We are living in a time where Taco

Bell's Baja Blast has a whole new meaning.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

It is lunchtime.

Oh, that's good.

what is going on everybody welcome to

lunch with the Clydesdale and the cowboy

we are here um we are here we're

in a good mood today yeah we're talking

about rice cakes and chips ahoy and

Nabisco.

Nabisco.

Yeah.

Nabisco, how it formed.

It's been around for a long time, folks.

But I have to settle a beef.

Settle a beef.

I like beef.

Last week,

Daniel Arnson kept coming into our chat

talking about how evil Flow Elite was,

Flow Sport,

the games being behind a paywall.

kicking and screaming every day throwing a

tantrum like a twelve-year-old boy the

DDSP the DDSP then I get a DM

from him over the weekend with his receipt

that he purchased the flow Elite package

and I said um

They got you.

And he said,

I was always going to buy it.

I just wasn't going to do it without

making a fuss.

I was going to bitch about it first.

I was never not going to buy it.

I was just going to bitch about it

first.

I understand, Daniel.

I texted you yesterday.

I re-upped mine and it was twenty one

dollars and eighty eighty nine cents.

Yeah, if you cancel and you come back,

they give you a discount.

I didn't even cancel mine.

It was just pause.

Like it was it was.

I had it whenever we were in Birmingham

and then paused it, you know,

so it just wouldn't charge me monthly.

And then when I unpaused it,

it was like, here,

give us twenty one dollars and eighty nine

cents.

And I was like, cool.

OK,

so I am we are back in the

saddle.

Terrible Tessa, he screams drama.

I mean, look,

some people live that kind of way.

Absolutely fine.

Seema wants to know,

is there a refer a friend discount code?

I have not seen one.

I ain't seen one.

I have not seen one.

That would be nice if it was,

but I have not seen one.

Daniel's now saying his master diabolical

plan is to find a way to get

reimbursed for the entire month.

Dude, if you need twenty bucks that bad,

like I can probably swing that.

Yeah, I mean, come on, dude.

Oh, man.

So...

Joseph is trying to start trouble again.

We had this debate a month ago.

And he asks, is Fig Newton a cookie?

It is.

I have proof.

I was watching a special with America's...

Like how... It was one of those like...

What is it?

The History Channel does those like

history of foods and shit.

Baking America.

And it was a cookie special.

And in the cookie special was the Fig

Newton and how it came about.

So, yes, it is a cookie.

And it is a delicious cookie.

And if you think otherwise, you're wrong.

And I saw you, Judy Reed.

I'm going to assume that it's Birchfield's

birthday,

being as high as mentioned it twice.

Happy birthday, Jay Birch.

Happy birthday, Jay Birch.

Love you, brother.

Seema's already scheduling her week around

the start times for the CrossFit Games.

I understand.

I understand.

Look, I get it.

I do the same thing.

I got some business clothes this morning.

I got some other stuff due and like

tomorrow's going to be a little bit

thinner.

And then Wednesday,

like I'm fairly well useless while I'm

here.

It's ridiculous.

Terrible Tessa says that that money that

Daniel is using is his manicure money.

Got it.

Got it.

Got it.

Got it.

Yeah.

CrossFit says the Fig Newton is a mini

cake.

I don't like cake, though.

I like a Fig Newton.

So do you not like cake?

I don't like cake.

What if it's about this big and filled

with fig?

What about then?

I might give that cake a shot.

not talking like a whole cake i'm talking

about one that's you know two and two

one and a half by one and a

half or so something like that i mean

phil which yeah it would say oh man

uh it's a fig bar that is not

what my package says trained i know you're

sick i'm trying to be easy on you

i'm not and there's my guy eric mackie

and they're damn good fig newton's in the

history channel

The history channel.

The history channel.

The history channel.

That's the history of history.

The history channel is a whole different

kind of channel.

That's a different channel right there.

Oh, my word.

Don't type that into the search bar.

No, no, no.

Not on your work computer.

That is the history channel.

It's NSFW.

Not at all.

Not at all.

Okay.

On a completely unrelated topic,

are we doing shoe shout outs?

Because I got mine on.

Oh, you got yours on?

I do.

Mine are still upstairs in the box.

You haven't even tried them on yet?

Dude,

I've got so much going on trying to

get ready for the games and my trip.

Yep.

It has not even.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I know we have said this before,

but I am a big fan of the

Hayes, Strike Movement Hayes.

And our friends over at Box Basics sent

us each there to try out because they

are awesome people.

Huge shout-out to Box Basics.

Huge shout-out to Justin and them,

who's actually competing at the Games in

the year.

So huge shout-out to them at Box Basics.

We're hooking it up.

These things are amazing.

I love the new colorway and they are,

I mean,

they're my favorite training shoes that

I've ever had.

So there's that.

Corey just said a bunch of stuff and

nothing,

some business and some other stuff.

Box basics.

yeah um box basics i've been using for

a long time my first ever board shorts

i bought from box basics probably back in

fourteen two thousand fourteen fifteen two

different at least two different pairs of

metcons when i was still wearing metcons

uh from them and then i discovered that

the the military discount from just buying

stuff straight from reebok so that was

kind of a different thing but

um shout out to them they are quite

awesome they have been around they are in

the space go out support them give them

high fives you see them give them a

hug tell them we said hello um is

a calzone a giant dumpling no no it's

a folded pizza yeah calzone is definitely

a folded it's a full not black and

gum aha joseph ramirez i'm sorry uh

squirrel

are actually not black they look black

they're not black they are green believe

it or not actually lava rock which

apparently is green like a real dark green

but dude they are fantastic i got them

on my feet right now and the inside

looks like cork like on the sole which

is even better i haven't even seen the

inside of mine i need to go check

that out even open the back the bag

i did open a bag i opened a

box and took a look at them they

look really nice um i just haven't i

don't dude whatever right um scott do you

need a head of security for the games

i know a guy who is in need

of an all-expenses-paid trip to the games

who has zero experience in security i

think i'm okay

I don't know if you ever met Scott

before,

but one thing he does not need is

security.

He can take care of himself.

My former bouncer days.

Yeah, absolutely.

A calzone is a meat pie.

I'll go with that too.

I mean,

if a pizza is a pie and there's

meat on your cow and your meat on

your pizza and you fold it in half

and then bake it,

boom papa birch's meat pie i like it

um i don't even know if we want

to get into this so if a hot

dog is a sandwich as a taco a

sandwich too i'm not ever i'm not of

the belief that a hot dog is a

sandwich i don't think a hot dog i

think a hot dog is a hot dog

yeah it is what it is it is

what it is i think the defining

characteristic of a sandwich is that

there's two pieces of bread one on either

side and a hot dog is one piece

of bread that is not split all the

way down the middle i think that's where

the technicality part comes in i'm naughty

uh

uh so brian spins in the chat uh

hey all how was your weekend um better

than yours i'd better say yeah not as

eventful as yours brother not better than

yours not as event not not as eventful

as yours that is for sword yeah i

made my comments about the situation last

night and

it's really hard to make a comment about

something you not are not intimately

familiar with which is why we don't talk

about stuff like that because we're not

we're not all the way in it so

it'd be very hard for scott or me

to make comments about stuff that we don't

have firsthand knowledge of and i'm not

getting in we're not getting involved in

any of that yep

Although the one comment I do want to

make is banning someone from an event

because they were critical of programming

is asinine.

Correct.

I would agree.

Asinine.

And I will – I am a big

proponent of freedom of speech.

I speak my mind on this show,

and I think everybody else should have the

same right to speak their mind without –

unreasonable repercussions now if you make

threats or you use hate speech or

something like that i understand those

topics but if you are just expressing your

opinion you should be allowed to do so

without repercussion and that goes with

any event any event like i don't get

i don't give a damn which one it

is like i think that's completely asinine

yeah i would agree

Yeah, you can add, Meredith,

I see you're adding details.

I don't even need to add details.

You should be able to say whatever you

want.

Right.

And if you choose to ban people who

disagree with you or who have criticism of

you,

that is a contributor to why the games

will never grow.

it is it is what it is and

i will stand by that i believe everybody

has the the freedom of speech to say

whatever they want to say yep moving right

along it is games week it is um

i have a little bit of a conundrum

oh

So I don't know if you saw,

but Tyson Bajan is going to be at

the CrossFit Games this year.

I did.

I did.

Are you going to fanboy completely and

have a small heart attack?

Do we need to have an A?

Pair down.

Do we need to have somebody with an

AED nearby whenever y'all inevitably run

across each other?

So here is the conundrum.

Right?

I love the Chicago Bears more than I

love...

Anything but my wife and daughter.

Right.

We've had this discussion.

Right.

Got it.

He is a quarterback for my team,

and I am so excited that he is

going to be there.

At the same time,

my two co-hosts are going to be competing

at the Masters CrossFit Games.

So now I have this pickle.

Yeah, but I mean,

they're not going to be competing the

entire time.

Yeah,

I don't know how long he's going to

appear, though.

I love when people say stuff like,

I don't know how long he's going to

appear,

as if he's doing some sort of magic

trick that we don't know about.

Well,

I think he's doing like a meet and

greet.

in vendor village is kind of what I

kind of understand.

That's what we need to do is a

meet and greet with,

because that way you can just stand in

line like this, like a little kid,

just kind of bouncing back and forth.

I'll get my picture with you.

I'm going to get,

I'm going to go talk to the Chicago

bears quarterback.

I'm picking on you, Dick, but there's,

I'm trying to think.

If there's like somebody I would run

across that I would be fanboying that much

about.

And very few people come immediately.

Like nobody comes immediately to mind,

right?

So I get it.

Well,

if I'm going to be completely honest,

like I would fanboy more for a few

of the starters on the Bears.

Sure.

It's just Tyson's connection with CrossFit

and what we do here every day and

the Bears together is like a double

connection.

Right.

It's very specific at that point.

Ladies will make it back next year.

Tyson is a once in a lifetime chance.

Once in a lifetime,

just because there's connection to the

space that we are also in.

He's going to be around some more.

Having said that,

whether or not he's still on the bear

in a couple of years, maybe, maybe not.

What I will say is,

this is a good segue, Joseph.

Yeah.

Because yesterday, I think it was,

Monster Games put out a post saying,

And I'm going to share my screen.

I have been very vocal about my thoughts

on this year's programming at the Masters

CrossFit Games.

Although the final event is finally a good

event.

Yeah, the final looks okay.

Yeah, I do like that.

The one that only two divisions get to

do.

So I will add that caveat,

but I do like that event.

I think it is interesting.

So Masters CrossFit Games, or not,

I'm sorry, Monsters.

Monsters Games.

Masters at Monster put this post out that

said,

we love our Masters so much that we

decided to release their individual

workouts a day early.

They did.

I don't know if that's a shot at

someone else missing the deadlines on a

frequent basis.

As a reminder,

the winner of each Masters division will

earn opportunity to compete at the title

for the first ever Masters World Fitness

Champion at the World Fitness Project

Finals in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Correct.

They have how many events?

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven,

eight, nine.

Nine events.

Nine events at the Monster Games that

Corey is going to this weekend.

He gets to do three more events than

all but two of the divisions at the

Masters CrossFit Games.

yep is that not the most in asinine

thing you've ever seen in your life

knew we were going to have several events

we had several events last year right i

wasn't expecting nine now having said that

i'm gonna put a little caveat on this

one of them's a forty yard dash like

we're doing a combine there's a there's a

broad jump hold on there's a broad jump

it's a forty yard dash um uh vertical

leap and whatever the other part is so

the four of the yes this right here

the show up the five ten five show

The four of those are worth a hundred

points.

That's twenty five points each.

Having said that,

it's still keeping us busy.

All day.

But those four are one of the nine.

Correct.

So really, it's thirteen different.

We have thirteen scores.

Yeah.

We have thirteen scores.

It is.

It's not a good look.

And Monster Games did this, you know,

they did it on purpose.

Dude, as soon as it said,

go back to the first slide where it

just says Masters at Monster and they put

it out yesterday.

One hundred percent.

That is a shot across the bow.

Nine individual scores,

thirteen total tests.

That is it.

That is one hundred percent a shot across

the bow.

And in the lead-in paragraph, right?

Like, hey, as a reminder,

if you finish first in your age group,

you're going to get an opportunity to go

compete in Copenhagen if you'd like to.

That's another,

that's shot two across the bow.

That's technically two warning shots

across the bow.

That they are doing a master's world

fitness champion.

Yeah.

So this is an avenue that I think

that World Fitness Project could actually

overtake the games.

It's just getting the top athletes to

participate.

This is a great first start,

I'll say that.

This is a great first start.

It is.

I would like more details as far as

the, if we win, like,

do we get a registration or are they

going to,

because I'm gonna tell you right now,

I can't afford to fly to Copenhagen and

stay in Copenhagen and be there for

however many, you know,

however many days it is.

And it's going to be at Christmas time

again.

Like I'm not doing,

I got an eight year old dog fitting

to be nine.

I'm not doing that.

Aside from, you know, wife, family,

all of that good stuff.

Having said that, if it is a flight,

hotel room, and registration fee,

and I win and I get all of

that, right?

Because let's be honest, they have money,

plenty of it, right?

And they're only doing the winners,

which narrows that field down a whole lot.

So is it that?

Is it one thing?

Is it the other?

Who knows?

But...

It's a real good way to get...

And I know we've said this a hundred

times.

It's a real good way to get the

people who pay for the majority of what

we do in CrossFit to go and look

at this other thing that's taking place in

Europe.

So what I'm... My biggest beef with...

I have two big beefs with the Masters

games.

One is...

We've gone from nine events in twenty

twenty four to eight events in twenty

twenty five to now six or seven events

in twenty twenty six.

We have cut the field down.

We have.

We have an exclusive venue for them now.

And.

Three of the events are less than three

minutes.

So why are we running out of time

to only do seven events?

I don't understand it.

And I see like the cost of things

the spin is bringing up.

They're getting less money this year.

I don't know how much more cost you're

incurring.

I think Brian's talking about World

Fitness Project has less money this year

than they had last year.

Okay.

Yeah.

Rambler, yes.

Monster Games is the same time as

CrossFit.

You cannot blame the scheduler of Monster

Games because they are on the week they

have always been on.

We have been, yeah.

I went last year.

It was the same week last year.

It's been that week for quite some time.

The games moved up.

The games moved to their spot.

Yeah.

What nothing they could do about that.

Which, fine.

I mean,

they are also going to have a big

area for us set up to be able

to watch the games while we're there.

So, like, if you have to be,

you know, at the venue for however long,

and they're going to have a TV, something.

I mean, again,

details on that were kind of sketchy,

but they definitely said that we were

going to have somewhere to be able to

watch the games while we were there

competing.

So, cool.

Pretty excited about that.

And we've kind of talked about that.

Corey goes to the Monster Games every

year.

He's bummed that he can't watch the games

kind of exclusively and do Monster.

Yep.

Because they are at the same time.

But Monster was put in a pickle because

they are at the same venue every year

at the same time.

Well,

they just moved to this venue last year.

But even then,

it's been the same week for quite some

time.

So...

But I think they plan ahead and reserve

well in advance.

Again, dude, one more time.

Jason Ansley, hell of a dude,

has his shit together.

Period.

End of story.

All the communication we've gotten from

Monster Games has been either well in

advance, far enough in advance.

It's usually way more information than we

absolutely need.

I can't say enough good stuff about him.

Joey Perez says,

that'll actually be fun to watch with the

crew you're competing with.

Everybody standing around watching the

games,

it will be like a watch party that

will be probably pretty fun.

Yeah.

It's going to be awesome, dude.

Caliclair says,

Talking about pickles, better be dill.

Of course.

Ortega said he wants a pickle.

I know.

Because I said it put them in a

pickle.

It did put them in a pickle.

And as you know,

I am a pickle addict.

I have at least a pickle a day.

I mean, ain't nothing wrong with that.

I tried.

I was going to, speaking of pickles,

because we like to go off the rails

at all times.

I have been eating Klassen pickles about a

pickle a day, right?

Sure.

Last night I'm like, hey,

I'm going to get some Grillo's.

I'm going to give them another shot.

They were out of them.

That's God telling you to stay in your

lane.

Yeah.

So back to the Klassen.

Stay in your pickle lane there, homie.

Yeah.

uh judy reed bread and butter are greater

than dill i don't mind a bread and

butter pickle judy but it is not going

to outdo a dill pickle let me tell

you something the only kind of pickles i

really don't care for that much are sour

like straight up sour pickles it's just

too much love them it's just too much

for me and then uh like a straight

up sweet pickle because that's also like

too far in the other direction but

Kosher.

Kosher dill.

Bread and butter.

Spicy.

Hot.

Bring me all of them.

I don't like sweet pickles.

No, I don't like sweet pickles.

Not at all.

I just don't want a sweet one.

Picklesburg was this past weekend.

I used to love Picklesburg.

I have no idea.

It is a festival in Pittsburgh.

Oh.

I'm assuming for pickles?

It is.

How about that?

How about that?

I am sharp, son.

Look, you can't get much past me.

Merch,

is that what you did for your birthday?

These two words should not,

pickled okra should not be in the same

sentence.

Dude, have you ever had pickled okra?

I'm

Okra, so sometimes I like okra,

sometimes I don't.

It is one of those things that if

not prepared correctly,

goes south quickly.

Sure.

Have you ever had pickled okra?

I probably did when I lived in

Tallahassee.

Dude, pickled okra's good.

Do you like a Bloody Mary?

I love a Bloody Mary.

Make you a Bloody Mary with some pickled

okra.

Trust me.

Judy Reed, and she lives up, well,

I say up the street,

but it's a little more than up the

street for me.

Have you seen that pickle company at the

local farmer's markets that always has

fifty plus people lined up?

I have heard so many good things about

that pickle person who picked some peppers

and pickled them.

Yes.

I was hoping that's where you were going.

But I don't like people in crowds.

So it's hard for me to stand in

line fifty deep unless it's Tyson Bajent.

I could not possibly imagine staying

behind fifty people deep to get a pickle.

They ain't that good.

There's no pickle on the planet that's

worth my time to stand there for that

long.

You don't have to deal with the public

and being outside in the public.

No thanks.

Gherkin's great with sharp cheddar,

pita chip.

dab of spicy mustard taste buds have a

party in your mouth so hexi lover family

recipe family recipe from what i from like

my mom's mom shredded dill pickle shredded

extra sharp cheddar cheese

And then mayonnaise or Miracle Whip,

whatever your preference is,

mix it together, put it on a cracker.

You will love me forever for that.

Simplest recipe ever and phenomenal.

Always at the Christmas dinner as an

appetizer.

That doesn't sound terrible.

uh i've always won why put the red

dye for pickled eggs or sausage i don't

get no clue no clue i love the

conversations you'll have it's so

refreshing it's refreshing for us too judy

because we have no idea what what we're

going to talk about

anybody ever wondered if we were on script

or not there's no script to have so

that ought to answer that uh miracle whip

creator can also go stub his toe daniel

i or her i don't know i don't

know if we can be friends anymore miracle

whip is far superior than mayo i don't

i have no preference i'm not a big

i'm not a big either way fan unless

i'm making potato salad yeah i put miracle

up and everything i do have a slight

allergy to some mayonases so that does

kind of influence my decision down here

there's blue plate uh mayo which the the

factory i guess whatever like it's made

down here so that's all anybody ever used

growing up but uh oh i can't wait

to be a fatty and eat while watching

the fittest workout understandable um yeah

i uh there's some mayonnaises that uh i

get the the baja blast when i eat

it so

yeah it's not good the one we were

doing the one you brought up at the

beginning of the show yeah yeah got it

got it anyway yeah uh i fly out

thursday morning that baja blast right

there that's the baja blast we're talking

about yep yeah joey has the same issue

apparently

oh so uh just for everybody's information

uh jamie flew out this morning bright and

early she drove to grand rapids last night

caught that flight out to san jose carolyn

is driving down today so they'll be there

and ready for action tomorrow um i'm

flying out wednesday morning

I'll be in the air during this show

time,

but I'm going to try to do something

from there every day from somewhere.

I thought about doing a suite,

but then I had second thoughts about that,

and I'm just going to do it from

like a travel lodge down the road.

There from the Motel Six.

Got to leave a light on for you.

Yeah.

Is anyone going to share their Flow login

password kind of like the new Netflix?

I don't think you can.

So...

we're trying to figure that out here at

the, at the house.

Cause I got mine re-upped and, uh,

I sent my password and I'm going to

go ahead and put that out here.

Password login to one of my friends.

And then I was watching your show from

last night,

this morning when somebody mentioned that

it's probably,

you probably won't be able to do it.

So I just, I let B know,

I was like, Hey man, look,

supposedly only one person can be logged

in at a time,

but that seems kind of,

Maybe it is true.

I have absolutely no idea.

So during Legends,

if both devices were on the same IP

address, it was fine.

But from my understanding is if the two

devices are on separate IP addresses,

it will not work.

That's what Google has to say about it.

That's what was explained last night.

so elite uh rambler you cannot stream

anything from the games no please do not

understand that oh please do not not

understand that they have implemented the

core and pepper law yeah um there's no

streaming allowed from the games or you'll

be escorted from the building

yep so what you just said seems to

be accurate if you're both watching from

the exact same physical location strictly

monitor streaming off locations will

restrict actress if they are internet uh

different yeah so they gonna get their

money out you you cannot stream while live

competition is going on

You can't go to the ranch.

Yeah.

Nobody can go to the ranch.

But all I am guessing is if he

goes to the ranch for the ranch

experience,

you can stream that all you want hanging

out at the ranch.

Right.

But if there are competitors there

competing, you cannot broadcast that.

Yeah,

somehow I doubt that the ranch experience

is going to be going on at the

same time as their individual events.

I could be way off,

but that seems like it would be the

logical thing to not have those two things

going on at the same time.

So, yeah,

like in the media stuff that I've gotten

this weekend, I can talk live, I can...

take pictures,

but I cannot stream during the

competition.

Unless I'm like if I'm outside the arena,

I can talk live.

I just can't do it while the action

is going on around me.

So

Which I mean,

it is an exclusive broadcast partner with

flow.

So, yep.

And that means to me that flow is

paying for this.

Correct.

And therefore flow is saying we're paying

for this.

We want return for our investment.

Therefore nobody else can stream.

Yeah.

And then you,

I don't even think you can put up

your own video for four, eight,

Yeah, didn't you say something last night,

like you can go live,

but not while the event's happening?

I think as I read it more last

night,

I think it's you can take your own

video,

but you cannot show it for forty eight

hours after the conclusion of the event.

then they have like they'll have clips

available to the media to use like say

i do a podcast i want to show

something from the event i can use that

bank but i have to watermark it with

flow elite oh so i mean it's way

different than it has ever been in my

time going to the crossfit games so i

mean if that's the case then that seems

like they are

Pretty well invested at this point.

I mean,

between that and them throwing money at,

you know,

individual performances and whatnot,

you know,

injecting money into the games itself.

I mean, good for them.

Good for them.

So Trent says,

"'Forty-Eight Hours' is a little lame."

I don't really think so.

If they're paying money,

they earned that right to show that.

Because I have access to the warm-up area.

If I interview Amy Kringle,

I can put that up because that's not

the competition floor.

Does that make sense?

It do.

I just cannot show the competition floor

until "'Forty-Eight Hours' after."

I wonder if you can describe what's going

on.

Yeah, I'm allowed to talk about it.

Probably not while it's happening.

You're right.

I get what you're saying.

You can't be like,

Enrique Garrard is in the lead.

You can't do it like a baseball live

broadcast,

like a radio broadcast or whatnot,

just trying to describe exactly what's

going on without anybody being able to see

it.

So I'm assuming the forty eight hours

thing is probably for them to be able

to edit and put out their own packages

before anybody else does,

which is what they're paying for.

Like we're streaming it.

Yeah, you guys can put out your stuff,

but give us two days because we're going

to put out we're going to put out

our own stuff first.

Good luck capturing new CrossFit casual

fans.

You're not going to catch them on YouTube

either because the algorithm is only going

to send the games to those people who

watch fitness or CrossFit videos.

Correct.

As opposed to when people are...

I've been saying the same thing for years.

Every time the game rolls around and

there's breaks in the action and they show

us advertisements for CrossFit

Boxes like for, for affiliates.

It's like trying to sell ice to Eskimos.

Like, Hey man,

the reason I'm watching this is because I

do CrossFit.

Like I don't need to see a video.

I don't need to see an advertisement for

that.

You want to advertise something to me?

Cool.

Advertise something to me that I might

actually sell or buy, excuse me, you know,

whatever that, whatever that might be.

But I don't need to,

I don't need to, I'm aware of,

of affiliates.

You're you're.

Does Flow Lead have immediate playback

rewind?

I doubt I'll get to watch much of

it straight through live.

So one thing I know for sure is

if you have it on and you pause

it,

you can come back and start from that

spot and go forward.

Once it's over,

they do try to get it up as

quickly as possible,

but it'll probably be an hour or two

after the event.

Yeah, I mean,

it takes a little while for it to

get up.

But now the founder said in the future,

the plan is to break it up into

events.

Right?

And it will have like event one as

its own separate thing to watch after

event two will have its own separate

thing.

But this year,

it's probably just going to be one long

stream,

which is what it's been forever anyway.

I mean,

if you go back and watch anything from

last year,

it's like a three and a half hour

broadcast at a time for whatever event so

It's not really anything changing.

It's just going on a different platform

and it costs you a couple of dollars.

Easy day.

Yeah.

Yeah, Ortega's right.

It's like BTS type video.

You can do all of that over the

weekend.

Right.

Anything that's not being shown on Flow

Elite,

you can take video of and put up.

It's just...

You can take video of Ortega fixing his

mustache with his mustache wax,

making it good and curly and whatnot.

Take video of Joseph making tacos on the

sidelines.

Not a big deal.

We can do all that.

You just can't show what's going on live

on the floor.

Meg driving the taco truck while Joseph's

cooking in the back.

A hundred percent.

Can do a ride along, all that.

Yeah.

Corey needs to see title on all PM

ads.

Got it.

We don't take Tylenol PM, Ed.

We use Thirdsy.

Because it's the best sleep and recovery

tool in the business.

Just like how you gave the question, Ed.

I like that, not what I said.

And you can get fifteen percent off that

recovery tool by using code Jazzy at

checkout at Thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy

and get fifteen percent off your video.

uh what making tacos on the comp floor

then you are a talented son of a

let me tell you something joseph if you

got that kind of access we need to

know how you got it seriously like i'm

gonna call garrett right now and be like

so joseph's making tacos on the floor on

the comp floor and she's gonna be like

the are you talking about oh yeah and

ortega's right as long as the competition

is not live

Maybe that's what they'll do in between

events is that Ramirez is going to be

out there with a taco demo.

And then I'll be beside him with a

taco gun and I'll shoot him into the

crowd.

Who wants a taco?

Yes, that is fantastic.

See, we have all the marketing ideas.

Get with us, CrossFit.

Honestly, we can help.

We can help.

Oh, that's fantastic.

I want a taco cannon.

We need to make a taco cannon.

Taco cannon.

That is goal number one for the offseason.

A hundred percent taco cannon.

We start on designs next week.

I got, look, Monday, I'm just,

it's a travel day.

Like I leave in the morning,

I'll be back in New Orleans,

New Orleans at like noonish,

something like that.

The rest of the day,

I have nothing else to do.

My wife's going to be in Biloxi.

So like I can start plans for a

taco cannon Monday.

Shouldn't be a big deal.

Have you ever made a potato gun?

Not recently.

Cause I'm thinking like when I was a

bouncer at a bar in our spare time,

we took PVC pipe, a,

an ignition for a barbecue grill.

Yep.

and either hairspray or...

Hairspray works pretty good,

or used to work pretty good.

They took a lot of the stuff that

made it flammable out.

You could probably do it.

If you can get some old Aquanet, man,

it'll shoot a potato real far.

Allegedly.

Yeah.

oh allegedly we used to we i kid

you not man we used to go outside

of the the bar and we would shoot

this potato gun for fun wow because bars

don't get busy till ten and your shift

started like seven so you're like at least

yeah right and so you're sitting out there

and we're shooting this potato gun and

about three quarters of a block away was

a church

We launched one one night,

and it was headed right for a stained

glass window.

Oof.

And we are all like shit and bricks.

Everybody's like...

We do not want to piss off the

Lord.

Yeah.

And thank goodness it just did like a

belly dive right before it got to the

church.

That's fantastic.

No, I have not built a potato gun...

Let's see.

I'm forty nine.

So I think the last time I was

like either twenty four, twenty five,

something along those lines.

And FYI,

if you don't have fairly decently thick

PVC pipe,

you will crack it if you use it

several times in a row.

Don't ask me how I know that.

So ever since we brought Vicky on,

you mean you mean the one day?

She's been sick.

She's sick as a dog.

I'm picking on her.

But she's sending me graphics,

which I wish she was here to pull

up.

To actually pull up.

So I don't know if you can see

it.

Can you see the taco gun?

Yes, I can.

Taco cannon right there, baby.

just like a t-shirt gun.

Matter of fact,

you would probably have to wrap the taco

in a t-shirt for somebody actually be able

to catch it because otherwise,

you know what you'd be better off with?

A burrito gun.

And the Daniel Arnson Award.

Yep, that is the Daniel Arnson Award.

Because otherwise,

if you just put a taco in there,

hard or soft,

soon as it comes out like meat's gonna

go one way tortillas gonna go the other

way you have lettuce all over the place

like it's just not gonna end well but

if you either wrap it in a shirt

so now you got a free shirt and

a taco dude and you're probably gonna have

to do laundry quickly yes sure um

Did Vicky eat the lettuce?

We don't know for sure.

We're not real sure.

I don't think she's a Taco Bell person.

She does not strike me as a Taco

Bell person.

But she has either that or she has

a sympathy sickness.

Yeah.

It's entirely possible.

She thinks it's from blackberries.

And I thought the seeds were the worst

part.

Yeah,

this is that's way worse than just getting

a seed a random blackberry scene.

Sounds terrible.

Biggie.

That's how we'll send out Clydesdale

shirts, free taco juice stains.

No extra charge.

Speaking of the shirt smells like taco.

That is all right.

A little bit of fire sauce.

Yeah, man.

Speaking of the shirts.

i got notification they are being they're

with ups oh okay so i am less

and less hopeful that i'm gonna have them

before i hop on a plane on wednesday

since we're at monday that sounds like

they're with the lord the t-shirts are

with ups

we know how long your new shoes took

to get to you so fun fact talking

about my new shoes so bernard ordered some

the same day that mine got shipped okay

same same company ordered ordered them

from box basics he got the easy muhammad's

i got these um they shipped mine dhl

they shipped his ups they shipped my dhl

with finishing by the post office right

they shipped his ups

So we were in a race like the

entire time as to who was going to

get there first, whatever.

So Friday morning,

I got a notification, hey,

your package is out for delivery with the

mail.

And I was like, cool.

Bernard sent me one,

and his was supposedly still in Baton

Rouge at the UPS hub or whatnot,

which is like,

twenty minutes from our house.

I said, let me explain something to you.

I said,

the United States Postal Service wins a

race versus UPS.

The whole world is going to stop.

That's not going to end well,

because that's not how this usually goes.

well all day long like he would go

check it every once in a while they're

still in baton rouge they're still in

baton rouge they're still in baton rouge

until they showed up at his house at

like five thirty in the afternoon and they

still said that they were in baton rouge

with ups and i'm saying all that to

say this it says yours with ups but

according to ups themselves they still

have bernard's shoes in baton rouge and he

wore them saturday yeah

my hope to take them with me to

san jose is dwindling it as we speak

right um but if not i will have

them when i get back and we can

i can ship probably not via potato gun

yeah real close to scott's house judy reed

david reed i can probably potato gun their

shirts to them

Yeah,

or at least get close enough to their

house to potato gun their shirt to them.

Yeah, I could drive by their shirts.

I will fly to Columbus just to do

that.

That sounds like fun.

Yes.

There's a lot of...

I don't even want to get into it,

man.

I'm so tired of saying the word Flow

Elite.

Yeah, no thanks.

They are – Seventy-five percent of the

events are going to be on Flow Elite

for free.

Literally seventy-five percent.

You only have to log in for twenty-five

percent of them.

Correct.

Unless you want to watch Masters, Teens,

and Adaptive.

There you're going to have to log in.

In which case,

it's still the same price and you get

a whole lot more stuff that you can

pick from the watch or not.

You get the twenty five percent plus plus

one hundred percent of the other three

divisions of the masters,

the adaptive who you never see in the

adaptive go.

It is something to see because those dudes

are animals.

I used to love to watch them in

Madison, bro.

I've seen.

highlights videos obviously i haven't got

a chance to see him in person but

shout out to the adaptives those dudes are

absolute animals if you're a coach to see

how they scale and modify for adaptive

athletes is a sight to behold like i

didn't know you could flip a

It is crazy what they do to modify

for them to allow them to compete.

Just watching the lower extremity people

snatch with a barbell in their lap and

just... Yeah,

they don't get the luxury of hip drive.

No.

It's amazing, dude.

A lot, yeah.

Dude, the adaptive are so good.

I took pictures last year and video and

bro,

I cried like five times on the first

day.

Yeah.

it's amazing to watch um and i would

say when they were in madison they got

more people in the stands than the teams

did i'm just saying everybody dogs on

masters and adaptive and and teens the

teams need fixed man because they they do

not nobody stays in the arena for teams

unless you have a family member on the

team correct

or you are a one hundred percent all

out nerd because like Jamie never left

Jamie I I'm a nerd and I would

watch about seventy five percent of the

teams Jamie watched one hundred percent of

the teams she's that much of a nerd

I like the teams it helps that I

knew my entire team last year and the

year before that

not twenty twenty four but the year before

that twenty three when brandon went when

they did the the team thing but i

like the teams i find that they're fun

to watch i am also a huge huge

crossfit nerd when it comes to that stuff

so like if it's on chances are better

than not and i'm free obviously i'm

probably going to watch it whether it's

the adaptives i watch the teens like the

kids go

Was that last year?

And like some of those kids, dude,

they're fit.

It is some shit to see.

Right.

And what?

Seventeen of the sixty athletes came from

the teen division.

Yeah.

Something like that.

Watching the teens and then thinking about

the fact that they're just kids, right?

And if they stick with it,

which a lot of them are nowadays or

trying to stick with anyway,

how good they could possibly be going

forward.

Like,

it just gives you stuff to think about.

I also watched the oldest of the old

in the Masters divisions last year,

the stuff that we could see anyway.

And that stuff is incredible to watch.

Watching the seventy plus get out there

and get on the rig and do pull

ups and whatnot.

Dude, in Alabama,

I cried when the sixty eight year old

woman got her first bar muscle up.

Dude, like I remember that.

That was like I don't even know.

I can't even describe it.

The place erupted.

Yeah, I would imagine.

Like it was it was open affiliate

excitement only ten times the people.

The Masters divisions in Masters

competitions in general,

and this comes from somebody who's done a

lot of them,

is one of the few places where like,

yeah, I want to win,

but I'm also actively cheering for the

people that are in my lane because I

know what they're doing.

I know what they're going through.

I know that they have jobs and careers

and kids and all kinds of shit to

take care of.

And I'll sit around and watch the older

guys, the younger guys than me,

probably the older guys, even,

even more just to see what they can

do with some of them with some seriously

limited mobility with whatever,

but they're still out there and getting at

it.

Like it's,

Again,

I am not your typical CrossFit person.

I will watch pretty much all of it.

All right.

Well, we've been at it for an hour.

Yep.

Time to call it.

We'll be back tomorrow for lunch with

Clydesdale.

And then the rest of the week is

going to be kind of wild and up

in the air.

Yeah.

when are you leaving for monster uh fly

out thursday morning i think i will get

i think i land around noon my time

something like that all right we'll figure

something out we'll do something yeah even

if it's just a quick twenty minute or

updating different things yeah um i'm uh

No,

my wife's going to be using that one.

I was thinking about bringing my laptop,

but I don't think I will.

So anything I do is going to be

live from the phone,

but I'll have my earbuds.

I can't find my other headphones that

actually plug in.

But anyway,

I'll be available is what I'm getting at.

We're probably going to do a little EMOM

code.

We got a whole bunch of people that

are going to be in and around the

area whenever I land,

a little shakeout workout Thursday.

But after that,

as long as I'm not competing online,

actively competing or warming up I am

free.

So yeah,

I'm only looking for you like Wednesday

night, Thursday ish.

Because then Carolyn and Jamie are both

done and they're there.

Yep.

And I've got Joseph and Meg,

maybe I can pull on to do some

stuff.

And who knows,

maybe I pull on Colleen and G for

something.

Yeah.

I mean, they're down.

If they're free,

I'm sure they're ready to rock and roll.

They didn't get a drop of a hat.

All right, guys.

Have a great rest of your day.

We'll see you back tomorrow.

Hope you have a great games week.

Get those meetings scheduled properly,

and we'll see you all tomorrow on Lunch

with the Clydesdales.

I wouldn't wait to get to the editing

room to jazz me up.

I'm already jazzy.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Talking to reps,

real life strength in the battle.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time we press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

heat.

CrossFit, movies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, shoot it,

now you're part of the fam.
