Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to today's episode. And do you remember I often talked about how I believe there is energy to everything that we are doing and that when we are growing, we're going to break through? It's all about increasing and recognizing our energies. So one of the things that relates to the F-word, whether you are going to own or lose your effort or not, is all about the energy of the F word.

Genecia Alluora: Therefore, today's topic is revolving around the energy of your income level, or what I call the energetic income level. Now, part of what we do here is to help you to increase your belief about what's possible for you to earn.

Genecia Alluora: Maybe you think you believe that the sky is the limit and there's no storm that you cannot conquer. But today we are going to uncover some of your subconscious belief that could say otherwise. In fact, I'm going to prove it to you and show you exactly all the exact place and the income level that you're stuck right now. And most importantly, how to shift it. So let's start with a very personal question.

Genecia Alluora: How much would you like to earn in the next twelve months? 5000? 3000? 10,000? 50,000? A $100,000? Well, that might be a really easy question for you to answer, but I often find that women get really tongue tied when they ask or sometimes they will be fickle minded. You say a number and then you change it. And then you say maybe this and then maybe not. And then maybe this again, either because they don't know what they want or they don't get used to saying out loud or they don't want to say out loud.

Genecia Alluora: How about yourself? So this is a very interesting phenomena that I use and I see when I work with women breaking through their mindset, their money beliefs in order for them to have that F-word that they want, which is the fabulous freedom, financial independence and happy family. So you might have a family story that it could be impolite to talk about money. Or in Asian culture, in Asian culture, some of the families you're not allowed to keep asking your men for money. Whatever the man gives you as allowance, that is it.

Genecia Alluora: And if you were to discuss about money, then what is the stakes? Or what are you going to put on the table in exchange for that money that you're going to ask for? Or sometimes you have to perform in bed or have more sex just because only when your husband or your partner in bed is easier to talk about money. As a fact, right? I know it feels uncomfortable. It may feel uncomfortable for you who's listening to me sharing this right now.

Genecia Alluora: It is true and we have to recognize it. Okay? So for you, maybe you have a money story that is impolite to talk about money. Or you might have an ingrained belief that if you set specific money goals you'll be disappointed. Or when you perform really well in earning money, charging premium pricing, the friends and your community that surrounds you, who are surrounding you, who gossip about other people charging premium prizes. Therefore you feel really bad when you tell them you are now one of those successful, amazing people who are able to raise your prices and charge premium pricing for your products or services. And you feel really uncomfortable if they were to find out.

Genecia Alluora: So therefore you stop yourself. Or it could be related to an old belief that if you tell people your wishes they won't come true. Or it could be an all belief that if you had more money than your parents, more money than your uncle, or more money than your grandparents, they will not come true. So again, what would you like to earn in the next twelve months? Now, by the way, you don't need to share these income goals publicly on your Facebook, social media, wherever, because it's very important that if you're not comfortable, you can just also just tell me, okay?

Genecia Alluora: If you don't want to tell other people, you can tell me. You can send it to hello@soulrichwoman.com. Just believe and remember that this exercise is just strictly for you because everyone has different money goals and that's okay. Bigger is not better here, okay? Bigger doesn't mean it's better, doesn't mean you have a bigger number. It means it's better. No, it's all about what is important for you in this current moment, current situation. Just know that you are where you need to be right now. And that's totally fine.

Genecia Alluora: I'm here with you. All right, my dear gorgeous. So we want to get you used to talk about the actual figures and not to be afraid about what they represent. Remember, you have to be really specific to the universe about what you want. It's not enough to say, oh, Genecia, I want more money and I want more clients. I want to charge more premium pricing for my programs and my products. It's not enough. Okay? More money, more clients charge more premium pricing. It's not enough.

Genecia Alluora: So what does it actually mean to you? For example, more money means could be $10 more. Okay? More money could mean $0.10 more. All right? More money could mean one dollars more. So yet you get my drift, right? So we are going to find out how much you think you are allowed to earn. Now, this is the very first step in breaking free and increasing your income. Now, you need to download the workbook that I've prepared for this episode for the purpose of this exercise.

Genecia Alluora: And you know where to find it. If you are in my program, you can look at the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint program, that's where the download is going to be. Or a piece of paper. You can write it down as well. Okay? So you will see that there are five circles, and we are going to start in the middle one. Now, the first circle is where you write your annual goal, how much money you like to make in the next twelve months. Now, this could be literally the first number that comes to you. You can't mess this up. Don't overthink. Don't second guess yourself. Don't doubt yourself. Don't judge yourself. Hashtag, no filter. So if you say a million dollars, then be it.

Genecia Alluora: If you say $500,000, then be it. Whatever that amount is for you. Your annual goal to make in the next twelve months, that is it. And now for you, if you're struggling to pick up one number, okay, pick a number that's easy to understand, easy to digest, like 10,000, 50,000, or maybe even 100,000, 6 figures. Now, to the right of the middle circle, write out your goals for the next two years.

Genecia Alluora: You might decide that you are going to increase each year by 10%. Or you might have a really ambitious goal to double your income each year. For example, in the middle circle, you have written already 50,000. And through the circle on the right, which is the second circle, you you write 100,000. That's doubling your income. So again, don't overthink it. Write down your goals for the next two years. Either increase 10% or whatever percentage that you feel comfortable. Now we are going to go back to fill up the remaining three circles. But this isn't your income goal anymore.

Genecia Alluora: This is your actual income for the past two years. Listen closely. Your actual income. No shame, no guilt about these numbers, okay? You might not have these numbers on hand, but I'd like you to estimate it roughly. How much is it? Now, this is where it starts to get really interesting, because when I first started doing this many years ago, I was like, shit, I don't even have a single idea how much I make in a single year when I was doing my consultancy, image consultancy training, speaking during that time. And I'm like, oh, no. Which, you know what is very telling in itself, basically these are telltale signs of whether you can make it or you can really make it. The question is, how can you earn more when you don't even know what you have now?

Genecia Alluora: How can you earn more when you have no idea what actually you are bringing in now? How can you receive more if you are not being a good steward of your money? Get it? Hashtag no filter. Hashtag no judgment. Hashtag no shame, no guilt. Don't blame yourself even if you have no idea. Come on. I have been there, done that. No money. Don't know what I was thinking. Don't know what I was doing. Hey. All right.

Genecia Alluora: So just estimate for the past two years now, this is not business income. Not just business income. So if you are new in business, this could be your salary from your job, right? So if you are a nine to five employee right now, well, this could be your salary from your job. This also includes if you had any surprise income, lucky income like an inheritance or a business grant or some special grants. Like the COVID-19 grant from our Singapore government where Singapore government give help to every Singaporean. Especially if you are self employed. So all these income is money and money is money. It doesn't matter where it comes from.

Genecia Alluora: Maybe even your Chinese New Year rate packets, or maybe a gift from your husband or from your parents from anybody who is gifting you that money. So money is money. For this exercise, this is only your income, not your partner's income. Get it?

Genecia Alluora: Only your income, not your partner's income. You can use the same concept to figure out your energetic income as a couple, or find out your daily or monthly energetic income too. But for now, this is just for you. Once you have all the five circles filled out, we are going to draw it out, make a simple graph, and plot the actual numbers. And then your goals.

Genecia Alluora: What do you notice? Some people, they are super optimistic about their future income potential. Not realizing that there is going to be a gap and not realizing that it's going to take something different to make a big income leap. It's all about where you are now to where you want to be. What is the gap in between.

Genecia Alluora: So therefore, this exercise allows you to physically and visually see the numbers what you are making now, versus what your ideal number may look like or sound like for you. You may even notice that you have stagnanted in your income in the last few years. Or maybe there is a drop in the income over the last few years. Now, I always say this. Your past does not equals to your future.

Genecia Alluora: Your past does not dictate where you are going to be. But it's definitely going to show you tell tale signs, what your actual has been compared to where you want to go right now. From where you are now to where you want to be. From where you are now to where you want to be in your future income or money goes for the financial independence, financial freedom, that one.

Genecia Alluora: So I had a client once told me she wanted my help in my mentoring program to make a million dollars. So she wanted to set up similar to Soul Rich Woman, a community in Malaysia, and she wanted to grow this business, and she wanted to make a million dollars. So I asked her. I said, great, how much did you earn last year? And she was like, I think it was $3,000.

Genecia Alluora: Then I asked her, okay, you mean $300,000 is it? And then she said, no, no, Genecia, $3,000. Then she said then I asked her, okay, what's your plan to make $1 million from this $3,000? What are you going to do differently and how much time and effort you're going to commit to this journey? And then she said, no, Genecia, I'm just going to manifest it. I'm just going to set the intention and manifest my $1 million by doing what you're doing, setting up a community and then doing online courses and then helping other women as well. Then I'm like, okay. And guess what? She didn't, because she wasn't willing to look at why she was stuck in her earnings capacity.

Genecia Alluora: She thought she needed an outer solution, not an inner one. I'm not saying that big leaps or big jumps for your dreams aren't possible. I mean, here in Soul Rich Woman, we always tell women, we always coach and mentor the women, hey, you got to go from where you are now to where you want to be much, much faster. You got to close the gap today, right? Model after successful people take my processes, stick my systems, and run with it.

Genecia Alluora: These are totally possible. However, you have to find out why you have that energetic income barrier. Then you can clear it, isn't it? So my income was stuck at $50,000 for years many years ago. And no matter what I did, I was always stuck there. Sometimes even just make $100,000 a year, and it was just an invisible glass ceiling. As an image consultant running my personal branding classes, and even though I was doing coaching for pageant girls during that time, my income was stuck for years no matter what I did. So then I learned the skill, right? Then. That skill is the work that I talked about quite a lot for many years, is forgiveness. That's one.

Genecia Alluora: And then number, two is clearing rituals or clearing steps or clearing exercises, for example, decluttering, and also using EFT, NLP, different techniques or even family constellations and things like that. And because of that, I was able to break through, and I've been consistently doubling my income over the last many years since I went online. Not kidding, right? So I'll tell you what it really takes.

Genecia Alluora: Are you ready? First and foremost, massive self inquiry, self reflection, self digging, around your blocks and beliefs, which is exactly what you are doing here right now as you're following through the audios on this journey in this program. Great choice, by the way, that you have chosen to listen in and really take action. You are here not by chance, the universe sent you here energetically. So your current money beliefs or your current beliefs got you here and it's going to take something different to hit your big money goals or to own your F-word. Whether fabulous freedom, financial independence or happy family.

Genecia Alluora: It's going to take something different. It's not going to be the same thing to achieve something different, that's not going to happen. So the second one is pattern interrupting, right? So the first one is massive inquiry, massive digging, massive reflection. So the second one is pattern interrupting. Notice this is your common subatarges and stop negative thoughts with tools like EFTs, Affirmations mantras as well as whatever you have picked up even in NLP. You have to train your brain to believe something different. Okay, so pattern interrupting is to notice your common subordinates, right? And then pattern interrupt with tools.

Genecia Alluora: Lastly is to be surrounded by positive people who see that it's possible for you to make it happen so that you are an active member here in solitude. Woman because this is the best place for you to be, right? Stretch your beliefs about what is possible for you to earn. You are the average of the five, six people that you hang out with the most. So your energetic income level might be really obvious just by looking at your graph, the people around you, as well as all the things that you have been going through.

Genecia Alluora: Now, if it's not, then here are some more questions that I want you to ask yourself. Number one, what is the most amount of money that you have earned in one day, in one week, in one month and in one year? What is the most amount of money that you have ever earned in one day, one week, one month and in one year? Now, you might have an energetic income level in each of those areas where you feel that it's impossible to surpass or go past debt or it's going to require something really hard, difficult or unpleasant or negative. It's like there's something negative to it when you want to increase or grow to the next level.

Genecia Alluora: Then the second question will be to ask you is what do you really believe that is possible to make? Listen closely. What do you really believe is possible for you to make in one week? One day, in one month and in one year? Now, when I say really, don't come off just a number, no. It's not just, oh, Genecia asking me a question so I just a number and then okay. No, it's not that. It's to sit with it for a moment and ask yourself, do you really believe it or does it feel, okay?

Genecia Alluora: If you go back to your goal, what beliefs do you have about earning that money? Do you think you have to work really hard? What do you think you have to give up to get there? For example, time with your kids, your integrity, your freedom, your so called friendship with the people around you. What do you have to give up to get there? What do you think a woman who earns that much money looks like, dresses like, or acts like, or behaves like? Maybe there's a story in your industry about how much you are allowed to earn or maybe what a woman like you is allowed to earn. Or you might have stories about your accent, your marital status, your ethnicity, your sexual orientation, and how much you are allowed to make.

Genecia Alluora: Maybe you are not allowed to make passive income by doing something that's easy for you. And when you bump against the ceiling that hit your head against that ceiling, that's when you start to subtouch yourself so you feel comfortable. You feel, like, comfortable again because it matches your true beliefs at the current moment. This is one of those exercises where it's not helpful to push through, stay in the positivity and pretend that you're aligned to making more than you do right now. This is a time, in fact, for radical honesty within yourself.

Genecia Alluora: What are some of the things that really shines through right now. Here are some reflection questions for you. What is my energetic income level right now? Now, it's liberating to admit that you are keeping yourself at a particular income level. Then is there any symbolic or symbolism about this number or this figure that you are making right now? Is it close to what you earned before, but in a way that burned you out? Are you keeping yourself small so you don't out earn someone in your life? Is it challenging your perceptions about what you are allowed to earn?

Genecia Alluora: Lastly, is there anyone or anything I need to add to my forgiveness list? Now, you may have to forgive yourself, or there might be some friends or family who have kept you small. It could be old bosses or clients who kind of limit or kept your income with their money blocks. Or it could be the friends and the peers who is around you who keep telling you that people who charge premium pricing sucks. They could be limiting you small and kept you tiny broke with their own money blocks.

Genecia Alluora: And you know what I'm going to say now, right? Forgive them, forgive yourself, forgive the situation and tap. You will allow yourself to break through those self imposed limitations and it is really your time and you are ready for the next level of your income. And this is my time.
