About Meg & The Daily Pep!
I’m Meg and I’m the host of The Daily Pep! and The Couragemakers Podcast and founder of The Rebel Rousers. I’m a coach, writer and all-round rebel-rouser for creative and multi-passionate women to do the things only they can do and build a wholehearted life. When I'm not recording episodes, writing bullshit-free Letters of Rebellion to my wonderful Couragemakers community or hosting workshops/group programmes, I'm usually covered in paint or walking my wonderfully weird cockapoo Merlin.

Good morning, Daily Peppers, and a very happy Monday to you. So if you've been around here for a little bit, you'll know that I've spent the most of a year experimenting with long term travel. Now, I'm not sure if I've shared here that we've decided to take a bit of a nine month reset, And it is starting soon. We're gonna be in Leeds in The UK, and I can't fucking wait. A big part of the reason is wanting to develop more healthy habits and having a bit of time focused on getting my head down. And why I'm sharing it with you today is, a, because you are very much a part of this journey, and I love having you along for the ride. And, b, there's something I wrote in my journal that I think might be really helpful. So this weekend, I was looking back on what I've been writing in my journal lately and reflecting on our upcoming move, and a sentence stood out to me.

It was this idea that I want to use the time to get my ducks in a row and also my fucks in a row. And I define that with working out what is actually a priority for me and what I give a fuck about. Because I think there is so much emphasis on getting all of our ducks in a row. And if we wanted to, that could be our life's work because we know that the admin never ends, and we're never truly, truly on top of everything. And while that is important, I think sometimes it's even more important to get our fucks in a row, to figure out what actually matters to us, where we wanna spend our time and energy, and what we wanna say no to. So to kick off this week, I thought it'd be helpful just to bring up this concept of having our fucks in a row. So today, I have a question for you. In this season of your life, what do you truly give a fuck about? What do you want to give a fuck about? And what fucks aren't really important? And if your brain is anything like mine, you might hard relate to this quote.

I do not have ducks. I do not have a roe. I have squirrels and they're at a rave. Happy Monday and I'll see you tomorrow.
