It's such an important question and getting the right answer can set the foundation for a smooth and successful sale. That's why free property appraisals are one of the most valuable services I offer as a real estate agent.

Then, we move on to the Local Market Insights and Comparable Sales Analysis. This part is so important because it helps us understand how buyers the value in your neighborhood.

And finally, I'll provide a detailed breakdown of how I determine your property's value and where I've came up with those figures. Potentially maybe renovation receipts, building and pest reports if you've done one or anything really with the home's history that has been done that might be helpful.

If you don't have anything, that's okay. It just applies in special circumstances when potentially like recent renovations have been done that might be relevant, for example. Second, don't worry if you're not quite ready to sell and the house is not perfectly tidy. I'm not expecting perfection just as long as I know you're planning to present it and how you're going to present it when you are ready to sell.

That's what's really important. And finally, maybe come prepared with some questions.
