One Gospel Minute

We are living in a time marked by widespread rebellion, from defiance against law enforcement to upheavals in schools, churches, and homes. Children's disrespect towards their parents is seen as a grave sin, and God warns of accountability on Judgment Day. Respecting our parents is essential. As stated in Ephesians 6:1-2, 'Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.'"

Malcolm Hill: Had it ever occurred to you, my friend, that we're living in a time of rebellion? There is rebellion against the law enforcement agencies in our nation. There is rebellion in the school. There is rebellion in the church. There is rebellion all about us. In fact, there is rebellion in the home by the children. And, there is much disrespect in the home by these children. It's a serious sin before God when children do not and will not respect their parents. Read Romans 1:18 and the remaining part of that chapter. In Ephesians 6:1-2, the Bible says, "Children, obey your parents and the Lord, for this is right." Sometimes children sass and say ugly things to their parents, but God says I will see to it that you give an account for that in the Day of Judgment. We must honor and respect our parents.
