I'm stopping by to wish you a Happy Always & a Merry Everything but equally wanted to let you know that it's ok to not be ok!
I'm sending you a virtual hug especially if you're experiencing any real & valid feelings of discontent, grief, or frustration this week in particular!
While I choose to live aligned with my Sacred Soul System; I feel it's important to acknowledge that happy all the time can be seriously overrated & sometimes a good old fashion tantrum/release can be very healthy & healing!
When we have soul non-negotiables in place, like, taking intentional time out for you, enjoying moments in nature, taking deep rest, moving our bodies, or participating in spaces like Sacred Space & Graduate , we’re able to manage the crappier times & identify what we need to reenergise & realign - in any given moment.
Acknowledging the light & the dark, the good & the crappy, will support you in mindfully embracing your wholeness & the magic that is YOU!
