Tara:

This is the EWN podcast network.

Tara intro:

Hi. I'm Tara from Plus Fitness with Tara. I'm a curvy, fun body positive coach and personal trainer. I love business and fitness. Do you have the tools you need to be a rock star in fitness?

Tara intro:

A healthy love of yourself and help for me in sifting through health news will do that. I've got fitness topics and guests. Rock stars aren't born. They're bred and experienced as fire. Let's do this together.

Tara:

Hello, and welcome to Plus Fitness with Tara, the podcast. Today, I have Jenny Harkleroad with me, a guest on the podcast today, and she's gonna tell us about her company and its background. And she'll also plug out where you can find her and reach her in the future. So definitely let me know, Jenny, what is your company and what is its background?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Awesome. Thanks, Tara. Happy to be here. I am the founder and CEO of Balanced View, and this company was started because I had some big problems, and I was looking for solutions. And when I finally figured out those solutions, I wanted to share them from the rooftop.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And so if you wanna find me, you can go to balancedyou.org, and you can check out my advanced mindset coaching and and what I do and how I do it.

Tara:

Great. Awesome. So everyone, that's balance you.com. Correct?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Dotorg, actually. Yes.

Tara:

Org. Oh, there we go. So balanceyou.org for everybody listening. So, that's where you can find Jenny. So, Jenny, just you know, I ask every guest this question.

Tara:

You know? You know, what do you do for fitness and, like, what what do you like to do for wellness, you know, essentially? So just let me intro with that before we get into more details on what you're up to.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. I love that question, and you might want a little background because I I used to be in real estate. I had a big real estate business, and, you know, I was always into exercise and eating healthy and doing my best to stay in shape. And it almost became a little bit of an obsession. I shouldn't say almost.

Jenny Harkleroad:

It became an obsession with me. Like, I really wanted to be fit. And I have one of those, mothers who can eat a lot and not gain weight, and I wasn't like her. And it was really I was always trying to look like her, but not eat as much as she did. You know?

Jenny Harkleroad:

And it was it was a struggle. And so I was always working on how I looked more than I wasn't really concerned about my health. That's what I should have been concerned about. Right? I just wanted to look good.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So I was always counting calories and going to the gym and I was obsessed. And then in 20 13, I broke my back in a hiking accident. And I was bedridden and couldn't function for about 3 years. And so what I did while I was laying there in bed was I started researching, how do you not move and still not gain weight? Because, you know, I wanted to look good even there laying there in bed.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I started learning about plant based eating and that you could eat more food and it had less calories. And so, I'm like, okay, I'm going to try this. And that was a long time ago and I'm still on that same plan. I started eating a plant based diet and I just started feeling really great. I I got rid of all my cravings.

Jenny Harkleroad:

My skin cleared up. I actually lost weight and didn't have to be obsessed about it anymore. And so it it it kinda turned into a blessing, and I wrote a book about it. It's called, A 101 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Fed My Children. And the reason I titled it that was because as I was learning about nutrition, I started realizing, wow, I probably could have done a much better job feeding my kids healthier things.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I knew that when I was doing it, but I didn't really realize that unhealthy food could make you sick. You know? I just thought, oh, well, you know, there's probably more vitamins and broccoli than Lunchables. But, you know, they like Lunchables better, that type of thing. So, hopefully, I can't get sued for saying Lunchables.

Tara:

No. No. You're fine. You're fine. Public knowledge, we all know lunchables exist.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. Yeah. Perfect.

Tara:

Okay. So okay. So so that's that's really interesting. So a few nuggets for everybody who talked about that. The book is available on Amazon.

Tara:

Correct?

Jenny Harkleroad:

It is. Yeah.

Tara:

Okay. Fantastic. And it's a 1,001 ways?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Actually, a 101.

Tara:

101. Came with a 1,000 because, like, what? That was a lot. I had

Jenny Harkleroad:

a hard time coming up with a 101, a 1,000. So many. Yeah. Yeah. A 101 things I wish I knew before I fed my children is the title.

Tara:

Awesome. Yeah. Author Jenny Harkler wrote, that's cool. I'd love to. I'm gonna have to check that out.

Tara:

Okay. So you had this personal experience. You know, you have your business now. Yeah. I met you through, Ewomen Network, and I'm just wondering, you know, what motivates you to get up every morning and be in business?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. I love that. Well, first off, I'm an entrepreneur by like, I feel like I was born an entrepreneur. When I was 12 years old, I had a business teaching flute lessons, and I've been in business for myself ever since. You know, I really like my boss.

Jenny Harkleroad:

She's so awesome. She every idea I come up with, she thinks it's perfect. I mean, yeah, it's really great. I can do what I want when I want. I have 4 kids and I was able to juggle them and while they were growing up all the activities.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So Yeah. I just like the also the potential. Like, there's no limit. It's not like I'm agreeing to a certain salary. It's it's limitless.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And then it's like, you gotta be creative and you gotta do the work and and make it happen. So it's it's fun. It's an adventure, and I love it.

Tara:

Yeah. Well, I find I find too someone with such a personal experience of yours having overcome a broken back for everybody who might have just joined in a little late minute, broken back, healed yourself through that, recovered from it, and kept business going, kept family going. You know, still, you know, knock things out of the park today. Like, maybe might wanna mention you might have an app coming up that you might wanna plug a little bit, you know, at some point. Because the great thing about podcasts is people can come back to this and listen again if they forget something.

Tara:

Do you know what I mean? So if they forget the name of the book, they'd be like, oh, and they just search Jenny Harkleroad and find you or balance you dot org. You know? And what I think is great about this is that you've really come very far. You've you've gone through personal challenges, and here you are today sharing your story, talking about it like it's no big deal.

Tara:

Like, that's a pretty big deal to come back from a broken back. I mean, it's you know, and for a lot of us, you know, who struggle with any kind of challenges in our lives or setbacks that are going on, it's always great to hear an entrepreneur's story because I find in your story, you like to dig in and get the work done. A lot of entrepreneurs, people may think have the belief that they don't do any work at all because they're working from home or they, you know, can go on a trip whenever they want. What they don't realize is the Oshkosh River mind is almost working, you know, 247, you know, trying to think of different ways of how to how to get this nugget out, how to how to talk about this, what product to use, what service to use, how to promote this, what's going on. And it's and it's it's work.

Tara:

But at the same time, there's so much freedom. Like you said, you like your own boss. You know what I mean? She's great too. You know?

Tara:

You can make travel arrangements whenever you want. You know? But at the same time, there's the balance. And I think what's great about the name of your business, Balance You, is that you've honed in right on why entrepreneurs need that focus and that balance. You know?

Tara:

So yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Absolutely. I love that. And and part of my story that I didn't mention yet was after 3 years later after breaking my back, they told me my case was hopeless and that I wasn't gonna get better. And I said, you know, you guys don't know me. I I will get better.

Jenny Harkleroad:

I will find a way. And I met a medical doctor who told me, you know, Jenny, you can heal yourself with your mind. And I was like, wait. What? This is my back.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Like, I don't how could I heal my back with my mind? I'd never heard of such a thing. And I didn't believe it, but I was desperate, so I tried it. And 6 sessions later, I was completely healed. Right?

Tara:

Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Totally healed. Yeah. And I I couldn't believe it. And I went back to him and I said, wow. Like, what did you do to me, and can you help me fix all my other problems?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Because I wasn't getting along that well with my husband. I was addicted to pain pills. I I had a really bad temper. I had low self esteem. I didn't like my career even though I was making a fortune in it.

Jenny Harkleroad:

I had so many things I wanted to work on. And in the past, when I wanted to change something, I would maybe read a book about it, like how to communicate better with my husband. And then I would think, oh, good. Now I get it. And then we'd have a conversation, and then I'd get mad.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And then I'd say, like, wait. I forgot what was in that book. What was I supposed to say? How am I supposed to undo? I'm mad right now.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Like, I just I didn't know how to change myself. And I struggled with chronic pain even before breaking my back. It was a thing with me. It was, since I was 12, I was on prescription pain pills. And I wanted to feel better and I didn't know how.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And so, I just kinda put on a happy face. They say fake it till you make it. I was the best faker until I got home. I wouldn't fake it at home, but I'd fake it for everybody else. And I just wasn't happy.

Jenny Harkleroad:

I was mad. I was bad. I was sad. I was in pain, and I wanted relief. And this doctor helped me learn how to do that, and I just became like a new person.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Like, everyone thought I was the same because I was putting on that happy face, but now it was like a true real happy face, not I'm faking it trying to be this. I actually am this. And that's why I'm obsessed about what I do because how we think determines how we feel and that determines the printout of our life. And, I'll give you a little story. This has to do with, weight loss.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So I love cruises, and, I can gain £10 on a cruise easy. Okay. I mean, oh my gosh. The food is so fun. Well, the first time that happened, I thought, okay, next time I go on a cruise, I should back off a little.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I told myself, I'm not gonna eat ice cream on this cruise. Just that's the one thing, Just no ice cream. If you've been on a cruise, you know, there's ice cream machines everywhere. And I I mean, it was almost the hardest thing I'd ever done in my life not eating ice cream that week. My kids are just like licking their cones in front of my face and I'm like, oh, this is killing me.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So then I learned this mind work, and I program my mind, my subconscious mind, so that I only wanna eat healthy food. Just that's what I want. We go on another cruise. I don't even think about any, like, no ice cream rolls. I we just go on a cruise.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And when we get off the cruise, I ask my husband, did they have ice cream on this cruise? And he's like, are you kidding me? We were eating it right in front of you. And I'm like, I seriously, I didn't even notice. That's the power of the subconscious mind.

Jenny Harkleroad:

When you make a decision and you try really hard and you don't have a subconscious program that supports you, it feels impossible and you backslide to your subconscious program. And so when I changed my subconscious program, food and weight and all that stuff was no longer an issue for me because I wasn't having to try, try, overpower, try, try, try. I just naturally wanted to eat healthy food. I naturally wanted to eat less. I naturally wanted to exercise because I program my subconscious.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And that's the mind that blinks my eyes and grows my hair and beats my heart and digest my food. How hard am I trying to do that right now? I'm not. This is happening. And so when you can get your mind, your subconscious mind supporting you, everything in your life turns around.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And that's what I experienced, and that's why I started this business because I wanted to help people make life easier. Like, it doesn't have to be so hard, and that's why I created this new app because what I discovered is that people can do this work on their own. So I created this advanced mindset coaching app. It's neuroscience based. It's AI based.

Jenny Harkleroad:

It's on demand. You log in and ask you, do you wanna solve a problem or achieve a goal or work on personal growth or feel different? And it takes you through a brain exercise that literally re patterns your brain for that goal. And what our clients are reporting is a 41% improvement after just one week after using it just one time. That's huge.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Right? So, sure, they can hire me. I can be their private coach, but why not spend a couple dollars instead of a few 1,000 and do it on the app? You can do it anytime, day or night. You're struggling with something, if you're frustrated about something, and if you don't like how you're feeling, you can change it.

Jenny Harkleroad:

It's that powerful. So it's called leap like a frog, LEAP transformation. I'm I'm thrilled about it. So excited about it.

Tara:

Listen. I can hear the excitement. Like and what I'm excited about this, so everyone who's listening again, balanceview.orgorg, balanceview.org, but the app is sleep transformation. And, Jenny, I just what I love about this is I hear access to you even though you're gonna do your daily routine and get sleep. Do you know what I mean?

Tara:

The app will provide with people the ability, like you said, any day or time or night, to log in and, like, get the help they need for their subconscious. Absolutely. That's accessibility. You're providing like you said, you could work with me as a coach, but, you know, different schedules, set schedule, hard to make appointments, all kinds of things, whereas someone who's like, oh, I need a dose of this right now, can pull out their phone, log in, and get the help they need within minutes. Do you know what I mean?

Tara:

Yeah. That's amazing.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Thank you. It is amazing. That's why I'm so excited about it. You know? The results are phenomenal.

Jenny Harkleroad:

You know? Yeah. What else can you do that takes you 15 minutes that you're, like, by next week, 41% better on average? Like, what else could you do?

Tara:

Yeah. Well, and then also, I just you know, so we have a huge thing in Canada with our health care system. It's it's struggling a bit. You know, we we do get, you know, quote, unquote, free health care, but, I mean, it comes with a price. You know, our tax dollars usually wants to pay it.

Tara:

Don't know what's happening with our health care right now, especially in Nova Scotia. We're just fighting for anything. I think there's 3,000 people waiting for a family doctor on a list, and they have to use an app and stuff like that to to log in and get prescriptions. But if they had access, instead of waiting in line for all the coaches that are busy, all the, you know, like like the the neuroscience Scientologists who and, you know, neurologists who are who are busy. You know, they can just help themselves with this app.

Tara:

And I think what's great is it's based in science. It has specific, you know, quantities you can measure it with. Like, it's not just gonna be some free floating, I I wanna feel better coaching app. It's gonna be, hey. We did this program, and this is the result that you'll see.

Tara:

You know? And, you know, it you know, it may be different for each person, but they'll at least feel like they're contributing to their own health and taking back the power of being helpless in our health system and candidates. Do you know what I mean? Like, it's just one of the things where not everybody has access. I mean, even some of the coaches I know who are coaching years ago are no longer coaching because they went on to different things, and we've lost some really great, you know, you know, intelligent, you know, creativity and and genius in coaching.

Tara:

And one of the things that I love about this is people can log in to you. You've lived through it yourself. You've experienced it yourself. You've done the work. You've seen the results.

Tara:

You healed yourself from back. You healed yourself from chronic pain from age 12. And now here, we are sharing an app called Leap Transformation, and I love the name. And I think it's gonna be a huge hit because, like, this is one thing that, you know, people can feel good about doing knowing that they're helping themselves.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Absolutely. And I think it's the perfect way to start a day when you wake up and it's like, you know, how am I feeling right this minute? Yeah. And how would I rather feel? Okay.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Switch it.

Tara:

Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad:

You have that power, and most people just don't know how to tap into it. Right? We say positive affirmations, but that doesn't really change who we are and how we are. And so how do you do that at a cellular level? Just log in to the app.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. Get a head start on that day and make it the day you want it to be.

Tara:

Yeah. And I definitely hear that because I love doing, you know, affirmations. I love jars of gratitude. But after a while, it almost, like, becomes an empty kind of process because you do it and you don't feel, like, any kind of change. You know?

Tara:

Like, you know what I mean? Like, you hear the words, but unless you're there, you're you need a little extra help. And this app is gonna help people log in, click in, and feel it, do you know what I mean, as they do it. Right? So

Jenny Harkleroad:

Absolutely. Perfect.

Tara:

How long did it take you to decide to create an app? Just out of curiosity. Because you're you're an author. You know, you used to be an e women network managing director. You know, you have your own business.

Tara:

You've been working since age 12. You know, you know, this app, you know, did it did it take a while to make, or is it just something that you just were just like, this is a natural progression of my business?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. I love that question and I actually have 3 books. When you go on Amazon, you can check out some of the other ones too. My second book is Breaking to be Me. That's the story of how to overcome chronic pain using the power of your mind.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And then my latest one is my itty bitty magic mind book. I'll show you real quick. Your amazing itty bitty magic mind book. And this is the the Susie Proulx line of books, and I love sharing mind secrets. So remind me the question.

Jenny Harkleroad:

I forgot it now. I got off my book.

Tara:

Question is just like how long did it take you to

Tara intro:

decide to

Tara:

do an app? You know? Like, what brought you to it? You know, you're an author, you know, great entrepreneur, and you're like, I should share this with people instead of just trying to, you know, grab them when I can. You know?

Tara:

Like, 247 access is huge. Like, people are gonna log in everywhere around the world.

Jenny Harkleroad:

It's gonna be cool. I know. Love this. And people already do, which is, you know, I'll have, like, a businessman in Germany, like, texting me, like, oh my gosh. This is so amazing.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I'm like, who who would have thought? You know? Yeah. So how how long did it take? That's a great question.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So because we're an eWomen Network together, we have some of the same connections. So Sandra Yancey, the founder of eWomen Network, I went to a mastermind at her house with Oprah's man, Stedman Graham. And this was, two and a half years ago maybe. And he told me, Jenny, you have to get your work out to the world in a bigger way because it's so good. How do you make it bigger?

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I really didn't know how to make it bigger. I mean, I hire coaches. I certify people in my work. I was doing everything I knew I could, and I wanted it to be bigger. I just I wasn't sure how.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And so just from that conversation, I started thinking, you know, what if I could somehow make a, like, a website? I wasn't even thinking of an app yet. A website that could be interactive, and I wasn't really sure how to do it because they're, like, depending on what someone says changes the conversation. Right? So I was like, how do you make this work?

Jenny Harkleroad:

And so I went to my tech team and I told them my vision, and they said, yeah. No. We can't make something like that. And so like normal, I said, well, I will find somebody who can, and I did. And so first, we made it into a website.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And, so leap transformation.com is the website. So people have been using that for a couple years. So we've been using it, testing it, upgrading it, adding more AI, all the things. And then once it was just like a really well oiled machine, I was like, okay, now let's put this in an app just to make it even easier. Because sometimes it's like, wait, what was that website again?

Jenny Harkleroad:

You know? But if it's an app on your phone, it's so easy. And so I just wanna make it easier for people. And that's that's why we put it in an app.

Tara:

Yeah. I love that. That's awesome. So, what's really great is you can also hear you know, I'm sure for anybody listening, even if you work in a corporation or you work in the health sciences field already, you know, you're still an individual trying to cope with certain challenges and struggles and also celebrate successes. And, you know, this app sounds like it's gonna be for everybody.

Tara:

Like, it's not just a focused target market right now. It is, like, something that people can enjoy if they're ready, I'm sure, to have change in their life. Do you know what I mean? Because, like, you know For sure. You get you get I'm sure for any kind of business, this happens, but I know for coaching and my own clients, a lot of them come to me and they're not even really at pre contemplative stage.

Tara:

They literally just wanna talk about it. So I I talk to them about it, but I don't chase them down. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I just I'm like, keep talking. And then maybe 6 months from now or a year from now, they buy.

Tara:

But if you know, what I love about this, so for your business, though, is that you might get those people who are, like, are curious. They look on the app, and they go, oh, this is easy to use. It's right on my phone. I can take it with me wherever I go. And all those objections in that precontemplation stage kind of evaporate into doing it and helping themselves.

Tara:

But this is the greatest gift I think you're giving people is the ability to reclaim their health.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Absolutely. And it even has a 1 week free trial. So, like even

Tara:

better. Oh my gosh.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Months. Like, get it for free for a week, and then it's only $14.90 9¢ a month.

Tara:

That's amazing. Oh, what a great price. My gosh. Yeah. Oh, no.

Tara:

Amazing. So cool. Jenny, when do you hope to launch this app? When can we start to look for it?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. Absolutely. So I wanna check my email right now Sure. Because we're waiting for approval. Sure.

Tara intro:

We it's easier. 2 2 weeks or

Tara:

3 weeks or, you know, just, like, stay on the line. You know? Just follow, you know, balance to you.org or By the time this website.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. By the time this recording comes out, it'll it'll be live.

Tara:

So so

Jenny Harkleroad:

excited for everybody to access it.

Tara:

Leap transformation.com website now upcoming. So, okay, what what would you like people to know? Is there anything we haven't covered? We've got a few minutes left. Is there anything we haven't covered that you want people to know that you have to say right now to the public, you know, everybody listening?

Tara:

I do have, you know, viewers listeners, I should say, you know, in different parts of the world. And is there anything you want them to know right away? Like, you know, like, you know, the app is coming, the website's there, you know, an author, they can check you out on balance to you.org as well as leap transformation.com. Is there anything you want them to know?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. Let me just clarify on the website. So leap transformationmethod.com tells you about the program. Awesome. Leap transformation.com takes you into it.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So you'll have to have purchased it to get into leap transformation.com. So you wanna go leap transformationmethod.com if you're looking to learn about it. Yeah. So here's what I want people to know. I want people to know that they can change anything about their life, like today, right now.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And I don't know any way to do that except to repattern the subconscious mind. And most people don't know how to do that. I didn't know how to do that. I didn't even really understand what my subconscious was. I literally thought it just controlled the automated processes of my body, which it does, but it also controls how I think and how I feel and how I act and how I react and who I'm being at every minute of the day.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And so many times when things aren't going well, at least for me, I wanted to point the blame. Like, well, if you would just do this or if you wouldn't do that or if you would say that or wouldn't say that, you know, then I would feel or be. And and that doesn't work because people aren't gonna change so you can be happy or feel better. You have to create that from the inside out. And so if you don't like the printout of your life, you can change it.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And that's what I think is most exciting. You don't have to be stuck or frustrated or mad or bad or sad or unfulfilled or unhappy or in pain or burnout or stressed out or anxious. You can change it by repatterning your subconscious mind.

Tara:

Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad:

And it's the secret. It's the the greatest discovery of the 21st century, the science of our mind that we now know how to tap into it and change it if we want to, like you said. Right? If we're if we're ready to, like, I I love the Michael Jackson song, you know, the man in the mirror. Okay.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Are we gonna make the change? Are we gonna wait for everybody else? And, you know, that won't happen. So you might as well just make the change.

Tara:

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, this is fantastic. I mean and for 14.99 after the week free trial, I mean, that's that's that's affordable for so many budgets. I mean, you you hear everyone complain about inflation in the economy right now.

Tara:

One thing I do know is that self help as an industry, self care, wellness, people want to help themselves and figure things out. Know what I mean? And the and the health care system, like I said, in Canada is struggling. So for way to people to create change that actively helps their health at the same time is very powerful. So thank you very much for putting this app out there because it's something fantastic.

Tara:

I mean, I'm looking forward to checking it out on my own too because it's definitely something I can definitely use for myself, you know, personally, just on a personal level. It sounds great. Yeah. Okay. So balanceu.org, leave transformation method.com.

Tara:

New app coming out in a few weeks. 1 week free trial, 1499. This is, I mean, this is exciting. How do you feel? Like, I know you said you're excited, but you can actually help create so much impact in someone's life with this app that I don't think you because you're probably still in the stage of developing and make sure it launches.

Tara:

Don't think you should like, it'll it's gonna be, like, a Taylor Swift wave of change. Like, it's just like, it's gonna be, like, you know, like like, I I bet a year from now, you're just gonna be a little overrun. Do you know what I mean? In that we're just gonna be like, Jenny has the answer. You know?

Tara:

It's gonna be great. So

Jenny Harkleroad:

They're gonna say translated into 25 more new languages.

Tara:

Yeah. Do it up. And what's great about that is, like, it's it's really almost, got the appeal to me as someone like an event in your life, not just something like as an app. You know? It's basically giving you access to a platform of change that you can create to help your health.

Tara:

I mean, there's nothing more powerful than that. Right?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, what's something fun is the app is gamified. And so every time you use it, you earn coins, and you can use those coins for 2 really cool things. 1 is to upgrade the app so that you have more options, more paths to go down.

Jenny Harkleroad:

So when it starts off, it's repatterning the brain and changing beliefs and helping you achieve goals and solve problems and all these things. Well, then as you start to unlock the app, it'll find and clear your hidden blocks and transform those, which is just fascinating that it can it can do that. The second thing is we have Zoom group sessions every Tuesday, 12 o'clock Pacific time that I run, and you can trade in your coins and come to our sessions every week. So you can have me on a group call. I'll be taking you through the brain work.

Jenny Harkleroad:

I'll be doing brain exercises with you that aren't in the app, and we're gonna have so much fun. That group's been going for several years already, and, I'm excited to add a lot more people that are using the app and earning their way into the group. You can, of course, buy your way in, but why not earn your way in and and join us every week for, you can ask questions and it's more interactive, of course. And a rising tide raises all ships. Right?

Jenny Harkleroad:

So get your ship on the water. Let's transform. Yeah.

Tara:

Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Jenny, we're wrapping up, the last few minutes. I just wanna thank you for coming on board and and and sharing and sharing things about this app and the website and your journey, your personal story, you know, what you got into this and how you're helping people.

Tara:

And it's just great to see another female entrepreneur have success and also enjoy it at the same time. Like, I I know people are listening to this for audio only, but if you could just see, like, her face is lit up with excitement over this app coming in and reaching more people and helping everybody else out. And that is one of the most, I think, fantastic purposes of the whole, like, situation. It's just that, like, you actually generally enjoy helping people, and you're you're concerned about helping people get their health back and helping people get change in their lives. And and and even the coin thing is fun because if you create enough coins and you go to the Zoom groups, then you have a social aspect as well.

Tara:

We see other people joining in and doing it too. So you're creating community, which is fantastic.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Yeah. We need each other. You know? We Yeah. I think we especially learned that during COVID.

Jenny Harkleroad:

It's no fun to be alone, and we we need each other. So let's let's make the world a better place together starting with ourselves.

Tara:

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Alright.

Tara:

Plus Fitness with Tara wrapping up. Balance you dot org, balance you dot org. Amazon, 101 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Fed My Children. We talked about the app, lead transformation method.com. 1 week free trial, 1499.

Tara:

Zoom groups with coins. I mean, this is this is this is a full meal deal. Like, this is something that I'm looking forward to checking out. So

Jenny Harkleroad:

Awesome. Thanks, Karen.

Tara:

Thanks very much. And, yeah, anything else you wanna add before we wrap up?

Jenny Harkleroad:

Just know that either your brain is controlling you or you are controlling your brain. So psychologists say we have 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day. Sadly, 80% of those thoughts negative and 90% are repeat of yesterday, which is why today, it feels like last week and the week before and the month before and the year before. So if you wanna get into a new way of being, you have to create a new way of thinking. And so when you tap into the subconscious mind, all of a sudden, you automatically think different.

Jenny Harkleroad:

You're not trying. You're just automatically different. So take hold of the power of your mind today and be the champion of your own life. Now you have a tool, a solution. So so take advantage of it.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Use

Tara:

it. Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Thank you, Jenny.

Jenny Harkleroad:

Thank you.

Tara:

Alright. We'll see you next episode for post sentence with Tara. And, this was Jenny Harkleroad, balance sheet.org, leap transformation method.com. Look for her soon.
