it by.

What's the next big compass road and then

WP of the next big thing?

Rogue and then Copenhagen, right?

Or whatever.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh, I did want to talk about this,

KDL.

Anyone watch Mountain West?

Yes, I was.

So because yesterday,

because I couldn't watch on Foley,

I switched over and caught Brian Friend's

stream of Mountain West.

I was watching the two minute drill one.

Who was competing there?

I mean, I didn't know.

I didn't really know.

Troy Bonds guard was in the elite men.

I'm trying to think if there was a

girl that I knew in the elite women.

But Carlene Matthews was competing there

in the thirty five plus.

I didn't I don't think there was any

women that I really knew in the in

the elite women.

But, yeah, I did catch that.

And I again, I always enjoy Brian's feet.

I think he does a great job with

camera work trying to get he had that

was a big floor.

And he had four camera angles and angles

and he would do a quad chat and,

and he's very good about talking through

the workout.

He was doing the voice as well.

What?

Like he was like,

he was doing the broadcast as well as

like setting up everything.

Cause normally he's done comps where he's

been more in the background,

kind of making sure the camera's at the

right place where he's on the actual mic.

Um,

I cannot think of the other guy's name

right now.

Claire was on the floor,

which you could see her.

She was a floor announcer.

Claire's in the chat right now.

Where was this located?

I don't know.

I don't know.

Colorado.

I have no idea what's over there.

Like somewhere over there in the Mountain

West.

I mean,

it was like those Western state people.

Like Troy was there.

Like you got your Coeur d'Alene area.

Oh, it was in Boise.

Yeah.

Yeah,

I need to go back and watch more

of that because I enjoy watching Brian's.

Medeiros programs it, yep.

That's why the name of it sounds familiar.

So he programs for it.

Maybe he has just talked about it

recently.

Oh, probably.

That's why I recognize the name.

Yeah, that Adam McAdams was there.

There was like a few people in the

men's that I've definitely heard of.

And I'm sure there was like a name

in the women's that I have heard of.

I just, I, when I was watching that,

I was watching the thirty five plus eight

more closely.

And then I caught the, I mean,

I watched,

I watched a big chunk of that and

that was not a short workout.

I watched like that whole two minute

drill.

How many, Claire,

how many athletes were at that one?

Is it like,

like you're saying well run event?

Like it's,

it had to be a lot because they

had the intermediate RX and

and elite and they had teams of like

intermediate and rx and masters like there

was seemed like there was a lot montana

powell won the elite women you familiar

with that name yeah i don't know three

hundred plus she believes again it was

like it was a du it was kind

of like our floor in twenty

four like two-sided floor like you know

how yeah i mean the one that i

watched i guess i don't know if they

were all like that but they had like

odd numbers running this way and even

numbers running on the opposite like the

rig was split on the middle and then

you went outwards so kudos brian because

that is not easy to film and cover

There was an Apex event also this weekend.

Every time I see those ones,

I want to do one so bad.

Did you see the chick that just broke

the forty?

Okay,

so they have a two-point start mandatory.

It's the fast forty, right?

So it's the fast forty.

It's the same as us in terms of

it's that one yard behind.

But they don't have a three-point start.

They have kind of a two-point start.

So not one foot or not one hand

on the ground.

Correct.

Yep.

But it seems fun.

Yeah.

It has, like, I messaged them, too, after.

I was like, when's the next one?

I want in.

I've never tried the vertical one,

the vertical jump.

And I looked at how they measured it.

So they take their shoes off.

They go against the wall.

Their hip has to be in contact with

the wall, the knee.

And then you put your hand so that

your armpit's on the wall.

And then they grab someone, like,

grabbed your wrist and then makes you and

like, wow, they're like, pull like reach,

and then they pull and then that's,

that's, that's the bottom of it.

And then they'll set up like you go

in all for like a setup,

let's say at the briefing,

because I was wondering how to do this.

Like, yeah, it's like you could do,

you know, at least to do these ones,

like the,

like go above your head or something.

And you can always retract your shoulders

to make your height different,

but

They were pulling their arms to make sure

this is your reach.

And then, yes, they have the vertical,

the broad jump, the forwardie,

max deadlifts in a minute with a trap

bar.

Okay.

I like that.

Max bench press at one-fifteen for the

girls for max reps, and then the mile.

I don't really get how their scoring is

because their miles are never super fast.

but they can crush like some of the

other things and they still do very high

score.

So I guess I don't really know if

it's six scores weighted evenly or if a

couple of them are combined for like

strength or power, but very,

I'm very intrigued by this apex.

Yeah.

How often do they have these events?

They said that they're done for this year

and that they have, um,

Like they haven't released yet the twenty

twenty seven season,

but they said it kicks off in April.

OK.

So that would be like they said,

we'll announce the season in cities as

soon as we nail them down.

But yeah, it's just like it's just nice.

Like there's options now in the space.

Like if you're a great runner and like

doing wall balls and stuff,

you do high rocks.

If you.

If you want to do like a quicker

one-day event, you have the Apex one.

You have a couple-day event now with the

Xenon.

You've got the Apex,

which is more of like,

I'll call it more of a power side

one.

And then you have CrossFit events that are

just more well-rounded and more skilled.

But a lot of options out there for

people.

I've seen...

quite a lot of chatter lately on high

rocks and people being very frustrated

with not being able to get signed up

for an event.

Like it's just so hard to get into

anymore.

And like the most recent thing I read,

like I was on something,

I don't even know if I was on

Reddit or where I was,

but like someone was like, well, they,

you know,

they almost need like a qualifier event.

And I'm like, so, so like the open.

So like the open and then you go

to semifinals and.

Yeah.

I mean,

that would be the start of their new

High Rocks season.

High Rocks should jump on it because we

know that the Open –

brings in a lot of money then how

would i don't know how you would

standardize it yeah you'd have to do like

it's winter time you'd have to do in

gym well you'd have to do like shuttle

wobble like you'd have to like do a

smaller like maybe twenty thirty minute

type of uh aerobic i mean it's not

it wouldn't be any different than like

some of our longer aerobic like shuttle

robe or be over rower type you could

make something that was qualifier ask

right and get the right people seated

Is this for seating purposes that people

want?

I don't know.

I just, I think it'd be,

I would rather that that's been my front.

Like I said this,

I can't get into a high rock.

So I wouldn't like, my thing is,

is like,

you have all these gyms that are high

rocks gym.

And you know,

when these high rocks come to locations

that are high rocks,

gyms are in the area,

those gyms should get some sort of amount

of,

tickets they get the affiliate code that's

where a lot of like but it's just

you get early access but it's not you're

not even guaranteed to get any tickets so

like that's true what are you getting your

affiliation for right like just to say

that you're high rocks gym but you're not

getting guaranteed spots into a race and

i'm not saying that they need a guaranteed

spot to every race but at least if

there's one in the area you should at

least have a certain amount

And let's say you could pay more to

guarantee more spots.

Like, I don't know.

Then, then you're forcing people to,

to become hierarchical.

Yeah.

But I just don't know.

Like, yeah, it's just,

they're hard to get in unless, you know,

people,

because I don't know how all these

CrossFit games athletes and like how they

keep getting that spot.

i know yeah because they just get it's

a they have like it's mostly yeah it's

i feel like it's mostly proven people and

they probably can get whatever tickets

they want through tia oh yeah and there

was the lifetime games that um uh lauren

weeks and uh noel olsen just won did

you see those that one i saw i

okay was it called like

l was it called like lpg yeah yeah

okay that one because i was trying my

darndest to figure out and all i could

see was like i think they were holding

something that had like the acronym or

whatever and i'm like what is what is

this and i couldn't figure out what it

was yes it was like a lifetime fitness

but i mean they have like their alpha

classes i'm assuming it's just like a

crossfit type competition and then there's

deca as well in there yep i just

did i did a deca um

few weeks ago, like locally with someone.

And then there's deck of fit,

which has like running in between

stations.

There's just so many options right now out

there for people want to do like if

there's not high rocks,

like people should look at something like

that.

Yeah.

Especially because like,

CrossFit competition,

like they're they're not in.

They're not happening all the time.

Like, oh my god, the Taco Bell.

What is the Taco Bell?

I saw them write that.

I think it was Barbell Spin posted that.

There was dropouts or something from the

Ultra.

Is it?

You had to stop at like every Taco

Bell or something like on the way.

I don't know if you had to eat

like a certain amount of things,

but every, I don't know,

every Taco Bell on the way for this

fifty K, you're stopping.

That sounds like a Joanna issue.

Oh, no.

I mean,

there's been marathons that I've like in

Europe where every mile or kilometer you

do like you do like a line or

a shot of something.

Yeah.

It is a thirty one mile ultra marathon

where runners test both their physical

endurance and their stomachs by running a

course and eating food at multiple Taco

Bell restaurants.

This is sad,

but I probably would do really well at

this.

Eleven hour time limit.

There's ten to eleven Taco Bell locations

along the route.

Crazy.

You must purchase an item from at least

nine of them.

Okay, so nine stops in thirty one.

That's not that bad.

Do you run with cash on you or

what?

probably is included in the in the fee

to be honest yeah it's like instead of

stopping for water you stop and grab like

a soft taco stop four is a chalupa

supreme or crunch wrap supreme and stop

eight must be a burrito supreme or nachos

bel grande you cannot vomit or you're

disqualified no and how are they policing

no antacids this is crazy

You must keep your food wrapper and

receipt.

Okay,

so you do have to pay for it.

Drinks don't count.

Wow, that's interesting.

Who thinks about things?

I don't know.

Let's make them stop.

Oh, Grubb did it?

I'm sure he'll have a story.

Well,

I'm sure he'll have a YouTube channel

thing about it.

I mean,

you probably get hungry while you're

running.

I mean, calories.

I mean,

you just go and just have a little

bit of small little meal.

I think I would think if you're capable

of running an ultra marathon,

it wouldn't be that awful.

Like,

I think like the beer mile or the

milk mile would be way worse.

Like that is so quick to fill up

your stomach.

Yeah.

But that was so impressive with Justin.

Was it last year that he did that?

Yeah.

Was that in there?

I think that was one of last year's

loss.

One of the lost towns.

Oh yeah.

He's got it.

He was so good.

Grubbs got the story up.

How long did it take him?

Yeah.

I would be curious how long that took

him.

Nine hours.

Wow.

Crazy.

Seventeen minute per mile pace.

I mean,

I think when you think about the stopping

and that makes sense.

Yeah, that's crazy.

Would you ever do something like that?

Not that long,

but like a weird channel thing of it?

Sure.

If I thought I could handle the milk

one, I would do it.

There's just no way.

I would totally do a beer mile.

I think I would have been great at

a beer mile.

I hate beer,

so I would probably just just take it.

Yeah.

I would do the taco one way before

the beer one.

Do you eat?

I'm already thinking about it.

Grace says I had to use Rox Radar

to get into my next Tyrox.

If you are trying to get tickets,

I would highly recommend.

Is it an app or?

I haven't heard of that.

Let me know.

Maybe I shouldn't have put that secret out

into the.

atmosphere.

Do you like Taco Bell?

Do you eat it very regularly?

I have not had Taco Bell maybe in

one year.

Don't go do that then.

But I used to love it.

I used to always like I used to

go to Taco Bell and get like, yeah,

I just loved it.

Now I don't know that my body would

handle it at all.

But

And I used to like their like cheese

fries or like they're good.

I don't mind it,

but I have not had at least twenty

years.

Larry would be my partner.

He'll eat the food.

I'll do the running.

At Tim Horton's fifty K.

We got a lot of options of food

at Tim Horton's.

You can have whatever food you want.

But I did get food poisoning this year

at Tim Horton's.

What?

Yeah.

Yeah.

I got like a break.

Like I was playing a hockey tournament

early in January and on the way home,

I stopped to get like a breakfast wrap,

but it was like,

one PM or like one and I don't

know if it had been out too long.

Yeah.

I feel like all the Tim Hortons around

office have closed.

Are they, they're fine in your area.

They're all over in Canada.

It's a, it's a Canadian company, isn't it?

Yeah.

Yeah.

That's it.

Yeah.

I don't know what happened here.

They've entered in Michigan and New York

in some areas.

They still have them.

I'm pretty sure they've all closed down

around us.

Maybe.

I don't know.

I thought there was one by you.

I think maybe it's more like Port Huron.

Maybe.

Actually, I'll check tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure the building's still

there.

Literally...

not even a half mile from my gym

there was a tim hortons probably till i

think i want to say it closed like

eight years ago six years ago i don't

know but i think this i think it's

the i mean the building's still there for

sure i'm trying to think if the sign

is still there it's been vacant for a

long time but yeah there was one half

mile from me i'm close to you right

now because i'm back in my town

that popped into your gym this weekend

yeah yeah you should have come and stopped

by the wedding yeah how was that wedding

it was fantastic yeah erotica said it was

like a storybook so i'm happy that they

were happy it was very pretty it was

a lot of fun

I had to give my speech.

I know you guys see me on here,

but I am not.

Did you cry?

Yeah, I was just really shaky.

I just get very nervous.

I honestly don't know how I've even come

around to be able to do this podcast.

Probably because there's not people

sitting in front of me.

I used to get very shaky when I

would like public speak.

And then I think now that I'm a

teacher, like it.

like being like in front of the school

or having to say like a,

I don't know,

an announcement of something like,

cause at first it was like shaky voice,

but that like has gone away now.

Um,

but that feeling is like always so hard.

Like when you're almost like feeling your

wrist, like shake and give a microphone.

Oh yeah.

I had like my paper, Jim,

Jim was in the wedding too.

So he's like sitting next to me.

He's like,

I thought you were going to drop the

paper.

Like I was shaking so bad, but yeah,

I made it through.

Well,

do you have any other topics you wanted

to cover this?

Nope.

Crash was a good success this weekend.

Gave us a little, you know,

prospect to watch.

Fun to watch.

Some athletes that we haven't seen in a

few months.

Some of them that, you know,

didn't qualify for the games,

but they've been peaking for a year.

Just to see where they're at.

Yeah, I mean,

looking forward now to Rogue.

Mm-hmm.

going by real fast it is coming like

when do you i leave it i leave

in two weeks okay it's going by so

fast i'm leaving on a monday on a

monday after school okay yeah i don't like

i never got my invitation in the mail

but i just looked at people's invitation

you know how you get the rogue one

no you know you know how the athletes

get their rogue invitation in the mail no

that says like you're invited to rogue

okay you've seen them post that before

But it said on there that they had

to be there on the Tuesday,

which I thought was early because the

competition doesn't start, I think,

until the Friday.

Because I would have normally left...

If I don't have to be there the

Tuesday,

I don't like to miss that much school.

I would be leaving the Tuesday after work

and getting there the Wednesday.

Whenever the day of the briefing is,

That's probably what I would end up doing.

And maybe a day before that's it.

So I'll actually have time to visit.

Like I'll have a day to actually explore,

which I never, ever, ever get.

Yeah.

So looking forward to that, but just,

yeah.

Preparing this is, this is my last,

like probably big week and next week,

maybe a little bit like this coming week.

And then a little bit after that.

Right.

So now it's just kind of touching on

different implements.

Like,

you're not going to get much better on

anything.

So it's like, I don't know.

I got to touch some stones.

I just have a feeling stones are coming

this year.

I got to touch, like,

I haven't touched this year yet,

that last year testing road, that log.

Like, there's a lot of technique to that.

That's one thing that you could get better

at.

and then i practiced last week the log

muscle up i don't have the log like

some people do but i did the yolk

yep that works really well like from what

i remember every time i've done it at

rogue on like the actual wooden part like

it's very very similar to using the top

of the yolk okay

added that I can't do the lateral peg

where I don't have to ask you and

like everyone has them um I used it

once at Jeff Adler's gym um that thing

is so hard though it kills my elbows

just like hanging for so long and then

like if you miss you're just kind of

hanging on one side so I always find

that like just get

And if you're not efficient with it,

you're just hanging for so much longer.

Like someone that can go from one end

and like, let's say,

fifteen seconds versus forty five seconds

a minute.

Like the difference on your grip is not

even the same, like from person to person.

Like,

I don't know how to practice that other

than like single arm holds on a pegboard.

Like I was practicing one day,

like just going to one arm and like

pretending to release.

Yeah.

Back into the whole pretending to release.

But it's just, it's not the same.

So, yeah.

Yeah.

I'm trying to think of,

and now like the sandbag one,

that axle bar, I think like,

maybe I don't know.

I'm thinking a heavy front rack lunge,

maybe with the axle bar.

I like those kettlebell thing, like those,

They look like a little, I like those.

The big hands thing.

Yes.

I've never used those.

I'd like to see that again.

That's the year that they had all the

water going.

Yes.

Yeah.

Yeah.

The fat belts.

Yeah.

Those were cool.

I don't,

I think they're actually probably easier.

Probably.

Like the actual kettlebell come and hurt

your wrist.

Like these ones can just stay stacked.

Yeah.

Which I think is much nicer on your

wrist.

would like to see those back um yeah

i'm excited to see what they come up

with the programming the same people

programming like josh um katie spieler

those those group and then i saw that

dana brand tested them on her like she

put on her story or post yeah and

i'm like i really hope that you know

they don't look at how strong because she

would be the strongest person yeah i'm

like i hope that you know

I don't think the world's this strong

because we're not.

Right.

Because she is, like, the strongest.

Like,

she wins at WFP any of the powerlifting

ones.

She's won the deadlift.

She's won the bench.

If it was a clean and jerk,

I think she would win it.

If it was snatch,

I think she would win it.

So she is so strong.

So interested to.

But she's not, like,

she's trained for herself.

So I think that's someone that's,

you know, still good to test.

Yeah, I agree.

I really like that we don't know the

programming.

There's never leaks for Rogue.

I love that.

But one thing that Katie really wants is

to find people that aren't connected to...

She wants to find good testers,

but there's just too much conflict of

interest if you grab someone that's a

training partner to someone competing.

She's just not willing to risk that.

I agree.

And I think the people that like get

asked, like,

I think Rogue is such a prestigious event.

Like, you just don't want to ruin that.

Heck no.

You know?

But.

If you have a Totobar workout, Katie,

that needs to be tested.

I'll drive over.

What workout?

A Totobar workout.

Oh, yeah.

You love those Totobars.

I'd be happy.

help and i would not share so all

right we got our i don't know i

don't know when they're gonna release the

workouts normally i think they do the

monday awesome yeah um yeah that's that's

it though like i don't think that they'll

release anything in advance i feel like

they would have released it by now for

people to practice like yeah they put me

on a picture like practicing lateral tight

boards like yeah like that one they

released early so if there's nothing

that we need to practice really bad,

it's something that we've already seen

there before or we'll be fine to do

there.

I agree.

I'm excited.

I'm excited.

I have no pressure.

No.

KDL with our pencil, pen, and sharpie.

Or sharpie.

The games will exclusively be on flow

within three years.

Pencil.

Pencil.

i don't think so so the i think

i have to say pencil because of the

exclusively yeah i i i think something

like they did this year with like that

like shared events that were just

available on youtube i think that's how

that will stay because i don't want people

to see it and then you know yeah

go to flow to finish because

You want it to get out to the

public and have people see it.

Unless they broadcast it in a condensed

form later on on a channel that people

could watch,

like an ESPN or CBS or something like

that,

where it still gets exposed to a public

that they could watch.

Because I don't think that you want to

put the whole thing.

ADL says pen.

Train to Olive says pencil.

Yeah.

i mean they're definitely trying to put

some money into the space but i mean

yeah i mean they're putting money but they

also need to back it up with not

rooting the product right like i don't

know if it was all on flow elite

this weekend or if it was the weather

like we're all very quick to blame slowly

because the day before was fine but

hearing that there were storms there are a

lot of people on you know they're using

the wi-fi

There's more people on a Saturday normally

coming to watch than a Friday,

like inside probably crash.

If I were to guess,

there'd be maybe more spectators on a

Saturday.

So like there could have been many factors

involved in the glitch.

Yeah,

because it looked like there was flow,

but like, I don't know.

I'm just saying.

It looked like there was a lot fewer

people in the building today when I was

watching.

Compared to years past,

I thought the crowd seemed light today.

And I also thought the stream seemed

better today.

So maybe the amount of

bodies I mean it sounded like they got

a dedicated line that nobody else should

have been on so I don't know how

that all works yeah I thought JR upgraded

or brought in another line and there was

like a dedicated internet line for this

stream but who knows I'm sure we'll get

we'll watch Savant tomorrow we'll get an

update if he's home I guess I don't

know is he going live tomorrow who knows

he's traveling home it's a long trip back

home good weekend congrats to noah i'm

stoked for noah yeah i'm excited to see

him this year like last year for me

was like quinn i was starting to get

excited to watch and i'm like okay let

me see what you got now noah you

know like i find people that come out

of crash like there's always people that

come out of crash and

They were semifinal athletes,

and that was their breakthrough,

and it might take one or two years,

but we'll see them at the game at

some point, I feel like.

I agree.

Your winning crash, like,

you've got to target on you.

You've got to target on you, though,

for the following year.

Like, we're watching.

Right.

I mean, you took down Colton.

Yeah.

That's no easy task.

Exactly.

That is no easy task.

Like,

Colton has been now the last couple years

right around that top ten at the games.

Mm-hmm.

So...

Yeah, that's impressive.

Oh, and they had drug testing.

Yeah.

Yes.

Well, five people in each division.

So the podium and they said two randoms.

Nice.

Now,

I still don't know why you tell them

at the briefing that they're getting drug

tested.

I didn't like that.

Like, I didn't think I would say that.

Yeah.

I'll make sure on Sunday you guys get

your your stuff out of your system and

bring your IDs.

Like, you don't have to say, like,

you can literally announce it that day.

Everyone's going to have their IDs with

them.

Yeah, just, I mean,

send them the email the night before.

Just say, bring your IDs tomorrow.

Exactly.

That's what they do at the games.

I mean,

I think we all kind of know.

Maybe it says it in there.

They say, if you're in the final heat,

you have to arrive.

So, like,

if you don't give them your ID before

even you, like,

go to line up to be grilled,

they call that final heat.

pretty early and you have to bring your

ID.

I seem to forget it.

I would just say it the day before.

Yeah, I agree.

Will he make the games this year?

I mean, that seems to be the standard,

right?

He's going to be the one to watch.

I don't really know what his

pulls are i mean he seemed pretty solid

he's obviously a good upper body puller is

his top end strength an issue gymnastics

maybe no he crushed the legless rope climb

yeah but that could that's a like i

don't know i think he's excellent i don't

know how much i put on on that

movement maybe but i don't think this is

the first i think there was another

legless rope climb that he excelled at

like i think ring muscle i think

gymnastics is what's really good for him

okay

I don't know what his strength,

like top end strength is.

Yeah.

Cause that's not something that JR

typically tests.

Like their,

their strength test was the sandbag,

which he moved.

Well, he moved that sandbag,

the sandbag and then the barbell cycling,

which that doesn't even count for many

points.

Right.

It wasn't just part of like, yeah.

Yeah.

So like that strength event was the yoke

carry.

Yeah.

The old carry, the bike.

And then the power output type thing.

So that was a different type of strength

to test.

I guess we don't really know this time

yet.

Yeah.

Or .

three three.

Sorry.

Yes.

Because it was on a one point.

Yes.

Yep.

.

Three three repeating.

Yeah.

Yeah.

All right.

Well,

we made it about ninety minutes almost.

Yeah,

sorry for my audio stuff at the start.

Hopefully it was okay with these.

You sound great right now.

Okay, so hopefully it was better.

Get rid of those.

They're not all that bad.

I don't even know.

They get ruined and everything,

but I have to call Lex and have

her show me how to even connect these

to my computer.

So...

Okay, we got to pull this one up.

Scott says no lunch show tomorrow.

He will be back on Tuesday.

KDL didn't even notice that Scott wasn't

here.

We appreciate that,

but we tried to hold it down.

We miss you, Scott.

We always miss Scott.

Come back to the lunch show on Tuesday

with the cowboy.

Yeah, they've been crushing it.

Thank you to everyone.

All right.

Like and subscribe.

Get your thirdsie.

Like, subscribe, comment.

Get your thirdsie.

Get to bed.

All right.

I think we did a good job.

Thank you.
