My name is Nathan King, and I'm obsessed with the moment when leaders decide not to play it safe. I've been studying the concept of the pivotal decision my entire career, like the focus bet that killed three products to save one or the strategy bet that everyone said would never work, or the personal decision to leave behind a corporate career and launch a new company.
