Good morning.

And welcome to morning cereal

Okay, good morning and welcome to Friday.

Nice job, you made it.

And as you might recall,

we've been off this entire week,

but we're gonna be back this next Monday

just in a couple days

with our regularly scheduled

programming of morning cereal.

But let's finish this

week on a positive note.

And here's a quote to get your day going

in that positive direction.

This morning's quote's

from Andrew Carnegie,

who said, quote, "If

you want to be happy,

"set a goal that commands your thoughts.

"It liberates your energy

and inspires your hopes."

End quote.

Now as you know, we've been reading

through Dale Carnegie's

book, How to Win

Friends and Influence People,

no relation to Andrew Carnegie.

But we're currently in

part four of this book,

and we're gonna look

back at the principles

that we've already covered in part four,

which is entitled Be a Leader,

How to Change People

Without Giving a Fence

or Arousing Resentments.

So here are the first three principles

that we've covered in

this section thus far.

Principle number one

was begin with praise

and honest appreciation.

Principle number two,

call attention to

people's mistakes indirectly.

And principle number three,

talk about your own mistakes

before criticizing the other person.

Well, I hope you've had a great week.

And remember, we're gonna be back

with all new episodes, full episodes,

starting again next Monday.

So I'm really looking forward to that.

I hope you are too.

We're actually gonna finish up part four

of Dale Carnegie's book,

How to Win Friends and Influence People.

So I'm really looking forward to

finishing that book,

which you might recall

if you've been with us

since the beginning,

we started this all

the way back in December.

Well, have a great weekend,

possibly watching some March Madness

or whatever else is gonna give you

hopefully a little bit

of rest and relaxation.

We'll see you again on

Monday and have a great day.

Wait a second, why would I say that?

Have a fantastic day.
