This week in ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื and the world we read two separate ืคืจืฉืืืช.
In ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื we read ืคืจืฉืช ืงืืจื about the rebellion of ืงืืจื and the
ืขืื.
And in ืืืฅ ืืืจืฅ we read ืคืจืฉืช ืฉืื,
the ืคืจืฉื of the ืืจืืืื.
Two ืคืจืฉืืืช that changed history and really were turning points in the way we
perceive ืชืืจื,
the way we perceive the leadership of ืืฉื ืจืืื ื,
and by the ืืจืืืื we didn't go into ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื.
We had to change course.
40 years in the desert.
How are we supposed to handle all of this back and forth,
all of these difficulties,
these challenges?
Why do we need them,
and where do they come from,
and what's the point?
How are we supposed to relate to these sudden changes that happen,
a change of course of history?
One of the ways is certainly to understand and appreciate that it all comes
from ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื.
Without a question,
it comes from ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื.
No matter how we're supposed to understand that.
What does that mean?
Let's look at the case of the ืืจืืืื for a moment.
The case of the ืืจืืืื was a sin that unfortunately brought us to the
punishment that we're no longer going to be able to go into ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื.
The ืืืจ ืืืืืจ was now going to die and only the next generation get
into the land.
But what happened?
What's the point?
Is there something larger here?
The ื ืฆืื and the ืืืืื describe that the ideal that ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื had
planned was that we're all going to go to ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื and when we
get to ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื,
ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื was going to be a ืื ืืืืฃ.
It was going to be just like a heart to the body,
ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื to the world.
And you're going to be able to have the ืงืืืฉื and the ืืืจื and
the modeling of the Jewish people that would be spread from ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื to
the rest of the world.
But what happened when the ืืจืืืื came back and said that ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื ื ืืืก
ืื ื,
it's repulsive to us?
We were no longer ืืืื to that.
And therefore we had to stay in the ืืืืจ.
But the description in other places in ืชื ื is that this wasn't just about
staying in the ืืืืจ 40 days,
but rather this was a ืืืืจื of ืืืืช.
We now had to stay in ืืืืช.
Stay in ืืืืช?
Why?
What happened to the goal?
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื had to change it.
We were no longer going to be a heart to a ืืืฃ,
but rather now he had to spread us everywhere.
And if he spread us everywhere,
hopefully we'll be able to succeed and promote ืชืืจื,
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื,
ืืืืขืช ืืฉื everywhere in the world.
The ideal to get back to ืืจืฅ ืืฉืจืื for sure,
but that would become our mission,
a very,
very dangerous one.
We know the assimilation that happens in ืืืฅ ืืืจืฅ.
We know the difficulties in ืืืฅ ืืืจืฅ.
But yet we always have to maintain our mission is still there.
But what's the idea?
Why?
Do we really need to be all out there?
The ืจืืื in ืคืจืง ืื of ืกืคืจ ืืืืื writes something unbelievable.
He writes,
even ืืฉื and even ืืืืื of Islam,
even they were part of the plan of ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื.
What do you mean?
ืืฉื ืื ืืฆืจื,
you know how much death has brought to the world of the Jews,
how much hate,
so much.
But he's part of the plan.
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื says it is part of the plan because at some point
ืืขืืจืช ืืฉื we're going to have ืืฉืื and the ืืฉืื will bring a ืชืืงืื
to the whole world.
But we need the world to appreciate it.
The only way the world can appreciate it is if they have a feeling
and a sense that there's something called a savior.
They're wrong,
absolutely wrong.
But at least when we come and start spreading ืืฉืื,
they'll like 'I know what that means'.
That's the craziest thing.
Even things so far away from ืืืืืฉืงืืื are ืืืฉ part of the plan of
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื.
Even when things change so quickly.
Included within every single aspect of the plan of ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื.
But why does it happen?
We don't know.
We have no way of understanding,
no way of appreciating it.
But we look to ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื and understand that every difficulty that we
go through,
every challenge that we go through.
And nowadays I really think we have that with the war.
Sometimes we have this feeling like,
oh,
we're going to finish our problems,
everything's going to be done.
And then no,
it stops.
And then it starts again,
and it stops.
We have no idea.
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื's in charge.
We should never ever think otherwise.
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื's running the show,
and no matter what it is,
ืืงืืืฉ ืืจืื ืืื's going to bring us to the greatest glory that we'll ever
have.
We should always be ืืืื to build off our challenges,
bring more successes,
and ืืขืืจืช ืืฉื be ืืืื to ืืฉืื ืฆืืงื ื in our coming days.
ืืื ืฉืืช.
