6:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

8am: Cheddar cheese with bruschetta crackers.

11:30am: Tuna salad with pickled banana peppers on arugula with bruschetta crackers, made at home.

5:30pm: Baked elbow macaroni in ragu with mozzarella, basil, and oregano, made at home.

September 9, 2025 (Tuesday)

6am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes.

8am: Coffee with half & half from Black & White Coffee Roasters in RDU.

1pm: A bulgogi bento box with salad and a fried dumpling at Hola Seoul in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

2:30pm: A La Colombe coffee with half & half at University of Michigan library.

6pm: Grilled chicken caesar salad, shoestring french fries with mayonnaise, and a glass of sangiovese at Sava’s in Ann Arbor.

September 10, 2025 (Wednesday)

9am: Cold brew coffee with half & half and a ham croissant at Canelles in Ann Arbor.

10am: A pour over coffee from Comet Coffee in Ann Arbor.

1pm: Fish and chips with coleslaw and tarter sauce at Knight’s in Ann Arbor.

3pm: A cup of coffee at Casa Dominick’s in Ann Arbor.

6pm: A mango Spindriff from Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor.

7pm: Street style, Royale style, and Cacio e Pepe tteokbokki, crispy broccolini in fish caramel, carrot salad, soy butter rice, miso corn, chili glazed fried tofu, duck breast, and a can of Upland Champagne Velvet pilsner at Miss Kim in Ann Arbor.

September 11, 2025 (Thursday)

9am: Coffee with half & half and a breakfast burrito at The Stray Hen in Ann Arbor.

11am: Coffee with half & half from Panera.

1pm: A small cup of plain frozen yogurt from Pinkberry in the Detroit airport.

7pm: Chicken, tomato, romaine lettuce, mayonnaise, and dijon mustard on a toasted onion roll, made at home in Connecticut, and crunchy Cheetos.

September 12, 2025 (Friday)

9am: Coffee with half & half from Starbucks and chicken, tomato, onion, romaine lettuce, mayonnaise, and dijon mustard on a toasted onion roll, made at home in Connecticut.

1pm: Crunchy Cheetos, a Swedish sour lemon raspberry clock, Swedish sour lemon cola clock, and Swedish sour mango gummy.

3pm: A small pour of ginger ale.

6pm: Buffalo chicken and chicken pesto pizza from Vito’s in Wethersfield, CT, and romaine lettuce with Kraft Parmesan and creamy ceasar dressing, made at home in CT.

8pm: A slice of ice cream cake from Carvel’s.

September 13, 2025 (Saturday)

9am: Leftover Starbucks coffee with half & half and Bubs Swedish candy.

11am: Apple fritters at the Olde Cider Mill in Glastonbury, CT.

1pm: Leftover pizza.

6pm: Chips and skillet queso, a Nashville hot mozz, a big mouth burger bite, and two mango margaritas at Chili’s in Glastonbury, CT.

September 14, 2025 (Sunday)

8am: Leftover Starbucks coffee with half & half.

11am: A cold brew with half & half at Starbucks in the Bradley airport.

3pm: Chicken shawarma with tahini, pita bread, hummus, tabouli, and babaganoush at Sassool in Raleigh, North Carolina.

5:30pm: Bayleaf Cheesecake, Maple Soaked Pancakes, and Brambleberry crisp flavored Jeni’s ice creams.

8pm: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.
