August 25, 2025 (Monday)

6:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of cornflakes with milk.

10am: Leftover baked shells and a cup of coffee with half & half at the office.

3:30pm: Half of a piece of focaccia from Whole Foods with harissa hummus and a small pour of Island Bliss flavored kombucha.

6:30pm: Marie Calendar frozen chicken pot pie and arugula at Brian’s parents’ house.

August 26, 2025 (Tuesday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and half of a piece of focaccia with harissa hummus.

10:30am: Half of a piece of focaccia with harissa hummus.

2:30pm: Wheat crackers, pickled banana peppers, Sartori Merlot BellaVitano cheese, and a small pour of Island Bliss flavored kombucha.

6:30pm: Ruz w bazella with onions caramelized in bacon fat, purple hull peas, beef, green peas, and jasmine rice, white sauce, and assorted cherry tomatoes with red onion, oregano, jalapeno olive oil, and Suka Pinakurat vinegar, made at home.

7:30pm: Ben & Jerry’s Bossin’ Cream Pie ice cream.

August 27, 2025 (Wednesday)

6:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

8:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half and half of a bottle of Island Bliss kombucha at the office.

9:30am: Leftover bazella and cherry tomato salad with white sauce.

3pm: Half of a piece of focaccia and harissa hummus.

5:30pm: Roasted hot sausage and pinto gold potatoes, and romaine lettuce with red onions, parmesan, jalapeno olive oil, and banana pepper vinegar, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream.

August 28, 2025 (Thursday)

8:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and leftover baked shells.

12pm: Wheat crackers with harissa hummus and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

5pm: A leftover sausage and potatoes with mayonnaise and ketchup.

6pm: Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream.

August 29, 2025 (Friday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and two sunny eggs fried in butter, half of a leftover sausage, and leftover potatoes, made at home.

12:30pm: A Sicilian olive oil toasted slice of focaccia with za’atar hummus, made at home.

3pm: A can of Konig pilsner.

5:30pm: Leftover bazella with red onion, white sauce, and a poached egg, made at home, and a Baldwin pear.

7:30pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.

August 30, 2025 (Saturday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

12:30pm: Roast beef, fresh mozzarella, crispy fried eggplant, pesto mayonnaise, and balsamic glaze on a sesame hoagie from Ideal’s in Durham, North Carolina.

2pm: A cold brew from Cocoa Cinnamon in Durham.

6pm: Chicken liver pate with toasted baguette, mixed greens, caramelized onions, and cornichons, shrimp provencal, baked little neck clams, mules frites, pommes dauphinoise, grilled pork chop with braised cabbage, mashed potatoes, and pan sauce, chocolate mousse with hazelnuts, olive oil, and sea salt, a seltzer with angostura bitters, a glass of Cahors Clos La Coutale, a glass of Bourgogne Domaine des Crets, and a pour of Fernet at Vin Rouge in Durham.
