Padel Smash TV

In Part 2 of Padel Smash’s 4-part RacquetX 2026 audio podcast series, we continue our conversations with the people building the future of padel from every angle.

This episode dives into the business behind the sport, starting with Conquer Padel and their franchise model for opening new clubs across the United States. We discuss what future club owners need to understand before entering the market, from real estate and lease negotiations to permitting, design, operations, and why experience matters when building a profitable padel facility.

We also sit down with Dani from the Hexagon Cup 11.11 team to talk about the growth of one of the most exciting formats in professional padel, the evolution of team ownership, prize money, player opportunities, and the possibility of the Hexagon Cup expanding into the United States.
From there, we explore the product and brand side of padel with Heroe’s, including their 2026 racket collection, the Alien line, their strategy for entering the U.S. market, and the role of Padel Plant in Richmond, Virginia. The episode also features OCU Energy, a clean and convenient gummy energy product built for athletes and active lifestyles, along with Padel Mi Amor, a made-in-Italy padel apparel brand bringing style, identity, and performance to the court.

We close with a look at padel infrastructure and local competition through BaseX and MIA Padel League. BaseX explains its foundation system designed to simplify padel court installation without traditional concrete slabs, while MIA Padel League shares how its flexible match-play format is creating more opportunities for players in Miami to compete on their own schedule.

Part 2 is all about the builders - the people creating the clubs, products, leagues, apparel, and systems that will help padel grow across America.

Everyone, we're here with Conquer
Padel, the new kid on the block on

padel clubs in the United States.

So excited.

We've been following them.

They've been running away from
us, but now finally we get them.

Enrique, you are the visionary, the
brains behind this, uh, project.

I wouldn't say I'm the brains.

I'm the hardworking ant.

I come up with the crazy, stupid
ideas- … and they put me to work.

It's, uh, I have some great partners
that are behind all the execution of it.

All right.

So t-tell us a little bit
about what Conquer Padel is.

We are a group of padel enthusiasts.

We're not fears of anything.

We're a group of guys that love the
sport, that believe in the sport,

that believe in the potential it has,
and that are betting our livelihood.

Uh, no, we're doing this full time.

Yeah.

We're, we're, we're gonna hold all
their jobs, all their businesses,

and we're trying to grow it
and make a business out of it.

So talk to us a little bit about it.

I, I see a franchise opportunity.

How, how does that work?

Uh, are you selling
franchises for, for clubs?

Um, do you guys find the location first,
and then what, what, what, what services

do you provide with that franchise?

'Cause I see franchise opportunity.

So you talk to us a little bit about that.

So we're basically a partner-
Okay … that helps franchisees from-

That's great … finding locations.

Okay.

Real estate.

So we look at, yeah, real estate,
LOI negotiations- Okay … lease

negotiations and execution.

We help design the clubs.

We help, uh- So, so talk to me,
what's trending right now with, with

the, um, with the leases, with, uh,
with the, the terms of the leases?

Because, uh, we see a
lot of business plans.

We see a lot of different types of terms.

What is something you aim for when
you're looking at real estate?

We're looking at a lease five year with
two five-year, uh- Okay … extensions.

Yep, yep.

Uh, ideally you would
want a 10-year lease.

Okay.

Yep.

And we're looking at a better rent.

Uh, we're looking at, uh- How, how much?

What percent do you think?

And then you hire it as a small- It's,
it's- As a lo- uh, it's- It's depending

on how attractive the location is.

Ideally, we wanna start at least
five months after permitting.

Right.

Uh, right?

Got it.

I mean, no- Do you see a
lot of pushback from that?

'Cause you know how- Yeah, yeah … it
takes to permit, like a year and a half

sometimes Some… You never know, right?

Yeah.

It, it depends on the market.

Uh, on Utah, we were supposed to
be one month for permitting, and

it was over three months, right?

Yeah.

So sometimes you get it, sometimes
you don't, and then you just put a…

You, you try to get it five or seven
months- Yeah … and try to work as

hard as you can on getting that permit.

'Cause that really hurts clubs sometimes.

They think they're gonna finish,
like, in six months or eight

months, and they're, like, finishing
in a year and a half, you know?

Have you guys, uh, pushed kind of, like,
an option, you know, to execute the lease?

That way you can hold off
there as long as you can.

Oh, but- But- So besides abated rent,
we also go for tenant improvement-

Okay … uh, uh, allowance.

Yeah, like rent abatement.

Yeah.

So, so, so, so that helps.

Excellent.

Excellent.

It's, it's always, uh,
a little bit of a bet.

Gotcha.

So you do real estate.

Yeah.

What else do you guys do?

I, I assume the resources,
I'm assuming, with- Yes.

Uh, from marketing, uh, uh, before
you open it- Yep … we help you open

as successful as possible- Yep … to
get as many founding or pre-opening

members, uh, before you open.

We help with the opening event.

We help with operations after that.

We're like a consultant partner
that does not hold equity.

Okay.

So you provide a business plan.

You provide the structure, um- We-
… the resources of the courts, right?

What to do, what not to do, what engineers
and the designers, the whole shebang.

We, we have great, great
partnerships because of the

scale, and we recommend a lot.

We mandate nearly anything.

We just make recommendations.

So how about if, if the, the potential
person who wants to buy a franchise

doesn't have all the funding?

You help also with that,
uh, with resources?

We, we advise.

You advise.

Yes.

Okay.

Yes.

We don't, we don't invest,
uh- Okay … uh, in the clubs,

but we, uh, provide resources.

Exactly.

Okay.

So after they do it, what is
the cost for the franchisee?

What, what, what do you offer?

What are the services there that
you offer for the franchisees?

The services?

Yeah, yeah.

Um, it's everything I just mentioned.

It's- Even after, even post?

Oh, yes, of course.

Oh.

Post-opening.

Yeah, yeah.

It's critically important.

We gotta help them be successful.

We're, you know, so, you
know, we're only successful if

they're really successful too.

Right.

So what is the fee afterwards?

It's a 7% royalty fee.

7%. Yes.

Of the gross or the net?

It's gross.

Gross.

Gross.

Yes.

Then is there initial, uh, cost
for somebody to say, "Hey, I

wanna do this with you," or?

It's 60,000.

60,000. 60,000. Okay.

That's the franchise fee.

That's great.

Now, are you mostly here or in
Europe, or where, where are you?

J- only the US for now.

US for now.

Yes.

Okay.

And w- do you have any areas,
any, any clubs opening up

or have opened up already?

Well, we're opening up our second
corporate location in Utah.

Excellent.

And as far as franchise clubs, uh,
here are our first franchisees.

Oh, yes.

Uh, I think they're gonna be the first
to open in, uh, Jacksonville Beach.

Oh.

Yeah, here, here in Florida.

Excellent.

Uh, we also have franchise
units sold in, uh, New Jersey-

Excellent … and, uh, in California.

Ah, wow.

So- So Enrique, le- le- le- let's
say we have a lot of, uh, owners and,

and future owners listening to our
YouTube channel and, and, and podcast.

Why, what would, why would they
choose going with you guys- Yeah

instead of doing it themselves?

What, what is the big difference
going with a, with a franchise?

Uh, you know, I'm gonna,
I'm gonna put it this way.

Jules, you know this.

You, you helped manage many clubs.

You see how much money they spend-
I know … and lose because they

don't know what they're doing.

But go ahead.

Go ahead.

Yes.

Great.

Uh, yeah, you know, like, they're
basically for someone that

wants to own a Padel club for
themselves, but not by themselves.

There are many that see the freaking
huge potential of this, but don't

have the operational experience.

They don't have the right
partnerships in place.

They have no idea which courts, which
booking platform, how to do programming

right, how to promote your club before
you open, how to choose real estate.

That's what we're calling.

So basically, you're the guiding
light at the end of the tunnel.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

We, we, we, we see that all the time.

That's right.

We, we see all the time.

So let's say, uh, where can they find you?

Where can they get more information?

Our website is the best way to start.

Which is…?

Conquerpadel.com, and you
can go to franchising.

You can learn ev-everything
about our team.

At the end of the day, you're
partnering with a team of people.

You can see, uh, you
know, what we're about.

Fill out a form, and we'll
be in touch with you.

Excellent.

Excellent.

Well, wish you good luck
and big… All the best.

Congratulations, buddy.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Hey, Padelheads.

Welcome to Padel Smash TV.

We're here on location at Rocket X. And
next to me, dear friend Dani Omegla, also

co-owner of the Exagon Cup 11.11 team.

The Exagon Cup, it's on fire.

Uh, Dani, we know each
other for such a long time.

Why don't you tell us all the juicy,
uh, stuff about the Exagon Cup?

How are you, Julia, Tristan?

Nice to see you again.

It's been a while.

Yeah, the Exagon Cup is, it's growing.

Uh, as you know, we just had
the third edition in Madrid.

Uh, they moved it to Caja
Mágica where the ATP 1000 is.

Yep.

So we put, uh, 40,000
people there in five days.

As you know, all the best players
in the world are, are involved.

We have, uh, two, two men, two
women, and the next generation.

And now it's growing.

They will announce soon, uh, but,
uh, from one event a year that it's

been, uh, the last three years,
we're gonna go to four events a year.

Uh, there is, uh, new investors there.

They're big ones.

I don't know if I can say
yet, but, uh- Go for it

you know.

Yeah.

You know, like it's, it's, uh, Middle
East people and the Premier Padel, so

it's, it's gonna, it's gonna be great.

Everybody's very excited.

So Dani, how, how did you get involved in,
in, in this, uh, Hexagon Cup, you know,

with the team 11.11, and where do… How
do you guys come up with the name 11.11?

So yeah, the, the founders are good
friends from Spain, from when we used

to play Padel when we were juniors, so
Enrique Venturo, Richi de las Heras.

And then also the Formula E people
are the one that started this venture,

and they called me that they wanted a
US team, if I could, uh, come in with

some, uh, some big name celebrity.

And as you know, with Eva Longoria,
I'm very close to her for 20 years,

she's a big Padel fan- And, uh, and I
called her and she said, "Let's do it."

So- So it's that simple.

And that simple, you know.

Wow.

As I called her, I had to deal with all
her people that she- Did, did she, did she

know, did she know what Padel was, or…?

Oh, yeah.

As I said, like, she has a court
in Beverly Hills- Ah … for

10 years, and she's a big fan.

She has a house in
Marbella with Padel, so…

And then the 11.11, it was, uh,
a superstitious number that she-

Yeah … loves that, that number.

It's like, "I wanna call it
the 11.11," so said, "Go for

it." So how, how does she play?

Is she in her 40s?

She, she's, you know,
she's, she's getting.

She's competitive.

She plays as much as she can with
her husband, Pepe, uh, who also is

with us, and, uh, yeah, she loves it.

So who do you have on the team?

So this year, we have Javi Garrido
and Tino Libaak, and the female, we

have Paula Josemaría and Alia Alonso.

Right.

So we are

a great team.

And in the juniors, we have
Cabezas, Curro, and Collado.

Wow.

So, no.

S- so what, why don't you explain to
our listeners and viewers h- how is

the format of the, of the Hexagon Cup?

So as I, as I was saying, it's one
male player, I mean, team, female,

and then a next generation that
they cannot add more than 40 years.

So we have Curro that it's,
what, 17, 18, and, and Collado.

And then you play as a team, and
the, the men and women add two

points, and the next generation, one.

So at the end of the, of the week, you
add the points, and whoever has more

points gets to the final, and the third
and fourth, and then so on and so forth.

Great.

So la- last year, there was always one
time a year that you were doing it.

Now you said four.

Where's it gonna be, all four
in Madrid, or are you gonna have

different parts around the world?

No, they wanna expand, so there's
gonna be one in Madrid in January, and

the next three are gonna be around.

So they wanna come to the US,
they wanna come to Middle East,

and another one in Europe.

They're talking about London, France.

So the organization will announce,
so be, I say by the end of April.

But probably this year, as
this just happened, it won't be

four, so hopefully two or three.

But from next year, it'll
be four and even five.

So Premier gave us those four
or five dates not to, you

know, uh, go against them.

Right.

So- That's, that's, that's great.

So do you see the Hexagon Cup
ever coming here to the US?

Definitely.

Definitely.

And when do you think that's gonna happen?

So I don't know if we'll have time
for the end of the year, but you

know, there are conversations with,
uh- Ah … with cities for next year.

And where do you think that
would be, here in Miami?

It has to be Miami- Right

New York, LA, right?

Uh- The big cities … exactly.

So yeah, you guys know, know, know better
how the, the expansion of the sport is

the US, but hopefully other, other states.

So talk to us a little bit about,
uh, the changes in the franchisees.

Uh, uh, a- any, uh, any changes
when it comes to w- uh, with, with

the players, with the structure?

And you've been there from the beginning,
and what has changed through the years?

So you have … When we sign, uh,
the first, uh, year, you have the

franchisee players for three years.

So I had Bela, Bela Estaguín,
and Paula Josemaría.

And unfortunately, after the second
year, Bela retired, so I had to

choose another, uh, another, uh,
franchise, and it's Javi Garrido.

So, so how does that work?

Um, three-year contract, that
means that they have to play

in Hexagon Cup three years?

Correct.

Right.

So now- You go t- on a draft
to choose your second player.

So I went on a draft the first
year to choose Bela Estaguín

player, and I took Lucho Capra.

Ta-da.

That year, Bela got injured, so we got
Chingotto as a, as a franchise player.

And then the second year, uh, we
got Tino Libaak with Bela, and the

third year we chose the same one.

So you go on a draft, and you
choose your draft players, and

with the next generation, the same.

We all- all the eight teams, team
owners, we go on a, on a Zoom call,

and we go on a draft depending
on the ranking, you know- Oh

the, of the points of your
franchise players, and you

choose first, second, third.

Wow, so- So NBA draft … so you
don't have- No … the option

to really reach out to a player.

You have to go through the draft
process- Correct … pretty much.

Correct.

So you can get a really, a Paquito
or a, or a Lebrón or … It, it's

to kind of make it fair, and it's
kind of more the American way.

Well, you, you have all the players
that subscribe to Hexagon, and

obviously everybody but Galán and,
uh, Lebrón from the top guys, and

then you choose your franchise, right?

And from there, depending on the, on
the points that your … the rankings

points that your franchise male and
female have, you go to the draft.

Oh, okay.

So if I have the number one male and
the number one woman, I'm gonna be the

last one choosing the draft, right?

Oh, okay.

Yeah.

Great.

So, so why no Lebrón and Galán?

Is that because a contractual ag-
agreement that they can't play?

And also Coello's not there, or who it is?

Coello is with Team Bella- Okay

which is the team from Puerto Rico.

But no, Galán and Lebrón decided that
that week they wanted to rest, I heard.

It's that week of pre-season
right before the season starts

in, right, in, in February.

And they decided that they … But I
heard that they're in conversations

and maybe they, they want to join.

So as, as an investor, what's
the end goal, uh, especially

when it comes to the investment?

Where do you see the return at?

As all the, all the team sports,
you know, the valuations of

the, of the teams keep growing.

First year obviously has a, a
valuation, but it keeps going

up, and that's going very well.

And obviously expanding- But,
but how do you leverage that?

Be- that's just on paper, and
meanwhile you have to, the expense

is every single month are very high.

Well, obviously, with the, with the
number of events, that's gonna help

a lot, and all the sponsors that
are coming into Excellent and all.

And, and the ticketing, imagine doing
it in Madrid, we're lucky that we

can put 11,000 people on Friday- Yeah
… 11,000 on Saturday and Sunday, right?

So that's the, that's the, the
goal to do it with other countries.

You know that you cannot do that in Miami
or New York- Right … putting 11,000.

But you, you, you think the franchisees
are there, are, are still investing or do

you think they're at that point right now
where they're breaking up even, or at what

point do you think they'll be profitable?

Every team is different because
you, you live off your sponsors.

Right.

You know?

So I can tell you from ours that we're,
we're lucky to have great sponsors,

international sponsors, but I'm sure
every team it's, it's profitable.

Obviously the first three years are
the hardest, but we see it now as a

big opportunity either to invest, you
know, your money or to bring investors

and, and, and, and dilute yourself
a bit of the equity, which- Right

but you have a lot of people interested.

Yeah.

So that's- So how, so from the,
from the beginning to now, how do

you see the cost of the players?

Has it gone up a lot, and do
you see it continue going up?

That's another reason that, uh, we
were lucky that we signed those players

for three years, and it was, you know-
Should've gone for five, my friend.

Yeah.

I said should've gone for 10.

And you guys know how much money
the players are making- Yeah … on

those exhibitions and not in
prize money in the tournaments.

But so also something important to
know, this is the, the most prize

money tournament in the world.

There is $1.5 million prize money, so
the players are making 60% of that prize

money, and the teams are making 40%.

So those players are making more money
than any other premier major, you know?

So do you think from the World Padel Tour
to now Premier and the structure, the

changes, the more freedom that they have,
and also the new tournaments that they

have- ha- i- it is good for the players
and increase their, their pay, you say?

Yeah.

Obviously, the, the players
wanna be f- feel free, right?

And, and be able to play exhibitions
and go to these countries that

up and coming countries, and,
and Premier is allowing them.

Obviously, at the first year, Exagon
had to negotiate because we had a week

that they wanted to have a Mexican
tournament there, like a Premier,

and at the end of the day, that's why
they made a deal now, and they gave

them four dates of this year, and
hopefully next year, four or five.

So, you have to go along with Premier that
are, you know, uh, as in tennis, the ATP.

They're, they're, they're, they're the
ones that rule the, the calendar for

the- Then how many franchises are there,
and are they gonna… And are they gonna

allow more, or is there demand for more?

So, there are eight franchises.

This year, there was gonna come one
more, but we decided to stick with

eight, uh, between all, uh, all
the, the team owners organization.

But it's gonna, it's gonna
go up a little bit more.

I don't know if they said max to 12,
but yeah, the idea is to, to bring

a couple of- Wow … teams, yeah.

A- and, and the rule for the, for
the franchisee, from the franchises

is to have a celebrity on the
franchise, or how does that work?

Not really.

They, they… It was, you know, one
of the points at the beginning they

mentioned, but Team Bea, for example,
doesn't have a, a celebrity owner.

Uh, Exagon Cap has his own team, and
they don't have a celebrity owner,

even though they always have Raul,
for example, from Real Madrid, was

kind of their ambassador this year.

But not ne- necessarily, you don't need
to, but it helps for sponsors, you know?

Like- Oh, yeah.

What you say is true.

At the beginning, it, it, it was exposure
that, that they were looking for, right?

Correct.

Yeah, for ex- to, to expose, you know, for
the, for the game, it's, it's so helpful.

I mean, Ivan Lendl has been so helpful
for, for the, uh, for Padel worldwide.

And now Rafa Nadal with his academy and
Maribel, the sister, uh, Lewandowski,

the soccer, uh, Andy Murray with Anthony
Joshua, uh, Kun Aguero with Leo Messi.

So- Yeah … obviously, when you have
those big names that are involved with

the sport, right, uh, that really helps.

And how often do you guys
get together and, like, play

with, with the celebrities?

Well, during that tournament we
do a celebrity event, you know?

That's cool.

Uh, and then they do, like, a legends
from soccer players and ex-Padel players.

And then during the year, we try
to do a couple of events, you know?

Uh, Maribel has been very helpful with
the academy, so they host some events.

We wanna do one in Miami and
another one in New York, so it's,

it's, it's starting to grow.

Well, Dan, you've been
very, very busy, you know?

Yeah, it's busy.

So congratulations.

It's a busy time.

Thank you.

Danny, well, great, great information.

We love it.

I mean, we wish you the best of luck,
and, uh, we'll see you around, my friend.

Thank you.

See you.

Thank you.

Congrats, Dan.

Hey, Padelis.

We're here at Rocket X, and we're
excited here because we are the

hero start Both, uh, one of f-
of our favorite brands, for sure.

The, we love the Italian, you know,
finesse there, and we have Lucho

Mormile, the visionary, the owner,
the founder of, of the brand, and also

Brad, which is an investor on Hero Star.

And not only that, he has a beautiful
Padel club called Padel Plot in Virginia.

So welcome to the channel, guys.

Lucho, we've been in love
with your brand for a while.

We love the Toledo chemistry.

We love the, the rackets.

We love everything.

Tell us a little bit,
what's, what's up with 2026?

Well, 2026, uh, looks very
promising, very exciting for us.

It's, um, finally the year where
we set our feet in, uh, United

States and, uh, with the support
of, uh, Brad and Rod's family.

Uh, we will, uh, finally have, uh,
local, uh, ground for United States.

Eurostar will have, uh, its own people
on the ground, uh, uh, being able to

address, uh, customer needs and, uh,
and support our clubs and partners here.

N- now, Lucio, we, we tried your
rackets last year: amazing collection.

Is there any changes this year for 2026?

Yeah, in terms of collection, uh,
we, um … Our goal is always to

make life easier for our clients.

Okay.

So we decided to keep the same, uh,
collection range, so we still have,

uh, the Precision collection with four
rackets, Pro collection with the Black

Sun and Red Sun, and the Alien collection
with, um, uh, the two Alien, the Pro

and the Core, uh, to have, uh, the
right fit for every style of player.

Okay.

Lucio, we tried out your rackets 2025.

Uh, we love them.

You guys had a, an
Alien collection, right?

How was that received, and what
are the new changes here for 2026?

Well, yeah, so, so our goal is always to
make life easier for our customer, so we

decided to keep the collection as it was.

Four rackets for the Precision collection,
two rackets for the Pro collection,

and, uh, three rackets for Alien.

We added the Alien Junior since last
year for, um, to give a possibility to

kids which loves Toledo to start playing
with an Alien racket and get closer to

our brand, so the thing- That's great.

Have you seen a lot of success with that?

I know it just came out, but
the kids, they love Toledo.

You're right.

Uh, and is it lighter for kids?

Yeah, correct.

Is it more for juniors and women's, or?

Yeah.

This is, um, uh, junior for, with,
uh, 310, uh, 330 grams, so it's a very

light, uh, racket, easy to play for kids.

Uh, some women also
enjoyed playing with it.

For women this year, we also have the
Andromeda, which is our bestseller

in the Precision collection.

Uh, lightweight, at 345 grams, so
very easy to manage and to control.

So this was a big hit for this year.

So I'm assuming this is
for your beginners, right?

For your beginners?

It's, uh, in terms of quality of
product, they all, uh, uh- Well,

it's just easy, easier to use.

There's, those are equal to use.

The, the, it has a big, they all have
a bigger shape, a bigger sweet spot.

All right.

So, softer, uh, rubber inside, softer
EVA rubber, so it means they are

easier to control, easier to play with.

So what, what's the pri- retail
price of the, um, one of these?

These are out for 200,
uh, 5, 210, uh, USD.

Oh, okay.

Yeah.

Wow, that's really, really,
that's a great price.

And, uh, this comes at
approximately 300 USD.

And th- and this was your, the
collection for 2025, right?

Correct.

This racket is one that updates.

Uh, we launched the new version of
this racket, uh, around June each year.

So in, uh, June, July this year, we
will release the 2026 of this racket.

Of this racket.

How's, how's it doing in 2025?

Very well.

Very well.

Made easier to use, right?

Both, both the, both the
Blackstone and the Redstone-

Yeah … had a tremendous success.

Well, yeah, I think
these are great rackets.

Great, great ra- You know, we
also did with the Alien Pro.

It's a beautiful racket, but you
really need to dominate that racket.

Yeah.

If not, it dominate you.

Alien Pro is more likely to dominate
you than you, you dominate it.

Yes.

But now you have three diff- Oh,
so you have the Junior, the Pro,

and the- And the Core … the Core.

The Core is, uh, much more
easy to use- More man- … than

the Alien Pro … right, yeah.

So it's a racket that everybody can enjoy.

They can enjoy the Alien, uh, feel,
uh, and the Alien, uh, touch, but, uh,

easier to use with a softer, uh, racket
and a different carbon so that it's,

uh, more approachable for more people.

Right, right.

So what's the retail on
the Alien, uh, collection?

Uh, this, the Pro starts around 360,
uh, and the Core a little bit less.

It's around 240.

So your prices are, are very competitive.

I've been seeing more and more
these- 200 is- … prices.

Wow.

Yeah.

455, I mean, really getting close- Yeah
… to that 500 mark, so that's great.

Well, our, our goal is always to, as I
said, to make life easier for clients.

We want to provide, uh- Great quality.

Mm. But trying to keep it, uh, as much
accessible as possible, uh, to, to people.

Okay.

So I saw some clothes.

They looked really amazing.

You are bringing that Italian
design, that style into padel.

I can see it already.

So you're very edgy and stuff.

When can they get these clothing?

I, I wanna take all of them.

When you go over there, I'm
just gonna grab all the- Uh,

so when can they get this?

Is it available?

Yeah.

What, what- Yeah, yeah, yeah … what,
what's the plan for this?

Is it every year, every season,
like, uh, like designers or, or what?

C- c- correct.

We will release a collection every year.

Uh, this is the 2026 collection.

This is the Mil- the Milano, uh, line.

Yeah.

We have it for men's and women's.

Mm. Uh, but overall, uh, you, you
hit the right, uh, the right point.

We, we want to, uh, make sports, and
I think it's a, it's a trend anyways.

We want to make sports more
and more lifestyle than just

purely made for the purpose.

Yeah.

Uh, so we want to make a, we want
to make a product and then, uh,

and clothes that you can wear
outside when you go groceries- Yeah

when you go out for a drink, uh.

And no- now your sound design looks
like it's take- taking a different, uh,

path than the typical padel companies.

Like, you're looking at Wilson, Bose,
that kind of, kind of trying to do that

'70s, '80s, you know, American feel.

Yeah.

This is a different path where it's- Yeah
… more of hip, more of what's going on now.

Yeah, exactly.

So- How did you decide that?

Because, you know, traditionally, you
know, most padel players, tennis players

are kind of lean towards that, that
certainty- Absolutely … kind of feel.

Absolutely.

I think it's, um, uh, it's also a bit
about, uh, what the branding, what

the brand, uh, tells to its customer.

Uh, Wilson has a big heritage,
has a big history, and, um- Sure

and, and now it's a moment where people
look at the past as trends, so it

makes a lot of sense for them to do so.

We are a young brand, so we
want to follow that path.

Uh, we love the A style, uh, uh, kind
of, uh, uh- The '70s, '80s- Yeah … kind

of the ri- rackets sports era.

Exactly.

We love that.

Um, we will also have a few, uh,
new c- uh, collaboration that

we will release soon that may go
a little bit in that direction.

But overall, the brand is a young,
is a very young, it's young brand.

Uh, it's, um, very international.

It's very, uh, again, uh,
looking at new generation.

So we want to try go toward this path.

Gotcha.

So you're looking for the- We don't
wa- … new generation, the youth, yeah

… we don't wanna be a copycat of- Right.

Right

of Wilson or, or any other big brands that
made history in, uh- So, so when- … back

in the days … when is it available,
your, your, your clothing, uh, line?

It will be available, well, uh, it
will be available with the, with

the whole collection, uh, very soon.

The new collection is already
on its way to United States.

Right.

Uh, so it's a matter of weeks.

Um, the clothing, same thing.

So- How about availability?

'Cause last year people were dying to
get ahold of your shirts and clothing,

and it seems like it just sold out.

And, and every- It's like, it-
it's like a Rolex or a Ferrari.

You can't get it, you
know, but you want it.

Is that the strategy?

Or what's going on?

It's work, it's working great for us.

Yeah, yeah.

I mean- That's funny … I mean, it's, um,
I mean, it's, um, let's say we, we try to

take the good out of the bad, you know?

Yeah.

Not having the products
available, uh, was not good.

But the good thing is
that it make it- Right.

So there's demand

so- There's, there's- So
we created a lot of demand.

Uh, now the good thing is that, uh,
thanks to Rod, Brad, Kyle, uh, which,

uh, which joined our family, Hero
Star, uh, and more investors, uh, we

will be able to have more product.

We will set up a US warehouse-
Ah, nice … uh, US operations.

So that means that we will be, we will
be able to serve our US customer- Yeah

uh, on a regular basis.

Right.

That's huge.

My friend.

So, so well, why don't
we talk about, uh, Brad?

I mean, he's the new kid on
the block, on the Hero Star.

Why don't you tell us about
your padel journey and how this

great partnership came about?

I, I'll hand it to you, the microphone.

Sure.

Absolutely.

So, uh, my family got involved in padel,
uh, four to five years ago when, uh,

my sons and my nephew realized, uh,
what an amazing sport padel would, was.

And, uh, so, uh, my family designed, uh,
a business plan to open up padel clubs.

We ended up opening, uh, our, our club
in Richmond, Virginia, 14 months ago,

and we offered three different, uh,
racket brands in our club, one of which

was Hero Star, and that happened after,
uh, my family members met Lucho and, and

Fabio and the brand here at Racket X- Wow

two years ago And so, uh, our experience
in our club has been really great because

their follow-up, their accessibility to
their line has been really great for us.

We're selling a great amount
of the Hero Star, uh, paddles

and clothing in our club.

And coming out of that, and all of our
conversations with, with Lucho and Fabio

about what they wanna do to grow the brand
globally, and especially in the United

States, uh, we all found a connection.

And so we've joined in with the company.

Uh, we're working with the company now.

We're part owners of the company.

And, uh, we, we just
think it's a great brand.

And, uh, the guys themselves,
though, are first class.

We wanna be with great people.

So you wanna thank, uh, hi- his
sons for influencing him, right?

Absolutely.

To say, "Hey, this brand is cool.
This is edgy. You gotta get involved."

So, so Brad, why don't you tell
us a little bit about, you were

saying that you have a Padel club.

Why don't you tell us about all
the good things about this Padel

club, where it's located, the
name, and, um, what you offer?

Yeah, so, uh, one of my sons, Alex,
actually found a building, uh, over

two years ago in Richmond, Virginia.

It was an old, uh, abandoned
hydroelectric plant.

It had been empty for over 50 years,
and it's right in the heart of downtown

Richmond, uh, along, uh, the Canal Walk.

It's, it's right on the James River.

And, uh, so ultimately, once we
finalized our architectural plans

for the building, we created a, a
club that's called The Padel Plant,

after it being a hydroelectric plant.

It has five Padel courts,
two pickleball courts.

We have a cafe, we have a full bar,
and we have a restaurant concept called

Smokestack Pizza, where we start out in
the morning with breakfast sandwiches.

Midday, lunch, we have
salads, sandwiches, pizzas.

Goes on till closing.

Um, so we also have two
fantastic pros that, uh, have

been with us from the beginning.

They're from Madrid, Spain.

And, uh, our members and our guests love,
uh, basically hanging out in our club.

They love coming in and having
coffee in the morning, playing all

day, hanging out with their friends,
watching the next match, having a

beer or a slice of pizza afterwards.

And it's, it's a real social environment.

People play and they stay.

And that's what, uh, really my sons and
my nephew, Kyle, uh, Sam and Alex, um,

it was their, their dream, that it would
be a social place where it would be the,

as my son Alex calls it- The third place.

So you have home, you have work,
and now this is the place you

wanna be, and that's the story.

So, so now, you're… I can see you're
an inve- you're an investor, but

I'd see you more than an investor.

You're an active investor.

Mm-hmm.

What value did you bring
in to, uh, Hero Star?

What, what, what is your role here?

So my personal role is
more on the finance side.

My background, um, I got a degree
in, undergraduate degree a million

years ago in finance and real estate.

So, um, my brother and I have been very
entrepreneurial in a lot of real estate

investing, and we th- we think that
the skills in, his skills in marketing,

uh, on our real estate, uh, activities,
my skills in, uh, finance, uh, will

be a very strong component to add into
what Lucho's doing with the company.

So more of a marketing and kinda
raising funds if, if needed, correct?

Fundraising, but also watching,
uh, how the dollars are spent.

Yeah.

Making sure that there's a dollar
there to pay the bills- Yeah … and

to keep everything going.

That's great.

So, I mean, it, I think
this a great partnership.

I think, Lucho, this is what Hero
Star needs here in the United

States to really explode the brand.

I mean, we, you guys have
a great, quality product.

You have the branding, you have
everything, but I think this

partnership is gonna be magical.

So guys, uh, I see that this
is leaning towards the youth.

It's edgy, it's on.

How, how are you going to…
And, and is that your tactic

to penetrate the US market?

Because obviously US market knows, you
know, has Wilson, has even Babolat,

which is Fran, ha- have a, have
the kind of roots here in the USA.

So what is the strategy to,
to penetrate the US market?

Yeah.

Yeah, I mean, Hero Star have had the, uh,
followers and, uh, and people loving the

brand in the US already since few years.

And, and the more we come here,
and the more we spend time here, we

understand that people love our brand.

Yeah.

People ask where we can do…
where they can purchase the racket.

People ask where they can purchase gloves.

Where, where, how they can get rackets
to their club and to their shops.

So, so we see that there is
an appetite for the brand.

And, uh, and our strategy is simple,
and, uh, and I think it's, uh, it

comes down to what we are doing
together with the Waldner family.

Uh, it's about being here, being
consistent, and being present

for our client, customers.

Um, which was a bit, uh, difficult
for us to do with the past, uh, few

years, being, uh, based in Italy,
uh, and not being, uh, and not

having any, uh, any operation here.

So our, our key focus this year will be
really to be customer obsessed and try

to co- be in every potential conversation
that the brand needs to be in, uh, in

every club, in every city where padel
is, uh, is going in the United States.

Excellent.

We're also going to be expanding our
online presence, our Amazon presence,

uh, here in the States and, and globally.

So, uh, the access for customers
to try the brand in the clubs

is really important to us.

But also, if somebody's a- an
online shopper, they can access

the, uh, the brand there.

And then also, um, by, uh, by my
family joining in with the company,

we now have feet on the street to
visit with the clubs, to visit with,

uh, retail shops, uh, wherever the
brand can be sold and, and support it.

So do you anticipate having a small
brick-and-mortar here, or warehouse or

something here in the USA in the future?

Yeah, yeah, absolutely.

Absolutely.

We are already working on it, and,
uh, and I think it's the first step

to serve, uh, better our clients.

To help our distributors serve
better and to help clients have a,

uh, an easy access to our product.

And I, uh, we, we believe that that's
the way to, to- So my question to

you, you know, how are you planning to
compete with the, with the Babolats,

with the Wilsons, where basically
what they're doing is they're putting

rackets in the hands of the, of
the, of the coaches, of the players.

You know what I mean?

What is your marketing strategy to
really get… And, and being the United

States such a big, big country, you
know, you have the West Coast, the

Northeast, the Southeast, the Southwest.

I mean, how do you plan into
to take that, that strategy?

And let me add to that.

Uh, I see that a lot going on, and
I don't know how effective that is.

You know, it, it's really pushed
on, on coaches or something, but I

don't know how effective that is.

If you guys have a d- better strategy
than that- No, I think, uh, I think it

all comes down to having the product,
uh, in the hands of the customer.

We are 100% sure- The straight to consumer
… yeah, but also through coaches, through,

uh, in, uh, in Europe, in Europe we have
created what we call the social squad.

We have a team of social creators that,
uh, help us- Talk to us about that.

How is that?

And is that the same strategy you're
gonna put- Yeah, yeah … okay.

What, what, talk about that … we
want to do, we want to do exactly the

same thing, you know, in, in United
States and in every other markets

where we have a strong presence.

Um, uh, basically in, uh, in Europe,
we have, uh, um, a number of creators

that, uh, joined our family this year
after our strategy that we really- When

you say creators, what does that mean?

It's social media, you know- I- I'm sorry.

Influencers, influencers … yeah,
yeah Okay, influencers So that,

um, both coaches on court and Padel
leaves also a lot on the screen.

Yeah.

So both on the court, but also
on the screen, people will

get familiar with our product.

That's the first step.

Okay.

Then the coaches put the racket
in the hand of the customer.

Yeah.

And we are absolutely sure that with
the products we have, once the customer

tries our product- Yeah … they
will, they will fall in love with it.

So we have no doubt.

Uh, we, we have seen it, uh, happening,
uh, all around the world and, uh, and, and

we will surely see that in the US as well.

I feel like this brand has a, a, a fashion
part to it, you know, uh, uh, something

that a lot of the brands don't have.

And I feel that's your little bit of
advantage, or you could leverage that to

get some- one of these in people's hands.

Is that part of the strategy too?

Yeah, absolutely.

It has always been part of
our strategy since day one.

Uh, now with more resources,
we'll be able to do even better.

Uh, but it has always been
our strategy since day one.

We wanted to create something,
uh, that it's, uh, uh, appealing

and that it's, uh, beautiful to
have even on the wall- Yeah, yeah

if not on, on your end playing.

Um, you know, when it comes to the,
to the product, it's a great product.

It's a great racket, but it's a
great racket also from another brand.

Uh, they also have great rackets.

Yeah.

And so it's not just the
product itself, it's also how

you present it to your clients.

A- and it's all about, uh, you know, uh,
also the fashion industries like that.

You have a clothes- Yes … from a, a
big fashion brand which have the same

functionalities of a, a cheap brand, but
the one sells better- Yeah … because

it's, uh, it has a better look.

Yes.

Now let me ask a question.

Your products like that hoodie,
what will that hoodie cost retail?

Because I mean, I'm see some
of these fashion brands that

the hoodies are about 300, 600,
$1,000, $1,500 just for a hoodie.

Exactly.

Uh, just because of the design.

What, what is the retail price on that?

These hoodies comes around, uh, now, uh,
the conversion is hard for me, but, uh,

approximately in- into the $70, $75 range.

Oh, that's very reasonable.

So very reasonable.

I honestly, I was expecting a little
bit more, but that is very reasonable.

Yeah.

And I'm glad you're, you're, you're doing
it, make it more accessible to everybody.

Yeah, we want, we want to, we want to
be, you know, a brand that people can

afford, uh, and enjoy, uh, without,
you know, being, uh, um, too pricey

or being, uh, only accessible,
uh, to a small, uh, customer base.

Uh, w- it's a brand for the people.

We want people to use it and to wear it.

Um- Now, Brad, uh, are, are
you doing this full time now?

I mean, are you retired and pretty
much doing the club and this full

time, or are you still have other, uh,
businesses you're, you're attending?

Yeah.

So I still maintain my other
businesses in my spare time.

Okay.

But I'm, I'm, uh, y- you know, my day is
a long day, so I'm full time Hero Star,

but I get some other things done, too.

Right.

Great.

That's all.

So can I, can I… So for… Very
important before we close this off,

uh, for club owners, where they
should go, where can they find you?

Let's say they wanna, uh, get their,
their hands on the products, where

should they go to apply for…

To open an account?

Yeah.

So first of all, uh, uh, Kyle,
which is, uh, uh, Brad's nephew,

we handle all c- clubs and shops
relationship, uh, in United States.

Our distribution goes through From Wood,
which is our official distributor and

exclusive distribution in the… Yes,
distributor in the United States, so

they can easily create an account on
From Wood and purchase our product.

But for everything, there is a
connection, uh, opportunities,

events, uh, demos, et cetera.

Kyle is the go-to person,
uh, for, for all the clubs.

Okay.

And for, uh, uh, players that
they wanna get their hands on the

rackets, where should they go?

Well, um, they can look at, uh, online.

Uh, all major ecommerce
will have our rackets.

Our ecommerce will be, uh, available
for them in the United States, so, uh,

there will be plenty of opportunities.

And as Brad mentioned before, we are also
opening the, uh, Hero Star Amazon channel.

We already did in Europe, and this is
the next step for our US distribution.

So within the collections of 2026,
which one's available now to purchase?

Uh, all of these are already
available All, all of them.

Okay These ones will be available
in a short, uh, three weeks,

three to four weeks Okay.

Okay But, uh, but all of these
are already available Excellent.

So everyone, if you're looking for
a great Padel rackets, Hero Star,

it's here to stay in the United
States, so come and check it out.

And also, if you're in Richmond, Virginia,
and you wanna play in a beautiful Padel

facility, come and check out PadelPlan.

Brad will welcome you there,
and their family, too.

Hey, Padelers.

We're here at racketX, and
now we have OCU with us.

OCU, um, it's a energy drink,
gummy energy drink, or what is it?

Just a g- just gummies Just gummies
Gummies So Caroline- They don't spill.

They don't spill They don't spill.

So Caroline is the founder, visionary,
owner, mastermind behind this brand.

So why don't you tell us a little
bit about all of it, about OCU?

So OCU are conscious energy gummy snacks,
and they're conscious for three reasons.

We have this great consciously curated
blend of green tea and yerba mate.

So that gives you your energy.

It gives you your caffeine, but
it doesn't give you that jolts

and spikes that you get with
energy drinks or even with coffee.

You know, people don't like the crash.

So we give you, you know, a better way
to get sustained, healthy caffeine,

and then we also give you fiber.

Everyone needs fiber,
a little bit of fiber.

And we give you antioxidants
through goji berry, and we give you

electrolytes with coconut water.

We're the first to figure out how to
put coconut water in a gummy Wow, super

healthy So, so let me ask a question Yeah.

So it's a better for you,
definitely a better for you product.

H- how did you get involved with this?

Uh, uh, you, have you worked with
other companies in this, or h-

how did you just come up with it?

This is my first rodeo ever
doing a product like this Okay

I was a college tennis player.

I was a computer science major, so my
hours were crazy, and I was not putting

good things in my body at that time.

And then I went to Wall Street, and I
was- Oh, boy … again, crazy hours.

You wish you had this at Apple I wish
I had this at every stage of my life.

And then, you know, you're, when you're
a parent, you're, you know, you never get

good sleep, and being an entrepreneur.

So every stage, I wish I had something
that was better for me to put in my

body, and I ha- and, but the worst part
is I have a really bad sweet tooth.

I don't have any other vices,
but, but I do like things that

are sweet, but I don't wanna put a
massive amount of sugar in my body.

So we crafted this formula.

I have an amazing food scientist,
and I cra- we crafted this so that we

are mindful of your glycemic impact.

So- Wow … this isn't gonna spike your
blood sugar the way something s- like a

piece of candy would So we, I think we
sort of came up with the full package- Mm

which is why the paddle community is
embracing us because it's… First of all,

it's only 60 milligrams of caffeine in
a package, so it's not gonna… It's not

like some… I don't, I won't mention the
energy drinks that are just so high- I see

… in caffeine that are not good for you.

So let's go back.

Uh, you know, people just say,
"I'm just gonna make this."

Where was… What triggered
it, and what… Did you,

did you fund this yourself?

Did you have to raise money?

How did you educate yourself
about this, the whole packing?

Like, give us all those details.

All the details.

Yes.

Okay.

So this came to me in a very
different form from someone I met.

I, I've started three financial
services companies, so most of my

life has been in the financial world.

Okay.

Um, other than about 25 years ago,
I was in the dot-com world, where

I was the international president
of the first internet music site.

So you had the resource and
access- So, so I- … to money.

So, well, I've done a
lot of different things.

All right.

And I'm part of an organization
called YPO, which is nationwide.

So I, so I, I had resources to learn.

But somebody brought me an idea to
do a better-for-you energy shot.

Mm-hmm.

And- Oh, my God … I…
It was during COVID.

I was very busy, and
it started as a hobby.

Cool.

So I thought, "Oh, this is
a fun side project." Yeah.

But then ultimately,
we had to raise money.

And, you know, I said, "Look, I don't
know where we're gonna raise money.

I don't have any track record in the
consumer products industry." Right.

But- Well- … I was very fortunate
and was able to help us raise

half, about half a million dollars.

We call friends and family,
or where do we turn?

Yes, friends, basically
friends and family.

Um, I, I, I have some good friends.

Pre-seed money, friends and family.

So pre-seed money.

I can't wait to try it out.

I mean, we've been on our feet all day,
so we, we w- we need this for the rest

of the day and the rest of the weekend.

Let's try it.

Which one would you suggest to try?

It's… Oh, why don't, why don't we
open a couple, and you can- Okay.

Let's try it.

I think the straw- strawberry's
always a popular flavor.

Okay.

So let me try.

It's a very strong flavor.

Yeah.

It's good.

Man.

What, what… Okay.

Select one.

Very subtle.

Mm-hmm.

Let me see.

You don't feel the sugar.

Right Mm. Yes But, you know, I've… Even
though I like sweet things, I, if it's

too sweet- I love it … I don't eat it.

That's great.

I mean, it's good taste, and usually
I can't- Yeah, it's very, very good

have things like, okay- Very
good … compromise, but- Really good.

So how are you supposed to take?

You stay… Supposed to
eat the whole thing, or?

So because it's only 60
milligrams, most people will just

open the bag and eat, eat 60.

Right.

And then you might eat that a
second later, because a coffee's

between 80 and 120 milligrams.

All right.

So if you eat two of these, it's
like a strong cup of coffee.

I love it.

Coffee.

So would you eat this before the game,
during the game, or how, how does that-

It's a good thing to do before- Oh, okay
… 'cause then you've got your energy.

But, you know, I think la- like,
during that women's semifinal match,

uh, b- Padel match at PIP Tournament,
San Diego, one of the players

had someone find me, literally,
changing sides to give her more Ocu.

That's great.

So- That's great.

So Carolyn, where is the
best way for me to buy it?

Where can I buy it right now?

You can go to our website
at ocuenergy.com, and you

can also buy it on Amazon.

Okay.

So you can find it in both ways.

Um, we had a trial at Sprouts, 470 store
trade last summer, and we killed it.

You know, we were pretty much sold out
before the trial ended, and they've

offered us a national opportunity trial.

Oh.

But we don't have any details yet.

Stay tu- stay tuned on that.

Social media?

Oh, yeah.

Social media, follow us
on Instagram, TikTok.

What's your Instagram handle?

Ocu Energy.

Oh, you're gonna make it in.

Oh, beautiful.

Uh, Carolyn, good luck.

Best of luck.

We're gonna be eating this all
day here at Rocket X. You bet.

Hey, Padelers.

We're here at Rocket X, and
now we are with Padel Mi Amor.

It's all about love.

Love means mi amor, my love.

I mean, it doesn't get more
romantic than, than this.

So Padel Mi Amor, it's a new
Padel brand, clothing apparel.

So tell us all about it.

What's Padel Mi Amor?

We are from Italy, so we
concentrate our efforts on quality.

Uh, we were born thinking about something
really special for, uh, the Padel player.

For us, apparel is our core
business, and we try to develop, uh,

all the best product for the Padel player.

So why Mi Amora, no Mi Amore?

Because when the concept was born,
the, uh, the owner were in Spain.

So were in Spain, so they were in
love of padel because Spain, of

course, is, uh, is the heart of
padel, and they start playing there.

So for them, uh, it's, uh, the, it's very
significant, the, uh, culture from Spain.

Perfect combination, Mediterranean
style, you know, Italy, Spain.

Beautiful.

Exactly.

Exactly.

And we try to really to take the best
from Spain and to transmit the Italian

style, Italian touch to the Spanish, uh,
Spanish heart of, uh, of padel industry.

So what would you say is the,
uh, the difference between

you guys and other brands?

The Noxes, the Bullpadels.

Yeah.

Yeah.

This is interesting question
because really, for us,

apparel is our core business.

Probably for the other brand, apparel
is a sort of, uh, let me say, an

accessory, because they develop
first, at first, uh, rackets, uh,

shoes, uh, bags, and then apparel.

For us, apparel is the core business
and we concentrated our efforts

100% on the, uh, on the apparel.

Okay.

So w- when, when, when did you guys start?

When did you guys open up as well?

Uh, well, the company start five
years ago, but in the first three

years they concentrate only on,
on the website, on e-commerce.

E-commerce, okay.

After that, in then, in the next
two season, two years, uh, we decide

to open a showroom in Milano, to
develop two collection, one for

spring/summer, one for, uh, to winter.

And we try to open the mar- the market
outside of Italy, so we, uh, we are

already inside in Russia, we are
discussing important, the, the, the

business with, uh, Dubai countries.

Okay.

And, and now we are here because it for…
It's the first time we are in the US,

so to, to open the US market as well.

So this is the first
year Racket X. Exactly.

So what do you think about Racket X?

We're very happy about it.

Very happy.

We see the Florida in particular, padel
industry is really growing very fast.

Okay.

And, uh, pickleball is
still very important.

But on the other hand, padel
is growing very, very quickly.

Okay, so what is your strategy
here to kinda take the US market?

As you know, there's, like you said,
there's racket brands that are sell

clothing, but there's not too many, let's
just say, clothing company just for padel.

You do s- start seeing other brands, like
tennis or racket sports, moving into it a

little bit, but you're specific for padel.

Yeah.

So what's the strategy, uh,
uh, tell me a little bit.

Yeah, you, you agree.

But you know, there is another
sport similar to padel in

terms of consumer, it's golf.

Yeah.

At the beginning, golf, golf player
used to play with a T-shirt, with a…

And then, then step by step, year
by year, now the golf player want

to be identified as a golf player-
Right … with, uh, their own brand.

Yeah.

We are trying to do the same.

We are trying to do the same.

Of course it's gonna take time,
but we are tie, we are, we are, we

are growing with time, so I think
it's, uh, the right strategy to

have for a padel player- And now for
a brand fully dedicated to women.

So what's the strategy?

Is it straight to consumer online, or
is it, uh, working with distributors

or working with brokers at clubs?

Uh, what's the strategy to
spread this, this clothing?

Yeah.

Mainly, we are looking
for a strong distributor.

Uh, we also had three or four before
Contessa Tia, thanks to Rocket Hicks,

and, uh, then the, our main intention is
to, uh, to have a good distributor here,

to travel the brand, uh, ac- across, uh,
the, well, all the Bodyatrobbed events.

Okay.

What's your best-selling product here?

And how many SKU, how many… Before
that, how many SKUs do you have, you have?

Oh, uh- Too many, right?

Too many.

Don't tell them I heard that.

But at least that we tell you,
probably the woman collection is

really special because, you know,
woman really needs something- Yeah

special.

231. 231. Yeah, when they touch
the something, they feel they're

something very, very special.

For example, if y- if you see this
one, that from the, the color is

very basic, but when you touch the
material, you see there's something-

Mm … something different.

Yeah.

It's so soft.

Feels like, uh, I can go, go on the beach.

Yeah.

And like you're the

one, like… So this is- Question to you.

It's, it's, you know, when you think
of Italy, I- Italy brands, it's

premium brands, expensive brands.

What, what is your target there?

Are you trying to go premium
expensive or more the middle range?

Great question.

Like, what's the pri- Let's
say, what's the price on this?

And that way- Yeah … we have an idea.

Well, me, uh, this is important.

We don't wanna embrace the
first price positioning.

Okay.

Uh, absolutely is not our interest.

We want to be a medium high range.

Of course, we are not Armani.

We don't wanna be as, uh, you know,
a, a super premium brand, but we wanna

be i- identified as a- High-end one

a brand specialized in quality,
and quality has to be paid-

Yeah, yeah … as a value.

Yeah.

N- for example, this is a $110 dollar.

It's a, it's, uh… It's a, it's a price
that- Yes … it's a- I think it's a,

it's a, is, is a sort of Lululemon price.

Lule- Yeah.

Yeah … yeah.

That's a good- This
here … comparison price-wise.

This, uh, this is a very nice brand.

Okay.

We, we love it.

We love it.

And do you have only women's, or
you have men's here that we can-

No, women is on the right-hand side.

Uh, uh- Can we see some of
the men's, uh, clothing?

What's the best seller for the men's?

This is our icon.

Iconic and icon, the name of
the jersey because it's, uh,

uh, fully f- made in Italy.

We have so many different colors
and, uh, this is the, the product

of where- Very old, because it was
the first product produced by the

company, and it will be the, our
mask for the next collection as well.

We will change the color, but
the style will be the same.

As you can see, there
is the other color here.

Oh, that's nice.

Is exactly the same.

Made in Italy.

So these are all made in Italy?

And what's, what's- This
line is made in Italy.

Price point of this one?

Is 65.

Yeah, people, you know that.

Yeah.

Yeah, that's the target.

Yeah.

And then you have shorts as well.

Shorts, wow.

So- Remember, he has a lot of SKUs.

He didn't answer that question.

So,

it's solid.

Yeah.

Why?

So if you can touch it, this item.

Yeah.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah, also good boots.

Now, do you guys, you guys
different size in inseams?

Like, this is, I think, what, a
C made then in, like, the short-

This is, this is a- You know?

Yeah.

You see li- Uh, L, L, L size, $65.

Very nice.

People, again, it's important
that people touch our material.

Right.

And when they touch, they
see it's something different.

Right, right.

So, uh, w- um, what is your strategy
to conquer the American market, it

being such a huge, huge country?

I, I mean, your country is special
because they, you love quality.

You love to be smart, you know?

And Padel player in particular, as
the golf player, as I was mentioned

earlier, they love to be well-dressed,
and, uh, this is our strategy,

just to show that we are… We,
we fit your, your, your necessity.

Okay, but people wanna know,
are you, are you planning to

have brick-and-mortar stores?

Are you planning to have
only an online presence?

Let's say I'm a club owner.

I wanna o- I wanna bring your
Padel clothes into my club.

What, what is that process?

As far as I, I have seen here, there,
there are many clubs, very, very strong.

There are very many clubs, they have their
own shop inside, the pro shop inside.

So we are already collect so m- a
lot of contact for, for clubs here

in order to be able to support them.

But on the other side, if we find, as,
uh, we are looking for a good distributor,

so we keep the contact to the distributor
in order to, to spread our collection

to the club that we collected so far.

Fantastic.

So where can they find, if somebody
wants to buy it online, what's the

website, social media and all that?

Website is, our website is, uh, uh, www,

www.padelnyamo.com, and, uh,
they can find all our collection

all, in our website Beautiful.

Yeah.

And they can apply.

So if I wanna open an
account, I apply it there.

Perfect.

Okay.

That's it.

My friend, thank you so much.

Wish you all the best luck in the world.

Good luck, my friend.

Thank you.

Hey, everyone.

We're here at RacketX with
Paysax, also known as Race Padel.

This is a, a, a revolutionary-
Concrete paddle structure, I would say.

And here's Mark, the owner and
visionary of the, of the brand.

So why don't you tell us exactly…
I follow you, I looked at you online.

I think the concept is incredible.

So why don't you tell us a
little bit what's, uh, Pacepa or

Resipaddle, like, as, as I know it?

Very well.

The company is Resipaddle, the product
is Pacepa- Okay … what we call it.

Um, it's a replacement for
concrete foundations when you

are installing paddle courts.

Okay.

So basically, our product will
allow you to install in locations

that you would have never been able
to install a paddle court before.

You can install on beaches, on park decks,
on rooftops, on parking lots of shopping

malls, you know, temporary, permanent.

So this is basically what we offer.

So this is, like, a, a permanent
and non-permanent solution, correct?

Correct.

Uh, this is both permanent.

And so, and so this is, you don't really
need a concrete slab for this- Nothing

or asphalt, as it has… How many
small footings does it have, you

would say, on a paddle court?

70. We are sitting on 70- 70 small foot.

And then there you can adjust the level.

Yes, exactly.

We can level it out- Oh, great … yeah,
so we can adjust to any kind of elevation.

Now, what's the platform there?

What is that made out of?

Platform is made of steel.

Okay.

Is, uh, SS8- SSH profiles,
rectangular hollow sections.

Um, and, you know, the surface is made
of, um, fiberglass reinforced plastic.

Okay.

Which is perforated
for water permeability.

So it's, it fulfills all the

basic requirements that- A- and so
how- … need to be covered … how,

how many pieces of, of, uh, of that
platform, the fiberglass are there?

100 there are.

Wow.

Yeah, 100.

Yeah.

And so how, how do you keep the edges
from, like, being a little bit higher?

No, they are… We have, this is
a interlocking system, basically.

Gotcha.

And as they all come out of a mold,
they're all the same size exactly.

They are very precise, and we
screw them down into the steel.

Um, and this way, uh, it's becomes a
absolutely homogeneous flat surface, which

plays perfectly well with, uh, Padel.

And so how do you deal
with weather, with water?

Do they have a drainage
systems underneath or…?

Uh, the, the panels, they are perforated.

Okay.

So the water just drains right through.

Got it.

So the water drains through the
artificial turf, and then right

through, uh, the FRP panel.

So do you guys just do
the platform, right?

Do you supply the walls and everything,
or you guys just do the platform?

Uh, we just do the platforms.

So let me, for, for us, for our
viewers and listeners to understand,

so let's say I have a, a lot.

I'm garden, right?

I wanna put a Padel court there.

So I'm now very expensive
to do the concrete platform.

So what are the steps, let's say I
wanna do it with, with you guys, with

Resipadel or, or y- your company.

So what are the steps that I need
to do before you guys install it

on, on that piece of g- of grass?

Okay.

It d- depends a little bit on the surface.

Uh, there are two, two
parameters that influence it.

It's the softness of the ground and
the gradient of- Okay … we need to

understand how, how firm is the ground.

If the ground is firm, we can go
flat onto it, straight onto it.

We use, like, steel plates and
steel, um, uh, legs- Jacks, height

adjustable, so we ca- we would just
put down the steel plates, put the

steel legs on it, build the frame on
top of it, level it out, you know?

We use, uh, rotational laser just to level
the platform out, put the blue plates

on, the turf on, and we are ready to go.

So the, the steel plates, you
bring them on, or you put them on?

Will be delivered.

Everything is in the container, up to
the point where usually a company would

come and install the Padel court then.

The same as, like, on concrete.

So we are replacing the foundation work
completely, and when the Padel court

company comes to install, they can
immediately start installing without

any adding, uh, additional features.

Um, and so we are also not limited
to one Padel court company.

Uh, we are working with all of the major
Padel court companies, with MacoSet,

AFP, uh, with Dubo, with Portico, with
Padel Magic, uh, yeah, so Padeltech.

Uh, so basically we are very flexible.

We can work with any kind
of Padel court manufacturer.

So let's talk about costs in, in
comparison to, say, uh, a concrete slab.

What is the cost for if you're gonna, if
you're gonna put a Padel court on there?

That, but what is the cost?

Uh, in the US currently, given
the, the current, uh, tariff

situation, we are looking at
roughly 47,000 US dollars landed.

Okay.

Delivered in the US, plus installation.

Yes.

So that is the basic cost.

So, so it, it, it's gonna cost similar or
more- In our configuration … right now.

So are… Is this more for, like, a
non-permanent, like, I wanna put that

there, but I don't know, in a year, like,
if I want a paddle court there, right?

So I want that, that, that
flexibility, uh, for one year or

two years later to really just
remove that and not have a, and not

have to remove that concrete floor.

Is that one this?

No, that is one of the, that is
one of the options, of course.

Uh, you know, if you have, like,
time-limited contracts where, you know,

you have a prime location somewhere,
city center, like, we very often do.

This is what we very often install.

They know they can only
be there half a year.

Yeah.

Uh, and if it's…

They have to take it away, and
they cannot leave any, any,

anything, any traces behind.

Or you end, you know you have a
contract for three years somewhere, the

location- Yeah … it runs, and after
three years you have to remove this.

So do you guys do rentals as well?

Like, if I only need it for a year or so,
rather than purchase it and that's it.

That's it.

Gotcha.

You're stuck with it.

So how do we know… Do… How long
have you been here in the US, and

how are you, how are you doing?

Can somebody see one of these
somewhere here in the US?

Yeah, we have started last
year in the United States.

We have installed two in
New York, one in Palm Beach.

Okay.

Actually at, uh, Tennis and Bath-
Wow … Club, which is right

next to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

Yeah.

And this is, uh, a time-limited.

That's a perfect example,
because we installed in October.

They were supposed to take it down in
January, and now they have extended

to May, because the feedback is
really excellent and people love it.

Yeah.

It may only, and it's
really- So fantastic.

So where can people find more information?

What is your website, social media?

What, what is the best way for,
to, for them to contact you?

Website is basexpadel.com.

How do you spell that?

Um, B-A-S-E-X-padel.com, one word.

Uh, that's the best, that's the best way.

This is where all the information,
all the major information is.

And this is also the, the best
way to contact us, and we can

supply all technical documentation
that comes with the product.

Installation guides, packing lists, wind
load certification, everything comes with.

Yeah.

Fantastic.

Thank you.

Best of luck.

We'll see you soon.

Hey, everyone.

We're here with David for the
MIA Padel League here in Miami.

Well, why don't you tell us a little
bit about what's the MIA Padel League?

Uh, well, MIA Padel League is, it's
a special system where people get to

play matches at their own flexibility.

So they have eight weeks to play
eight matches at their own schedule

all through our app, which we
created a, a month and a half ago.

We're halfway through season one.

Season two starts April 19 after a final
event in Ultra, which we are planning now.

And then, yeah, so people should sign up.

We have, uh, very cool events
coming up, very cool sponsors

coming up, a lot of future ahead.

So do you guys have… Is this for
men's or women's, or is it a mix?

Do you guys have, like, advanced,
uh, intermediate, beginners?

Is this for everyone, or
what is this focused on?

So for right now, our…
It's not gender based.

Right now, it's level based,
so all genders are open.

But then later on next season, we
are planning to have a women's only

league, which we are planning for now.

We're gonna see how many
people do sign up for women.

Um, we are underway right now.

We have 82 players, so 41 teams.

Yeah.

And all different levels.

So we have intermediate and high
intermediate for now, and then next

season, we hope to have beginners,
all different style leagues.

So, so it's gonna be open to everyone.

So David, where can they find
you, and where can they register?

So they can find us on MIA Padel
League, uh, our Instagram, and

then our website is themiampadel-
