Breeze Assistant can build a presentation from a prompt, and HubSpot's help article documents a Save as PPTX button in the artifact viewer.
Update, Nov 2026: per our research, you can now save your own branded slide templates in Context Home in Agent Hub so Breeze Assistant uses them for new decks; this isn't in HubSpot help yet, so treat it as unconfirmed.
Sidekick's What Just Shipped is the fast, friendly way to keep up with HubSpot without reading every release note yourself. Each episode, AI hosts Rob and Dana take one feature HubSpot shipped and tell you where it stands right now: what changed, how it got here, who it's for, and what to do on Monday. Rob explains. Dana pushes back. Nobody pretends.
Every episode starts from Sidekick Strategies research on the HubSpot Updates page at sidekickstrategies.com and is checked against official HubSpot sources. If something isn't confirmed, the hosts say so out loud. Episodes run six to eight minutes, and new ones arrive five a week while we catch up on recent releases.
Presented by Sidekick Strategies, a HubSpot solutions partner.

Rob (AI host): Your rep has a business review tomorrow, and the slides still live in someone's head.
Dana (AI host): Breeze Assistant can now build the presentation in HubSpot, and HubSpot documents a Save as PPTX button.
Rob (AI host): Stay for how sharing works, because a public link and an editable copy are two different things.
Narrator (AI voice): This is Sidekick's What Just Shipped, presented by Sidekick Strategies.
Narrator (AI voice): Your hosts, Rob and Dana, are AI.
Narrator (AI voice): The voices are synthetic, the research is real, and humans check every claim before it reaches you.
Rob (AI host): Hello, Rob and Dana here, AI hosts both.
Rob (AI host): Today: presentations from Breeze Assistant, using HubSpot's rich content help article, updated in the second half of October.
Dana (AI host): Quick role: today I'm playing a hypothetical sales manager who runs quarterly reviews and would love to stop building slides by hand.
Rob (AI host): Love it.
Rob (AI host): Why it matters: if the deck starts where the CRM data lives, the first draft takes a prompt instead of an afternoon.
Dana (AI host): Who gets it? Every plan?
Rob (AI host): HubSpot's rich content article lists all products and plans.
Dana (AI host): Any setup at all?
Rob (AI host): One switch. Give users access to Breeze Assistant has to be on in AI settings.
Rob (AI host): And if you want to attach files, the Files permission in AI settings has to be on too.
Dana (AI host): So not quite zero setup.
Rob (AI host): Close to it, but someone checks those switches.
Dana (AI host): How do you start a deck?
Rob (AI host): Click Breeze Assistant in the top navigation, enter a prompt asking for the content, and send it.
Rob (AI host): Breeze Assistant generates it and opens a side panel with the result.
Dana (AI host): That side panel has a name?
Rob (AI host): The artifact viewer. HubSpot says it shows generated content next to your chat.
Dana (AI host): What's an artifact, exactly?
Rob (AI host): A saved output you can come back to outside a single conversation, like an HTML page, a text document, or a presentation.
Dana (AI host): And where does the data come from?
Rob (AI host): HubSpot describes three kinds of context: account-level business context like your company profile and personas, task-level context like the record you ask about, and personal or project context like saved memories.
Dana (AI host): Within the user's permissions?
Rob (AI host): Yes. HubSpot says it only accesses information relevant to the request and available within your permissions.
Dana (AI host): Could a team keep its deck instructions in one place?
Rob (AI host): Projects.
Rob (AI host): HubSpot describes a project as a folder of instructions, context, knowledge vaults, and tools, and those carry across every chat in the project.
Dana (AI host): And for a prompt you'll reuse every quarter?
Rob (AI host): Save it.
Rob (AI host): Hover over a chat you sent, click the three dots, choose Save prompt, and name it.
Rob (AI host): HubSpot says a saved prompt can also be automated to start a chat on a recurring basis.
Dana (AI host): What if the request is vague?
Rob (AI host): Breeze Assistant may show a question card.
Rob (AI host): You pick options or type your own answer, or click Skip.
Dana (AI host): And checking what it used?
Rob (AI host): In the full-screen view, open the right sidebar.
Rob (AI host): It shows the context used, along with any files attached, artifacts created, or connectors used.
Dana (AI host): Does it work outside HubSpot's own screen?
Rob (AI host): In Slack, HubSpot's help article says Breeze Assistant can return generated files, including presentations.
Rob (AI host): Its example prompt asks for a proposal deck for an opportunity.
Dana (AI host): Okay. How do you change a draft you don't like?
Rob (AI host): Send a follow-up message in the chat.
Rob (AI host): HubSpot says each change is saved as a new version in the artifact viewer.
Dana (AI host): And going back?
Rob (AI host): In the upper left of the artifact viewer, open the version dropdown and select the version you want to review.
Dana (AI host): So a rough second draft doesn't wipe out the good first one.
Rob (AI host): That's the point. HubSpot says it lets you try different directions without losing earlier versions.
Dana (AI host): And getting an actual PowerPoint file out?
Rob (AI host): Upper right of the artifact viewer, click Save as PPTX.
Rob (AI host): That saves a local copy of that specific version.
George B. Thomas (AI voice clone): Hey, it's George B. Thomas from Sidekick Strategies.
George B. Thomas (AI voice clone): Full honesty, this is my AI voice clone, made with my permission.
George B. Thomas (AI voice clone): A deck tool only helps if it fits how your team already works.
George B. Thomas (AI voice clone): Sidekick's AI consulting studies how your team works today, finds the repetitive tasks AI handles well, and matches the right tools to the right problems.
George B. Thomas (AI voice clone): Every recommendation comes with a training and adoption plan.

Dana (AI host): Now sharing. My boss wants to see the deck before the client does.
Rob (AI host): Open the Breeze dropdown, then Artifacts, pick the deck, and click the share menu.
Rob (AI host): Add people, a team, or Everyone at your company, then Copy link.
Dana (AI host): And can they edit it?
Rob (AI host): Not directly. HubSpot says to make changes, they click Remix to create an editable copy.
Dana (AI host): What about the client?
Rob (AI host): HubSpot says you can publicly share PPTX or HTML artifacts through a read-only link.
Rob (AI host): Turn on Public access, and optionally Require password.
Dana (AI host): Does the client need a HubSpot login?
Rob (AI host): No.
Rob (AI host): External recipients open the link in a browser without logging in, and enter the password if you set one.
Dana (AI host): Can you bring in an old deck as a starting point?
Rob (AI host): You can attach files to a prompt, from your computer or from HubSpot files.
Rob (AI host): And PPTX is on HubSpot's list of supported upload types.
Dana (AI host): Limits?
Rob (AI host): Up to ten files per thread, and fifty megabytes uploaded in total per thread.
Dana (AI host): Per thread, not per file.
Rob (AI host): Right. That's how HubSpot's file types article words it.
Dana (AI host): Skeptic question.
Dana (AI host): Our research says you can click into the deck and edit text, backgrounds, and layouts directly, with undo and redo and a fullscreen present button.
Rob (AI host): We couldn't confirm those in HubSpot's help articles.
Rob (AI host): They describe refining through follow-up messages and saving versions. Direct editing is only described for emails.
Dana (AI host): Then test it in your own account before promising it to a team.
Rob (AI host): Agreed.
Rob (AI host): One more limit: content generation is capped at a hundred requests per account in a rolling one-minute window.
Dana (AI host): Not something one manager will hit.
Rob (AI host): Probably not, but a whole team generating at once could.
Dana (AI host): And text documents or HTML pages from the same viewer?
Rob (AI host): Text documents use Copy markdown.
Rob (AI host): HTML pages can be copied, or saved with Save as HTML from the down arrow.
Rob (AI host): Alright, deck plan, hypothetical sales manager.
Dana (AI host): Step one: confirm the Breeze Assistant and Files switches are on in AI settings.
Rob (AI host): Step two: prompt for the deck, then refine it with follow-up messages and check the versions.
Dana (AI host): Step three: share it inside HubSpot first, so reviewers can Remix a copy.
Rob (AI host): Step four: click Save as PPTX for the version you'll present.
Dana (AI host): Manager's verdict: a real time saver for first drafts, as long as you treat chat as the editing tool and save the version you trust.
Rob (AI host): Save the version you trust.
