All of this goodness is coming to you from beautiful Chicago, Illinois.

Today's good news comes to us from Marshalltown, Iowa.
0:17
I'll get the sad news out of the way.
0:20
This story takes place in a cemetery where a goose named Blossom was really struggling after the death of her mate, Bud.
0:31
Yep.
0:31
Bud and Blossom are two geese that live in a cemetery and were lifelong partners.
0:38
I read about this in an article on CBS news and apparently Blossom started spending time looking at her reflection in glass windows and on model tombstones, which is absolutely heartbreaking.
0:51
The general manager of the cemetery.
0:54
Dori Tamin is quoted as saying she wanted company.
0:57
So what does that mean for a goose looking for love online dating, just like anybody.
1:05
Dori Tamin posted a personal ad for Blossom saying that she was looking for a life partner for companionship and occasional shenanigans.
1:15
And as one might hope for all online dating profiles, it worked.
1:21
Deb and Randy Hoyt are owners of a widower goose named Frankie and Frankie was looking for love too.
1:29
The two geese met up over Valentine's and by all accounts have really hit it off.
1:34
They're spending all of their time together.
1:37
Two little lovebirds at the cemetery to wrap it up.
1:41
Dory Taman again is quoted as saying they started walking off together and they haven't really left each other's side since now.
1:48
If that isn't romance.
1:50
I do not know what is.
1:51
I am so happy for Blossom and Frankie.
1:54
I'm sure that it can be really hard to move on after losing a loved one.
1:59
And these two figured it out and also very good work to the geese matchmakers in the story as well.
2:05
A lot of people went the extra mile for these birdies.
2:09
That is the good news I have for you today.
2:11
Enjoy the rest of your day.
