Yes, so Fung Shui is the ancient Chinese Science of Living in harmony with the natural environment. Fung Shui which means when then water refers back to the Chinese agrarian culture where the need for a bountiful harvest was a must to survive. To attain good bounty, there was great importance of having sufficient water and mild winds. As a result, the placement of these agrarian settlements was very critical and could mean life or death for the settlers. Over time, the Chinese have analyzed studied, theorize and hypothesized on the success or failures of many of those sediments. As such, those studies have resulted in the birth of science of Fung Shui to name a few methods of application, we apply the science at a personal energy level based on your birthdate, also known as a 24 mountain analysis using a person's mangwa or core number, building energy flow, also known as flying star analysis, which analyzes how energy flows within the building and each room, and also taking into account any conflicts of functional and negative annual flexion energies like the five yellow energy and three killing energies, which can be very malevolent and affects different directions each year. So I hope this helps your listeners understand a little bit more about what Fung Shui is,

Well, if you're planning on buying a new home, we always suggest implementing our fiduciary guidelines about six months to a year before you actually move to give you enough time to increase your prosperity and spiritual levels so that you can then attract a new home that will suit your elevated spiritual level. If you don't do anything to change your spiritual level, before leaving, you normally will end up in a new home that has the same type of energy level as before. As an example, I have found in some of my clients situation that their home unfortunately face a very negative direction based on their personal energy matrix. Their direction was what we call a negative 90 or total calamity type of energy which causes problems like suffering disasters, l fortune, failure in business blood related accidents and injuries, family breakups and could even lead to death. And these extreme situations and due to the person wanting to move as soon as possible. I would always suggest spiritual implementing a spiritual energy practice like Sikkim aicardi which is a non denominational spiritual energy practice seeking to raise a person's spiritual level by giving a person what is called True or divine light energy. They can also learn how to give this true light energy which can help them to raise their spiritual level even further. Now when it comes to selling your place, Fung Shui principles can create a more inviting environment both inside and outside the home. For instance, the area outside the front door, also known as the mouth of the house should be kept clear of large shrubs, trees and clutter. We normally suggest having an open area in the front yard especially leading to the front door, allowing energy to flow easily and smoothly into your home. This creates a very inviting entryway to the house. Now inside declutter the house to allow for energy to flow easily around common furniture pieces. You may also want to consider getting a temporary storage to store away anything that just crowds the space. Also my clients who have gotten a functional analysis completed, we'll also have deeper guidance on what types of elements such as metals, Earth Objects, living woody plants, water features, and fire elements and where they can be placed to enhance positive energies are weak and negative energies. This would make the energy of the house feel more inviting and comfortable for prospective buyers as they walk through the house.

I know I tell my seller clients this because it also makes the home just show better without the clutter and allows the home to look more open and spacious. Now, how would you use Fung Shui principles when purchasing a home less?

So that's a great question and it's going to be a lengthy one to answer. So when helping my clients with purchasing a home. As mentioned above, I would suggest implementing Fung Shui principles and guidelines at your current home at least six months to a year before you start searching for your new home. This way, you can hopefully find a new home with more positive energy that will support your elevated spiritual level compared to what you had had at your current location. There are many things to look out for when searching for a new home. Things like using your personal energy matrix to find the house that is facing a positive direction for at least the breadwinners of the family. This can be calculated using a good hiking compass to find the degrees from inside the front door facing outward and may require some additional measurements. When working with my clients, I normally train them on the proper use of their compass as it is crucial to get proper measurements to choose the best possible house. The focus is to try to find the house that faces one of their positive directions like positive 90, which generates energies like vibrant, full of life, good fortune, great family, living large and prosperous, or positive ad which generates good health. Reward for hard work power of charisma, loyal and dignified personalities are positive 70 which generates good family harmony, harmony, I work great for finding a partner and it's ideal for public relations, or positive 60 which is focused on stability, clear thinking good for education, good minor luck and a nice personality. So now the location of the home is also crucial as we try to look for locations where energies flow more peacefully and smoothly. Not like a fast flowing Shachi or bad poison arrow type of energy like at the end of T section or end of a cul de sac or near a busy highway. Another thing to look out for is too many stairs on the outside of the front door as this symbolizes energy and money flowing away from the home. We also want to look for front door entryway that isn't blocked and has a nice open yard in the front of it. by making it inviting for energy to flow in, we generally avoid homes built on large hillsides, causing energy or money to flow away from the home homes that have too many sharp edge beams or pillars, which creates bad poisoned arrow types of energies causing bad health issues inside the home. homes with pools in the backyards or on the sides of the home will have problems with support needed in a person's life. homes with stairs on the inside directly facing the front door, which again will cause loss of energy going out the front door every time it is open. Another situation to avoid is when the front door is directly in line with the back door of the house as that symbolizes energy and money coming in, and then going out the house. There are many other things to look out for, but these are some of the more critical ones. Now once a home purchaser has found the possible candidate for a new home, I then would conduct the flying star chart analysis based on when the energies of this house was set or will be set when they move in and the home facing direction as mentioned before. Using an accurate floorplan of the house. We will then apply the analysis to the floorplan to identify positive and negative energy areas flowing throughout the house. This will allow us to understand if bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and other areas are situated and positive and there are negative calculated areas. For instance, in a period eight energy home or a period is 20 years, so period eight would be between February for 2004 to February 320 24 could have energies in certain areas like an eight eight star combination, which is described as wealth and accumulation of assets. financial gains, it's never bad. Like the above eight eight energy this area is also good for work study living room and bedroom areas. The southern nine is a mix of positive and negative type of energy described as innovative, clever and bright. But when an unfortunate could cause seduction, flirting and sex abuse issues, so we can enhance the number nine star for a little good luck by using woody living plants and green colors. Another common energy type is three four which is actually a negative energy area described as psychological and emotional problems, sometimes cerebral difficulties. But since the number three and the number four stars are wood based elements, we would use fire elements and red colors to weaken the negative energy area. This would be good in the kitchen area. Since water is always being drained away from the home and energy follows the water and the stove and oven are fire based appliances. That will weaken the negative energy or an area could be very negative actually like to five energy type of energy which is described as total catastrophe, ruinous accidents divorce that calamities, it's extremely bad, it's all misfortune. We would normally apply metal objects to this area and possibly some other cures to weaken this very toxic energy. This area would be good for bathroom area as bathrooms are always draining away the energy from the home due to again the flowing following or the flow of water. To give you an example of how toxic this energy was one of my clients was experiencing, their son was experiencing all sorts of problems from drugs, trouble with police health problems fighting with the family and more. And one of the primary issues was because his bedroom calculated to be the two five energy type. And they didn't know until I conducted their analysis, they immediately moved him to a different room and made his own room into a storage room. And over time, he got much better. So once we've have identified all the different energy areas, we can then guide our clients to use all of those areas of the home more effectively. This analysis will also provide guidance on what can be done to weaken negative energy areas and enhance positive energy areas. So sorry for the lengthy information here, but I hope this helps you understand the process better.

And this is also very interesting regarding the way the home phases, and also the way the ruin phase. It's so wonderful as that you were able to help your clients on and such a huge way that really impacted his life for the better. Yeah, so when it comes to remodeling a home, we need to understand what kind of remodeling is being done as large changes like refurbishing or changing the front door changing center of home lighting fixtures changing flooring or carpets for large areas of the home, especially in the center could cause a reset of the energies of the home, which could change the entire makeup of the flying star chart energies in all areas of the house. So before a remodeling is started, a functionary consultant practicing authentic Classical Feng Shui should conduct a review and the flying star chart analysis to see if what the impacts if any, it could have on the resetting of the energy of the home. And if that reset would be beneficial or cause problems based on where the new energies would reside thereafter. Also, having a remodeling timing analysis done using feng shui principles of the Sun touching the mountain would be beneficial to identify the best dates to start any remodeling project, and help to have a more harmonious and successful completion of the project. Along with the above the flying star chart analysis will help guide appropriate areas to be built out as commonly used rooms. And then what types of elements will help and enhance positive energies or weaken negative energies? And what types of colors would be best suited for a room or area. As mentioned before, we suggest using the actual elements if you're trying to weaken negative energies or enhancing positive energies as colors are not a strong way to accomplish this, but it does have some impact.

Yeah, so when decorating any area or room within the home, we suggest keeping to the types of elements that work best in that particular area based on your flying star chart analysis. You should watch out for any decorative objects that have sharp points to them and make sure that those sharp points which generates poison arrow type of energies are not pointed toward you. We always suggest keeping with an uncluttered approach that will allow energy to flow smoothly throughout your home and around furniture. However, our analysis normally takes a more holistic approach looking at the entire house flying star chart and not just the area that is being remodeled to ensure we are giving appropriate guidance to our clients. Although being local and Southern Nevada makes it easier for on site visits, technology has expanded greatly with tools like zoom online meetings, high quality videos with smartphones, Google Earth and Google Maps and more. So allowing us to provide a great amount of analysis to our clients nationwide. I actually have clients all over the US from the West Coast to the East Coast.

So our Fung Shui analysis can usually be done in about a week as long as we can get all the information that we need from our clients to conduct the analysis. We normally need things like accurate floor plans, moving dates and possible prior tenant insights, accurate compass readings for the facing direction of their home info on each person being analyzed video and their photos of their home. So thereafter, it depends on the client and on the client sent to complete any suggestions which shouldn't be very difficult unless they are doing major reconstruction, then it is more based on their project timelines.

So when applying our functionary guidance a person's life can change night today and depending on what has been happening in their home prior to a proper authentic classical functional analysis. For example, one of my clients was struggling from restless night's sleep and health problems. And when I conducted their functional analysis, I discovered that they were directly in conflict due to their sleeping direction, being afflicted by the five yellow annual energy. This simple change was to actually move their bed to another more positive energy part of the room and face that new direction that that very night actually, they immediately could sleep better, and felt more refresh and just kept on getting better and more recharged each day.

So one of the most common challenges is really working with clients who are self taught in Fung Shui with very basic understanding of Fung Shui. Many tried to implement general online guidance like the principles of the bagua to understand how energy flows inside the home. This is a very common mistake due to a person's limited understanding of proper, authentic classical Fung Shui principles like Flying Star Feng Shui, the use of 24 month and personal energy charts and annual flexion energies. As such, they don't implement Fung Shui properly, and sometimes they end up hurting themselves even further due to the lack of understanding. If a person is trying to implement Fung Shui for the first time, I would always suggest working with the professional Fung shui consultant to get proper guidance at the beginning. Then as you get comfortable understanding proper Fung Shui principles and you start seeing the results of the analysis, then you'll be able to continue making adjustments to your Fung Shui with limited help and guidance from a professional consultant.
