What is Conservatives' Guide?

The American media is no longer neutral, instead, they use their megaphone to influence American power. The ideals of America have been hijacked by people who otherwise dislike or hate American Ideology. The left presents a 'my way or the highway' argument and for decades conservatives have been letting them be—choose to ignore the ignorance. We’ve reached the tipping point and must change our very nature to fight against the liberty stripping ideals. This Podcast is meant as a tool for common sense conservatives to arm themselves against the onslaught of negativity.

You've heard me say private
business should be allowed to

operate as they see fit. But
what if the state coordinates

with private business to
influence an election? Is that

not subversion of democracy?
Welcome to the conservatives

guide to American politics. My
name is Ed Bejarana. And I am an

otherwise happy go lucky
conservative, who enjoys life in

North Idaho with his wife and
two golden retrievers. For all

intents and purposes, I keep to
myself and think you folks

should live and let live, you
know, do unto others as you

would have them do unto you. But
I am frustrated watching the

news. All I really tune in to
see is the weather and maybe

some local interest stories. But
most of what they show me is

their political bias and
socialistic tendencies, the

American media is no longer
neutral. Instead, they use their

megaphone to influence political
power. The ideals of America

have been hijacked by people who
otherwise dislike or hate

American ideology. I started
this podcast as my way to fight

back from my little slice of
America. Call it a rallying cry

for other common sense
conservatives to arm themselves

against the onslaught of
negativity. It is time the

America hating progressives hear
from the silent majority. It is

time for conservatives to stand
up and be heard. So if a

business makes a decision on
their own, I support their

decision that but you know, this
takes a little explaining as a

capitalist, one might conclude I
am always for the rights of

private business. Except in
America, we have laws against

collusion. For example, if a two
gas stations in your town work

together to set their prices,
did you know that's illegal?

Yeah, it's called price fixing.
And here's what the Federal

Trade Commission says about
price fixing. price fixing is an

agreement written verbal or
inferred from conduct among

competitors that raises lowers
or stabilizes prices or

competitive terms. Generally,
the antitrust law requires that

each company established prices
and other terms on its own,

without agreeing with a
competitor. When consumers make

choices about what products and
service to buy, they expect that

the price has been determined
freely on the basis of supply

and demand, not by an agreement
among competitors. When

competitors agreed to restrict
competition, the result is often

higher prices accordingly, price
fixing is a major concern of

government, anti trust
enforcement. And then a little

further in the document. It
reads price fixing relates not

only to prices, but also to
other items that affect prices

to consumers, such as shipping
fees, warranties, discount

programs, or financing rates.
Okay, so for today's episode,

I'm

going to read to you some of the
information from a recent

Judicial Watch report about
social media sites. And then

we'll talk on the other side
about what all of this means.

The Office of election cyber
security in the California

Secretary of State's office,
monitored and tracked social

media posts decided if they were
misinformation, stored the post

in an internal database coded by
threat level, and on 31

different occasions, requested
posts be removed. In 24 cases,

the social media companies
agreed and either took down the

post or flagged them as
misinformation. According to

Jenna dressner, Senior Public
Information Officer for the

Office of election cyber
security, I should ask here who

defines Miss information? But
let's hold that thought. On

September 11 2020. outside
consultant zyk San defaul of SK

DK communications firm provides
the Secretary of State's office

a miss information daily
briefing, which again targets

Judicial Watch president Tom
Fitton, the Secretary of State

Office emails Facebook and
Twitter on April 25 2019, with

requests from the office to
remove tweets and posts for what

they have labeled Miss
information. Now just so I can

catch you up here. These aren't
contiguous statements. I'm I'm

reading from a report that's
highlighting bits and pieces. So

continuing the office emails,
Facebook Attempting to set up a

call to discuss removing future
posts. This 15 minute call with,

quote new Facebook contact for
social media reporting, Javier

Hernandez, politics and
government outreach in quote, in

order to discuss how the office
will report posts to Facebook.

In the email, Facebook outlines
its goals to directly work with

electoral authorities in every
state, so that they can report

instances of voter suppression
on Facebook directly to our

team, so Facebook can look at
them quickly and remove them

from the site in a September
21 2020 email chain with the

subject line election issues.
Jenna dressner in the Secretary

of State's office of cyber
security writes to Christina and

team at Facebook at 11:43am.
Quote, we want to flag this

Instagram Instagram post in
quote. The reply comes from

Facebook community operations
quote, thank you for your

report. We have reviewed the
content and can confirm that the

content has been removed at
12:53pm Dressler writes dressner

writes to press secretary Sam
manhood, Mahood sorry, social

media coordinator, Khaled Jones
and others quote posting from

this morning was removed and
fast.

AKA can update tracker. Okay, in
another one in an email chain on

September 14 2020, titled,
election issue. The Office

internally complains about how
long it takes Facebook to remove

a post and how to speed up this
process. Mahood writes to

dressner it it looks like it
took Facebook two weeks to

respond to Chris. This is way
too long. We should raise to FB

and make sure we know best
method to report posts dressed

there and responds sure I'm 98%
sure this is one you chased with

an email directly to our FB
contacts, which resulted in it

taken down that day. I can
confirm that process works for

future on August 22 2019. Maria
Benson, Director of

Communications for the National
Association of secretaries of

state emails the communication
directors for secretaries of

state's office that Twitter
confirmed that they streamline

their process for government
officials to report quote, Miss

information. Great news, Twitter
is now on board states in their

Miss disinformation partner
Support Portal. Once on board,

you will be able to directly
report Miss slash dis

information instead of having to
submit it to me first. Benson

also gives contact information
for Facebook and Google

complaints and says if any of
the items are reported do not

get prompt attention, please let
me know. And I can also reach

out to the companies. On the
surface, one might conclude the

actions Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube and Google took with the

state and federal government
does not equate to price fixing.

Here's a little bit more
information from the Federal

Trade Commission. And agreement
to restrict production sales or

output is just as illegal as
direct price fixing, because

reducing the supply of a product
or service drives up its price.

The question here is did
Facebook Twitter and Google

collude to restrict production,
sales or output? It's easy to

point to this behavior and say
propaganda when you mix in

Amazon restricting the sale of
books they disagree with and

Google not showing those books
through other means. This is a

violation of antitrust laws. In
the world of politics, lots of

money changes hands for the
purpose of promoting a candidate

or issue if the state of
California or the federal

government has a direct line to
these companies to flag

information as inappropriate.
Are they not also guilty of anti

trust violations? When all the
big tech companies collude to

restrict distribution of
information, a lot of new york

post How are they not guilty of
price fixing? How are they not

guilty of collusion? How are
they not shut down for breaking

the laws? Well, this is why the
title of this episode is free

enterprises gives way to state
propaganda and not big tech

guilty of anti trust violations.
See, big tech is doing the will

of the political party currently
in charge. The people currently

running the government asking
big tech to hamstring their

political competitors. Big tech
complied and continues to

suppress points to disagree with
the Democratic Party orthodoxy.

This means America is no longer
a constitutional republic. It is

a communist or fascist or at
best, a socialist form of

government. You and I are being
directed by the power brokers in

DC and democrat run state
capitals all across America. I

need to throw in just a little
bit here about this term Miss

information. What is
misinformation? If I say

something and you disagree with
it? Does that make my

information wrong? I had a
discussion with a doctor for

another podcast yesterday about
the science is settled. And in

reality, the science is never
settled you and I know that

scientists are always working on
improving or disproving their

conclusions. Science is always
on the move. Remember, people on

planet earth used to think Earth
was flat, then they thought the

sun revolved around the Earth.
Science was settled in those

discussions. In fact, the pope
put people to death when they

disagreed with the orthodoxy.

This term misinformation is the
language police taking control

of our lives. And you and I not
pushing back, you know, in 1776,

the British monarchy ruled as a
dictatorship colonists past

handwritten fliers and inspired
a nation to rise up and protest

and eventually to arms. Will
that be required here? Sad to

say maybe. But there is a
difference. You are listening to

a program right now that big
tech doesn't want you to hear.

You have the ability to share
this with your friends and

family. You have the ability to
add your own commentary to my

thoughts and stimulate a deeper
discussion. Once you have a

group of supporters ready to
make a difference, then set aim

on all the local seats in your
city county state that, you know

hospital Board of Trustees,
school boards, highway

districts, water districts, city
council, county commission, etc.

in my home state of Idaho,
there's something happening that

I need to bring up and efforts
to, to caution you on what might

happen. Right now there. There
may be good solid republican

serving on many of those boards.
Those are not the seats you want

to take. We will address the
idea of Rhino in a minute. We

must guard against an internal
party Civil War. The media loves

these internal struggles, and
they jump at the chance to make

republicans look bad. Some might
think they are coming to the

defense of the current
republican serving in office,

but they are not. They're
poisoning the waters for all

things. Republicans, the
newspapers hate Republicans. The

challenge you and I have are
tolerating people who say they

will do one thing when they get
an office. And then once

elected, they fail to fulfill
their promise. We call these

people rhinos republicans in
name only. Sometimes the name is

well deserved as heavy
conservative states see

democrats file as Republicans
and then run for non partisan

races. They win as the more
reasonable middle ground

sounding person. And then they
rule as Democrats or worse

progressives, and then run for
higher office on their resume of

the non party races. In my
hometown of coralayne, the local

newspaper is tearing into the
County Republican Central

Committee, and especially the
chairman of the organization.

They are pointing to the party's
position running candidates

against republicans and
relishing in the turmoil they so

with their endless newspaper
publication of letters to the

editor. If you have a rhino in a
seat, then prove they are a

rhino call them out as a rhino
publicly, and then run a good

conservative against them. If
they just disagree with your

particular republican pet
project. They're probably not a

rhino. They just have a
different opinion. Find a

democrat to run against take
that seat. The easiest way to

influence the direction of your
county is make a small but

regular contribution to the
local Republican Party. Right

now the republicans in my city
have outraised the democrats by

10s of 1000s of dollars, many
10s of 1000s of dollars, that

level of funding demoralizes the
progressive opposition, they

hate to lose, it makes them look
bad. progressives communists

tech democrats cannot handle
losing, because they take it as

an affront to their personal
beliefs. They believe the entire

world agrees with their view of
the world. When we beat them in

an election, they are forced to
question their very existence.

We want them to question their
very existence. We want to

demoralize them, shame them into
silence, you know, like they do

to us with their woke cancel
culture. Check out my other
