Daily Darshan with Ezina
Daily Darshan with Ezina is a short-form daily podcast designed to bring clarity, inspiration, and spiritual alignment to the start of your day.
“Darshan” is a Sanskrit word meaning a moment of sacred seeing—a glimpse of truth that shifts perspective and opens the heart. Each episode is a brief transmission of insight drawn from prayer, meditation, or passages from the books Ezina is currently reading.
In just a few minutes, you’ll receive a powerful reflection, mantra, or contemplative thought designed to center your mind, elevate your awareness, and support you in making aligned, decisive choices throughout your day.
Whether you are leading a business, pursuing a vision, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself and your purpose, Daily Darshan offers a quiet moment of wisdom to guide you forward.
Pause. Listen. Receive.
This is your daily moment of clarity.
Welcome to Daily Darshan. Today I have something really wonderful for you all that you really need And that is a meditation for the Weary Queens out there. Yes. This is for you. All right.
Ezina LeBlanc:Come on in. I've already lit the sage. This is your moment. Find a seat or lie down if you need to. Yeah, you deserve that.
Ezina LeBlanc:Let your shoulders drop. Unclench that jaw, sis. You've been holding a lot. I see you. Now take a slow, I mean slow, deep breath in.
Ezina LeBlanc:Fill up your lungs like you're reclaiming space and exhale. Let it go. Not everything. Just enough. Again, inhale.
Ezina LeBlanc:Come on sis, pull it all in. And exhale. You don't have to perform here. You don't have to be strong right now. You don't have to carry anybody else.
Ezina LeBlanc:Just be. Now I want you to bring your attention to your body. Not judging it. Just noticing. Your feet.
Ezina LeBlanc:Your legs. Your hips, your back, your chest, and all the places that have been working overtime. This body has carried you through rooms that didn't always honor you. Through conversations where you had to shrink or stretch. Through days when you gave more than you had.
Ezina LeBlanc:And you're still here. So right now, place a hand on your heart. Or your stomach. Wherever you feel called. And say quietly or in your mind, I'm allowed to rest.
Ezina LeBlanc:Say it again, I'm allowed to rest. Not because you earned it, not because everything is done, but because you are human. Now imagine a warm golden light, not harsh, not blinding, just soft, steady and strong. This represents your power, your lineage, your people. All the women who came before you and said, keep going, but don't forget yourself.
Ezina LeBlanc:Let that light pour over your head, down your face, your shoulders. It's not asking you to do anything. It's just reminding you you are already enough. Let it move through your chest, your belly, your legs, anywhere you feel tight, tired or heavy. Let that light sit there a little longer.
Ezina LeBlanc:Now breathe in that strength And exhale the pressure. Breathe in dignity. And exhale expectation. Breathe in yourself and let go who you thought you had to be. You are not here to run yourself into the ground.
Ezina LeBlanc:You are not here to prove your worth every second. You are not here to be everything for everyone. You are here to live, to feel joy, to rest without guilt, to take up space without apology. Say to yourself, I don't have to carry it all today. Again, I don't have to carry it all today.
Ezina LeBlanc:Now sit in that truth for a moment. No rushing. No fixing. No striving. Just being.
Ezina LeBlanc:When you're ready. Gently bring awareness back to your breath. Back to your body. Back to this moment. Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Ezina LeBlanc:And before you open your eyes remind yourself you can come back to this space anytime. This piece it's yours. Now go on step back into your world not empty but refilled because you you're not just surviving you're still rising. Until we meet again, Satnam.
