We are joined by Malcolm Morley,  President of the British Veterinary Association,  and Nicola Berryman, welfare veterinary surgeon at Redwings Horse Sanctuary, to discuss the relationships with the traveller community and address the welfare concerns people have about traveller-owner horses.We discuss what human behavioural change means and how we can influencepreconceptions about travellers that are commonly held in the veterinary community. By changing the way we present information to our clients, we have an excellent gateway to a good relationship with improved compliance.Both Nicola and Malcolm have worked at the infamous Appleby Horse Fair.
