Genecia Alluora: Hey gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode. Now today I want to talk about decluttering, the soul rich woman style. And you are going to love how this feels because getting rid of everything that's not serving you anymore will free up the capacity and space for you to welcome your F word life, fabulous freedom, financial independence, and happy family. Seriously, I love decluttering. As Marie Kondo says, it's really a life changing method and you will see the whole community talk about it consistently. The best part is this one you confirm can't get it wrong because decluttering is an ongoing process. So even just a little bit to. Get started will help.

Genecia Alluora: Now, how does declutter relate to money? I mean, that's a common question I often get. Or another way that sometimes I get asked is how does clutter affect my income? Because all clutter is an energetic baggage no matter what it is. When you release and you let it go, it has a knock on effect on other areas of your life, like a domino effect. So clutter can also be a physical representation of blame, shame, anger and resentment. Decluttering can also be really good exercise to let it all go because when you declutter, you free up mental creative energy which can be used for wealth generating activities. So it really will feel very good. You must try to see it for yourself now everything must go okay? You really have to keep those things that you truly love and declutter so that you feel amazing.

Genecia Alluora: And it's usually for helping you to free up the space. Even emotional decluttering always go for forgiveness and emotion freedom technique. But don't underestimate estimate the emotional effects of decluttering as well.

Genecia Alluora: Okay? And for me, I often do that 80% of my stuff have to go. So even though it's tough, it's not easy. Sometimes I have emotions tacked on to my things. Well, you just have to see what feels right for you and give yourself the gift of discernment.

Genecia Alluora: For example, things have to go if anything that causes daily frustration or aggravation. Anything that reminds you of your past failures, even financial or business failures. Anything that you are keeping out of guilt or obligation. Anything that's broken or doesn't serve its purpose.

Genecia Alluora: Anything that's not welcome in your F word life, fabulous freedom, financial independence and a happy family. You are going to have excuses. Things like it was a gift, it was expensive, I need it. It's better than nothing. Sometimes you just have to create a space.

Genecia Alluora: A space to show the universe that you can welcome things into your life. And it's a symbol, right? You are kind of showing a symbol to the universe that you no longer want to compromise. And you're serious about your transformation to own and love your F word. So you also need to realize that you need to declutter before the replacement shows up.

Genecia Alluora: You have to declutter before the replacement shows up because it's a test of faith to show that you're serious. You are absolutely going to open up money channels, wealth channels, fabulous channels, freedom channels, money channels, rich channels when you do this. It is a ritual, I would say a space where energetically you are decluttering. It is symbolic in your life that releases all the energy that is holding you back.

Genecia Alluora: Now, for example, evidence of past business or money failures. Many successful entrepreneurs leave behind a trail of filled business attempts and that often comes with physical and energetic baggages like embarrassment and shame. So dragging this baggage of failure can impact your future success. Maybe you are afraid to tell your friends and family about your new business in case they roll their eyes sarcastically. Say another one.

Genecia Alluora: When are you going to just get a job? Sounds like my dad. In a non entrepreneurial world, failure often is something to be embarrassed, but in the role of business is just another notch on your way to overnight success. So start with the physical. If you want more new clients, declare your old client files, especially the ones who are the ones that built for businesses and make space for the new ones.

Genecia Alluora: If you're moving around your old boxes of brochures and flyers or products that didn't sell that take up valuable space in your brain or in your room like a computer, hey, just get rid of it or just sell it away, okay? Simply toss it all out casually. Or if you prefer to perform a ritualistic burning of the past that sets you free for new ideas and products, so be it. I still remember when I was moving from my old office and I had so many stuff because I'm an image consultant and I do consultancy work with CEOs, politicians, decision makers of companies for their personal branding on stage and in their corporate life. And I have a lot of tools.

Genecia Alluora: So when I was moving office, I couldn't bring everything with me and I had so much charge that is attached to those items. For example, the suits, the clothes that I use for demonstration that no longer serve me because I was moving online, I no longer need those items. And it was so difficult to let them all go because they cost money first and foremost to purchase them. And they were with me for many many years before I decided to move out of that office and move online. So it was almost so difficult to do it and I was crying and so much charge that was attached to those things.

Genecia Alluora: So yeah, even for me, I went through that path. So don't feel bad about it. Also forgive yourself for past mistakes. A few entrepreneurs get to the top with a perfect record. So don't let fear of failing again hold you back from giving it your own.

Genecia Alluora: Your past does not equals to your future. Just imagine, one of the tactics that I use is that you have ten days to change your life. Just imagine ten days. Imagine that a dream opportunity falls on your lap. You need to relocate, you need to travel the world in ten days.

Genecia Alluora: What would you keep? What would you give away what would you throw? So do that first. Don't always wait for the next happening thing to happen.

Genecia Alluora: Don't just wait until it happens. Start creating that space now. So one of the other questions that I get is should I sell or should you sell? Should I sell my stuff or give it away? So consider this, is it worth your time to sell things?

Genecia Alluora: And are you really going to do it like put it up on Carousel, Amazon, Ebay, Lazada, shopee, whatever the platform that may be for you in your own country? Would you be better off spending that time working on your business?

Genecia Alluora: You know where's the fine line, right? Instead of wasting more time trying to sell those things off, would you be more productive, efficient, making more time for that business to work for you? So use discernment, use your intuition. There will be some easy opportunities for some of your valuable things. But for the smaller stuff, your time is usually worth more than a few dollars that you will get.

Genecia Alluora: So I tend to give away stuff to my helper to send it off to the Philippines because a lot of the stuff that we have and I have are still pretty much new. So why not donate it, right, instead of donating it to some people that don't know. I'm sure that in my helpers community in the Philippines where they are not as well to do as us. All the things that we have, from shoes to clothes to bags to utensils, things like that, that may look like it's no longer significant for you, but it will definitely change and transform their lives. So really, it really depends on what resonates with you.

Genecia Alluora: All right, just remember, one woman's trash is another woman's upgrade. So all right. There's something that I hope it can help you to understand fully. Last but not least, sometimes I get asked, should I hone onto it until I can recycle it? Well, you can check on your local I don't know what's your thing called, but the local department to see whether your stuff can be recycled or not, because that's not a reason to keep it in your life.

Genecia Alluora: Actually remove the stuff from your house as quickly as possible is a better way. Or literally just take it to a charity shop. Recycle wherever you can, as quickly as you can, and then let the rest go. Sometimes when we do stuff, we kind of use this also as an excuse, potentially as an excuse. Right.

Genecia Alluora: Oh, declutter Genesia. Can I just I'm too busy to declutter. I can't do the decluttering now because I need time to sort this out and blah, blah, blah. This becomes an excuse in itself, really? Okay, so here's another question I get.

Genecia Alluora: Can't I wait until the money shows up before I declutter? It doesn't work that way, my dear. You have to create a space and show the universe that you're serious about creating your F word, fabulous freedom, financial independence and happy family. It doesn't show when you don't have the capacity or you don't have the space. Therefore, it is very simple and straightforward to understand that create space allows the universe to give you more things that you want to have. So what is it that you want to have? That should be really something that you should consider.

Genecia Alluora: Okay, so let me repeat the reasons why you should declutter. First and foremost, it feels very good. It creates energetic space for new ideas to emerge. You release all energy and past embarrassments. You will no longer compromise or tolerate shit in your life.

Genecia Alluora: You will free yourself from the past. You will also make space for new opportunities and as a test of faith to declutter before more money shows up. Some things are highly symbolic and show the universe that you are serious about creating a new life. So it's going to be fun and really addictive. Because when we declutter mentally, emotionally and energetically, anything that's no longer serving you, you are one step closer from going to stuck to unstoppable and own and love your F word.
