No One Left Out Ministries Podcast, will involve Biblical teaching, community outreach information, interviews and live bible study.
Thank you very much. Welcome to the first episode of
Speaker 2:No One Left Out Ministry Podcast. In today's environment, with the availability of numerous forms of communication, which at times can be used as a source of misinformation, it has become necessary for the body of Christ to enter into the debate and to earnestly contend for the faith by presenting the truth of the gospel accurately. And we thank God for the opportunity that we can engage in this forum. God has given
Speaker 1:us the wisdom and the knowledge and understanding to utilize whatever medium is available to us. In light of this, I wanna consider what the apostle Paul stated in first Corinthians chapter two verses one to 16. And this is what it says. And I, when I came to you brothers, did not proclaim to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
Speaker 2:And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling.
Speaker 1:And my speech and my message were not implausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the spirit and of power so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Speaker 2:Yet among the mature, we do impart wisdom, although
Speaker 1:it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age who are doomed to pass away. But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.
Speaker 2:None of the rulers of this age understood this for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory, but as it is written, what not I have seen, nor ear heard, nor
Speaker 1:the heart of man imagine what God has prepared for those who love him. These things God has revealed to us through the spirit. For the spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him. So also
Speaker 2:no one comprehend the thoughts of God
Speaker 1:except the spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit who is from God that we might understand the things freely given to us by God. And we impart this in words, taught by human wisdom, but taught by the spirit, interpreting spiritual truth to those who are spiritual. The natural person does not accept the things of the spirit of God for they are faulty to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
Speaker 2:The spiritual person judgeth all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
Speaker 1:For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as instruct him, but we but we have the mind of Christ.
Speaker 2:I want you to consider these points from that passage of scripture that we read, and these are the major points to consider. The message of
Speaker 1:the gospel is Jesus Christ and him crucified. The message that we preach and the
Speaker 2:message that Paul wrote about very much in the gospel is Jesus Christ and him crucified. Paul would say, I don't
Speaker 1:wanna know anything among you other than Jesus and him crucified.
Speaker 2:Secondly, the gospel is a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. And it had been committed to his ministers to disseminate among the whole world. The gospel is God's secret hidden wisdom that you cannot find out by any human tenacity or human undertaking. It can only
Speaker 1:be found out by the spirit. Hidden wisdom. The world cannot receive it. It's not meant for the world to utilize for their own personal gain, their own personal fancy, but it is meant to reveal the true righteousness of God. Paul describes it as the wisdom of God.
Speaker 1:Paul described the gospel as the wisdom of God. He says it is a mysterious wisdom, a hidden wisdom unknown to the princes of the world, unknown to all the philosophers and the great minds of the world. He said it's an ancient wisdom ordained before the world for the glory of the saints.
Speaker 2:So
Speaker 1:the gospel, the message of the gospel is ordained by God from all eternity for the glory of the saints, or
Speaker 2:to bring his chosen, his elect to glory.
Speaker 1:They are brought out of darkness into the marvelous light. Only the gospel can bring you out of darkness. The darkness of this age. The sophisticated wisdom of man is falling before God. Also, the gospel far exceeds human capacity.
Speaker 1:It exceeds any human thinking, as I said, or tenacity, or the ability, the wisdom, the cunningness to decipher, to break down, to dispute, or to refute. Even though many people try to refute and dispute the gospel, they're not
Speaker 2:successful. The gospel is eternal in nature. It will continue forever. So as I said, you cannot search it out with any human capacity or tenacity. The gospel can only therefore be made known by the
Speaker 1:spirit of God. There's no other way that you can find out the gospel other than by the spirit of God.
Speaker 2:Because only the spirit of God can know the mind of God, And by knowing the
Speaker 1:things of God, impart those things to others.
Speaker 2:Paul made a statement. He says, only the spirit of a person knows what is in that person.
Speaker 1:Only a person knows what is in themselves by observation and by feeling and by knowledge and by self awareness. So only the spirit of God, the holy spirit can know the mind of God. He he only he knows the mind of God. Only he can search out things that are in line or according to God's will.
Speaker 2:And only he, the Holy Spirit, can impart this truth to others.
Speaker 1:Seeing that the gospel can only be made known by the spirit, it must be delivered not in words of human wisdom, but in words of the holy spirit
Speaker 2:and his knowledge and his wisdom and his impartation. Only the holy spirit can impart that truth
Speaker 1:using words, using ideas that conform to the will of God, to the mind of God. And the thing about it is that the believer, when he comes to Christ, he has the mind of Christ. Because Christ is the wisdom of God. He is the embodiment of all the treasuries of divine wisdom. Everything that God is is embodied in Christ.
Speaker 1:And the scripture says that we have the mind of Christ. When you come to God, the holy spirit imparts truth. He impart wisdom and knowledge, and you are able to understand and and conform to the things of God. So the message of the gospel which the spirit reveals cannot be known and received by the natural man.
Speaker 2:The natural man does not receive
Speaker 1:the things of God. God, they are spiritually discerned. The natural man cannot capture the knowledge and wisdom that comes from God with his own
Speaker 2:mind, with his own ability. You need
Speaker 1:the mind of Christ. You need a mind that have been renewed, have been regenerated, that have been set free from the power and the bondage of sin. So the message of the gospel, which the spirit reveals cannot be known and received by the natural man who cannot discern or
Speaker 2:understand them and therefore does not value or appreciate them. That's what Paul says in verse 14, The wicked person, the ungodly person, the corrupting mind does not appreciate things of God. He does not value them. They are not something to be considered by them,
Speaker 1:but to the believer, to the one that is enlightened by the spirit of God, the word of God is a treasure. It is, as David would say, a lamp onto our feet and a light onto our pathway. Hence, the message of the gospel can only be received can only be received, judged, and approved by a spiritual person. Can only be
Speaker 2:received, judged for its veracity,
Speaker 1:for its truthfulness, for its ability.
Speaker 2:Approve mean to accept, to acknowledge, to operate in by a spiritual person. Who are spiritual persons who
Speaker 1:are able to compare the gospel message with spiritual truth and arrive at the right interpretation. The analogy of scripture is this, to compare scripture with scripture so that you can arrive at the correct conclusion or the correct interpretation.
Speaker 2:So the holy spirit gives you the ability to tell the word
Speaker 1:of God and compare it with spiritual thing or take spiritual things and compare it to the word of God and to see if they align up. If there's not any cooperation, if there's not any synchronization, then something is off. And chances are it's your understanding of the word of God. The word of God is never wrong. If there's any error is in the person's understanding or any deliberation or any deliverance of that message to the person in the first place.
Speaker 1:Also, we wanna
Speaker 2:consider second Corinthians chapter two verses 15 to 17 in this discourse. Paul made this statement. He says, but thanks be to God
Speaker 1:who always lead us in triumph in Christ. But thanks be to God who always lead
Speaker 2:us in triumph in Christ, and through us spread and make evident everywhere the sweet fragrance of the knowledge of him, and through us and through the minister and through the preacher and through the teacher make evident or present proof everywhere the sweet fragrance of the noise of in, the sweet
Speaker 1:fragrance of Christ. For we are the sweet fragrance of Christ, which ascends to God, discernible both
Speaker 2:among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. The minister, the teacher, the preacher is the sweet fragrance of Christ, which ascends to God, upwards to God. And he and he says discernible
Speaker 1:both among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.
Speaker 2:To the latter one, an aroma from death to death, a fatal offensive order, but to the other, an aroma of life, from life to life, to the other,
Speaker 1:an aroma of life to life, A vital fragrance living in fresh, and who is adequate and sufficiently qualified for these things. Who is adequately adequately? Who is sufficient? Who is qualified for these things? Who is the one that can preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in themselves?
Speaker 1:And if you look at yourself, you know you cannot. Because as I said, it's the message of God. It's the wisdom of God. It's the power of God. It is the holy spirit that must give you the ability and the and the anointing to disseminate and preach the word of God.
Speaker 1:Paul says this in verse 17, for we are not like many, we are not like many, acting like merchants peddling God's word, shortchanging, and adulterating God's message. But from pure, uncompromised motive, as commissioner sent from God, we speak his message in Christ in the sight of God. We're not like a mercenary
Speaker 2:propagating and preaching the word of God for
Speaker 1:our own personal gain, for
Speaker 2:our own monetary gain. That is not the reason why we speak the word of truth.
Speaker 1:We speak the word of God uncompromisingly. We speak the word of God sincerely. We speak the word
Speaker 2:of God honestly because we are commissioned and sent by God. Because if we
Speaker 1:do not speak the word of truth uncompromisingly, it will not and it cannot be a sweet smelling savior of Christ ascending to God. Sending the gospel
Speaker 2:is the wisdom of God and the power of God to be disseminated into a wicked and evil world by ministers who God's spirit made sufficient for the task. He caused them to triumph over wicked men, devils, sin, Satan, and
Speaker 1:the world in Christ or through the message of Christ. So since the gospel of Christ is to be disseminated in the world, and we are confronted by evil people, we are confronted by sin, we are confronted by devils, we are confronted by demons, We're confronted by Satan himself. In order to triumph, in order to be successful,
Speaker 2:God energizes us. He gives us the power and the ability to achieve that goal. Paul defines the gospel as the sweet fragrance of the knowledge of him.
Speaker 1:Paul defines the gospel as the sweet
Speaker 2:smelling savior of Christ in the world. Sweet smelling fragrance of the knowledge of God through Christ in the world. Whenever we preach Christ and him crucified, we're also imparting and revealing
Speaker 1:the knowledge about God because Christ came into the world to save sinners, but he came into the world to make the father known. He came into the world to reveal the truth about the father, to defend the father's honor, to defend the father's glory. Further, Paul described the minister as one who is the sweet fragrance of Christ with a sense to God. So let me preach the gospel, a sweet savior of Christ ascends to God. And it says, among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.
Speaker 1:So we see there are two types of people in the world, those that are being saved, and those that are perishing. Now the word of God says that if you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you shall be saved. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Now when we look at salvation, it can be stated in
Speaker 2:three ways, and they are all true. They are all
Speaker 1:true at the same time. We were saved. We are being saved, and we will be saved among those who are being saved. See that word being? It's present tense.
Speaker 1:But it has a connotation of something that happened in the past. Something that happened, but is continuing to happen at the moment. So we were saved, but at the same time, we are being saved. We are being saved from the corruption that's in
Speaker 2:the world through lust. We are being saved from things that will cause us to fall back and turn away from the truth of God. We are being saved from from the misinformation and evil and wickedness in the world. Not that the minister of the gospel are sowing themselves. We are not sufficient for this ministry in ourselves.
Speaker 2:Even though we are the sweet triggers of Christ in the world, we are not so in ourselves,
Speaker 1:but we are made so by the spirit of grace that is in us. The spirit of grace,
Speaker 2:the holy spirit that dwells in us. And we are able to preach and teach and comfort others. We're able to preach and teach others, other believers. This type of ministering is comparable to fragrance and sweet smelling ointments. Therefore, the minister is said to be a sweet savior of Christ because they have the gift of the holy spirit, the gift of the holy spirit.
Speaker 2:They have grace and truth, and they have the glorious message of Christ
Speaker 1:as their teaching, as the focal point of their teaching. Note note this important fact. Consider this important fact. The blood of Christ, his righteousness, his obedience, his perfect sacrifice is a sweet smelling savior to God the father, and to believe in particular. If you believe, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you shall be saved.
Speaker 1:If you believe, when you hear the gospel, when you hear the message of Christ, is
Speaker 2:sweet to your ears. It's like sweeter than honey, sweeter than the honey that is in the honeycomb.
Speaker 1:Because it inspires you. It motivates you. It gives you joy. It gives you peace. It gives you hope.
Speaker 1:There are two types of people,
Speaker 2:as I said, one that is being saved, and another class of people that are perishing.
Speaker 1:Those that are being saved
Speaker 2:can be defined in this way,
Speaker 1:as those whom God chose in Christ to receive salvation before the foundation of the world.
Speaker 2:Election choosing predestination is the first step.
Speaker 1:For whom Christ died, those of us that are being saved can be classified as for those whom Christ died or for whom Christ died and paid the penny for for their sins.
Speaker 2:Paid a penny for our sins. It can also refer to,
Speaker 1:because it's quite as those to whom the sacrificial work of Christ is applied by the holy spirit, Who are heirs of God and giant heirs of Christ. Who are being kept by the power of the holy spirit until the day of redemption or until the day of full redemption. Who will be glorified and shall live and reign with Christ in the heavenly spirit? To them, the message is a sweet savior.
Speaker 2:See? So there are many benefits of being a child
Speaker 1:of God. Now let's consider Ephesians chapter two
Speaker 2:verse three to 14. We can look
Speaker 1:at Ephesians chapter two verse three to 14. Among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature, threatened of wrath like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy because of the great love with which he love us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ. By grace, you have been saved and raised us up with him and seated us with him in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. So that in the ages that come, he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace and kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.
Speaker 1:For by grace, you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing. It is the gift of God. Not of works so that no man may boast, for we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Speaker 2:Therefore, remember that at one time, you genders in your flesh called circumcision by what is called a circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands. Remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenant of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world.
Speaker 1:But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were afar off have been
Speaker 2:brought near by the blood of Christ.
Speaker 1:For he himself is our peace, who have made us both one
Speaker 2:and have broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility by abolishing the laws, the law of commandments expressed in ordinances that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two. So making peace. I might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby
Speaker 1:killing the hostility. And he came here to preach peace to you who are far off and peace to those who are near for through him, we both have access in
Speaker 2:one spirit to the father. So we're gonna stop there.
Speaker 1:So we see that Christ came into the world to die for our sins,
Speaker 2:and we have been brought near to the father by this work that Christ achieved, accomplished on Calvary.
Speaker 1:So so when we hear the gospel, it is a scent, a sweet smelly savor, a sweet smelly aroma. It is joy, as I said to our hearts.
Speaker 2:I mentioned that there are two persons of people, those that are being saved and those that are perishing.
Speaker 1:But what about the ones that are perishing? Is a realm of death,
Speaker 2:of death unto death, or simply stated, those that are pointed to death, And Paul described the law when it
Speaker 1:was given to Israel as a ministration of death. So so is the gospel when they preach and the unbeliever doesn't pay attention. He doesn't listen. He doesn't take heed. It becomes a ministration of death.
Speaker 2:Those of us that repent
Speaker 1:and believe Christ,
Speaker 2:believe in the message of the cross, believe the words of Christ shall never perish but shall receive eternal life. But those who do not repent will perish in their sins and because of their sins. The savior will abandon them to God's wrath
Speaker 1:and eternal damnation. That is why it is classified as a ministration of death and a rumor of death unto death, but those of us that are being saved, it is a rumor of life unto life. To the living, to the one who is born again, to the one quickened to life by the Holy Spirit, to the one justified by faith, to the one reconciled back to God, it is a sweet smelling savor. It's a sweet smelling aroma. The gospel, the message of the gospel is a sweet smelling aroma, pleasing, pleasing, and acceptable to God.
Speaker 2:Now Paul made this statement in
Speaker 1:Romans chapter one verse sixteen and seventeen. He says this about the gospel. He said, I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. To everyone who believes, the gospel is the
Speaker 2:power of God to save them. He says to the Jew first and also to the Greek or to the Gentile. He says, for in it,
Speaker 1:in the gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, the righteous or the just shall live by faith. That is the only way that
Speaker 2:the just can live. He must live by faith. We live by faith in the son of God who love us and gave himself for us.
Speaker 1:The life that I now live in the flesh, I live by the grace of the son of God who loved me, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Speaker 2:Further, Jesus said in Mark chapter one verse 15, the
Speaker 1:time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God is at hand. He said repent, repent and believe the gospel. The only way that you can get into the kingdom of God, the only way that you can receive eternal life is to believe the gospel. You must repent. Must turn away from your wicked ways.
Speaker 1:You must acknowledge that you
Speaker 2:are a sinner. You must turn away from your sin and repent by repenting, but you must believe. Believe the gospel. Those that believe shall not be condemned, but if you do not believe, you shall be condemned. In fact,
Speaker 1:you are condemned if you are
Speaker 2:not in a state of believing.
Speaker 1:The apostle Peter in second Peter chapter one verse 16 to 21 made a statement. For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our lord Jesus Christ, but were witnesses of his majesty. So the gospel is not cunning devised fables. What we are preaching, what we are making known. Even further in verse seventeen, second Peter chapter one verse 17,
Speaker 2:for he received from God, the father, honor and glory when
Speaker 1:such a voice came to him from the exit of glory. This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased.
Speaker 2:Christ received honor and glory from the father because he came on a mission. He came to do the will of God. As I say, he
Speaker 1:came to reveal Christ. He came to die. He came to buy back those of us that were lost to sing. Verse 18 says this, and we heard his voice, which came from heaven when we were with him on the holy mount. And so we had the prophetic word confirmed.
Speaker 1:We had the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shine, that shines in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. We have a word of God that is sure, the prophetic word of God is sure. It have been confirmed. It have been tested. It have been proven to be truth.
Speaker 1:Knowing this, know this, you must know this. This is a fact that no prophecy of scripture is of any private interpretation. For our prophecies never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the holy spirit. We do not interpret this scripture or this message of the truth of God from our own tenacity, our own wisdom, Peter says that no prophecy ever came by the will of man. There was no man that decided and determined to speak God's word of himself by his will, by his own doing, by his own understanding.
Speaker 1:But he says, holy men, righteous men of God spoke as they were moved, as they were propelled, as they were carried along by the holy spirit. Now this is what we wanna affirm. We here at No One Life Out Ministries
Speaker 2:are then committed to propagate, to teach, and preach
Speaker 1:the gospel as it was given to the saints of old. We here at No One Left Out
Speaker 2:ministries. We are committed to preach and teach the word of truth, faithfully, consistently, as the holy spirit gives us utterance.
Speaker 1:We are mindful of what Paul stated in second communion chapter five verses 17 through 20. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away.
Speaker 2:Behold, the new has come.
Speaker 1:All this is from God who through Christ reconciled us
Speaker 2:to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.
Speaker 1:I read earlier who is sufficient for these things. We think that we are sufficient for these things because it is god. It is god that have give us the ministry of reconciliation, and this is what we confirm, and this is what we affirm that is in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their atrocities against them and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. God has entrusted to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ.
Speaker 1:We are Christ's ambassadors. God making his appeal to us. We implore you on Christ's behalf to be reconciled to God. Since we are God's ambassador, since we are Christ's ambassadors, since God have committed unto us this ministry of reconciliation, we are appealing to you that will hear, that will tune in, that will listen to what we are seeing, be reconciled to God. We implore you.
Speaker 1:We beseech you on Christ's behalf. Be reconciled to God because we are speaking in the place of Christ. We are not making ourselves more than Christ, but we are speaking the word of truth as it is given or as it is committed or as it is laid upon our heart by the holy spirit. As Christ ambassadors, we teach and preach that a person can only be saved and delivered from the power of sin by God's grace alone through faith alone to the prayers of God's glory alone. The message of the gospel of faith is the it is a simple message.
Speaker 1:This is what we're
Speaker 2:gonna tell you. This is what we're gonna say to you. The word is near you. It's in your mouth and in your heart. That is the
Speaker 1:word of faith that we proclaim.
Speaker 2:Because if a person confesses with their mouth that Jesus is lord and believe that god raised him him Jesus from the dead, they will be saved.
Speaker 1:For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. If you believe that God raised Jesus from the dead,
Speaker 2:and you confess with your mouth this fact, you will be saved. For the scripture says, everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame. For there
Speaker 1:is no distinction between Jew and Greek. For the same lord is lord of all. Bestow his riches on all who call upon him. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be saved. But you must believe in your heart that God the father raised Jesus from
Speaker 2:the dead, and you must confess with your mouth this fact, you will be saved.
Speaker 1:Because with the heart with the heart, man believes on the righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made on the salvation. You can only confess what is in your heart, so you must believe first. You must believe first in your heart, and then openly confess your belief that Jesus is Lord, that Jesus died for your sin, that God raised him from the dead so that he can bring his justification to you. Christ was offered up for our offenses, but he was raised from the dead for our justification. Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Speaker 1:We preach the gospel to everyone. Whosoever will may come. Not everyone that hears the gospel will respond, but we don't know who. Whosoever will may come. Whosoever have ears to hear, let them hear.
Speaker 1:Whosoever have eyes to see, let them see.
Speaker 2:So we preach the gospel to everyone in the belief that those that God chose, elected, promised to deliver and save, he will do it. It is not us. It's not
Speaker 1:in our hands. We are convinced of this because god shows no partiality to anyone with respect to their origin, their race, their status, or their achievements. But in every nation, anyone who fears the lord, anyone who fears god, anyone who fears him, and does what is right, and does what is good and right and righteous in his sight will be acceptable to him. Revelation chapter 22 verse twenty and twenty one says this,
Speaker 2:he who testify to these things say, surely I am coming soon. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. Verse 17, Revelation chapter 22 verse 70 says this, the spirit and the bride say come, and let let the one who hears come. If you hear, come.
Speaker 2:And let the one who is thirsty come. Let the
Speaker 1:one who desires take the water of life freely or without price. So today, we are admonishing you. We are we are God's ambassadors. We're imploring you. We're beseeching you that we reconciled to God.
Speaker 1:The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and love of God be with you until you meet again. Hopefully, you will tune into our broadcast on a weekly basis. We endeavor to
Speaker 2:put information on our
Speaker 1:platform. Hopefully, we will be a blessing to you. My name is mister Ernest Wheat. Until we meet again, shalom. God bless you.
