Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. One of the beautiful things about the entire COVID pandemic, which there were some there were some silver linings to it, was that it woke a lot of people up. And I think specifically, it woke up to the idea and the understanding that our medical system has not really kept our best interests at heart, to put it very, very lightly. And in fact, what has happened is that they have hidden, and they've demonized, and they've lied to make sure that we don't get access to the real things that can actually heal our bodies.
Speaker 1:Because for them, a sick patient is a customer, a lifelong customer. So if you're ill and they heal you quickly and easily, and you don't come back to the doctor for their ten years, they're not making money off of you. But people are seeing this, and what's amazing is that people are now realizing that there are so many other ways that we can keep ourselves healthy. And so today's show will be with my good friend, Jonathan Otto, and we'll be digging into two primary things, which is really light and energy. And I guess you can say frequency as well, which is kind of the merger of both.
Speaker 1:But we'll be diving into how powerful light and energy and frequencies are in healing the human body and allowing ourselves to heal themselves, and allowing us to not be hooked on these pills and all the different surgeries and all the stuff that we're being kind of forced into by going to the typical white lab coat doctor. So please enjoy this interview with Jonathan Otto. Jonathan Otto, man, it's good to have you back on the show. Thank you so much for giving us your time today, man.
Speaker 2:You're welcome. Thank you, Seth, for having me. I'm excited to go deep with you in understanding regenerative medicine, how people can heal and regenerate through what God has provided in nature, how we can get out get out into nature simply and let the healing happen and take place through these natural systems and how we can amplify that in our homes. I think that that's a really exciting thing, that there's ways to tackle this most advanced regenerative medicine that God has provided for us today to turn around conditions that we got told were irreversible and incurable.
Speaker 1:Well, this is the this is the kind of the the exciting part is that the the more you dig into this stuff, especially medicine, you realize that we have been lied to, like, on on levels that are so deep, we can't even comprehend it. You know, I'm talking even wisdom that disappeared a thousand years ago. Right? You know, the knowledge that we have when we had this perception that as we've been, you know, we've been kind of raised on the evolutionary concept of man is that, you know, we started off as these these, you know, monkeys, and we came down from the trees, and we learned how to smash rocks together to make fire, and that it presents this idea that the further humankind progresses, the more wisdom and knowledge we have. But I think it's actually the opposite.
Speaker 1:Like, what I've come to the conclusion of is that there were far superior, far more technologically advanced and just wise cultures before us that knew so much more about the human body and and medicine and in life in the universe, and that wisdom has been hidden from us. And, of course, you know, we have advancements in modern medicine. You know, like, say, two hundred years ago, if you got shot and had a bullet wound, your chances of dying from that were far greater than what they would be today, right, with emergency medicine. However, when it comes to healing and the understanding of what causes us to be sick and everything, I think that we've been completely duped, and we've been pushed into this framework that makes us think the only solution is to take a drug or to cut something out with surgery just to rely on whatever the guy in the white coat with a clipboard tells us to do. But I think, you know, really COVID was a big part in just kinda shaking that whole thing up, and a lot of people are now actually turning away from that system and and finding that old knowledge.
Speaker 1:And so, you know, with today's show, we're just gonna be going to do a kind of deep dive into two main things. Red light, what's really kind of it's light and you could say energy. Right? Light and energy and frequency, and looking at how these affect the human body, and then, you know, explaining why this thing, like, what you see behind you, this red light, a full screen spiel can see that, why this simple light panel can have such profound healing effects, which and we'll get into that. You know, I've experienced it in my own life, my own family, but the research is is is out there.
Speaker 1:It's it's you can't really you can't really argue against it. You know what I mean? Unless you're just kind of like, just like, I won't I won't believe it. It's just too woo woo for me. It's like there's so much out there.
Speaker 1:And so, anyway, I'm looking for this because you're in in my experience, you're one of the leading experts on understanding light and frequency and how these affect the health of the human body, and so I'm I'm just I'm excited to do this episode together with you.
Speaker 2:That's awesome. I love that. Fantastic, Seth. Yes. You know, you you get it, and I love this kind of pursuit back to our origins and how God made us, and it was so deeply connected to the earth and arguably the earth, you know, perhaps a lot of people argue that there were certain environments that were were there when it came to oxygen concentration and perhaps even the magnetic field or the the potential healing potential of the sun.
Speaker 2:You know? We don't know back, you know, three thousand, four thousand, six thousand years ago. But and and so it's very possible that there was there was even more, you know, healing potential then. But the way that people were engaging with nature and the earth or even arguably the original creation, Adam and Eve, if people see it the way I do, and being clothed in light without without clothes, which is really interesting that when you look at the areas that are most vulnerable to skin cancer, it's actually the ones that never get sunlight exposure, which is the opposite of what you're getting told. And and then these areas that know, you're not getting sunlight to these areas, and therefore you end up missing out on a lot of the healing potential.
Speaker 2:And and then you you look at these studies, we'll into some of the studies even on thyroid, which is a very sensitive organ, a lot of women especially struggling with thyroid function. And one study that will show in a twelve month period from having enlarged thyroid, Hashimoto's thyroiditis with an enlarged thyroid, ninety six percent go to having a regular sized thyroid in this Hashimoto's group, which on red light therapy in combination with selenium and vitamin d. And so it's giving you these clues that when we're in touch with nature, in touch with the healing frequencies of the earth and the sun, and and and then, you know, hence, when we'll enter into the magnetic field and of the earth and why pulsing that through the body and the studies that are showing this is actually curing insomnia. One study showed sixty nine percent on, you know, just a, you know, really a handful of sessions on pulse electromagnetic field therapy were cured from that condition or no longer had insomnia, clinical insomnia, which there's no real solutions for that. You're taking drugs or you how do you fix that problem long term?
Speaker 2:There really aren't solutions. And so here we are looking at the magnetic field and the sunlight solving two different conditions, and the list keeps going on and on for how many different conditions can be remedied with with the with what is which I would call the proverbial med bed, and it's a med bed that is found in nature that replicates God's frequencies, but it but it makes it more magnifies it to the point where and we'll show some of the study the science that shows even an amplitude of a million times greater and a magnetic field strength similar in in in in that type of, you know, being so much stronger, and therefore, it heals so rapidly. So, anyway, lots of really cool things here, Seth.
Speaker 1:So let's just start with, like, the foundation of red light therapy and why actually, I okay. Beyond red light, let's just look at light. So how is it that light can heal? And I remember, you know, years back when I first started to grasp these concepts, that was one of the first hurdles I went through in in kind of reshaping my understanding of health and the human body and medicine and healing and and, you know, God's creation, the sun, the earth, etcetera. And kind of wrapping my head around that concept of how is it that sunlight, just just a light, can actually change my body and heal my body.
Speaker 1:So why why or or I guess how can light be such an effective solution to healing our body? And and not necessarily, think it's it's even the ideas that we have about, okay, healing our bodies. It's almost like I've I've learned to look at it more as, like, it helps create the condition to allow our body to just regenerate its own self. It's not like you know, because we have this idea of medicine that, like, okay, you're sick, and so you take this medicine, which then gets rid the sickness. Instead of looking at it and saying, what can we do to allow our own bodies to heal themselves?
Speaker 1:Like, it's it's a it's a different perspective, but walk us through how does light work on a fundamental level? Why is it that light can actually help heal people? Listen up. It's flu season or so they say, which means it's also flu shot season. And after everything we've been through the past five years, the number of people getting the flu shots is at a record low.
Speaker 1:Good for them. Not to mention the fact that according to the CDC's own data, the flu shot is quote moderately effective at best. And it's not even accounting for the vaccine injuries that I've covered extensively. There's a much better way to stay healthy. Grab a Contagion Emergency Kit from the wellness company.
Speaker 1:If you wake up with a sore throat or runny nose, address your symptoms immediately with the doctor prescribed kit containing Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, generic Tamiflu, generic Z Pak, and a whole lot more. It's kind of like having an urgent care in your own home. I've got a contagion emergency kit from The Wellness Company because I refuse to be trapped in line at the ER or rely on expensive insurance if I catch a cold. I simply open my kit, reference a doctor written guidebook for safe use, and get back to life. The kit is literally a lifesaver with thousands of reviews from people just like you and me who had their kit ready in a time of need.
Speaker 1:So go to twc.healthseth today, and use the code Seth to save $32 off your purchase. Get it now before cold and flu season kicks into high gear. Again, that's twc.health/seth with promo code Seth for $32 off.
Speaker 2:Yes. Absolutely. So your perspectives are are right on in my opinion. Right? So you look at the Bible, Malachi chapter four verse two.
Speaker 2:It says, unto you shall the sun, s u n, of righteousness, which is correctness. So sun, s u n, so the light, the sun of the light, light of the sun of righteousness, correctness shall rise with healing in his wings, and wings is projections or rays. So these projections, rays, or even specifically wavelengths, but they're correct, meaning that this is what is how you were designed. This is the original. Whereas look at EMFs, electromagnetic frequency.
Speaker 2:This is incorrect. This is not what you were made for, and it's say sending these wavelengths, electromagnetic wavelengths through the body. It's incorrect. It's incorrect. And then now the body's trying to do things and make normal cells, but then while it's trying to make normal cells, then a normal cell doesn't make that complete progression, and it becomes what we call a cancer cell because what's cancer?
Speaker 2:It's just it's a nothing diagnosis. It comes from a Chinese star sign, the cancer, the crab. What's the crab? It's the crab that grows and doesn't stop growing. And so all it's telling you is something is growing and not stopped growing.
Speaker 2:Why is that? Well, there's been some disconnect, some some break in the system, and so then the body is now suffering. So now come to like, let's look at why why is it the light is working so well? Why is it working for so many conditions? So we know that in hospital settings, you have jaundice babies and you give them blue light and it's helping with their bilirubin, and this is in conventional mainstream medicine.
Speaker 2:And so blue light there is correcting the baby's condition just simply by shining a light on the baby. And so we've known about these things, and light has been the medicine of the ages, and hence why the the profound respect for the sun and the ancient practice of sun gazing, which is to then put red light directly, not only into your eyes, but into your brain. And these have been practices by which people have sought healing, that they could get that medicine from the sun, they could bathe themselves in the sun. Early nineteen hundreds, you look at John Harvey Kellogg, which who was carrying on the work of Niels Ryberg Vinson who won the Nobel Prize for Light Therapy Reversing Disease in nineteen o three. And they were making in Kellogg sanitariums where people would by the way, a good and bad character if you really research him, so I'm not saying that he was perfect.
Speaker 2:And and and he had a dark side to him in my opinion, but then but there but he was a profound physician and they knew these things. And so they would get people in sanitariums, They called them sanitarians, and they would have them have a light while they were getting healing. And so what's happening is the light is causing the mitochondria to produce energy in the form of ATP, adenosine triphosphate, and this is storing that battery, like a battery, and continuing to use that for all cellular function. So it's gonna go use that to detox the cells. It's gonna use that to repair the cell.
Speaker 2:It's gonna use that to produce more stem cells, to produce more mitochondria, to to shut down bad mitochondria. That's called mitophagy to, the apoptosis of unhealthy mitochondria. All those processes happen with energy. Cells best get energy from light, and that's why we know about photosynthesis. And so people actually heal and regenerate fast under light so fast that it basically mirrors what we've been told would be coming in a med bed.
Speaker 2:It it's so rapid. In some cases, hours. The the studies on depression are showing that within hours, people are getting a dramatic, response. And then the next hour, the next hour, it's improving. So it stacks.
Speaker 2:So it's not just while you're getting the light, it's actually stacking, which is really cool.
Speaker 1:And so okay, so you you mentioned that so, basically, as I understand it, that this sunlight, which we know permeates the body, it's not like was one of the earlier things in kind of understanding how this works is is this it's not like that, you know, our body is like a solid piece of metal, like this, you know, thing right here, this where the light just kinda hits the surface and it's dark on the other side. You know, one thing that really helped me grasp this more was the understanding of that light penetrates deep into the body, and different wavelengths will penetrate into different depths of the body. Some are more surface, some go down in the end of the ear, you know, your bones and your organs, etcetera. So you mentioned that the light comes in. It's almost like it recharges your mitochondria, recharges the energy production of the body, which makes sense because you look at, say, plants, you know, or, you know, other animals, there are a lot of instances of organisms that can actually gain energy from the sun.
Speaker 1:And I've I've read different studies too, some interesting things about kind of kind of more wild tests where people can actually just live off of the sun. Like, there's been I've read some stuff before where people could literally, like, charge themselves off the sun. And I don't have the studies to pull and reference, and people can go look up for themselves if they want to. But even if you look at, say, solar panels, you know, there is energy in the sun. There's energy in light that that with the right technology, you can capture that energy and convert it into usable energy.
Speaker 1:Right? So it makes sense. And so but how does that then how does that affect healing? Right? So give it as an example.
Speaker 1:So my wife, she's you know, we are my youngest daughter is about 20 old. And shortly after you know, Kate gave birth, a couple months after that, she noticed that she had enlarged thyroid. Super common for women to have an enlarged thyroid. Now my mother-in-law had the same issue, but they actually removed most of her thyroid. And since she's dealt you know, when she was earlier on in kind of raising children, and she's dealt with the side effects from that since then.
Speaker 1:She's take consistent medication because of it, etcetera. And so but Kate had this issue, and which we're doing a handful of different things. I'd reached out to, you know, some good friends like yourself, doctor Artis, etcetera. They gave us some different pieces of advice. But I feel like it was actually the red light that made the biggest difference, is that she started using the red because we have a red light panel pretty similar to what you have behind you.
Speaker 1:And she started using it regularly, like almost almost daily. Actually, daily for quite some time. And after a month or two months or so, she's she's like, Seth. She's like, feel this. And I felt it, and I could barely detect it.
Speaker 1:Where it it before, it felt like it was as big as, like, the tip of my thumb, this little nodule there. And I mean, it's just again, my own experience in watching her is that it was directly attributed to the the light coming in. So it makes sense to to have the idea that light can give your cells energy and that maybe you can feel better. You you wake up better. Like, for me, doing the red light in the morning when I wake up is one of the best solutions to pull me out of that that really groggy state of the of the night, especially if I was up working late, if the kids were up at night, you know, whatever it is that creates those disruptions.
Speaker 1:The red light in the morning is great for that that first kind of dose of energy and and getting your your circadian rhythm kicked into gear. It's like, okay. It's wait time now. That makes sense. But when it comes to healing, how is it that red light can cause a growth to shrink?
Speaker 1:Or as we've seen in so many studies, can cause cancer to go away or, you know, cause your eyes to repair. Right? All the things that we've that we've talked about and all the things that the studies you can find, how does red light cross over that barrier from giving you energy to actually healing your cells on a fundamental level?
Speaker 2:Wow. Yeah. That's great. Great. It's great.
Speaker 2:I you know, this is this is a very interesting area. And seeking to understand this, I think that I I would kind of assume that most people, if they were to answer this, that that have an understanding on it, they may give slightly different answers across the board, which is kind of interesting. Inter yeah. So one, I'll I'll I'll give a, like, a brief answer, and then we can have a look at some of those studies to verify what you're saying as being true. And so then and then and then, you know, I'll open that up for for everyone to consider what, know, what is the mechanism?
Speaker 2:Why does this work? So there and with this, in some ways, all the mechanisms are hypothesis. They're they're it it's a theory of it it must have done it because of x. Like, let's say if it was the loss of weight, which is happening, so it's working like a liposuction. And but the mechanism that's proposed is called photonic lipolysis, which is to, you know, pierce holes into the fat cells and basically drain them through light, and it's called photonic lipolysis.
Speaker 2:This is really interesting. So these mechanisms that are hypothesized and, you know, let's say with an enlarged thyroid, if you generate energy within thyroid mitochondria cells, then they now have energy to perform cellular function. So what they're gonna do is they're gonna go after the culprit, and I could tell you the culprit with this and many other conditions is toxins, but the toxins are often embedded in these organs. And so now these cells have energy to perform the function of removing these poisons and toxins. And specifically in the thyroid, it would be bromine, halogens, and fluoride.
Speaker 2:It would be going after these because now it has the energy and it will inherently detox without adding, you know, this is without adding anything to it, like a binder or a Xeolite or anything like this, it's naturally just doing it. And then the other one is just simply that it's got more energy to do everything. And so it's just performing properly, it's just making thyroid hormones in this case, and I'm just using this as an example. And then everything is true with, you know, just once normal function is is working, once, you know, cells are able to inherently detoxify his toxins, let's remove them because they're embedding all through the body. And when you're deficient in something, which did this people something that people don't know.
Speaker 2:If you're deficient in anything and everything, which you are, we're all very deficient because of, you know, one bowl eating one bowl of spinach today compared to the nineteen fifties, you'd have to eat 43 to match one from the nineteen fifties. And so now you're deficient. Now those toxins are embedding themselves where those minerals and nutrients were supposed to go. So those receptors, like, where magnesium and potassium and sodium and other, like, heavy minerals were supposed to go, aluminum and antimony and mercury is are going in these places. So now you need very systemic detoxification.
Speaker 2:So a lot of it is like the body's inherent ability to remove toxins, and this is not widely talked about. And then that some of that is through the mechanisms of apoptosis. Once the cells are diseased and damaged, then they you know, there'll be this shutdown. There'll be, you know, apoptosis of diseased cells, which is programmed cell death. And then, you know, mitochondria, the diseased mitochondria shutdown, like mitophagy, that's that's called so there's all these cellular processes that are causing the regeneration.
Speaker 2:And then, like, just think about this, the fact that then your body is now producing more stem cells, better stem cells, and then it's got the energy to make those stem cells mature because those stem cells are still they're dependent on the mitochondria. It's called the mitochondrial stem cell connection. The stem cells are still being driven by mitochondrial function. So though so you're actually replacing everything. So the reason why your heart is better or your thyroid is better or your liver is better, your kidneys are better is because you actually have a new a new one.
Speaker 2:Your your cells have replaced themselves, and you've given your body enough energy to replace it properly because it's gonna replace itself either way. But if it's got all this misfire cells, you'll say, oh, you know, I've got this, like, tumor in my x organ, but it's because that the cells didn't have enough energy, the low voltage, then it was a big part of the reason, which is typically toxins that are choking up normal cellular function. Now you've got, you know, normal healthy cells because you've got the energy to produce these.
Speaker 1:I see. So that that makes a lot of sense to me in thinking about like, if you look at if you look at an individual person, a body, it's almost like that body is similar to a cell. Right? And and the cells are similar to the body. The cells are just kinda like the body's on a very kind of a micro level.
Speaker 1:But if you look at a a body if you look at someone that's full of toxins, let's just say someone who's smoked, like, chemical laden cigarettes most of their life, eaten chemical laden fast foods, know, done the things that typically, create a very unhealthy environment of a body. You look at a person like that, and they're typically they're low energy. They're full of different kinds of diseases and illnesses and ailments, and they're just struggling to get through the day. And so looking at at the same thing on a cellular level that my if I correct me if I'm wrong in my understanding of this is that a healthy cell is able to keep itself healthy. A healthy cell has the energy to remove the toxins to prevent that cell from turning into an unhealthy or even a cancerous cell.
Speaker 1:And so kind of looking at what you're saying and making sense of that is that when these cells, let's say a thyroid, for instance, or toxins we know, accumulate in different regions. Right? You have certain toxins that will accumulate more in the liver or more they they accumulate more in the brain or in the the reproduction organs. Right? So as those toxins keep settling, the cells in that region become weaker and weaker.
Speaker 1:They become more burdened by those toxins, and their energy level drops, and their ability to heal themselves also drops. Now, obviously, detoxing is really important, and so is doing our best to remove whatever it is that's actually putting toxins into our bodies. Right? Stop eating fast food. Stop smoking cancerous cigarettes, with all kinds of chemicals.
Speaker 1:You know, eat organic. Don't eat, you know, don't eat pesticide laden vegetables, etcetera. So we we do that. We we tried our best to limit the amount of toxins coming in, but, of course, we're still dumping the, you know, chemtrail toxins. There's all kinds of other pollutants.
Speaker 1:We have microplastics, etcetera, that are kinda everywhere. So that's one thing. And then also detoxing, you know, doing specific detoxes. Like, I've done, you know, doctor Group's liver detox. Great.
Speaker 1:Crazy stuff comes out of there. Doing parasite detox, etcetera. But then also, my understanding of this is that then where light comes in is it's it's in essence recharging. It's like giving your cells a a boost of energy and giving them the energy that they need to actually continue to detox on a cellular level and to push, get rid of those toxins and to create a healthy environment instead of a diseased environment.
Speaker 2:Exactly. Yes. Yeah. So was it that last point you're making there, Seth, you're you know? Sorry.
Speaker 2:If you if you can, lead in again from that from that last point so I can make sure I understand correctly.
Speaker 1:Yeah. Just I know you have some issues on your end there. So, no, basically, this kind of understanding of that, like, obviously, we gotta we gotta keep toxins out of our body however we can. We have to detox our bodies the best that we can, but we also then giving ourselves the energy they need to perform that detoxifying function. Right?
Speaker 1:And that's where now but I wanna ask though is like, does does oxygen play any role in this? Because I know that with, say, CDS, for instance, there's a lot of things that, like or even, oxygen, you know, oxygen chamber type stuff, hyperbaric chambers, etcetera. But what role does oxygen play as it relates to light?
Speaker 2:Yeah. Yeah. It is it is all oxygen, which is really interesting. The n p e m f is as well. Like, so the earth's magnetic field all translates to oxygen as well.
Speaker 2:So, one, whenever we talk about mitochondria, we really are talking about oxygen, which is really interesting that though you wouldn't associate them because when the mitochondria produce ATP, then that cellular energy is used for product production of of important gases like nitric oxide, and and that is a part of cellular respiration, and and so is cytochrome c oxidase. And so this is part of cell cellular respiration, which is the breathing of cells. The reason why we're breathing so much and so consistently is because our cells need that, and the cells still are struggling to make those conversions because they're not getting enough oxygen, and they're not able to make those conversions. And it's interesting that it's not just through breath that we are able to produce oxygen within ourselves, actually through light. And so and it and it's great to be doing, like, deep breathing while we're on red light therapy as an example or to be doing that while you're on a pulsed magnetic field.
Speaker 2:And you can actually look up this bed. It's a a mortal bed. It's a it's a $160,000 bed. It's got pulsed electromagnetic field on the bottom and red light on the top, so a mortal. And it's an example of what, you know, basically a a med bed.
Speaker 2:Right? There it is right there. Pretty pretty cool design. Right?
Speaker 1:Pretty crazy looking. Looks like a torture device. Yeah.
Speaker 2:Exactly. It's funny that you you look at it like that.
Speaker 1:And and we can actually $60,000.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Exactly. And and so and then they'll have hydrogen inhalation while you're doing that with Brown's gas. And I can't often say this on shows, but I could tell you that you could outperform the hydrogen aspect with just drinking chlorine dioxide because it's gonna deliver more oxygen. Hydrogen, obviously, slightly different therapy, but it's but I would argue that chlorine dioxide is actually a lot better than hyperbaric, and that's why you've seen seen miraculous things happen.
Speaker 2:And doing a a a chlorine dioxide bath would be, again, better. And so this is a combination of what you know, PMF underneath you, red light over the top of you, and either deep breathing or you're just drinking chlorine dioxide throughout the day, not just while you're on it, but while you're on it as well. You know, drink some and then keep lying down. You wanna be hydrated when you're doing this. But you you can achieve this with using this, you know, a a red light panel like this and pulse electromagnetic field therapy under you, and you could actually outperform this bed from my research because you there you go.
Speaker 2:Oh, that just turned off. But you because you are doing it at better intervals, like, let's say, for example, if you do PMF thirty minutes before you go to bed.
Speaker 1:A quick question. Do you ever deal with bloating, low energy, or just feeling off in your gut? Well, you're not alone. Your gut health is like the master control switch for your whole body. Digestion, immunity, even your mood all depend on it.
Speaker 1:Here's the kicker. Most of us have way more bad bacteria than good bacteria, thanks to processed food, stress, even tap water. That imbalance can wreck your digestion, drain your energy, cause skin flare ups, and mess with focus. It's kinda like trying to run a city when most of the workers are on strike. That's where Vibe Biotic from Perfect Origins comes in.
Speaker 1:It's a liquid probiotic blend with 15 powerful strains plus prebiotics, all fermented so they actually survive your stomach acid and get to your intestines where the real healing happens. Also, we're giving away free bottles of Vibe Biotics. Just click on the link in the show description to enter. And if you don't wanna wait, just use code MIA for 25% off at checkout. With a hundred and eighty day money back guarantee, you've got nothing to lose except maybe the bloating.
Speaker 1:So make sure you click on that link in the description below.
Speaker 2:Then that will help you sleep super deep, but you can't do that because clinics aren't open at that time. So you can't just go into the clinic and use this bed. So you will actually get better, to me, better results on that. And and the red light device that you're seeing behind you is actually a more specialized, you know, nine wavelength device in comparison with with that, even though it's a really impressive look, and I like it. I think it's a good product, but you can actually at home for, like, pennies in comparison, you can make your own system that will enable you to to actually get a better result because you can use it more frequently.
Speaker 2:And the technology is actually that it's the same pulse electromagnetic field therapy technology, and it's the same red light technology. And but it's just and in this case, you have some abilities to get different depths and wavelengths because that's what we kinda programmed with what we did. But, yeah, it's not out of reach, which is the really cool thing.
Speaker 1:So I wanna look at, we've got a couple of different, kind of presentations with more information. So I wanna look at just the the the research. Let me pull it up here real quick. The just the overall, red light therapy research documents because this is it's surprising. I'll I'll let you turn that thing back on too.
Speaker 1:So because I for one, which is crazy, is you mentioned that there's the guy that had he won the Nobel Peace the Nobel Peace Prize, the Nobel Prize, what, like, nineteen o three, right, for using red light to to heal illness. So it's crazy this it's been around for
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Well over a hundred years. Yet it's still you'll never UVB light. A UVB. Okay. But you'll never have you'll never walk into your doctor's office and have them recommend it.
Speaker 1:You know I mean? It's like, oh, that's just and I was actually, I was listening to Andrew Huberman the other day, and he had a guy on that was like a rock climber, and the guy was talking about he was like, talking about, you know, healing and stuff, and he mentioned red light, and he was like, oh, I don't really believe in that kind of stuff. I'm I'm an atheist. And it was like, that was kind of a strange comment. Actually, my my wife came, she's like she's to this guy.
Speaker 1:He's like, he's talking about red light, he's like, he doesn't believe in red light because he's an atheist. I thought that was just kind of a strange thing, but it's like, it's not it's not something that people will will readily accept. But I wanna I've got a presentation here.
Speaker 2:Mhmm.
Speaker 1:And so walk us through a little bit of the Yeah. Just kind of the research to help us make sense more of red light, what it does, what it can do, etcetera.
Speaker 2:You got it, man. Have a look at slide 27 there for a second, and so this will give you some idea on wavelengths and why they're important. Let's see what you can see there. And, yeah, keep going. Let's see.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Keep going. And two more in the future. And you might not be able to see can you see the numbers on the slides there? Yeah.
Speaker 2:That's 31. Is that 31?
Speaker 1:That's 31.
Speaker 2:That you're on? Yeah. Okay. Cool. I need to see I need to yep.
Speaker 2:I am in a different thing, so let me just grab that. So I'm working off the same thing here. My apologies. Okay. So, yeah, I'm on the same thing.
Speaker 2:So look at this. Like, so you've got four eighty, five ninety, six thirty, six sixty, six seventy, and then 800 to ten sixty, and they're penetrating different depths in the body. So the epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous tissue, muscle bone, and interior tissues. So the, you know, the higher the number, the deeper the penetration, and it's the distance between the top and the bottom of the the wavelength, and that's what's being measured. And so with near infrared, you're getting the deepest, but whereas with blue and even the five ninety, which is like an, you know, orange yellow, and then six sixty is a deep red, They're just getting, like, from shallower to slightly deeper levels, but then all of these are important areas in the body.
Speaker 2:So it's not that it's only for the skin, for example. They're working for all different types of conditions and heavily proven, and that's why you'll see in the next couple of slides there, you go over, you'll see the fact that you've got with lung cancer, breast cancer. And this one is specifically, we've showed all different versions of different studies here, but this one we're tackling lung cancer and breast cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, have a look at the wavelengths that have been proven for those certain conditions. And a lot of people are watching this and you don't necessarily have any of these conditions, but you do have, everyone does have these organs. And so if it's good for the organ because it's able to help turn around like a critical diagnosis like this, then guess what?
Speaker 2:It's actually good for the health of that organ and that's what it's teaching you. And would that be preventative? Well, that's just logic, I'm not gonna make a claim, but it is logical to consider these things. So have a look at the next one, then you'll see oral cancer, head and neck cancer, brain cancer, cervical cancer, skin cancer, and then next one. Then you've got, yeah, let's go, esophageal gastric cancer, bladder cancer, anal cancer, liver cancer, melanoma, and next one.
Speaker 2:Let's see here. And then glioblastoma, lymphoma, and bone cancer. And so these are clinical studies, double blind in most cases, randomized controlled trials showing, This is actually extremely effective. This is working. This is either shrinking tumors or and these types of things.
Speaker 2:And because why it's causing these cells to get energy, it's causing like you asked about oxygen, cellular respiration cells are producing oxygen. And there's there's a there's various aspects to oxygen, but the main aspect for cancer that people are aware is that it's causing the body to generate reactive oxygen species like singlet oxygen. And singlet singlet oxygen is so powerful, it'll actually go and target tumor cells, cancer cells, circulating tumor cells, and it and it will explode these. It will cause apoptosis. And and you actually see that in military settings.
Speaker 2:I may have explained that before. And singlet oxygen has been used to shoot airborne airborne missiles. And so it's pretty pretty amazing that the body naturally produces this.
Speaker 1:Incredible. Incredible. And so I wanna look at some of the the studies. Also, I just noticed that your camera stopped tracking you for whatever reason.
Speaker 2:I know.
Speaker 1:It was weird because we tried so hard to to fix it before the show, but now the camera is not tracking you anymore. So
Speaker 2:yeah. Let me let me not jinx it.
Speaker 1:Yeah. I know.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Exactly. It's nice and wide now.
Speaker 1:So
Speaker 2:And that's awesome. Yeah. You wanna see some of the studies?
Speaker 1:Yeah. Let's look at some of the actual studies. I I'd like to do that. So tell me which page I should go to.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Absolutely. K. Well, let's have a look at have a look at, I mean, fibromyalgia. There's a there's a good one.
Speaker 2:This is just a four week study. This is page 49. And you'll see there that it was whole body red light, which means that either it was head to toe or in other cases, it'll show you that it's over all the organs, and that is arguably very comparable. If as long as it's hitting all the organs, then you're you could class as being whole body. But and so it's chronic fatigue and emotional distress.
Speaker 2:I'm gonna show you another study on fibromyalgia with PMFs, which is really cool. And both of these are done independent from each other. So one is just red light, one is just PMF, which will give you guys these real clues because PMF is replicating the Earth's magnetic field. So if you're grounding and lying against the Earth, and red light will replicate the sunlight. So over a four week period, participants who received red light treatment experienced less pain, improved quality of life, and better ability to enjoy leisure activities.
Speaker 2:They became less afraid of movement, felt more confident in managing their condition, worried less about their pain over time. And I love this. This is very similar to PEMF. The benefits lasted up to six months. Six months.
Speaker 2:Okay. You guys are kinda this I haven't actually ever done this before. I showed these in in in parallel against each other. I wanna see if I could just find this one right here. Here we go.
Speaker 2:Go into the other slide, if you don't mind, and it is page 42. And so it's interesting. You go back to God, you go back to nature, and then look at this. So a study tested low frequency pulse electromagnetic field therapy on women with fibromyalgia condition that causes widespread widespread faint pain and fatigue. The women who received PMF treatment experienced less pain, better physical function, reduced fatigue, and improved mood compared to those who received fake treatment, sham therapy.
Speaker 2:These benefits lasted for twelve weeks, at least twelve weeks after the therapy ended. This suggests that PMMA therapy could be an effective way to manage the fibromyalgia symptoms and improve overall quality of life. So one, that's amazing that two different therapies had a very similar effect, and then somebody there's a clinical study backing it, then you'd say, okay. Well well, in this case, red light looks a little better because it lasted six months. I'm gonna show you someone's where PMF looks a little or a lot better.
Speaker 2:Insomnia would be one example. I could a lot of different conditions, even knee osteoarthritis and yeah. Let's see. Yeah. Fatigue, various conditions.
Speaker 2:PMF is like, okay. This one looks better. But the thing is that what if both of those were used in combination? What if they're supposed to be? Meaning that you're really actually supposed to use both of these therapies in combination because they're both complementary.
Speaker 2:They both represent and replicate what's in nature. And and then, you know, you could show that that little chat GPT thing I showed you there as well, Seth, which is really interesting, showing the comparison between earthing and the magnetic field strength. So look at that, Seth, and maybe you could just, like, compare. So you could see the question I asked. It was really a basic question.
Speaker 2:How much more powerful is PMF over grounding on the earth? And then now look at the magnetic field strength and compare those two.
Speaker 1:Yes. I'll I'll read through a little bit of this. What it says is that grounding and PMF, which is pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, both work through the body's bio electrical system, but their power, frequency range, and biological impact differ by orders of magnitude. Here's a concise and technically precise breakdown. So the electrical power and field strength.
Speaker 1:So the magnetic field strength on a PMF device is typically between one to 100, millitesla, right, which is m t.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Millitesla. Millitesla.
Speaker 1:Millitesla. And the earthing on the Earth is about point zero zero zero five millitesla. Right? So that's okay. That's interesting.
Speaker 1:The amplitude difference
Speaker 2:That's a huge difference. Right? Oh, it is. Yeah. And and and sorry, Stephan.
Speaker 2:I'll just quickly say that. Then it says some systems go up to one fifty, and it says clinical systems go up to one fifty millitesla. So the device that you have in your home, Seth, is one fifty millitesla. How cool is that? And so you've got you've got a clinical grade system, but it it's it's a it's a whole it's a home at home use price.
Speaker 2:Like, that's not a that's not a clinical a clinical price is $20,000. Right? Whereas we're talking about just, you know, just over $1,000, which is that's an that's a consumer price, which is which is amazing that you're getting, like, clinical system. And but then again, now look at this, the the comparison between one fifty millitesla and 0.0005 millitesla, which is 50 nanotesla. And then you'll see the same thing with the amplitude, and you can continue there.
Speaker 1:Yeah. So amplitude, PMF device is up to a million times stronger than and it says the earthing, it says natural weak static field, which is crazy. The amp up to a million times stronger, so on the PMF device.
Speaker 2:Mhmm. Exactly. Exactly. And and so and then the wave type there. So you've got a pulsed oscillating frequency modulated electromagnetic signal and then versus a static DC coupling to the earth's magnetic potent or negative potential.
Speaker 2:And then the frequency range is also important because it's one to 100 hertz, and this is matching matching cell resonance and the Schumann range, which is the earth's natural rhythm. But it so it's replicating what the body needs for healing. That's why you'll see the studies are between the one to 30 hertz range, which is what we're have in our PMF devices, and then the grounding frequency range is zero hertz, which is no pulsing, just a steady state grounding, which is, again, another big difference. And so there's reasons why people are getting exponential help on these, and and I and I can show you some some conditions. I you know, if you go back to that slide, I'll show you this case of pleural effusion, which
Speaker 1:Sure. Actually, real quick, wanna read just read this mechanism of
Speaker 2:reaction Yeah. Please.
Speaker 1:Because it helps kinda give that better understanding. So it says, grounding allows the transfer of free electrons from the earth into the body, which can neutralize oxidative free radicals and stabilize voltage across cell membranes, which is really important because of all the EMFs that kind of wreck and create insanely unstable voltage. Let me ask you something. How much time do you spend every day clicking around online, searching, scrolling, juggling a dozen tabs? It eats up a lot of time.
Speaker 1:Well, there's a new AI powered web browser from Perplexity called Comet, and it's completely changing how you use the Internet. Comet doesn't just give you answers, it actually does things for you. It clicks, types, scrolls, and gets stuff done in real time, like booking flights, finding hotels, ordering food, even summarizing long articles or videos. Now, I'll be honest, I'm hesitant about AI overall, but I started using Comma as a way to get around censorship. For example, when I search on Google, does the government have weather modification projects?
Speaker 1:All I get are fact checkers, official statements, and the same tired conspiracy theory label. But when I ask Comet the same question, it actually pulls up the real documents, declassified government files, congressional reports, even weather control patents, hard facts, not filtered spin. So if you could use a good tool that gives you extra help with online tasks while also arming you with information to prove to your friends that you're not as crazy as they think you are, this could be a great solution. So you can try Perplexity's new AI browser comment by heading to pplx.ai/mia. And when you download it, you're also gonna get a free month of Rumble Premium.
Speaker 1:So that link is in the description below. Again, it's pplx.ai/mia. So take back your time and take back the truth online. It says it's like connecting to a constant trickle charger, slow, steady, restorative. PMF on the other hand is dynamic stimulation.
Speaker 1:The magnetic field induces microcurrents deep within the tissues, penetrating bones, nerves, and organs. These currents activate voltage gated ion channels, enhance ATP production, and simulate repair signaling at the mitochondrial level. In essence, grounding recharges the body's baseline battery. PMF is like a precision charger that deeply reprograms and restores cellular function. So that that's very helpful.
Speaker 1:But you want me to go to a slide in the the PMF presentation?
Speaker 2:That's great. And then that next one, the quantitative effects, look at the increase in cellular ATP through mitochondrial function. It's up to 400%. See that? Yeah.
Speaker 2:Then it's accelerating bone healing by up to 400%, four times faster. And then it's improving circulation, not nitric oxide synthesis, which is an oxygenation aspect of how cells function. So I yeah. I love that. And then have a look at slide 65 in the PMF presentation there.
Speaker 2:And this is an example here where it's a 61 year old woman. She had trouble breathing. So this is a clinically published case study or clinically conducted case study that was published in a in in a medical journal. So it's it's, you know, almost unbelievable. And if it just happened, you would kind of just say, oh, this is a little weird, but this really actually happened, and it was verifiable as being something that that happens.
Speaker 2:And for this condition called pleural pleural effusion, which a lot of you guys wouldn't know, but so it's a 61 year old woman. She had trouble breathing after undergoing heart surgery. She was readmitted to the hospital and received oxygen therapy. X rays showed that she had a large buildup of fluid around her left lung pleural effusion, which was getting worse. The woman then received only two twenty minute sessions, treatments of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy one day apart.
Speaker 2:That's it. After the second treatment, she noticed a big improvement in her breathing. Follow-up X-ray showed that the fluid around her lung had dramatically decreased, which was assumed to be due to a procedure that drains the fluid. They thought that she got a surgery, but this pre procedure wasn't actually done. The case suggests that PMF therapy can help reduce large pleural effusion and improve symptoms quickly within just two non noninvasive treatments.
Speaker 2:Pretty amazing. Right?
Speaker 1:It is. It is. And so okay. So kind of bouncing back and forth. I wanna jump back over into red light and just look at
Speaker 2:Yeah. Go.
Speaker 1:Because I know that there's just there's so much research in there in this in this particular presentation here.
Speaker 2:And as as you go over there, just go to 12 just quickly on the same thing, and then we'll go to we'll go to red. I just wanna
Speaker 1:be sort serious real PMF?
Speaker 2:Yes. Yep. Yep. Yep. And and then but then we we will do that.
Speaker 2:Okay. Ready? So look at that on the far right. So sixty nine point seven percent of PMF participants no longer had clinically significant insomnia by the end of the treatment. Really?
Speaker 2:Major improvements in ISI score, sleep latency, and efficiency. Yeah. I know. Right? Because everyone's life gets better once their sleep improves because that's when you're healing.
Speaker 2:That's when everything's happening. And then the neutralizing EMF exposure, there's there's kind of no way out of this EMF world, and so that that was a really cool one. And then this one was improving healing in delayed long bone fractures with union rates of seventy seven point four percent. So it's actually causing the bones to refuse a lot faster. And then a lot of people that are listening to this don't have broken bones, but it's equally relevant or even more relevant because if you can strengthen your bones and
Speaker 1:Oh, if you're aging and you're worried about hips or your, you know, bone density and those, you know, common, right, for especially a lot of women as they age, they get, you know, deals with osteoporosis and all the bone disorders. It's like, oh, it makes sense that if this helps to rebuild bone density and fracture healing, it's it's a very good preventative thing. Right? So it's like, okay. Well, don't be one of those people that trips and you break your hip and your life is is altered from from then on.
Speaker 2:Yes. Exactly. Exactly. And the same thing is very true with sarcopenia, which is muscle loss and muscle wasting, and the PMF was shown to dramatically improve even just after 12 sessions. Sarcopenia basically, you know, was on on the way to getting completely turned around, which is which is amazing considering whatever diet you're on, people are still often struggling with with this muscle wasting with sarcopenia, and so it's really great to give people some hope with those types of conditions because there's often no way out.
Speaker 2:So I'll I'll go with you like you were requesting to red light. So let's go back there. Let's and let's see. And which area is coming coming to your to you? Okay.
Speaker 2:So now you are there in photobiomodulation. You're back to there. Yeah. By the way, so for for muscle loss, I'll just quote the study. It was a 2025 study, PMF after with older adults just after 12 sessions, participants had stronger leg muscles, moved faster and more steadily in walking tests, and reported fewer depressive symptoms.
Speaker 2:So that's huge for muscle loss. And so those two things, you know, bone density, muscle loss, you you could see how high PMF is scoring here for these types of things and how arguably it's absolutely essential for for elderly. And then not just elderly, like, I'm 40 in a few months and I'm traveling and I've literally got one behind me because it I, you know, don't like not sleeping, you know, with without using it now because it's just like if it makes you sleep so much better, even though it was a of a hassle traveling with it, it's just so great to get a better night's sleep and have more fun and, you know, you know, be more vivacious. That's really a good thing. So okay.
Speaker 2:Cool. So as I promised, we're back in the the red light, and I'm just trying to make sure I got the right thing here. Yes. We're there. Okay.
Speaker 2:So the other things I think in red light that would be really valuable, you've got and on page 53 there, you've got post stroke, and then on page 51, you've got arthritis.
Speaker 3:Yeah. Let's
Speaker 1:let's see. Arthritis quickly here. Yeah. Like that. Yeah.
Speaker 1:It says a twenty twenty five review of trials and meta analyses show that red light therapy, LLLT, is a promising tool in treating arthritis, helping reduce pain, stiffness, and reliance on medications without serious side effects. So it works by boosting cell energy, which we talked about, improving blood flow, calming inflammation, promoting repair in joints. In studies of knee arthritis, it has reduced pain by about 14.23 millimeters on standard scales, in spinal disease by 13.77 millimeters, and in neck arthritis by 19.86. It also improves joint function, and often allows people to cut back on painkillers. It says, Because it's a non invasive safe and can complement exercise and rehab, Red Light offers an effective low risk option for managing arthritis and improving quality of life.
Speaker 1:And then we've got the, the studies here that show this, which is I was I this is why I like what your your presentations is that you're always backing up with studies. It's not just, you know, word-of-mouth or, it's it's, you know, specific things that are oftentimes on PubMed, NIH, etcetera.
Speaker 2:Yes. Exactly. Exactly. No. It's fantastic.
Speaker 2:And then this one on 53 for stroke, again, this is this is huge. And what what what treats something to help reverse it is also arguably the the therapy that helps to prevent it in the first place. And so and there's a lot of people watching this that don't wanna get those conditions and for good reason. And so the best thing to do is to keep the oxygen up in your brain, which would be everything from, like, you know, just breathing from the belly instead of the chest so you're getting enough oxygen to your brain continually, and then just making sure your cells are making those conversions by getting light therapy even for a few minutes. I'm talking literally, like, three minutes a day over the brain, I I would argue, especially if you're willing to do what the UCL University study did with your eyes open, looking into the light, then you would be which which on average equated to a 17 per percent improvement in eyesight immediately, and that lasted a week even though it was a single treatment.
Speaker 2:If you did more, you could expect your eyesight to improve for good without any relapse. But then you're getting red light into the brain causing the oxygenation of your brain cells, which have the highest concentration of mitochondria. So in this study, the the stroke patients who received real red light treatment versus the fake alongside muscle stimulation, so clearer thinking, less pain, better hand control, improved physical and emotional health, and overall better quality of life compared to those who only got muscle stimulation. And that study there is on the next and you've got some images showing that rehabilitation and seeing that real time. That video, I'm not sure if you can play that video.
Speaker 2:It's like a one minute video. If you which is the next slide over. And with this girl, Leah, and this was published in the British Medical Journal with this institute. But and and if not, I could just explain that story. But, you know, she was nine.
Speaker 2:There you go. You can hear it well. That's good. Have you seen this before?
Speaker 4:Her scores in school were incredibly low because the part of her brain that was infected in the stroke was the part of retaining, understanding, comprehending. She really, really struggled. We started changes pretty quick. I would say like three weeks maybe where we really started noticing the cognitive. Her scores went up so high after we started with the laser light therapy.
Speaker 5:When I left here I was perfectly normal. I was a kid. People actually talked to me because when I was in school nobody would talk to me. They would I was bullied but ever since I came here people have been talking to me liking me for who I am. This is a
Speaker 6:treatment that needs to be implemented immediately. The sooner a patient is treated with a stroke with photobiomodulation the better the results would be. We have had tremendous results written up in the British Medical Journal for effects on chronic stroke because we're dealing with patients that have had their strokes five, ten, fifteen years ago. And we're able to change and help them cognitively as well as physically. If we could get a stroke patient immediately or these procedures are placed in hospitals immediately, inflammation goes down, blood supplies return to the brain quicker.
Speaker 6:There's going to be less long term damage.
Speaker 4:In about three weeks, she started picking up on things and starting to understand and starting to, like, wow, I'm getting this.
Speaker 1:So that's pretty amazing then. Again, just this light, if it's even able to reverse the damage that's done by a stroke, which, you know, we know is oftentimes, you know, part of your brain gets damaged from the the lack of blood. It and it's for a lot of people, they'll, know, they'll say, oh, it's just you're never gonna it's never gonna be repaired. You know? It's just you're kinda stuck with this condition, and maybe you see these small improvements.
Speaker 1:But that's pretty incredible, though, even with that, which, again, it goes to show what you've mentioned the same principle is that if this heals a you know, say say a certain kind of treatment heals your heart, if it's if it's broken. Right? Then if you use it when it's not broken Mhmm. It's gonna help strengthen. You know what I mean?
Speaker 1:So if this can help take a brain and help to repair a brain post stroke, what's it gonna do to a healthy brain? It's like, well, in my own kind of assessment of that, it's like, well, it's gonna make it even healthier and probably more resistant to strokes or episodes like that in general. So, well, Jonathan, as as we're we're wrapping up, cause I we're already up up on an hour so quickly.
Speaker 2:Yeah. I know. And
Speaker 1:Where can people learn more about this? I guess I'll I'll say one thing in this is that, you know, peep you can buy PMF mats. You can buy red light therapy. They're available everywhere. You can get them on Amazon.
Speaker 1:You can get them on Alibaba. You can find the really expensive, you know, kind of protocols. So you can get them everywhere. However, I've I only use the products that you have because I well, a, because I know you and I know what the how rigorous your testing is and how specifically you've designed these products to match exactly what the desired effect should be. And so walk us through where they where they can get these and and why the ones that you've developed are, you know, different than just going to Amazon and ordering a red light panel.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Absolutely. No, Seth. We we sorry. We we absolutely want people to whoops.
Speaker 2:Here I am in a a hotel here, and I don't know if that
Speaker 1:is that wrong. Because there's between that and the camera tracking and stuff, it's like, you know, this is this is a real conversation. Think people enjoy that too. Right? Like, they know?
Speaker 1:That's funny, man. Like, people enjoy seeing the, like, oh, the the light fell over and all that because it's like, yeah. Because it's we're just two we're just two dudes sitting around talking about this stuff. You know what I mean? So, it's real.
Speaker 1:It's not we're not some produced scripted you know? That's awesome. So, anyway, so walk us through this.
Speaker 2:Exactly. Exactly. I'm in I'm in new I'm in New Jersey for a wedding and in a in a hotel room. Right? So it's like we we, like, we this show must go on, man.
Speaker 2:People need need answer solutions, which is funny that I'm, you know, traveling with this. Right? I'm traveling with this. And so, one, know, so I could do the show. Two, because I love having these these with me at all times.
Speaker 2:So the reason why you do something like this and you'd get the additional benefit from using a red light panel like what's behind me is because you wanna get the right wavelength. So we showed you a diagram of nine different wavelengths that are most effective for for for various conditions. And so that's four eighty, five ninety, six thirty, six sixty, six seventy, eight ten, eight thirty, eight fifty, and ten sixty. So there's nine different wavelengths. So that's what you see.
Speaker 2:That's the reason why you're seeing all these different colors. So it is red light therapy, but it's almost like rainbow in the sense that you're getting a whole full spectrum. And because of that and then we match that with using dual LEDs. So one light source by the way, it's the LEDs are outperforming any other type of red light because they are so high power delivery of of light. So they're putting all the power into light, about 90% into light, and only about 10% into heat.
Speaker 2:And that's why they're so bright, and that's so helpful. They don't flicker, so there's no issue with toxicity. That's why they're very safe. That's why they're used in studies even for eyesight and things like this. So so what you wanna do is, like, look at look at that.
Speaker 2:We used this, you know, 41 sorry, 4221 mil chips. We used 42 mil chips because they would deliver higher irradiance. And then and then we have then the highest tested irradiance that I've seen from anything which is over 205 milliwatts per centimeter squared at at a three inches. So then you've got a, like, a high power delivery, and that's what makes those so powerful and effective. And then you've got zero EMFs, which is great.
Speaker 2:But, see, the problem is we've got some EMFs in this room, so it makes it impossible for me to to to test that. See, look. I've I've got it way away from the panel, so it's not that. But I've got so much EMFs here, but we've done this a bunch of times, and it's a straight zero on the panel. But in this case, you've got just the static of the room, but it it like, and that's why I carry in the meter to show you.
Speaker 2:It's a straight zero, which is amazing. So zero m e EMS coming out of it as is with the with the pulsed electromagnetic field therapy device. And so I'll show you that really quickly so people can see that real time. So the reason why we wanna look at getting the magnetic field into our bodies is because we need to normalize all these signals that our bodies are getting, and we want to accelerate the healing. We want to fix our sleep issues, we want to get relief for these conditions that a lot of folks are suffering with regarding their, you know, so all the different issues that are coming with the fact that we are living in this toxic age that has so many different, you know, threats and challenges and poisons that are even arguably intentionally put into our environment.
Speaker 2:So we're able to overwhelm, you know, over, you know, you know, over kind of right, sorry, is the word I'm looking for, the system with using a powerful technology like this. So here you've got this this red light pulse electromagnetic field therapy map, which which actually combines red light. It actually has blue and green as you can see, and it's combining far infrared heat therapy and PMF all in one device. So now I'm gonna it's it's on, and this is not even touching. I'm not shaking my hand or anything, and this magnet is is bouncing around there because it's pulsing a magnetic field through this.
Speaker 2:And it's directly on there. See, there it is just bouncing away, which is really cool. And this is what you're pulsing through your body. You're correcting the magnetic field within your body. You're pulse you're pulsing this important frequency through the body that causes healing, causes regeneration, causes cellular communication, causes the delivery of oxygen in the body.
Speaker 2:And it's a really amazing system that we're so excited for people to use. And as you can see here, you've got a mat here and then red light device up here. This has a stand. That red light device has a stand that you that will go with it that you're using, and so you can actually lie on the mat and with the red light over you at the same time. And you've basically created your own med bed at home, which is really, really cool because what, you know, would cost like a 160,000 for a couple thousand dollars, you could you could actually create your own system and have a really robust system.
Speaker 2:And it's kinda limitless. Like, you saw the studies on on what both of these therapies can do and imagine using them both together. And this is what we're seeing just breakthrough results. And always make people like to make a comparison, look at, like, what it costs you every month for a supplement, and you'll find it's very expensive. Right?
Speaker 2:So it, you know, it could let's say it costs you, you know, $50 a supplement for a month, then after twelve months, you're up at $600. But if you're a family of four like mine, similar to yours, Seth, then we've got, you know, $2,400 if we're all just taking that one single supplement on a monthly basis. Over the next ten years, this will be $24,000. And you didn't think that that was gonna be so expensive, but it is. So anything that you keep having to do like that that arguably doesn't really give arguably much benefit, one single supplement can't do much for you.
Speaker 2:But in this case, this one device can be used for the whole family. And, you know, for pennies in comparison, you're getting such a regenerative therapy, which should be the baseline, and then you can stack and add from there. And so we just wanna support people with that. We've got a sixty day money back guarantee, 50,000 rated lifespan hours on the red light device, three year warranty, and one year warranty on the other devices. And then you you could use that red light device, for example.
Speaker 2:It it for a family, it should be should, you know, last the next eighty years based on the rated lifespan. FDA class two certified. So these are things to look for. And then with everything, you've got a sixty day money back guarantee. So you literally can try it, see how it works for you, and then then make your decision.
Speaker 1:And so let's hop over to, I'll let you turn back on. So it's myredlight.com. Right? This is the the main website. And there's there's a different one for the PMF.
Speaker 1:Right?
Speaker 2:So Oh, yeah. We yes. You can get it all there, but, yes, you can use mypmfmatt.com, and you'll get the same information on both pages. So
Speaker 1:Oh, it is. So myredlight.com actually covers both of them.
Speaker 2:It'll have it both there now. Yeah. Exactly. And then the really cool thing is we've got a code for you guys. So, guys, we want people to get a discount.
Speaker 2:We wanna make this accessible for you. So you've got the code Seth 25 and Seth 30. So 25 is for any single item, even though it has some other gifts bundled in with it. But if it's a single item, you'll get that Seth 25 code. But the ones that have multiple units in one, like it's a complete bundle, then that's a Seth 30 codeware, and it would just tell you which one to use in whether it's the 20 or 30.
Speaker 2:So just add those codes, etcetera. So we'll have them in the description, and then bam, you whack that code in, get the massive discount, in some cases,
Speaker 1:you
Speaker 2:know, several $100, even over a thousand dollars and massive savings. And then you could you can get all these therapies. And there's an example where we combine the far infrared sauna blanket, which is something that normally, you know, you might not have been able to afford a sauna in your home, but now you can, and might not have had the space and it's not very social. Sometimes going to the basement, you can actually sit and watch, you know, your favorite shows with the family inside of your sauna blanket, and you can all be doing these things together while you're watching your favorite shows like Seth. Right?
Speaker 2:Like Seth Hallett, Ass Man in America or whatever you're doing and watching, like, they're very social type devices, and that's why you'll see in my home, they're all in the living room areas because I want the kids to be on them and my wife to be on them while we're doing things that we enjoy. So you're doing two things at once. You're healing while you're entertaining or educating yourself.
Speaker 1:And so here's the here's the PMATH mat right there. And and and, again, I'll I'll put the coupon codes in the description, the show description. That way, it's just, you know, easy for people and the links.
Speaker 2:Yep.
Speaker 1:And then the actual red light units, you know, these are the like, right here, these are, like actually, you can see for, you know, $800. Actually, before the coupon, so it's probably, what, $600 after the coupon, you've got
Speaker 2:Oh, yeah. That's, that's with the coupon applied.
Speaker 1:Oh, okay. Perfect. Okay. You see
Speaker 2:with the line out?
Speaker 1:Line I see. Okay. Yep. Perfect. So you can see the different size package.
Speaker 1:I think that I have which one do I have? Do I have the
Speaker 2:You have that one on the far right.
Speaker 1:Oh, the the Pro 300.
Speaker 2:Yep.
Speaker 1:Okay. Max. It has the stand. Yep. That's that's what we have in we use it all the time.
Speaker 1:Actually, I was telling you before we started recording, I've got a 20 old and a five year old, and they're always off playing together. And the other day, I was like, where are the kids at? And we went up in the bedroom, and they're they're both sitting, my daughter, my five year old, she turned on the PMF mat, and she turned on the red light. And they're both just sitting up there under under the light, just hanging out together. It was actually the coolest thing ever.
Speaker 1:So Mhmm.
Speaker 2:So safe. And then, yeah, if you're worried about those frequencies, you'd be, oh, no. You know? What happens? But you know how safe those frequencies are, so you were, like, completely relaxed with your children sitting on that mat.
Speaker 1:Of course. It's good for them.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Oh, yeah. But many parents would freak out, though, because they just would worry that that was a problem, but everything about that is safe. Everything about that is so good and healing for them. You can scroll down a little as well.
Speaker 2:On that PMF mat, remember that that's a one fifty millitesla, like I mentioned, that that clinical grade. And then as well, you've got the twenty four twenty four photon lights. You've got the one to 30 hertz frequency range, which is the healing range that matches the cell's frequencies. And, yeah, and then you've got payment plans. If people need that, if you're international, you can use Afterpay.
Speaker 2:It's free shipping within The United States. If you're national, if you're in in America, you can use Afterpay as well. And then PayPal, buy now, pay later, that option is there available on the page also. You can yeah. So you could scroll down there, but that's generally that what's there in in that, you know, awesome offering there, guys.
Speaker 2:And so we, yeah, definitely it's in high demand. Right? So as you know, I'm I'm actually going on on Tim Pool to chat about this more in detail. I did chat about it recently, but I'm gonna be going more in detail soon, very shortly here on Tim Pool's show and on Steven Gardner and some other folks that you guys might not know, but Ocean Robbins, he's part of the Baskin Robbins family. He just shared with his audience and Wendy Myers, who's like kind of like the queen of detox doctor Myers.
Speaker 2:There's lots of folks that are going on. It's creating a huge demand, so I just want people to to, you know, know that, get excited, and then get get, you know, get your get your order in. And so make sure you don't miss out because this is this is really a a game changer, and people people are excited. It's making a huge difference for folks, and we certainly want people that need it the most to get these products.
Speaker 1:I also wanna point out here, that below every product, you'll see the the ship time. Right? So most of these are four to six weeks. So just know that ahead of time. You know, if it's not there in a week, don't be freaking out.
Speaker 1:It's four to six weeks to ship out. Mhmm. A lot of demand that you're having a hard time keeping up with, which is a good thing. Right? So, anyway, I'll put all the links in the show description.
Speaker 1:And, yeah. Anyway, it's been great hanging out with you. Mhmm. It's been fun. And, yeah, I appreciate what you're doing, and, I look forward to doing this again soon.
Speaker 1:So, Jonathan, thank you for everything you're doing, and it's just it's always always fun having you on.
Speaker 2:Thank you so much, Seth. I appreciate you having me so much. And then just quickly just quickly go to the last slide that you had up, like, slide 56. This would be a really nice note to end us on. And I
Speaker 1:And you're in red light or the PMF?
Speaker 2:Red light. Red light. This will take me thirty seconds. I wanna, like, end this with a bang because you guys you guys will love seeing this. So, bam, look at that.
Speaker 2:So ninety six percent of the women went to normal thyroid size in twelve months. So this is Hashimoto's thyroiditis with enlarged thyroid. K? So and keep in mind that they also used vitamin d and selenium. So blockbuster study, guys.
Speaker 2:How many times do you see ninety six percent of people get better? And think about it. These women were not in a clinic for twelve months, which means what? There's a clinical study there. Which means what?
Speaker 2:That they the four percent that didn't get better or and, like, get their, you know, thyroid back to normal size may have been a user error and likely was considering how high that success rate was. And you'll see the same thing now in the next couple of slides, go right over the diabetic foot ulcer. This was ninety to one hundred percent healing after ninety days on diabetic foot ulcers with light therapy. Amazing. Right?
Speaker 2:And so now I got there's a clinical study. The next slide, and then finally, could flick over to the last study will be on 66, and this is a great one to end on, guys. So if you don't think this is enough people to get a good, you know, result, this is sixty four hundred children over 41 clinical trials. Guess what? Red light therapy was the number one treatment to slow eye growth and vision worsening, even more effective than atropine or Ortho K alone.
Speaker 2:And red light worked by improving blood flow in the eye, reducing strain and inflammation, helping prevent the eyeball from elongating too quickly. So this was for children, guys. So, you know, just having that in your home, Seth, knowing that you're preventing your children's eyes from getting worse, And it works for children. It works in 90 year old women. Why?
Speaker 2:I know that because I've seen it. I saw Joanne get her eyesight back. 92 years old, she had complete restoration of her peripheral vision. She can completely read now, and she had lost those completely. And then you just keep going over the list of people.
Speaker 2:Shannon, who went to compete in a marathon after two and a half weeks before she's bedridden with Graves' disease, a chronic autoimmune thyroid condition. So, you know, people are getting better, and I'm just so excited about that. So thank you so much for having me, Seth.
Speaker 1:Of course. My pleasure's all mine. Thank you, Jonathan.
Speaker 2:Alright. Thanks so much.
Speaker 1:I hope you enjoyed that show. I've now got a very short interview with Natalie Dominguez, who's gonna educate us on something that I didn't know existed until a few years ago, which is literally how people can steal your home without you even knowing it. So please enjoy this short interview. Natalie, it's great to have you the show. Thank you very much for being here with us today.
Speaker 3:Glad to be here with you.
Speaker 1:So your job, which is interesting, your kind of purpose is to educate people on something that I knew very little about, you know, even a couple of years ago, which is how literally people's homes can be stolen without them even knowing it until it's too late. Right? Which which is home title theft. And so Mhmm. This is I guess, we'll we've got a couple different news articles that we're gonna be diving into which show real examples of this.
Speaker 1:It's not just some conspiracy or some fear tactic. Hey, make sure you're insuring this because this does happen. But before we look at those, just give us this, like, that 10,000 foot view. What is it? What is home title theft?
Speaker 1:How common is it? How does it happen? Just give us the kind of the elevator pitch to help us kinda make sure we're on the same page.
Speaker 3:Absolutely. So title fraud, title theft, it's it's, you know, known by a few different names. The FBI coined the term house stealing in the late two thousands. Used to be a crime that was done in in a lot smaller of oh my gosh. I'm sorry.
Speaker 3:My brain is not working right now. So the crime used to be done in in, I feel like, a lot smaller quantities because back in the day in early two thousands, this was primarily a a paper crime. Right? And it still technically is, but with so many advancements in technology and AI and then especially post COVID with everything being done online, this crime has just skyrocketed. And essentially what it is is it's criminals and scammers that are taking advantages of these kind of legal loopholes in our title filing system.
Speaker 3:So if I'm a criminal, I can walk into a county office and with a, you know, one to two page document depending on the municipality, I can file fraudulent paperwork and on paper claim ownership of someone's home. The public information is very easy to get because all of our property records are by statute public record. I can walk in any county office. If I have a general idea of where you live, I can walk in and probably find your home. I've done it with a few other of the, you know, hosting creators that we've worked with just to kinda show them how the process works.
Speaker 3:And even though they do have a good understanding of it, it still does tend to shock them every single time. So if I'm a criminal, I can go in and take advantage of that. Once the title documents have been filed, because the county's job is to record and not to authenticate, there's a little to no authentication practices that are happening at the county level. Even if they suspect it's fraud, by law, they still have to take it as long as it's filled out properly. So what this does is it gives the criminal or the scammer the ability to take your ownership on paper on record with the county and then go take out loans against your home or even sell the property behind your back.
Speaker 3:And most of the time, you don't know about this until, you know I know some of the stories you have as examples, you don't know about it until you're getting an admission notice or, you know, pay back your loans now or we're gonna foreclose on your house notices in the mail, which most people tend to think are scams anyway nowadays. So it's it's a very easy crime to commit and a very hard crime to unwind.
Speaker 1:It's it's it's just incredible that the the depth that people descend to to take advantage of people and rob people. And targeting elderly people, especially, that are relying on mail. Oh, right. They're they're easily susceptible to these kinds of scams. And so we've got a couple different cases to look at.
Speaker 1:I first wanna look at what happened out in Arizona. Let me pull this up. We've got an article about this here. Mhmm. So so predatory real estate scam.
Speaker 1:So stripped homes from owners in Arizona, their AG has come out and said. So I'll just read read a little bit about this, and I'll let you explain it. So this is from early, back in August. So AG, Chris Mays, announced Monday her office is suing predatory entities who lured vulnerable homeowners into signing away ownership of their property. At a minimum, hundreds of people have been victimized by an alleged real estate scam that's at the center of a civil complaint being brought by the law enforcement agency.
Speaker 1:So the the defendants in the lawsuit filed by her office are accused of presenting themselves as professionals who could help homeowners at risk of foreclosure. But the AG's office said the defendants were tricking these individuals into signing over the deeds of their homes. The lawsuit's being filed against Edward and Gretchen along with more than 50 entities that they allegedly controlled. The she says they she described the allegations containing the lawsuit as immoral and disgusting behavior. That these schemes involved soliciting homeowners and convincing them to transfer their deeds into a trust, but the deeds were actually being transferred into shell entities allegedly controlled by these, you know, alleged criminals.
Speaker 1:So this is kinda crazy. And I think this is something that I think also if someone is, say, a few months behind on their mortgage payment, and they're getting these notifications, and they're already in a situation where they're feeling stressed, they're vulnerable. If someone shows up and says, hey. Look. We specialize in helping you avoid foreclosure.
Speaker 1:We can you know, I'm sure they can present this really amazing case for how they can make sure they keep their home and just sign the dotted line. This is this is why so this is this is a prime example, right, of title theft, basically.
Speaker 3:Yeah. It's and personally, I think the most terrible part about this is that these people are physically going and making contact with, these, you know, elderly homeowners that are kind of in need of help. Was really unfortunate because most of the time when this happens, there is no direct contact. Right? It's a very subvert under the table kind of thing that just happens and you don't find about it till way later.
Speaker 3:But in this specific case, they were making contact. And what is scary is if if you were to go try to fight this in court. Right? Let's say a criminal does this to you in your home, and you can look at the paper and go, that's not my signature. We have a handwriting expert.
Speaker 3:You know? It's still on you to prove that it's fraud, but it's a lot easier. Whereas these criminals are taking the extra step and getting the actual homeowners to actually sign over. So these are technically legitimate documents, but still forged because the intention was not presented properly. Right?
Speaker 3:So it's so much harder to fight legally, because these documents are technically legitimate. Right? Like, the homeowner did sign it. It is their signature, And it's it's very important, but it is title fraud because what they're doing is also taking that ownership and transferring it into these Shell LLCs, these businesses that don't exist, or these people that don't exist and then going out and taking these fraudulent loans. And and I don't think any of the properties got pulled, but I do know that a lot of the the loans happened.
Speaker 1:It's just crazy. So there's another one I'll bring up here, which is I think even more wild about this church. So let me pull up, make sure I have the right article here. Yeah. So here we go.
Speaker 1:Let me just get rid of the ads on the page there. This is crazy. Like, so so this person literally was stealing churches. Okay? And then I had to read a little bit about this.
Speaker 1:It's almost too wild to comprehend. So the headline here is, I didn't understand how the law did not help us. Church theft highlights why Texas lawmakers acted on deed theft. It says, the new Texas law makes real property theft a crime, extends the statute of limitations, and strengthens tools to return stolen property and secure restitution. So what it says here says, for pastor for pastor Corey Maxey, the case wasn't just about fraud on paper.
Speaker 1:It was about losing his family's place of worship. His grandfather had founded the West Dallas church. I didn't understand how the law did not help us when we had documentations of who I am and all that, he said. And the fraud, he said, was carried up by someone who called himself a pastor. So what happened here, he said, when the plea when we when we called the police out, the police told us we had a civil situation.
Speaker 1:So in 2017, pastor Whitney Foster transferred ownership of the church from Maxey's congregation. He says it it scattered my congregation, so it kinda broke us up. So cases like Maxey's, helped push for a new law known as s b 16, which was recently, passed. So it says, in the past, law enforcement thought this was purely evil, this said the AG. So I'm I'm gonna just read a little more down at the bottom to explain what happened here.
Speaker 1:So basically, scrolling down here. They're describing how how this actually how this process works. But, basically, what happened with this guy is that this other person, like, literally took over his own church, and then, you know, kind of finagled with the documents and literally moved his his congregation into this guy's church. This guy tries to go back to his church with his congregation. Someone else is there.
Speaker 1:And he basically had used these, I guess, criminal activities to to literally steal someone's church, which is this absolutely insane to think about.
Speaker 3:Yeah. So I'm actually I'm very familiar with this article. Part of my job, you kind of said in the beginning, was I have to be very familiar with the news stories that are happening. One, because we also like to keep up with the different states and kind of what they're doing according to the law. So I'll I'll touch on that in a moment.
Speaker 3:But what's what's very sad is this you know, I'm not gonna say pastor, I'll say the criminal. Right? The pastor that did the wrongdoing. So this criminal took advantage of the pastor and their congregation had moved out of the church temporarily for some renovation. And this is something that very often happens with, title fraud and title theft is criminals will target, you know, vacant property, vacant land, homes that are are being renovated.
Speaker 3:We've seen two in the past year alone that were literally families that were out for renovations, and they came back to bulldozed homes. Two separate ones. Much longer story, but they are higher targets because you aren't there. You're not being watchful and things like that. So the pastor had done the title fraud, or sorry.
Speaker 3:The criminal had done the title fraud, moved the congregation in. And then when the the original pastor had gone and tried to they called the police. They had the police come over, tried to get them kicked out. But what happened was because the, criminal was the owner on record, the police basically said, well, this is what the county records are showing us. I know you have some records, but these are the the legal on record records.
Speaker 3:We can't do anything about it. You need to go back to the county or or, you know, get it seen before a judge and have them kicked out. K? So this is the biggest problem with title fraud in my personal opinion. Yes.
Speaker 3:They they passed a law that kind of, you know, extended the statute of limitations because you don't find out about this right away and did things like that. But what's actually happening is it takes so long like, the only recourse you have for a as a homeowner sorry. Let me pause. The only recourse that you have as a homeowner is to hire a lawyer and get the scene before a judge. If I walk into a county office and I say, hey.
Speaker 3:Fraud has been done on my property. This piece of paper is not me. It's not my signature. At the county, they're not gonna go, oh, this wasn't you. Cool.
Speaker 3:That's not gonna happen. They're gonna say, sorry. It's a civil matter. You have to go hire a lawyer. You have to get it seen before a judge.
Speaker 3:Same thing that the police. We work with a lot of law enforcement. They say the same thing. When it comes to scams and things of that nature, it's not criminal. It's civil.
Speaker 3:So in this case, what is the saddest part of it is that even though this case brought up something for the state and they were able to go and push through some some law changes, To this day, from our understanding, eight years later, this pastor still does not have his church back because he did not have the funds to go through the legal process and the lengthy process it took to get the the everything straightened out. But since then, this criminal pastor has done this to three total churches that they knew of and has been sentenced as is currently in jail. I think thirty five years is what he got. So it just that is where the logic just I I'm completely lost because how can someone go to jail for this crime, but the original pastor doesn't get the property back? Right?
Speaker 3:And it's because they're two different processes. One is a criminal proceeding, and one is technically civil proceeding. And nothing is being done to change that, really.
Speaker 1:It's absolutely insane. And so tell us a little bit more about home title lock. Right? So that's who you represent. And it's this is I've learned a lot through you, and I've done interviews with other people of your team.
Speaker 1:And also, like, guy who's like a he was a formal title a former title thief, which was interesting. Match. Like, the one thing that I'm seeing with this is that it's way more common than people would think. And it just happens. And a lot of times, you don't know what's happened until it's too late.
Speaker 1:And it may not be too late to say get your house back, but it's too late from the perspective that you may not afford all of the legal fees, all the process it takes to actually go and disprove and, you know, prove basically that a criminal did this. Because as you mentioned, a lot of times, like, the police, they just look in they go to the county, and they look at the documents that are there. And those documents have already been basically forged or manipulated or replaced with the ones that say you don't own your home. And also Yep. The bank.
Speaker 1:Right? So the person who then maybe even steals your identity and then steals your home and takes out, say, a half million dollar mortgage, say, with JPMorgan Chase in your name, then you can't just go to the bank and say, hey. That wasn't me because they're saying no. You owe us half $1,000,000, and so we're gonna foreclose on your house. And so it just gets people in a complete mess.
Speaker 1:So walk us through what home title lock does.
Speaker 3:For sure. And before I do, I do wanna touch on something that you said that was very important. I constantly because I do a lot of these interviews, I talk to the public a lot. I am on Facebook y'all. I'm gonna say hi.
Speaker 3:I do actually respond to people. It is me, it's not bots. But I do see a lot of people with a lot of very, very common misconceptions. My credit is frozen. Well, if they transfer out of your name, it's not in your name.
Speaker 3:It's not in your credit. It's on the bank. It's not on me if it's fraud. Nope. Sorry.
Speaker 3:I know that's a very thing to say in your head, but it's not. We have seen people in the news Google it. Right? We've seen people in the news lose their homes because the bottom line is a bank is gonna have better lawyers than you do. A bank is gonna know how to get their money back regardless of who they hurt.
Speaker 3:They don't care. They're not just gonna, you know, brush off a 200 or $300,000 loan because someone took advantage of an 80 year old. It's sadly, it's the way that it it the world works. And it's horrible, but it's the way the world works. So that's why our company Home Title Locked does what we do.
Speaker 3:So, we do offer protection for this crime in the sense of there there are some other companies, I cannot name who they are, that, you know, claim to monitor your title or send you notifications. But what we do at Home Title Lock is so much more important because we're not just monitoring alerts. Our million dollar triple off protection is really protection for the homeowner. It no one can stop the crime from happening. That has to happen at the government level.
Speaker 3:We can't stop it. The other company, as I mentioned, can't stop it. But what we can do is we can be there for the homeowner in the aftermath. So let's say hypothetically you are a victim of the crime. The first part the first lock of our million dollar triple lock protection is going to twenty four seven monitor your property.
Speaker 3:This is important. We monitor the property, not the person. Because if we're monitoring you, your Social Security number, whatever is, again, they transfer the home out of your name, nothing pivoting your Social Security. Identity theft protection doesn't cover this. Credit monitoring doesn't cover this.
Speaker 3:So we monitor the property, not person. Two, urgent alerts. The moment something is filed, it then has to go through this whole recording process in the back end, and this is something that a lot of people don't really understand either, is that it's not just you file something on paper and suddenly you get alerted. It has to go through. They have to index things.
Speaker 3:They have to file things. They have to scan it. And once it becomes electronically available in that database, we pick it up. We notify you. And this is anything that's filed on your home.
Speaker 3:Even if it is something that you are doing, we don't just kind of determine what's suspicious or not because that's not effective. It's anything filed against your property. And then third, and most importantly, in my opinion, we're the only company that does this is our million dollar restoration. So from start to finish, if you are the victim of this crime and you come to us and you say, hey. Someone filed this on my house, and it wasn't me.
Speaker 3:Like, what do I do? Our team of restoration experts are immediately gonna jump in and take over the process. The only thing that we really have you do that we're not allowed to do is file a police report if you haven't done so already. We do have to have that on the record, but then we take everything over. Depending on what state you're in, we will go through the process of, finding representation, going through the court proceedings.
Speaker 3:We handle all of the legal fees. We do the court filing fees. We we literally take everything away from the homeowner so that you don't have to do anything. And the reason this is important is we look at people like pastor Maxey who is eight years later without his church back because he couldn't afford legal fees. That's why we do what we do.
Speaker 3:So that you as a homeowner, if you're, you know, an 80 year old that's being scammed, you're not on your own. It's not your money. It's not, you know, your emotional eye and your time management and all that stuff. We just we we take it over. We do it for you.
Speaker 3:Our company was created because, our CEO and founder went through something very personal himself, and that's how we found out about, you know, this growing crime. And that's when Home Tidal Off was made so that people that are not getting the help from, you know, the government, the people that were supposed to be kind of, you know, helping us and protecting us, have have some sort of recourse. So that's why we do what we do.
Speaker 1:Makes perfect sense. So it's really it's it's it's monitoring. It's flagging you every change that happens. Similar to know, I've got these kind of I won't name the exact company, but, you know, you'll get a notice if you're, know, you someone's applied for a loan. And so maybe it's me.
Speaker 1:Maybe I went and I was gonna finance a new lawnmower or something. I get a notification. So, you know, I'm the best person to sort through, hey, did you just, you know, take out a new loan against your house? It's like, no. Okay.
Speaker 1:So, but what's, I think, what's most important though is you have that if I'm correctly, you'll spend up to a million dollars to basically make sure that that situation is fixed. And so if something does happen, it slips through the cracks, and you figure that out, Your team, they have the attorneys. They know how the legal process works. They know the exact process it's gonna take to make sure that that can be resolved. And you're guaranteed up to a million dollars in whatever it takes to to make that happen, which seems to me like Absolutely.
Speaker 2:That's what
Speaker 3:we're gonna do today. Time wise too. I mean, we we've had cases where, in in our in our restoration for our restoration customers, I mean, we've had cases where they knew who it was, maybe a family member. I can't give specifics because of the cases, but one of them was a rogue lawyer that the family had worked with. In those cases, that makes it a little bit easier because we actually know who the person was.
Speaker 3:But we go through it with the family from start to finish. Sometimes they take a month and sometimes it's a year, and we're going to court for a year and we're getting stuff taken care of. But again, that's why we do what we do to make sure that we're there for the homeowner when otherwise they'd be doing everything themselves. And we have a, legal network across The US because every municipality is also different. Every state has different rules and different laws and different ways to go about it.
Speaker 3:So we make sure that we are up to date with what goes on in every single state and every single county so that we are prepped and ready to jump in, you know, if and when needed.
Speaker 1:Makes perfect sense. Well, Natalie, thank you so much for your time today and educating I us on really appreciate you, being here with us today.
