Happy New Year's, everybody.

You can't make this stuff up, man.

Me and my wife were woken up this morning by somebody shouting out our window.

We opened the window up thinking maybe somebody fell in the snow, somebody's injured, you know, people come home drunk from partying or whatever.

And we figured it was, you know, one of the rowdy tenants down the road that are not our tenants.

And the police pulled up.

We didn't even call.
00:00:27 Kevin
Somebody called the police.

They were showing up.

They were going to the wrong house.

I'm like, hey man, listen, it's coming from this way.

We're shouting out a window.

The cop runs over.

I got a shout out to the only police department.

They do a phenomenal job.

Great group of guys there.

They know what they're doing.

They started running towards the house.

We were kind of thinking it was and it ended up being the rental next to our house.

Some goon got tossed out of the drug house around the corner thinking he was at

his buddy's house pretty much made minced meat out of a storm door at our rental.

And I scared the tenants, ****** *** the upstairs tenants.

Just it's been one of those mornings.

And, you know, so it is what it is, guys.

But I wanted to remind you that it is New Year's and it is time for you to jump into January.

And because you can never tell what life's going to throw you, but I guess

January 1st is as good a moniker as any to get up, get out there, and jump into it and get your **** together and pick your New Year's resolution.

Mine is to continue to clean up my neighborhood, to further this, to stand for my family, to fight for my family, to fight for what I believe in, and just to keep it all going.

And so with that, I'm going to leave you guys because I'm going to end up having a bunch more podcasts.

I'm going to try to do it every day.
