One of the first things is to get your body in like out of the stress mode and kind of more in equanimity and peace with itself. The way to do that is get out of the city stress, go out on walks and hikes in nature. It's one of the best places to go to get new ideas and to refresh your mind. It's amazing and it's really important for your wellbeing.

What I think makes you burn out first of all, is if you work on something that you are not in full integrity with, meaning it's not something that you feel you will get to your dream life with, and you work and you wake up every day to work at that, that will get you burned out when you work hard on something which is not aligned with your vision.

That second form of burnout can happen if you are working as a business owner towards your goals and dreams and working very hard because it takes real effort and you have to put in the time to get to where you want to get and that's what I'm doing right now, and the stresses of that and the ongoing struggle and adversity is something that I right now am dealing with, and I think a lot of business owners struggle with.

Just to touch up on one more thing is like there's all the gurus that are saying like, just get the job done. Need to get the job done. Don't be a p*ssy,  all that stuff. I mean, there's also the different people that are saying, yeah, just need to get to what you need to get done.

Don't think you need a morning routine, whatever, like in order to be successful.  F*ck that sh*t. Your energy is more important than anything.

Hey everybody, what's up? So I'm here taking a walk right now in a beautiful spot near my office. I actually came with my kids here once and that this place existed. Beautiful spot. You can walk and hike for miles and not see a living soul. It's just amazing. Anyhow, I just want to shout out and mention that you know, life is full of negativity and pressure and stresses, and you need to step out of that, right, and shield yourself with positivity. The question is how? One of the first things is to get your body in like out of the stress mode and kind of more in equanimity and peace with itself. The way to do that is get out of the city, stress, go out and walks and hikes in nature.

It's one of the best places to go to get new ideas and to refresh your mind. It's amazing and it's really important for your wellbeing. So I just want to recommend you guys to take out more walks in nature, beautiful places. Besides taking a walk here today, I've done some Qigong stretches and now I'm going to go back to the office revitalized and ready for killing it and crushing it in my day.

So you got a place like this. Not a lot of people have the ocean and the beach, but it's okay. You have parks, you have a lot of places to go to. We actually leased our office in a beautiful spot next to a place where it can actually walk in nature or in fields with crops and we just take walks almost every day.

And that revitalizes us. That makes us kind of step out of the day-to-day stresses and clear our minds. And sometimes we on these walks, mastermind, when I say us, it's like me, my co-founder, my partner Gal. And yeah man, get some sunlight as well. Ah, if it becomes a bit more sunny. I will take my shirt off. Ah, I'm not gonna film it for you guys here but I will do that, cuz again, vitamin D.

One of the reasons I take walks in nature and all that stuff is to revitalize myself and my energy and kind of make sure that I have enough vital energy to be productive during the day and to take myself out of stresses, and the full on stresses and pressure of everyday life as an entrepreneur and business owner, which is extremely, extremely full of adversity and stress.

One day I was talking about like what makes you burn out and what I think makes you burn out first of all, is if you work on something that you are not in full integrity with, meaning it's not something that you feel you will get to your dream life with, and you work and you wake up every day to work at that, that will get you burned out when you work hard on something which is not aligned with your vision.

But I think the second kind of burnout, which is something that I'm feeling a lot lately, and I'm seeing it also in my health measures with my aura rings like the burnout of the daily stresses of running a business. I had a few pretty stressful moments in the past couple of weeks with the business and stuff like that, which is like normal stuff for a business.

It's actually what you want and I want bigger problems, but it is stuff that I will have to get accustomed to. But it makes you kind of feel stressed and less productive during the day because it worries you and when you spend time worrying, it's a bad thing. So for me, the way to revitalize is also like taking these walks in nature and making sure you know, I'm getting my energy back. But the thing is like, I feel it's a second form of burnout that can happen, and that second form of burnout can happen if you are working as a business owner towards your goals and dreams and working very hard because it takes real effort and you have to put in the time to get to where you want to get.

That's what I'm doing right now, and the stresses of that and the ongoing struggle and adversity is something that I right now am dealing with, and I think a lot of business owners struggle with. But it's like the ongoing struggle of daily life and running a business is a real thing and I think people can get burned out if they don't take care of their wellbeing. So that's what I'm doing.

You need to get the job done. Don't be a p*ssy all that stuff. I mean, there's also the different people that are saying, yeah, just need to get to what you need to get done.

Don't think you need a morning routine, whatever, like in order to be successful. F*ck that sh*t! Your energy is more important than anything. So I'd rather be vitalized and in wellbeing and do my best job and take a part of my day as well to visit that spiritual gym as much as the physical gym that I visit and that wellbeing gym, that whatever need to put time into a gym in order to have my energy in place.

And most people don't do that, and that hurts their health in the long run. So make sure you get all those nutrients, all that health, all that wellbeing set up for yourself. So your energy will be intact and you can be as productive as possible during the day. All right, peace guys.
