What is The Choosing Ease Podcast?

Most coaches and experts who have been teaching and coaching for a while, who have great results with their clients, and now wanna up level their business and grow to those 100 k years and really want to create more spaciousness, be able to scale, create more impact, spread their message. They think that they need to start with a website, maybe an an upleveled website with branding, with creating their course behind the scenes before they sell it, maybe even creating a funnel. Maybe they think that they need to create business cards, a logo or anything like that. But this belief, the belief that you need to start with your marketing assets, I see this as one of the biggest myths in the coaching industry. And quite frankly, there is a lot of courses out there that you can buy that say like, create this launch.

Relinde:

Even now create, like, a 5 day challenge with AI and sell out your course, and it is just not true. And I wanna talk about it because it hurts my brain and my heart, quite frankly. I do understand why if you are in this phase, why you might think that you need a website in order to maybe you're like, I wanna raise my prices, so let me, you know, be really professional and put a website together so that people actually see my value or something like that. I understand it. I also understand it because you see coaches out there in your industry and and people that are super successful in the online space, and they may have 6 7 figure launches and years.

Relinde:

And they have beautiful websites, and they have funnels, and they have all the fancy stuff. So you're like, you know what? If I just mimic that, if there's I just make it look really good, then people for sure are gonna really take me seriously. And if you are, like, ambitious and a high achiever, you want to follow the best in the industry and be using the best strategies to grow your business too. I totally get that.

Relinde:

But let me ask you, is it really that you make just a pretty website and put it out there on the interwebs and that people come and buy or that if you just create a freebie and you put it out there somewhere, you put it on your Instagram that all these people just come download it and, like, sign up for everything. Is that really how it works? Is that how you've come across people? I think if that would be the case, it would be just so easy. You know, you could just whip up a website in a weekend and, you know, indeed have it written by AI and then become a millionaire.

Relinde:

And we all know that that is just not true. It honestly hurts me to see so many well intended, talented coaches and experts get so stuck in this trap. They spend their time and their money on creating courses. If I look back, I see myself buying courses like how to create a webinar, you know, and I did all the things and I spent all the money, but it didn't give me the results that I wanted. They buy the software and it's not only that, you know, you invest in these things and you're not getting the results.

Relinde:

You also spend the time, maybe even a year. I speak to people like I've been trying this for 3 years, you know, that's a lot of time where you could have got a lot of growth and a lot of profit and a lot of, like, discoveries if you would have known where to start instead. I'm gonna talk about that today. So really, it is not about those things not working because I do, you know, believe in websites and launches and funnels and challenges and free master classes and all the things and Facebook ads and Instagram ads and all the things. I really believe in that.

Relinde:

It's what I teach. It's what I do. It's what I get my clients great successes with. But not before you do a couple of things first. And I'm gonna share with you today what those things are.

Relinde:

So again, I'm not saying do not do those things. I'm saying do them in the right time for you, and you need to be able to assess where am I at? One more thing that I find really painful. What I see is that people don't notice. And there's a lot of people out there, as I said, like selling, just do it yourself courses that teach you how to build a website and how to create a launch, like all these things.

Relinde:

And people don't know that that is not the right thing to start. They put all their time, their money in it. And then it doesn't only cost them time and money, but it costs them their beliefs because they're gonna think, you know what? I tried it so many times and it isn't really working for me. So you see, this stuff isn't working.

Relinde:

And that is what hurts me most. It can even get the coaching industry, you know, the business coaching, online business coaching industry, a bad rep because it's like these people are teaching these things well as all BS. And the thing is, it's not BS Again, it's just about timing and spacing. As they say in Kung Fu, you might not know that about me, but I did Kung Fu practice for a while. And it's all about timing and spacing.

Relinde:

Right? If you do the wrong thing at a wrong time, you get hit. And if you do the right thing at the right time, you win the battle in kung fu analogy. So it's really about that. And, again, not a lot of people talk about that.

Relinde:

Also, of course, because it's great business to sell, like, here's my course on, like, how to create a 5 figure launch, a 6 figure launch, a 7 figure launch, whatever. And, and there's nothing wrong with that. And I'm sure it works for some people, but for a lot of people it doesn't. And here is why. So let's look at it.

Relinde:

If the website and the launch and the funnel and all the shiny objects, aren't the key to start when you want to scale up your business, really work to to 6 figure years and over time, 6 figure months. Right? Why is that not the place to start? If, as I also say, those things do work. So what is it?

Relinde:

Here's the thing. Before you do all these things, you need to have 3 things in place, and I'm going to share them with you. The first one is what I call an embodied message. Now, why do I say embodied message? It is a message that you share with the world that comes from a really deep place.

Relinde:

You might have sometimes heard me talk about the one thing underneath it all. The one thing is not your, like, one niche or one topic. The one thing is a deeper spiritual energetic knowing for you. This is what I really do. This is my deeper why.

Relinde:

This is what I'm here to change in the world on a big, yeah, energetic level. And then if you know that, and then, you know, the exact language that you need to speak to, what is that transformation that you are creating for your client? What is that really specific thing that you can shift for them in your one and unique way with your signature method or process, then you have an embodied message. This is the very first thing I start on with almost all my clients. Some clients already have that.

Relinde:

We can move on to other phases because there's 3 more phases, 2 more phases after this. But this one is so important. Once you have it, it feels very simple. It feels very easy. And this is the thing, what you see in those other people out there where you might compare yourself with.

Relinde:

You're like, how is it possible? They just do all these things and it's so successful. It's because they nailed their embodied message. And that is the part to start with. My first 6 figure year started here.

Relinde:

So before I was trying and trying and trying, I was still my same me. I had all like my skills already that I still have and all my years years of experience and all the things that I teach, but I didn't have that embodied message. And that way, why I was like 20 ks a year if I was lucky doing all kind of different random things and nobody saw me as an expert. When I nailed this embodied message, that was when people started to really see, oh, wow, this is what I need. They started to reach out to me, like, how can you help me with this?

Relinde:

They enrolled into my higher value programs, and I hit 6 figures in the 1st year and have them gone backwards from that, you know, only onwards and upwards from there. So that is the first thing you need, your embodied message. That first point, that embodied message is part of the first pillar of my method, the leveraged expertise method, which I exactly developed for multi skilled coaches and expert to leverage their unique one and only expertise and really create a business that feel easeful and flowing and makes tons of impact and profit. So that first pillar embodied message is part of the pillar positioning. This is where you start to position yourself.

Relinde:

The second thing what you really need is to create some leverage. Create some leverage in your business. What does that mean? Leverage means in essence, work smarter, not harder. Right?

Relinde:

You really want to look for ways that you can grow and scale in your business without overwhelming and working harder because that's what may, you know, lots of people do, but that's not the thing that I want you to do here. So how do you create leverage? There's multiple things that I teach underneath this pillar. But the one thing that I wanted to talk about today is creating your high value offer. If you have a small audience, if you don't have tens and thousands of people on your list, if you don't have huge, and, and, you know, somebody who is investing in you is giving you money for advertisement and all those things.

Relinde:

And you can afford to, like, just spend and spend without making tons of money just back. The really, the most powerful thing you can do in your business is to create a high value offer that can be 1 on 1. My favorite is a high value evergreen group scope coaching program that gives you most freedom and leverage, but it really is different. I work with different clients, but always we add to their offer suite, a high value offer. Now you can ask what is a high value offer?

Relinde:

First of all, it is an offer for clients that are really looking for deep transformation. And if you're anything like me, and this is also what a lot of my clients like, is they like to go deep. They're like, I'm doing the deep spiritual work with people. I'm doing the really deep transformational work with people. This is not fluff.

Relinde:

This is not just something. Something is really profound work. So you want to have some time and space to work with your people, right? And you want to give them your full attention. You want to give them the best €2,000 or dollars and upwards.

Relinde:

€2,000 or dollars and upwards. It is very personal. You can have a offer that is over 10 ks. I mean, I've seen people out there saying only a 100 ks offer is high end. I mean, for me, high end starts at that 2 k mark.

Relinde:

And then from there, you start, you know, going up in your pricing, whatever you want. But you create an offer that has really high value for your audience. Now what you do now, you might go back to the thing where we started as, like, oh, if I want to sell to that price, if I wanna sell something for 5,000, 7,000, 10,000, 15,000, whatever it is for you, I'd better have a really good and shiny website. And that is not the case. I mean, honestly, if you have that response, it is just, more of a deep inner limiting belief in you that is, like, I'm not good enough to just ask that money just like this.

Relinde:

You know? Because really you don't need anything. You need you. You need your embodied message, and you need that beautiful offer where people say, oh my gosh. If you can help me get that thing that you told me that you can get me, that is what I'm happy to pay that money for.

Relinde:

And then it is you rewiring your nervous system and training yourself, your brain, and and your whole inner subconscious mind that you can receive that kind of money and that it is the way to start to create more profit and spaciousness in your business, wherefore you can grow your business more, wherefore you can create more impact and be more of service to the world. Right? So that high value offer is key. Again, it can look like many different things. If you already have a big audience, a high value offer maybe isn't necessarily what is needed.

Relinde:

You can sell something for 500 to many people. That is absolutely possible too. But I would say adding a high value offer to your offer speed is for 99 percent of the coaches and experts that I work with. Definitely a good way to go. Now, why am I saying create a offer after you've created your messaging?

Relinde:

Create that offer, and sell it without doing all the other things. You're like, I now know my message. I can still first make a website. So I feel confident in selling that offer. And I'm like, no.

Relinde:

No. No. Because selling that offer is going to actually give you proof of concept because we can create the message. And you're like, okay, we're testing the message out there. You're getting response to your message.

Relinde:

You're getting people asking you, how can I work with you? You're having all that. That means your message is really nail time. Now you're creating, you wanna sell them, and then you can say, let me, you know, would people buy this thing? You only know that when you actually go out there to all in all the right ways.

Relinde:

Yeah. There's definitely steps to this that I don't have time afford to go over exactly right now. But you go and you sell that offer. Then you have proof of concept. You're like, I have this offer.

Relinde:

I think this is my message. They come together and yes, yes. Okay. I'm getting good vibes here because people are saying they're borrowing me money and I'm working with them and they are happy and I am happy and everything works out. Now you have something to go, you know, this is like your foundation.

Relinde:

I even have to stop people here first because I can get people here quite quickly. Even if they have, you know, only sold things for €50 before I get my clients to sell 2,000 plus euro packages, not packages actually, programs. I get my clients to sell 2,000 plus online programs or offline programs and work with our clients in deep ways. And then something happens again in their minds and they say, oh my gosh, I just did that 3 times in 1 month. I made for the first time, I made €9,000 in 1 month, but that was it.

Relinde:

This is the end. I can never do that again. That is again an upper limit or a limiting belief coming up, which is so interesting. And it's actually not true. I see this as the biggest thing.

Relinde:

Again, I've I've gotten so, like, specific on how to teach coaches and experts, multi skilled coaches and experts to do this, that I get really quick results with people doing this. And then we really have to celebrate this. If you have done this, if this has already worked for you, you are in a great place because you have now validated your ideas, and now you are getting ready for those most fancy things. Right? So the fur next step, what I would take you to do is to create a free conversion event.

Relinde:

Honestly, I'm still not super bothered about a website. I'd love you to have a website. It'd be great. I think you can create it from this point on. But the next thing that I would have you create is a free conversion event, such as a master class or a challenge.

Relinde:

And I'd say, like, let's go launch it. We have an idea what to do. This could be with some paid traffic. It could be with organic traffic, depending on what you prefer. But now you're gonna fill up a free event and get, you know, at least a 100 to 400 people signed up for that free event, teach it to them, and then sell your offer to more people.

Relinde:

Depending on your offer, you would sell that by sending people to a page. Most probably, you are actually inviting them in a conversation with you in a free, breakthrough call or something like that, and you will offer them to work with you if they are a good fit. Now that is next level. Those people don't know you so well. They weren't already warm in your inner circles as those first people.

Relinde:

But now if they say yes, oh, this is amazing because now, you know, you know what? If I continue to put myself out there to build my email list, to create free events or have ultimately a evergreen funnel build up that continuously books people into my sales call schedule, then, you know, you can continue selling this. It is really that simple. You have cracked the code. The you have cracked the key in the lock.

Relinde:

How do you say it? You have found the right key for the lock. This is it from here onwards and upwards. Now you can choose a strategy. Don't choose 6 strategies.

Relinde:

We're gonna get a bit overwhelmed. But you're gonna say, you know what? I'm gonna continue doing my master class every single month, or I'm gonna really do challenges, or I'm gonna do this, and I'm gonna continuously speak and invite people into my world and have them take that next step. And I'm gonna build out that messaging in all everything I do. I'm gonna make sure that I really have super strong messaging in my emails, in my videos, in my podcast, in my in my live streams, in my free events, everything that you do so that you consistently have people coming to you who want to snap up that amazing offer.

Relinde:

Depending on where you were at already, I have people that now, you know, mainly focus on their high value offer and then start to create a down sell. I have people with bigger audiences who right away fill up like a bit lower end group coaching programs or anything like that. This is really specific to your specific situation and also what you love doing. But from here, you have a really good, a really good foundation to hit that 6 figure multiple, 6 figure mark very soon. And it will build a business that can grow to 7 figures, and beyond.

Relinde:

So what is so good to see is that now those marketing efforts are going to pay off huge cheap. Right? You're doing the multiple launches a year or one launch a year and a beautiful funnel that you've built. You are going to get people continuously asking to work with you. And this is not only giving you the money to grow, the money to reinvest in your business, the money to save up in your accounts, to hire those roles that you really wanted to hire out, but it's also really going to build your confidence.

Relinde:

You start to see that you can do something, that you that you have the tools and how you need to do this. What is the psychology behind that? Like, how you really communicate the value that you truly have and call in those exact people that need what you have and work with these meant to be clients. So you are going to really step in that next level leader that you are meant to be. That is the vision that I have for you.

Relinde:

So my question is, if you hear all of this, what would you rather do? Would you just do lots of trial and error and maybe go with that First inkling that is like, but first, but still, I still want to website first. I still want to do all these things first and, or try things on my own and, and start, you know, doing those strategies that are actually not quite embodied just yet for you. So would you bother work really hard and try to, I would say almost hide behind these fancy strategies, websites, all the things that you think you need to do. And quite frankly, lose some time and be frustrated.

Relinde:

Or would you rather just face it and strip yourself from all those things that give you fake confidence and fake success and really hone into that thing that really gets you success and doing the embodiment work, the work that creates resonance in your message so that you already start to make sales in a short amount of time and that you create a foundation that will allow you to launch success successfully from the first launch that you do. So that you can build a business that is not only profitable, but that makes tons of impact that really feels like you are doing your life's work and that you're being known that you're known for it and that that you're really changing people's lives and in a really beautiful, authentic, and integral way, creating abundance and freedom for yourself and for your family.
