Live More, Earn More

Everyone talks about passive income like it’s the dream…

But no one talks about what it actually feels like behind the scenes.

In this episode, I’m sharing the part of business most people never show you — the overwhelm, the emotional load, the juggling of life alongside building something that looks “successful” on paper.

I open up about my own journey - from high-pressure launches, big ad spend, and managing teams… to simplifying everything into one clear offer and a system that actually supports my life.

Because here’s the truth:
 You don’t need more strategy.
 You don’t need more complexity.
You need a simple system that works for you.

If your business feels harder than you thought it would, this episode will feel like a deep exhale.

It’s time to live more and earn more - with ease.

I think one of the biggest lies in
online business is that once you've

built passive income, everything
becomes easy, and I wanna have that

conversation with you today because
there is so much to business.

That no one really talks about,
and no one shows you, and

sorry, that's the dog coming to say hello.

And from the outside it can look like
you've got everything sorted because you

want everything to look gleamy and shiny.

But actually if you don't have a
system to make money where someone

can book in with you for your
appointment and it's automated.

It's so much harder for you to be
spinning all those wheels to be back

and forth about times and dates and
bookings and that is really gonna help

you to sort of focus on the core things,
the marketing, the messaging, all the

things that you need to do in order to
build something that grows and thrives.

And if you can automate that,
then it removes so much of

the constant decision making.

The constant feeling guilty that
you haven't replied to that email,

you haven't sorted that thing
or done, you know, whatever it

is that is your emotional load.

And it makes it so much easier for you
as a solopreneur and maybe alongside

that you are juggling elderly parents or
motherhood or, you know, whatever it is.

And that can be a lot.

I've just had the Easter holidays and
just trying to juggle that and then

my son's birthday party and, you know,
all of those things take, takes a lot

of time and commitment and energy.

And it can pull you away from the,
the core essentials of your business.

There are so many moments in my business
where on paper it looked like everything

was working, everything was flowing in
the way that I wanted it to, but behind

the scenes I was exhausted with it all.

And I, you know, was struggling
with, I remember struggling with

launches and how I'd spend thousands
on Facebook ads to do a big launch.

And of course then you have this
pressure that you need to, in.

In spending thousands on Facebook ads,
you need to recoup that money and you need

to, you know, have a successful launch.

I had a young son and I was juggling all
of that, trying to fit around him, working

in the evenings, working in the mornings.

And while so much of my business was
automated, the launches were really

stressful and you were reliant on,
like I was doing launches in Facebook

groups and you were reliant on the tech
of a Facebook group and people seeing

your posts and it was really stressful.

And when I made a decision
to step away from that my.

Revenue decreased.

But what happened is my turnover went
down, my profit increased and you know,

I wasn't spending money on Facebook ads.

I wasn't needing such a big team
because obviously when you are

dealing with a bigger percentage
of people, you need a team.

You need this, you need that, and.

I didn't really enjoy that.

I didn't enjoy managing all those people.

I didn't enjoy the stress of it all.

The kind of, it's down to me.

I didn't like that, where I knew
that I was, it was down to me

to pay someone's salary and down
to me to be in that situation.

I didn't want that
responsibility at that time.

I had too much going on.

With my son, with his autism
and, it was just a lot.

And so in simplifying, in taking a step
back saying, right, I'm building an

automated system that is simple and I
don't have all those bells and whistles.

It's much simpler than, than it was
before, but it means that I can take the

majority of the profit, and that means,
I just have very simple automation,

so there's not that many tech tools.

It's, I don't have overwhelming tech
spaghetti, too many disconnected systems.

In making it simple, in making
it that it's one simple offer and

you know, it's like, okay, here
it is, it's one simple offer.

And building from that and double
down on that, it really works.

And it's a system, a process that sort
of works for my business, works for my

life, and makes me feel so much better.

And if you can build something
that fits your life and really

be, you know, very strategic about
that, what's gonna work for you?

What's gonna be simple and easy to
understand in a way that works for you.

And the more that you
can do that the better.

Just having those simple, simple
processes makes a massive difference.

Because for me feels so much lighter
is having one clear offer, one clear

offer where I know this is what I'm
selling, this is how I'm selling it,

rather than trying to do, if you've
got too many things, you're selling too

many things, you're doing, it becomes
confusing, it becomes overwhelming.

So start with one.

Get that working, get that nailed.

It might be you build in other
products, but start with one.

Have that simple offer, simple
funnel, and then you have a place

where everything lives, where you've
got all of your tech in one place.

So it's simple so that you are
not juggling all the systems.

You've not got.

All the costs and it doesn't drain
you because everything works together

and it that makes life so much
easier because you want systems

that support you and not drain you.

And that is one of the reasons that I
created Flowelle.io because I was looking

at so many people who I was working
with them and coaching them, and they.

Sort of had various systems that
were paying for various bits of

tech, but they didn't have a system
that worked and they were not techie

and they were scared of the tech.

And I get that.

I've been there.

And so I realized that I was trying to
kind of navigate various systems to build

their tech and build those automations.

And I was like, it doesn't.

There's not one system
that does it really well.

Like I really loved Kajabi for courses,
but then the email is terrible or you

know, and you can look at other systems
and you go, okay, how can this be better?

And that was when I went on my own journey
of trying to build something that really

works and is streamlined and simple.

It's building a system that works
in a way that's gonna fit your life,

because it doesn't need to be harder
than, you know, you are making it.

You don't have to overcomplicate it.

You want a solution to the overwhelm
that is gonna simplify, simplify

things, and it's a support system.

So if your business feels more
overwhelming and complicated

than you thought it would.

I want you to know that it's not you.

You don't need more
strategy, more complexity.

You just wanna create a simple
system that works for you.

And you know it's, it's okay.

You can make this happen.

And I don't know if anyone's told you this
recently, you are doing so much better.

Then you think you are.

You are building something, you're
burning a business, and you are

creating something that is really
amazing and you are helping people.

You're making a difference in the
world, and you are using your talents

and your inspiration and your passions.

And so I just wanted to say bravo to you.

You're doing it.

You're making it happen and
sending you a big virtual hug.
