Genecia Alluora: Hey, gorgeous. My name is Genecia Alluara and welcome back to this episode. Today I want to talk about stop overthinking and launch that business that you've always wanted to achieve. So you've got this great idea for some time now and you're thinking it's time to launch. You've tested it, you've planned for it and you are excited about the offer you have, but you feel you need to do a little bit more research, wait a little bit longer until you feel that you are ready. This is the feeling that keeps most aspiring female entrepreneurs and business owners stuck at the starting line. You have worked hard to plan for your business, but for some reason you don't feel quite ready to launch. Maybe your website is not 100% your liking, your social media is not getting a lot of likes and shares or maybe it's just some skills or experience that you feel you must obtain prior to launching.

Genecia Alluora: Now, whatever the case, you just do not feel comfortable moving ahead with your plans. Now, something I've learned from one of my mentors, James Wee is that everything can be done when you believe. Yes, I know this is not a good word, but you get the point. The thing is, if you wait till you feel hundred percent ready and for the time to be perfect, chances are you will never step up and launch. Sure, there are some jobs out there that requires you to feel 100% ready. Take, for example, you go for a surgery. But I'm thinking, that's not what you've been on the fence about, isn't it? You see, so many people are waiting and waiting and waiting, go round and round in circles, watching more videos on YouTube, attending more and more previews and courses. They see others who are more established than they are, and they feel that they cannot compete and feel unworthy.

Genecia Alluora: Keep in mind that these established people are just where you are at. They started with zero and worked their way up to their current position. Furthermore, there are people out there that are behind your knowledge level that will benefit from working with you versus someone more established. Remember, there is a market out there waiting for the unique gift that only you can offer. You are a soul rich woman having the soul that deserves to shine. That diamond within you, that deserves to shine. Because each and every one of us has a diamond within us and I can see that. However, you need to move past your comfort zone and take action. As you take action, you will always have the opportunity to correct and adjust as you go along.

Genecia Alluora: There will always be improvements, but you will never grow and develop if you stay standing on the starting line. Right? So it's time to stretch yourself and take the leap. Now, another thing my mentor always say. Is to start before you are ready. Because it's so important. There will always be something else. More than you feel that you must be better. You must master. You must take another certification, another qualification. Or another course that you need to take. Now, all these takes you away from executing your goals, taking action.

Genecia Alluora: Yes, I believe 100% in planning. But please, darling, don't hide behind that as a reason to play small, to make yourself the victim, or to feel like it's never time to start. Now there is a marketplace looking to have their needs met. And the only you and the diamond that's within you and your great business and the beautiful diamonds and gifts that you have can meet those amazing needs in the marketplace.
