Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. My name is Genecia Alluora, and today on this episode, I'm going to share with you three ways money Blocks are killing your business. Now, this is an interesting topic, but I'm going to specifically talk about how Money Blocks might be killing your business right now. Now, I know that this sounds super serious and dramatic, but don't worry, I've got lots of solutions for you so that you can get back on the money manifesting train number one, money block number one, burn out and overwhelm. Okay? Now, the first way that money blocks might be showing up for you and killing your business right now is where you are really freaking tired and overwhelmed and you are burned out. It's really sad when women contact me and they are ready to throw in the towel on their business because they are working too hard.

Genecia Alluora: They are trying to help people, but they just can't afford to keep it going. And I know what it feels like. It makes you stressed out, resentful, and also completely burnt out. Now, when you deal with your money blocks and actually show yourself and allow yourself to charge beautifully for what you do, it's going to give you the emotional and physical bandwidth to create a whole bunch more stuff that can help a lot more people. But when you're burning yourself out, you have nothing extra to give. So let me give you an example. Back in the day when I was doing one on one coaching, a very low fee because I wasn't charging very much for it. I was always so burned out. I was really getting tired. I will have session after session after session and sometimes even clients pay installments and they don't really pay up everything sometimes. And we've already completed all the sessions and I feel just overly burnt out and stressed out because there are times that I wouldn't even take a toilet break in between clients. And I was just getting to the stage where I couldn't see how I could continue that for very long.

Genecia Alluora: I wasn't sleeping very well, I was worried about money and it didn't feel like work was ever going to be enough. Now imagine this if this was you. This was a really crucial time for you to deal with your money blocks and get over the feeling like you can't charge well for what you do. And even installment plans, oh, don't get me started. Really? Installment plan?Yes, you want to help them because they are not able to pay you for your fees. But think about it, you feel bad about charging people, you feel bad about charging people and so you give them installment plans and by the time you finish all your sessions, they tell you they have no money to pay you and then they default all the payment. Now how do you feel about that? And now I know, but for me it was like, you want to help people, right? But with my very famous course, which is my Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, I would get people contacting me all the time saying, Genecia, I'm desperate, I really need to do your course right now, but I have no money.

Genecia Alluora: I will feel terrible and helpless about that, but it will also make me feel resentful and burnout. But I had no time, right? But I thought if I just maybe set boundaries with some of my clients, I'll have some time to create a book about money. I did that and so when people contacted me, I'll be like, well, if you can't afford to do Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, but you can buy my book. So now that took time and energy to create it, but it suddenly gave me this avenue to help people who really need me, but it meant that I didn't have to then help everybody individually. You know what I'm trying to say? It's like I have a value ladder that have different products to serve different type of customers with different ability to pay, okay? And that really helped with the burn out feeling. So money block number two, attracting the wrong kind of client. This is really that thing, that beacon the light, okay?

Genecia Alluora: So this is where this particular money block, it kills your business because you might be attracting the kind of people who really stress you out and make you just want to throw everything in and away. Okay? By the way, we've all been there, really. We've been like, oh, my bank account is kind of empty and we've taken on a new client and we knew we shouldn't have and we ignored all the red flags. Like I said, the installment plans, people don't fulfill the installment plans even though you have already finished everything, the coaching, everything fulfilled. You've created a program for them, everything done, and then they don't pay you. And then there are some people, I call them the bitch, because they would kind of still pay you, but they will just ask for discount. All times are bad right now. Can we have 50% discount on all the rest of the installment plans?

Genecia Alluora: That's crazy, right? So then you're suddenly working with someone who has a complete pain in the butt and you feel trapped and paralyzed and maybe you've even taken on work that's not even in your zone of genius because you needed the money. So again, when you deal with your money stuff and you charge beautifully soulfully for what you do, then you can actually attract the right kind of clients. You attract people who really respect your time and energy and are genuinely much easier to work with. Yeah, really. After I started charging back what I think I'm worth for one on one coaching program, I'm a mentorship program at $38,000, triple 8 and mastermind at $100,000. I tell you, I don't even do payment plans anymore. I don't do one year payment plans or 24 months anymore. I just tell them like, okay, three to five, and that's maximum about it.

Genecia Alluora: And by doing that, I really attract the people who really respect my time and energy and really so much easier to work with. Some of them even pay in full. I'm not kidding. Paying in full $100,000. Pay in full $40,000, just like that. And because of that, their energy when you work with them, when I work with them, is so much easier. And getting results for them was way much better. Rather than splitting up the installments into twelve installments, 24 month installment plans, hoping that the other person will fulfill up to the end of the bargain. But in actual fact, they don't. Most of them don't. In fact, like I shared with you, some of them don't fulfill the installments and they run away. And then some of them, they ask for discount for the installments after you finish all the sessions. And that's really shitty. Okay? So that's money block number two attracting the wrong client.

Genecia Alluora: Money block number three is women living a small life, not leading the life that you are meant to be, because there's diamond within you and you deserve to shine. Whether your color is pink, blue, green, purple, white diamond, or red diamond, it doesn't matter, you deserve to shine. So money block number three, I'm talking about, this is going to kill your business right now. Because if you're stressing out about money, you are not receiving money in the first place. And it's just not giving you the energy to really live up to your full potential. And when I say small life or playing small, it's not about buying the most amount of stuff or being the richest, but it's when you are not receiving money for what you do, you are not creating the life of the F word, being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and happy family. A life of freedom, adventure, abundance, and all the The world things that you're meant to do here in the world as a soul rich woman.

Genecia Alluora: Now, I believe that women now we've got a more moral imperative to make good money because the world needs us, especially when now internet has opened up, the world has flattened and the world needs more women to have more purchasing power. And that way we spend our money and we can create amazing things in the world. So woman spend money in ways that enrich our families and our communities. What do you want to have more money in the world? Of course, there are black sheep who, for example, the greedy bankers who have completely ruined everything, or amazing entrepreneurs like you and I who can do great things in the world. It's a no brainer. So here it is. Three ways that money blocks are really killing your business right now. Number one, total burnout and overwhelm. Number two, attracting the wrong clients. Number three, not living up to your full potential.
