We have a sprint plan call
on Friday at 3:00 PM Eastern
time, so the enrollment closes.
End of day Thursday.
'cause I want everyone to be there on the
sprint planning call because it's really
important that we do it all together.
, This is my private membership where we
do everything that I write about on the
blog, everything that I talk about on
this podcast life on the same schedule.
We work in three weeks sprints,
and then we take one week off.
This is the productivity system that
I've been using myself for over 10 years,
and it's been proven to work really,
really well for me in different seasons
of life, and I've seen it work in my
one-on-one clients ever since I started
writing about this on the blog and.
Talking about it on this podcast,
and I've also seen it work for
different people in the membership.
So the membership is mainly for
people who have their own thing that
are self-employed, entrepreneurs,
creatives, people who don't
have a traditional nine to five.
Structure built in place.
People who need to manage their own time,
their own projects, their own deadlines.
So you don't have a boss
who keeps you accountable.
You need to keep yourself accountable
and you need to build your own
structures and timelines and all of that.
So this is a perfect place for that.
We have people who are
built in their businesses.
We have someone who is
writing his own play.
, We have people who are in writing,
in blogging and YouTubing, all
sorts of different adventures.
So about the membership, we have
a sprint planning call on Friday.
That's where I talk about the sprint.
We set our sprint calls for September,
then twice a week we meet live.
So nothing is prerecorded.
We meet together and we work
on our goals, the ones that
we'll set on Friday for an hour.
It's a really wonderful, this part is by
far the most favorite thing that people
talk about, the working sessions, because
it's impossible to procrastinate when you
see other people working on their goals.
So this team dynamic, that's
something that we independent.
Contributors, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs.
We miss that.
The team dynamic.
We are always by ourselves in
our office, in the coffee shop,
but sometimes we need that.
We need that social accountability.
We also have a print retrospective.
That's the part where you get to tailor
your system to fit your life even better.
So I always say that.
With this approach, you
become your own guru.
You don't need to read any more self-help
books or time management books because
you get to tailor your system to fit
your life and your responsibilities.
And we also have a built in cool
off week in between sprints.
That's how we proactively prevent burnout.
I talk more about it in the membership,
but if you want something sane,
the opposite of the hustle culture.
Something that is proven to
work over a long period of time.
So again, I've been doing this for over 10
years without any burnout happening to me.
if you want something sustainable, sane,
that will work with you being a mom, you
being a dad, you having, you know, life
outside of work, this is the system.
That is again, calm, composed, , sensible,
logical, common sense type of things.
