I batch all admin, email and support work into Mondays.

- Investment: Slower email responses.
- Return: Six days of uninterrupted deep work.
- ROI: Massive. Most email can wait a week. Six focused days compound.

I check Slack once a day.

- Investment: Slower responses to teammates.
- Return: Zero interruptions during deep work.
- ROI: High.

You're always investing. The question is: are you investing consciously or unconsciously?

- You say yes to a meeting. An hour invested. What does it return?
- You build a feature. Two days of dev time. Did you weigh it?
- You check email ten times a day. Each check costs focus.

What's your investment? What's your return? Then decide.
