ChatGPT is dominating the headlines with Microsoft investing heavily and adding it to its products.
Meta just announced a new AI team with a goal of folding their Llama AI into Facebook, Instagram, and the Metaverse.
Google’s playing catchup with a version called ‘Bard’.
And, probably to no one’s surprise, Elon Musk is recruiting a team to create a ChatGPT rival.
That’s all fine on the tech side. What about the practical? And the bigger question—can this be profitable? If this is a productivity multiplier, we might be at a tipping point in just a few years. Disruption is tossed around too easily. Large Language AI might be a legitimate disruptor.
