Speaker View & Screen Share: Welcome.

I'm so grateful that you're
taking a little bit of time.

10 minutes

to pause and reconnect.

If you've worked with me for
a while, you know that I often

personify things to allow my brain
to connect with greater ease.

And so as you settle into this
space, getting comfortable, there's

no right or wrong way to listen.

I encourage you to find a posture that
allows your body to be comfortable so

that you're not distracted by that.

Think about and feel into
what you need more of.

Is it lightness?

Is it ease?

Is it grace?

Is it love?

Is it joy?

Ask yourself internally, what
is it I need more of right now?

And listen for the response.

And then allowing yourself
to settle in even more.

Reminding your body it's okay to
unwind a little bit and relax.

You can do that physically by,
uh, relaxing your face a little

bit, dropping your forehead,

letting your jaw grow slack.

You can drop your shoulders,

take in some nice nourishing breaths.

We can remind our heart to slow
down by taking in nice, slow

in breath, and a longer exhale.

Allow some space for our
heart, our physical heart

to slow down.

Maybe a hand on your chest or a hand
on your belly, or both hands on.

One of those allows you
to feel more present.

As you invite what it is that you want
more of or need more of, and for this next

song, I'm not gonna guide you as much as
have you tether back to that intention.

For me, I want more ease
and I'll just repeat ease

as I enter into this space.

Taking your word and letting it sink in.

You might center yourself with
scanning over your body and bringing

that word to each area in your body
that your mind is bringing you to.

And taking in that intention for your
body as a way of settling into this moment

and simply be resting in the word that
you have chosen or that has chosen you.

As this time comes to a close,

take some nice nourishing breaths.

Really honor what you've noticed
and what's come up, and if it

feels like something that you're
drawn to, spend a few minutes.

Connecting to that feeling that came
up and what you noticed and how you

wanna be more intentional about bringing
whatever it was that you brought into

this meditation into your day today.

May you be blessed.
