Monday, we collected 70 events,
including the reinstatement of South
Korea's prime minister as acting
president, so let's get started.
"South Korea
The Constitutional Court of South Korea
has dismissed the impeachment of Prime
Minister Han Duck-soo, reinstating him
as acting president while continuing
to deliberate on the future of
impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol.
The court ruled 5-1 to overturn
the impeachment, citing that
Han's actions were not serious
enough to warrant his removal.
This decision comes as the public awaits
the court's ruling on Yoon's impeachment,
with pro-Yoon and anti-Yoon protests
ongoing in Seoul and other cities and
police preparing for potential violence."
"China
On Saturday, the ethnic Myanmar
National Democratic Alliance Army
(MNDAA) resumed negotiations with
the military junta in Kunminy, China,
focusing on territorial control of the
northern Shan State capital, Lashio.
The first day of talks ended in an
impasse, as junta representatives demanded
the return of the entire Lashio Township.
At the same time, the MNDAA only offered
to hand over some wards in Lashio town.
Amidst the stalemate, China is pressuring
the MNDAA to relinquish control of
Lashio, which the group had seized in
August the previous year, along with
the regime's Northeastern Command."
"Democratic Republic of Congo
On Sunday, the Congolese military asked
its troops to observe a ceasefire in
the North Kivu region in the eastern
Democratic Republic of Congo to encourage
de-escalation and prioritize peace talks.
This announcement comes after the rebel
alliance, M23, announced its withdrawal
from the captured mining town of Walikale.
However, Sudan's military stated it
""reserves the right to intervene in
the event of any hostile movement likely
to compromise the pause in fighting
and to threaten the security of the
population and their property, as well
as the territorial integrity of Congo."""
"Gaza Strip
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has
issued a warning for Palestinians
in the Beit Lahiya and Beit Hanoun
areas of the Gaza Strip to evacuate
due to rocket fire from the region.
This warning comes after projectiles
were fired from the area towards
Sderot and nearby communities.
The IDF has described the warning
as a ""final warning"" before
potential strikes in the area."
"Iran
Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi
has stated that the country is open to
indirect negotiations with the United
States regarding a new nuclear deal.
However, he ruled out direct
talks with Washington until the US
changed its approach towards Iran."
"Japan
Japan has lodged a protest with China over
a statement that misquoted Prime Minister
Shigeru Ishiba's remarks during a meeting
with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
China's statement claimed Ishiba said
Japan ""respects"" China's positions
on historical issues and the Taiwan
question, but Japan's foreign ministry
denies this, calling it ""not factual.""
The issue remains unresolved, with
China's foreign ministry website still
displaying the disputed statement."
"Sudan
On Monday, the UN migration stated that
15,000 households have fled the town
of Al-Malha in North Darfur State due
to ongoing clashes between the Sudanese
army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF)."
"Taiwan
On Sunday, the Taiwan Coast Guard seized
a suspected Chinese ship in restricted
waters near Yogan, off northwest Taiwan.
The unmarked vessel, carrying
approximately 500,000 liters of
fuel, was intercepted after refusing
to comply with inspection orders.
The six crew members on board,
suspected to be Chinese nationals,
were detained and will be subject
to administrative penalties and
deportation after paying fines."
"Turkey
Ekrem Imamoglu, a main opposition
leader and rival of President Recep
Tayyip Erdogan, has been officially
nominated as a presidential candidate
by the Republican People's Party
(CHP) for the 2028 elections.
This comes after Imamoglu was arrested,
interrogated, and jailed in less
than a week following a graft and
terror probe that the opposition
has denounced as a political coup."
"Colombia
On Sunday, the Colombian National
Army killed four members of the
National Liberation Army (ELN)
guerrilla group during an operation
in the Norte de Santander department.
The raid resulted in the seizure of
four rifles, one handgun, explosives,
supplies, and communications equipment."
"Gaza Strip
An office of the International
Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in
Rafah, southern Gaza, was damaged by
an explosive projectile on Monday.
Fortunately, no one was
injured in the incident.
The ICRC has condemned the attack,
stating that it has a direct
impact on their ability to operate.
The organization has not directly
blamed any party for the attack, and
there has been no comment from the
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) so far."
"India
A soldier was wounded in an
IED explosion along the Line of
Control (LoC) in Poonch district.
Security agencies are investigating
the incident, which occurred
hours after the recovery of arms,
ammunition, and narcotics from a
hideout in Poonch's Surankote sector."
"India
On Saturday afternoon, around 15-20
members of the Arambai Tenggol group
forcibly entered the residence of
UNLF militant Irengbam Nandakumar
Singh in Kongpal Chingangbam
Leikai and attacked insurgents of
the Imphal Valley-based outfit.
During the incident, four UNLF
(Pambei) militants present in the
house sustained blunt injuries.
Gunfire was exchanged between
the two sides, prompting a
response from security forces.
The four UNLF (Pambei) militants
were taken into custody, while
the Arambai Tenggol attackers
managed to flee the scene.
In a subsequent operation on Sunday,
police arrested two Arambai Tenggol
members in connection with the attack."
"India
On Sunday, a minor girl was injured
during a gun battle between security
forces and terrorists in Jammu
and Kashmir's Kathua district.
The incident occurred after
security forces launched a search
operation in the Sanyal village
following reports of suspicious
terrorist movements in the area.
The terrorists managed to escape,
but a cordon has been established
around the forest area, and operations
are ongoing to neutralize them."
"India
On Sunday, police arrested three PREPAK
(PRO) militants in the Bishnupur district.
Police recovered a .303
LMG, two .303
LMG magazines and 20 rounds of
ammunition from the individuals."
"India
Police arrested a member of the United
National Liberation Front (UNLF)
militant group in Ningomvam Lamkhai,
Imphal West district, for involvement
in extorting transport vehicles."
"India
Police arrested a PREPAK (PRO) militant
during an operation in Mantripukhri
Bazar in the Imphal East district.
The individual was accused of
extorting local shops in the area."
"Iraq
On Monday, the Iraqi military announced
that its troops arrested eight ISIS
terrorists during separate operations in
the Anbar, Nineveh, and Maysan provinces."
"Israel
A 75-year-old man has been shot dead in
a terror attack near the northern town
of Yokne'am, and another person has
been injured after the attacker rammed
his vehicle into a bus stop at Tishbi
Junction, injuring several more people.
The attacker was killed at the scene."
"Israel
A rocket fired from the Gaza Strip
at southern Israel was intercepted
by air defenses, with sirens sounding
in Sderot and nearby communities.
There are no reports
of injuries or damage."

Israel's air defenses successfully
intercepted two rockets
launched from the Gaza Strip.
The incident occurred after sirens sounded
in the Sderot and nearby communities.
This marks the third rocket attack from
Gaza since Israel's military resumed
its offensive against Hamas last week."

The IDF's air defenses successfully
intercepted a ballistic missile
launched by the Iran-backed
Houthis in Yemen at Israel.
The missile was shot down before
crossing the country's borders,
with no reported injuries or damage.
This marks the sixth Houthi attack

Last Friday, March 21, the Mozambican
Defense and Security Forces (FDS) killed
seven suspected terrorists and wounded
several others in an ambush in the
village of Nguida, Cabo Delgado province.
The insurgents fell into a trap
prepared by the FDS near a well
where they were drinking water.
This incident occurred in the
province, which has been facing an
armed rebellion since October 2017."
"Pakistan
On Sunday night, a terrorist attack
was launched at a police checkpoint
in Jhangi town, near the border
of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The police responded effectively,
killing one suspected militant
with the help of thermal cameras.
The attack is the eighth in the
border areas of Punjab and Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa this month, but fortunately,
no police officials were injured."
"South Sudan
On Saturday, security forces
arrested nine suspects accused
of involvement in attacks, arson,
and looting in Yambio town.
Security forces have been
deployed to restore stability and
allow citizens to do business."
"Syria
A Turkish-backed military commander was
assassinated in front of his house in
Jarablus City, eastern Aleppo countryside.
Local security forces have
intervened to investigate the crime."
"Syria
A young man from Deir Ezzor
was shot dead by unknown gunmen
in Jaramanah, Rif Dimashq.
The incident has raised concerns
among residents, who are calling
for the circumstances of the
crime to be disclosed and the
perpetrators to be held accountable.
This event occurred after security
forces entered Jaramanah following
an agreement with local elders."
"Syria
Two sisters, one a pharmacist
and the other an engineer, were
kidnapped while traveling from
Al-Qirdaha to Damascus after getting
off a vehicle at Arazona Bridge.
Their current status and
whereabouts are unknown.
Additionally, three brothers were reported
missing when they stopped at the Bait
Al-Shanta junction on the highway between
Tartous and Homs, with no information
available regarding their fate."
"Thailand
On Sunday, a car bomb attack in
Pattani's Mai Kaen district injured
the permanent secretary of the Don Sai
Subdistrict Administrative Organisation.
The incident is suspected to be
an insurgent attack, following
a pattern of previous attacks
targeting female officials."
"Turkey
On March 21, an armed attack occurred
on Iraq's Consulate General in Istanbul.
Two assailants, later identified as Ã.Ã.
and S.H.,
used a long-barreled weapon to fire
at the building, striking it with
nine bullets but causing no injuries.
Following a motorcycle accident that
led to their identification, the
perpetrators were taken into custody.
A subsequent investigation resulted in
the arrest of 10 more suspects, including
the mastermind behind the attack, B.E.,
and the seizure of a stolen
motorcycle, a vehicle belonging to
the criminal organization, and the
long-barreled weapon used in the attack.
All 12 suspects remain in custody
as the Istanbul Police Department's
Organized Crime Division
continues its investigation."
"Israel
The State Attorney's Office has
filed an indictment against Eduard
Yusupov, a 65-year-old resident
of Netivot, Israel, on charges of
treason for allegedly conducting
spying activities on behalf of Iran.
Yusupov is accused of collecting and
documenting sensitive information
about national infrastructure sites,
including IDF bases, military sites, and
commercial areas, in exchange for $41,000.
He is charged with transmitting
information to an enemy to harm
state security, contact with a
foreign agent, and demonstrating
a decision to commit treason."
"Philippines
On Monday, the US and Philippine
armies launched Exercise
Salaknib, a three-week exercise.
Approximately 5,000 soldiers will
participate in the drills, which
will focus on territorial defense,
large-scale deployments, and
combined operations to enhance the
two nations' military cooperation.
A second phase of the exercise is
scheduled for later this year."
"Spain
On Monday, NATO launched Exercise
Dynamic Mariner-Flotex 25, a large-scale
multinational maritime exercise designed
to strengthen allied naval cooperation
and demonstrate the Alliance's commitment
to safeguarding critical sea lanes.
Six NATO nations, including France,
Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain,
and Turkey, are participating in
the exercise, which is taking place
in the western Mediterranean Sea
and the Atlantic Ocean and testing
the Alliance's capacity to respond
swiftly to emerging maritime threats.
The exercise runs until 4 April."
"Gaza Strip
An Israeli airstrike on Sunday
killed Ismail Barhoum, a member
of Hamas's political bureau, while
he was undergoing treatment at
Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.
This follows the death of another Hamas
member, Salah al-Bardawil, who was
killed in an air strike on Saturday.
The Israeli military confirmed
targeting both individuals,
citing them as key members of
the Hamas terrorist organization.
The strikes are part of Israel's
resumed air campaign in Gaza after an
impasse over continuing a ceasefire."
"Gaza Strip
IDF troops have conducted an operation in
Rafah's Tel Sultan neighborhood, detaining
around 30 suspects, including a terrorist
involved in the October 7 attack.
The operation resulted in the deaths of
approximately 20 terror operatives and
the destruction of a Hamas command center.
The goal of the operation is to expand
a buffer zone along the Gaza border."
"Gaza Strip
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has
destroyed over 100 pickup trucks used by
Hamas in airstrikes across the Gaza Strip.
The trucks were used for various
operations, including the October
2023 terror attack in southern Israel
and to transfer weapons in Gaza.
The airstrikes targeted all areas
of Gaza, with one strike hitting a
building storing several pickup trucks."
"Gaza Strip
The Israeli military has conducted
airstrikes in southern and central
Gaza, resulting in multiple
reported deaths and injuries.
In Khan Younis, at least one
person, Manar Abu Khater, a Hamas
government official, was killed.
Another person died, and several
were injured in a separate strike in
the Nuseirat area of central Gaza."

On Sunday, the Jammu and Kashmir
Police raided the house of Farooq
Ahmad Dar in Kupwara, north Kashmir,
for his alleged association with the
banned Democratic Freedom Party (DFP).
The DFP was led by separatist leader
Sahbir Ahmad Shah and banned by the
centre in 2023 under the Unlawful
Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
The police claimed to have recovered
incriminating material during
the search, which will be part
of the ongoing investigation."

Security operations are underway
in Jammu and Kashmir, with
multiple incidents reported.
The Awantipora Police conducted raids at
locations linked to banned organizations,
while a joint operation by the Indian
Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police
was launched to track down terrorists
in the Saniyal area of Hiranagar.
Security forces have also recovered
heavy weapons, ammunition, improvised
explosive devices (IEDs), and
narcotics in a separate operation,
foiling a ""major terrorist attempt""
in the Rajouri and Poonch areas."

Last Friday, March 21, junta airstrikes
struck an internally displaced persons
(IDP) camp located in the western
part of DeeMawHso Township, Demoso
district, injuring a 10-year-old child."
"Myanmar
On Saturday, March 22, junta airstrikes
targeted a medical clinic in the
village of Hnan Khar, Gangaw Township,
killing 11, including medical staff
and five children, despite no recent
battles between junta forces and
anti-junta militias in the area."
"Myanmar
On Saturday, residents recovered
the bodies of four civilians in the
village of Kya Pinm, Salin township.
Junta forces arrested the four
individuals during mass raids in
Kya Pin and 24 other villages."
"Myanmar
The Myanmar junta has launched multiple
airstrikes on Myingyan and Natogyi
townships in the Mandalay Region,
killing one person and injuring
two others, including a child.
The strikes targeted civilian areas
despite no active clashes, with local
sources citing the military's knowledge
of few resistance targets in the area."
"Pakistan
In Karak district, a clean-up
operation was conducted by the police
and Counter-Terrorism Department
commandos, resulting in the
destruction of terrorist hideouts.
The operation was aimed at
arresting key militant commander
Kalimullah, who was involved in
bank robberies and subversive acts.
In a separate operation in Lakki Marwat,
police and security forces conducted
joint snap-checking to ensure road safety
and maintain peace ahead of Eidul Fitr.
The operation involved the use of
modern technology, including VVS
and CRVS, to track down wanted
individuals and anti-social elements."

On Monday morning, two China Coast Guard
ships intercepted two Philippine Coast
Guard (PCG) and Bureau of Fisheries and
Aquatic Resources (BFAR) vessels near
Bajo de Masinloc (Scarborough Shoal).
The incident occurred despite the
Philippines' claim that the area
is within its 200-nautical-mile
exclusive economic zone."
"Russia
The Special Operations Force has
successfully destroyed four Russian
helicopters in the Belgorod region
using high-precision missiles.
The helicopters, consisting of two
Ka-52 attack helicopters and two Mi-8
transport helicopters, were targeted
deep in Russia, where they were being
used to support ground operations and
sustain attacks on Ukrainian forces."

On Sunday, the Sudanese army
made new military gains against
the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
The army claims to have taken control
of several areas, including the
Al-Waha Mall and Al Baraka Tower,
amidst fighting with the RSF."
"Sudan
The conflict in eastern
DR Congo continues.
The M23 rebels announced a unilateral
ceasefire on February 22 but cited
delays in the Congolese army's
withdrawal from Walikale as a
significant obstacle to compliance.
The rebels claim that the army's
failure to withdraw its attack
drones from the town is compromising
ongoing peace initiatives."

A drone attack by Turkish
forces resulted in the death of
a motorbike owner in Qamishli
countryside, northern Al-Hasakah."

The Internal Security Administration
conducted a large-scale security
operation in the Khan Shaikhon

As a result, a significant number

Taiwan tracked nine Chinese

A Russian missile attack on
the city of Sumy has injured

On the night of March 24, 16 Russian
drones were spotted over Kyiv, with six
being destroyed by air defense forces.
The air raid lasted 1 hour and
35 minutes, but there were no
casualties or destruction within Kyiv.
However, a 37-year-old man was
injured in a nearby district of
Kyiv region due to a drone attack."
"Ukraine
Russian forces have been shelling
communities in the Dnipropetrovsk
region, causing damage to private
homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.
The attacks targeted the Nikopol
and Synelnykove districts,
affecting multiple communities and
causing destruction to buildings,
greenhouses, and a gas pipeline.
No casualties have been reported,
but the extent of the damage
is still being assessed."

Russian troops dropped explosives
from a drone on the village of
Shalyhyno, injuring a 27-year-old
man and his 46-year-old mother.
The victims were hospitalized."
"Ukraine
The Russian army has attacked the
Dergachiv community in the Kharkiv
region, damaging private houses.
According to reports, the attack
occurred in the early hours of the
morning, with guided aerial bombs
and other weapons used to strike
the areas of Prudyanka and Slatyno.
While there were no reported
casualties, three private households
and outbuildings were damaged.
Emergency services are working at
the scene to assess the damage."

The Russian army has launched attacks
in Ukraine, resulting in injuries
and damage to private properties.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two
people were injured, including a
36-year-old man who will be treated on
an outpatient basis, while a 40-year-old
man in the Nikopol district was
hospitalized in a moderate condition.
The attacks also caused damage to
private houses and cars, with an
air alert declared in the region
due to the threat of attack drones."

Ukrainian forces claimed to have
killed or wounded 1,280 Russian
soldiers over the past day.
Nearly 380 pieces of military equipment
were destroyed in the fighting."
"Yemen
The US has launched airstrikes
in Yemen for the 10th consecutive
day, targeting Houthi rebels.
The strikes have killed at least
54 people and wounded many others.
The US claims to have hit key Houthi
leadership and infrastructure, including
headquarters, communications nodes,
and drone production facilities.
The Houthis have downplayed their
losses and denied the US claims.
The airstrikes are part of a
campaign to pressure Iran, which
supports the Houthi rebels, and to
protect maritime trade and Israel."
"Canada
Thousands gathered to show
support for Palestinians and
protest Israeli occupation.
Counterprotesters dwindled as the
main demonstration grew to 3,000,
chanting slogans like ""Free Gaza!""
and ""Free Palestine!""."
"Iran
Seven individuals organizing Nowruz
celebrations in western Iran have been
arrested by the public prosecutor of
Kurdistan province, Mohammad Jabbari.
They are accused of using the
occasion to carry out anti-regime
activities, with Jabbari claiming
they have organizational and partisan
connections to opposition groups."
"Turkey
Since the detention of Istanbul Mayor
Ekrem Imamoglu five days ago, Turkish
authorities have detained 1,133
people, including nine journalists.
Imamoglu, a main rival of President
Erdogan, was jailed pending trial on
corruption charges, which he denies.
Despite bans on street gatherings,
thousands have participated in
mostly peaceful anti-government
demonstrations, with hundreds of
thousands taking part on Sunday.
The government claims the protests
are disrupting public order, while
opposition parties label the arrest
as politicized and undemocratic."

On Saturday, an Improvised Explosive
Device (IED) exploded in Buni Yadi,
Gujba Local Government Area (LGA) of
Yobe State, injuring three persons.
The incident occurred when a
22-year-old discovered live ammunition
and attempted to open it out of
curiosity, triggering an explosion."

A Russian Su-25 attack aircraft crashed
during a routine training flight in
Primorye Krai, Russia's Far East.
The pilot successfully ejected and was
rescued by a search and rescue team.
According to preliminary information,
the cause of the accident
was a technical malfunction.
The aircraft was reportedly unarmed,
so there was no damage on the ground."
"Syria
A 14-year-old child was killed
in an explosion of war remnants
in Baksarya Town, western Idlib.
Additionally, objects of war remnants
exploded in a house in Jisr Al-Shughour
City, but no casualties were reported."
"Syria
A child was killed, and four others
were injured in an explosion of an
old landmine in Joup Makhzom village,
Manbij countryside, an area controlled
by the National Army factions."
"Syria
A young man was killed in an explosion
of a landmine in the Haribsha area
of the southern Deir Ezzor desert."
"United States
A small plane, a Cirrus Vision SF50,
crashed into the fence at Kissimmee
Gateway Airport on Monday morning.
The incident occurred around 9 a.m.
after the pilot reported
experiencing a throttle issue.
Fortunately, the pilot was the only person
on board, and no injuries were reported.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
will investigate the cause of the crash."
