Living — Heaven on Earth is a gentle, grounded podcast of sacred practices for everyday life. Each episode invites listeners to embody spiritual truth through breath, presence, and simple rituals that turn ordinary moments into living prayer. Rooted in the Heaven on Earth book series, this show bridges inspiration and integration, guiding you to walk the path of unity, love, and remembrance — not as ideas to learn, but as a way of being to live.
Welcome. Wherever you are, feel the weight of your body, Feel the ground beneath you. Let your breath soften. Let your shoulders fall away from the day. Let this moment become a doorway.
Jeffrey Aylor:This is living, heaven on earth. Not a place to think about truth, but a place to walk it. Breathe it and become it. Let the earth hold you. Let the moment teach you.
Jeffrey Aylor:We begin here. Welcome to this sacred space. This is not a temple you enter. It is a temple you become.
Jeffrey Aylor:If you can, place one hand over your heart
Jeffrey Aylor:and one hand somewhere on your body that feels grounded.
Jeffrey Aylor:Your chest, your belly, your legs, your feet.
Jeffrey Aylor:Breathe in slowly. Breathe out gently. Feel yourself arriving, not into a room, but into your own presence. There is a longing that rises in the quiet places of the heart, a desire not just to be still, but to be met in the stillness, and the soul quietly asks, divine creator, how do I create a space where you can dwell with me in stillness and truth? Let that question rest inside you, and the divine presence within says, beloved vessel of light,
Jeffrey Aylor:I already dwell within you. You are the temple, the altar, the sacred ground.
Jeffrey Aylor:But when you prepare your space with love, you open your awareness to my presence. You do not make me come closer. You make yourself more able to feel what has always been here.
Jeffrey Aylor:To create sacred space is to declare with your body your breath, your environment, and your intention.
Jeffrey Aylor:This moment is holy. This space is not ordinary. This life is the place where God meets me. Let your body be your first temple. Wash it with
Jeffrey Aylor:reverence. Clothe it with simplicity.
Jeffrey Aylor:Sit, stand, or lie down with presence. Let your posture be prayer. Let your environment reflect your soul.
Jeffrey Aylor:It need not be ornate. Let it be clean, peaceful, intentional. Enhance the space with a candle, a stone, a flower, a bowl of water. Each object can become a portal when
Jeffrey Aylor:it is chosen with devotion, and let your intention be your compass. More than any incense, bell, or
Jeffrey Aylor:chant, it is your sincerity that prepares the way.
Jeffrey Aylor:Come to me with open hands. Come to me with a willing heart. Come to me as you are, and I will make the whole space holy. When you create space for me, you are not summoning a distant god. You are aligning with the truth that I have never left.
Jeffrey Aylor:Creating sacred space is a gesture of reverence. It is the quiet way you say to life, something beautiful and eternal is happening here. Whether you sit on a cushion in a quiet room, walk barefoot in the grass, or stand silently in a crowded kitchen, sacred space is less about the outer setting and more about the inner orientation.
Jeffrey Aylor:And yet,
Jeffrey Aylor:the outer space can support the inner space.
Jeffrey Aylor:When you prepare your body, tidy your surroundings,
Jeffrey Aylor:and hold a clear and focused intention, you send a
Jeffrey Aylor:message to yourself and to the divine. This time matters. This moment is set apart.
Jeffrey Aylor:In creating sacred space, you create a threshold
Jeffrey Aylor:between the ordinary and the holy, the distracted and the present, the fragmented and the whole.
Jeffrey Aylor:What you consecrate in stillness
Jeffrey Aylor:becomes what you carry into the world. A body treated with reverence
Jeffrey Aylor:moves through the world with gentleness. A space tended with care teaches you how to tend relationships.
Jeffrey Aylor:An intention held with clarity becomes the way you speak, the way you listen,
Jeffrey Aylor:the way you respond to pain and beauty alike. Every sacred space you create within yourself becomes a sanctuary for others,
Jeffrey Aylor:Sometimes without a word. Sometimes without being noticed.
Jeffrey Aylor:But pure presence has a fragrance, and the world senses it. Sit or stand in a place where you will not be disturbed. Take three deep breaths. Inhale slowly. Exhale fully.
Jeffrey Aylor:Again.
Jeffrey Aylor:Inhale. Exhale. And once more. Inhale. Exhale.
Jeffrey Aylor:As you breathe in, feel the breath entering not just your lungs, but your soul.
Jeffrey Aylor:As you breathe out,
Jeffrey Aylor:release any tension, any noise,
Jeffrey Aylor:any hurry from the body and mind. Now gently look around your space. Notice the light,
Jeffrey Aylor:the textures, the simplicity or the beauty.
Jeffrey Aylor:Let gratitude rise for the place that is holding you right now. Place your hands over your heart
Jeffrey Aylor:and say silently or aloud, this space is holy.
Jeffrey Aylor:This body is sacred. This moment is filled with divine presence. Visualize a soft light expanding around you, filling the space with peace. Breathe in that peace. Let it bless your body, your mind, your intention.
Jeffrey Aylor:Rest in that stillness for several breaths.
Jeffrey Aylor:And when you are ready, begin
Jeffrey Aylor:your next practice from this place of sacred awareness. I am a sacred vessel of the divine. My body, space, and intention are aligned with divine presence. Wherever I go, I carry the light of holiness with me. I prepare a space for true and holy communion, and the divine meets me there.
Jeffrey Aylor:Please repeat after
Jeffrey Aylor:me. Beloved presence,
Jeffrey Aylor:you are already here within me, But I prepare myself to meet you. Not because you are far, but because I long to be fully present. Let my body be an offering. Let my space be an altar. Let my heart be open and my spirit still.
Jeffrey Aylor:Sanctify this room. Sanctify this breath. Sanctify this moment. May this space be filled with your light. And may I be changed by being fully here with you.
Jeffrey Aylor:Om. Peace. Amen. Before you go, take this practice with you. Not as something you did, but as someone you are becoming.
Jeffrey Aylor:Walk gently,
Jeffrey Aylor:breathe consciously,
Jeffrey Aylor:touch the world as if it is listening. And when the human questions rise, when the journey feels tender, complex or real, meet me in the space between heaven and earth, where this path finds its human voice. And when the sky opens inside you again, return to awakening heaven on earth, where remembrance becomes revelation. This is not a series of podcasts. This is a way of being.
Jeffrey Aylor:Thank you for listening.
