[00:00:18] Dan: And I'm Dan, and this is Squadify Connects. Yes, it's sad to say goodbye, but this is also the beginning of your next chapter of leadership practice. Here's some things to be and do in the future in order to have success and enjoyment leading those aligned groups of humans we call teams.

[00:00:38] Pia: So first, keep experimenting and reflecting. You'll never perfect this. No one ever does, and there is no end to it. So maintain that awareness of learning and see all those challenges that you've come across just as great opportunities to learn more.

[00:00:55] Dan: And use these Connects to remind yourself of things you might've forgotten. Uh, there are links in the show notes that you may not have had a chance to look at. They'll help you to deepen your practice.

[00:01:05] Pia: Share the love. Take these learnings to those around you. Help them to lead effectively and constructively. The tools in Connect are deliberately simple. Everyone's job is complex enough, so you need simple tools. This also means that they're easy to pass on so that everyone has a chance to lead and be led in a way that enhances lives and outcomes.
