In honor of Akashic Awakening, my group program for women who want to rewrite negative narratives and get in touch with their own energy again. You ready? Let's dive on in. Hello, my loves. I am so excited to be here with you guys today. It is Victoria Neal Wilson, and welcome to this special limited podcast series, Cycle Breakers. Really wanted to start things off with an intro episode. Not just about me, because this isn't all about me, but this is rather about you and what it means to be a cycle breaker.

Victoria [00:00:51]:
Because there are so many of us that are awakening to this new way of being in the world. And whether the idea of being a cycle breaker is completely new to you or it is something that you have worn as a badge of honor for years now, I first and foremost want to welcome you and tell you that you're doing an amazing job. That no matter where you are on this awakening journey, the cycle breaking journey, you are exactly where you are meant to be. And being here with me means that you know that you are are made for more. It means that you know you carry a lot on your shoulders, but it also means that you are more than capable and that you are stronger than you think. And that you are so smart because you're looking for resources to better support yourself on this beautiful, never ending journey. Because as a cycle breaker, I bet you often felt like the black sheep in your family. You often felt loud, like the outlier or the outsider, because you saw a different way.

Victoria [00:02:02]:
So if you have ever asked yourself in your life if there is a better way to do something, then you're in the right place. Because this limited podcast series is for the woman who wants to do better. Not just for herself, but for those around her. Who wants to alchemize and transmute all of the things that her lineage and her ancestors potentially couldn't. And who wants a better future for herself, for her family, for humanity. That's really what it means to be a cycle breaker is you see a different way and you're not afraid to carve that new path. You're not afraid to be the one to go first, to be the example. And that isn't easy, right? Actually, the.

Victoria [00:02:48]:
The first one to go usually gets hurt the most. And so, as you've been navig all that comes with this big title, I'm also here to help provide community and support for you, because you don't have to do this alone. And there are so many other women just like you out there that are seekers that want to do things differently and want to feel good while doing it. And I'm so excited that you're here because this work is so important. And the more that we heal ourselves, the more that we heal the collective, the more that we heal far beyond just our immediate family, our immediate vicinity. Healing has such a beautiful ripple effect to those around us because we can be the beacons and the light and the darkness, and we can be the way showers and the examples for those around us to move forward. And it can be scary, right? And it takes a bit of courage. But I have a feeling you already know deep down that you're made of that courageous stuff, because you have already faced so much in your lifetime as a cycle breaker, and you've most likely been doing it alone.

Victoria [00:04:02]:
And so now is the time to congratulate yourself on all the work that you've done. Because you're doing amazing, sweetie. But you've taken things as far as you can by yourself. And now it's time to turn to your sisters friends for help and support and to know that we rise higher together, that when we do this work in a group, we can transcend time and space and we can alchemize so much more together. Because you're not only using your body, your energy to transform, you are using the body and energy of all of those around you. And that collective energy is so potent. And what do I mean by that? We alchemize and move energy through the body at any given time. And our emotions are just energy in motion.

Victoria [00:04:57]:
And we have this beautiful tool called the body that is here to help us as we move through all of these different emotions and experiences and ways of being in the world. And especially when we are trying to do things differently, it is so important to support our bodies in being able to do that, because our body keeps the score. Our body remembers all of the stories, all of the times that we talked negatively to it, but also all of the projections and times others have talked negatively as well. And moving through those stories and rewriting them into positive narratives for change and empowerment is how you are able to move to your highest timeline. It is how you are able to continue awakening with more ease. Because the awakening journey is never ending. When your eyes are open, your third eye becomes open. There is no going back.

Victoria [00:05:56]:
Sorry. Like you're on the one way awakening express. And I feel like that can be rough. Right. We're going to have some episodes talking about that later on in the series because I. I know the continuous navigation of Awakenings can be brutal, but I'm here and this community is here to help you see that it is always worth it, that healing is something that can be passed from generation to generation. That that trauma that was potentially passed to you stops with you, and that you are the new ancestors. And so doing this work and acting accordingly, you're helping the.

Victoria [00:06:39]:
Those future generations so that they don't have to face these same issues that you do. You know, and I love this quote that I saw recently that we, we blame our mothers a lot for all of the generational trauma and curses and things that they didn't break in our families. But let's not forget that they did break some. Okay? And let's take a moment to thank them for all that they've done, good and bad, because we're on this path because of them. And that's something that we'll continue to talk about in another episode. Is your soul family and your star family and all of the contracts that you signed up for before coming to Earth and all of the things that were programmed into your DNA, essentially, that you are meant to work through, you are meant to be feeling the things that you are feeling and struggling through the things that you are struggling with so that you can become the most fully expressed, empowered version of yourself. That is the only goal we have on Earth, is to be the most expressed version of ourselves. And so this podcast series and my group coaching program, Akashic Awakening, are here to deliver on that mission, to help you become so you that you couldn't possibly be anyone else.

Victoria [00:08:01]:
We are going to move through and clear so many old stories out of the body and rewrite them in our upper chakras so that they become our truth. So these future versions of ourself are alive in the present moment. Watch our realities change around us in real time. Because that's also what it means to be a cycle breaker is to see the change before anyone else, to be a visionary. And if you are listening to this podcast, you are a visionary. And I'm here to help support that vision. Because no matter how many people that you surround yourself with that potentially have told you that it's silly, it's stupid, this idea that you have this way of being is no good, that it doesn't make any sense. Like all of that negative talk that you may be getting in your current reality, I'm here to help hold you until Your current reality reflects this new vision of yourself.

Victoria [00:09:04]:
We're going to work through the lower chakras, clearing and cleansing and rewriting all of those stories. And then as we move up into the heart and the upper chakra, we are going to find our voices and learn to express ourselves and hold our boundaries and really use our unique frequency and our unique light for the highest good of all. Because that is your purpose in this life, is to be the fully expressed version of yourself and to show those around you that it is okay for them to be the same, that you are a unique, unique unicorn and snowflake, and that all of the things that make you different are actually really special. All of those things that you maybe got made fun of for or people didn't understand about you are actually the reason that you're here and part of your magic. And so we're going to uncover that together and we're really going to go there when it comes to some of these programs and projections and stories that have been placed on you perhaps since childhood, that are keeping you small, that are keeping you from really expanding. And, you know, some of this, most of this, honestly, is in the subconscious mind, and it happens without us really thinking about it. All of those ways of being in the world that have happened from generation to generation and generation, because that's just how it was, or that's just how it was done, right? Is. Is what I was always told, we're going to smash all of that to smithereens.

Victoria [00:10:35]:
Because, you know, deep down inside, like I said, right, you've been questioning from the beginning there's a better way to do this. This, this cycle, this banging our head against the wall doesn't need to continue anymore. And so you are making that choice right here, right now. And so how can you continue to support yourself in this moment? First and foremost, I'm going to encourage you to have some boundaries with, excuse me, those around you. I'm burping. When I burp, it means I'm moving energy. So I know this is something that you guys really need to hear. That those loving boundaries, they're so hard to have, especially around family.

Victoria [00:11:14]:
But as you are on this journey and doing this work, you have to be very clear energetically with who and what you allow into your space. Because you are essentially a sponge right now. You are open and you are receiving so much new information about yourself, about the world around you, about. And then you're now making a new mainframe, a new reality of these concepts and things that you're Learning. And so you cannot be swayed by those around you. And so I encourage you that if you are surrounded by people that don't believe in you right now that think this is silly, that don't understand, that are really like poo pooing all over all the things that you were doing, you know, something that you can say to them is, you know, thank you so much. I get that you don't understand it, but I don't have to explain myself and you can leave it at that. And I think your, your mantra about not having to explain to anybody else is important also for the people pleasers.

Victoria [00:12:12]:
Because if you're like me, you want everyone to like you, you want everyone to be happy. And this new path of awakening is not one that is going to keep things like normal and non chaotic. Like things are going to be tumultuous and there is going to be chaos. And so we need to keep ourselves safe from the emotional sabotage that may be happening around you. And not that they're meaning to, right? They, they mean well. I'd like to think that they mean well. But it's scary for other people to see you change. And it's scary for other people to realize that they are staying the same when you are taking big strides to move in a different direction.

Victoria [00:12:54]:
So having those boundaries with your family and loved ones, super important. I also would encourage you during this time to develop some nervous system regulating practices. And so we will share plenty of those as part of my awakening process. But my favorite is just to come back to the breath. And the simplest breath that you can use whenever you need to calm the nervous system, but also tap into that deep well of inner knowing is just to inhale in through the nose and exhale nice and slow out the mouth and into the nose and out through the mouth over and over and over again. And then you can begin asking your body and yourself how you truly feel in that moment and what you need to support you. So after you have fully exhaled that breath, then you can ask inner voice, what do I need right now? Inner voice, what would be the most supportive thing for me? Inner voice, how can I calm my nervous system, whatever that may be, right? And the third tool that I'm gonna highly recommend on this journey is journaling. And I know some people are probably groaning right now.

Victoria [00:14:15]:
You're like, I hate journaling. But there is something to be said about getting all of the thoughts out of your head and onto the paper. And if you don't like this idea of journaling, call it Something different. Call it free writing, call it brain dumping, whatever it is, but taking the time each day, whether it's at the beginning of the day or the end of the day, to just free write whatever's on your heart, whatever's on your mind, getting it out of the body and onto paper. And it can be, you know, whatever you're feeling, good, bad otherwise. But having this physical document to go back and look at is also super helpful because then you can go back and see how far you've come and, you know, maybe that you're still feeling a certain way about particular patterns or things that you haven't fully worked through. And so we're gonna keep talking about all of the tools and ways that you can support yourself as a cycle breaker. But I just want to acknowledge that being here is huge and doing this work is huge.

Victoria [00:15:23]:
And if it feels monumental in some moments and a bit overwhelming, that's because it is. But you can handle it. You are meant for so much more. And so I'm so excited to go on this journey with you in this special podcast series. And then, of course, as part of my group container, thank you so much for being here with me, for having the courage to speak up for yourself, for those around you, for wanting to do things differently, whether you're a new mom that just wants to find a different way for your kids. Maybe you know that this story you've been told of climbing the corporate ladder, like, doesn't really fulfill your heart anymore, or maybe you want to go escape to the jungle and build a sustainable business, or maybe you just don't want to be on the hamster wheel of life any. Anything that you want to do is possible, and it isn't silly and it isn't stupid. If it was placed as a dream within your heart, there was a reason for it.

Victoria [00:16:34]:
And so let's work through. Let's uncover all of the that is on top of that dream so that you can live its fullest expression, so that you can bring it into your reality, so that can live a life of joy and ease. Let's get off the awakening hamster wheel and instead have empowered awakenings instead feel good as we are leveling up and moving through the portal of awakening. Because cycle breakers think in spirals, right? If you think about when you're having an anxiety attack or you're feeling anxious, your mind is racing in circles, it's repeating the same thing over and over and over again. But as a cycle breaker, you see the one chink in the pattern, the one thing that's different the one step out, right, that's going to take you out of the Matrix into a different level and keep you rising upward and upward and upward in that beautiful spiral.
