Dead world. Ocean planet. One island wrapped in fog where everyone smiles too wide, the beer pours free from a Skitarii's mouth, and the administrator has two hundred years of tithe stockpiled in a basement that shouldn't exist. Somewhere beneath the waves, a missing Magos went looking for xenos ruins in a crater — and the only clue is a catatonic old woman in a rocking chair who keeps pointing at the sea, whispering about "the big fish."
