Good morning.

And welcome to morning cereal

Okay, good morning

and welcome to Thursday.

As you might recall, we're off this week,

but not to worry, I

couldn't just leave you

without some morning

cereal on Friday Eve.

Well, here's a quote to get your day

going in a positive direction.

In this morning, it's from Oprah Winfrey,

and she said, "Turn

your wounds into wisdom."

And as you know, we've been reading

through Dale Carnegie's How to Win

Friends and Influence

People.

Right now, we're in the middle of part

four of the book, but

let's take a quick look

back at part three, which was entitled,

How to Win People to

Your Way of Thinking.

And here are the final six principles of

Dale's 12 Principles from part three.

Principle number seven was, "Let the

other person feel that

the idea is his or hers."

Number eight was, "Try honestly to see

things from the other

person's point of view."

Number nine was, "Be sympathetic with the

other person's ideas and desires."

Principle number 10 was,

"Appeal to the nobler motives."

Number 11, "Dramatize your ideas."

And the final principle from part three

was, "Throw down a challenge."

All right, well, we'll be back with

regular programming next

week on Monday, but I'll

have another small bowl of morning cereal

ready for you to go

again tomorrow morning.

So have a fantastic day.
