Caleb Cole
Caleb, a Sacramento native, grew up in a pastor’s home and is a third generation minister. At the age of 12, after one of his grandfather’s sermons, he felt a call from God to be a pastor. What is Men of Faith?

Men of Faith is a Christian podcast dedicated to calling men up and not out.

Hosted by Caleb Cole, each episode equips men to follow Jesus with conviction, character, and consistency—at home, at work, and in every season of life. Through honest conversations and practical biblical wisdom, Men of Faith tackles real issues like leadership, fatherhood, identity, marriage, discipline, spiritual growth, and navigating culture without compromise. This is a podcast for men who want more than inspiration—they want transformation.

00;00;00;00 - 00;00;02;07
As a young leader, you know, idealistic.

00;00;02;07 - 00;00;03;16
I thought he was going to blow up.

00;00;03;16 - 00;00;06;16
You know, I was going to be like
a ton of thousands of people right away.

00;00;06;19 - 00;00;08;25
Yeah. And it was going to be
just going to blow up.

00;00;08;25 - 00;00;10;12
And we're going to track a ton of crazy.

00;00;10;12 - 00;00;12;15
There wasn't all that kind of stuff.

00;00;12;15 - 00;00;16;02
And the reality that that was not
the story, you know, the story was like

00;00;16;09 - 00;00;19;03
I would, most of my Sundays,

00;00;19;03 - 00;00;22;03
I will preach to probably 30, 35 people.

00;00;22;11 - 00;00;24;16
If it was 50, it was revival for me.

00;00;24;16 - 00;00;27;13
If it was 60, forget about it.
On an Easter Sunday we went off.

00;00;27;13 - 00;00;29;11
It was like, wow, this is crazy.

00;00;29;11 - 00;00;30;17
P&G displays.

00;00;30;17 - 00;00;33;18
You're listening to men of Faith,
the podcast

00;00;33;18 - 00;00;36;18
dedicated to calling men up and not out.

00;00;37;08 - 00;00;40;16
Join me
as we live a life dedicated to our God.

00;00;49;11 - 00;00;51;23
Welcome back to the men of Faith podcast.

00;00;51;23 - 00;00;53;21
I'm your host, Caleb Cole.

00;00;53;21 - 00;00;57;08
So glad you came to hang out
with us today.

00;00;57;08 - 00;01;00;07
And I've got a guest here
who's not really a guest anymore

00;01;00;07 - 00;01;04;17
because he's been on a few times,
but this is Antonio Reyes.

00;01;04;17 - 00;01;07;02
Everybody make some noise
wherever you're at.

00;01;07;02 - 00;01;09;15
Yeah, for the man. What up? Antonio?

00;01;09;15 - 00;01;12;05
What up? What up? I'm good, I'm good.
Welcome back.

00;01;12;05 - 00;01;13;01
Thank you. Sir.

00;01;13;01 - 00;01;15;05
So glad to have you on.
And you're looking good.

00;01;15;05 - 00;01;18;24
I was I was questioning if I was going
to get back into the manhood podcast,

00;01;19;17 - 00;01;20;11
but I'm here.

00;01;20;11 - 00;01;21;22
Thank you for your back, bro.

00;01;21;22 - 00;01;24;22
Thank you. Back like you never left. Hey.

00;01;25;01 - 00;01;27;06
Well, hey,
we want to have a conversation today

00;01;27;06 - 00;01;31;04
around this idea of opportunity. Yes.

00;01;31;04 - 00;01;34;13
And really, the favor of God is
I think that as men.

00;01;34;13 - 00;01;37;06
Right. We're always looking
for more opportunities.

00;01;37;06 - 00;01;40;11
We're looking for favor,
that come up right?

00;01;40;11 - 00;01;42;05
That next open door.

00;01;42;05 - 00;01;44;08
But what is it?

00;01;44;08 - 00;01;47;19
I think in us that would allow

00;01;47;19 - 00;01;51;29
another leader to elevate us
or to trust us, but then also,

00;01;52;07 - 00;01;57;06
what is it in us
that God would trust us with more?

00;01;57;20 - 00;02;01;20
Because ultimately, I do think
that God will elevate certain people.

00;02;02;06 - 00;02;05;17
And, he'll also sometimes
humble certain people.

00;02;06;03 - 00;02;08;13
But I've seen the favor that people get.

00;02;08;13 - 00;02;11;18
A lot of times they're not ready for it,
and then they crash and burn.

00;02;12;07 - 00;02;16;00
And so I've also seen
where God will hold someone back

00;02;16;23 - 00;02;19;28
and they get frustrated,
but he's like, I'm building

00;02;19;28 - 00;02;23;27
character in you because you are not ready
for that opportunity to come up.

00;02;23;27 - 00;02;27;02
And so I think that's going to encourage
guys who maybe feel a little stuck

00;02;27;24 - 00;02;31;12
that they would know, hey, you may be
in a waiting season for a reason.

00;02;31;29 - 00;02;36;04
But then also for as leaders,
you and me, right.

00;02;36;04 - 00;02;40;09
What makes us trust
someone to give them more opportunity?

00;02;40;12 - 00;02;43;08
Because I think just like we see it,
God sees it. Yes.

00;02;43;08 - 00;02;44;16
And so think about this for you.

00;02;44;16 - 00;02;48;07
Let's let's go to maybe
the it's not the elephant in the room, but

00;02;48;19 - 00;02;53;17
let's go to the biggest moment
in your life, you know, more recently.

00;02;53;20 - 00;02;54;02
Yeah.

00;02;54;02 - 00;02;57;08
Which is you got to do the Super Bowl
halftime show.

00;02;57;08 - 00;02;59;07
You were right there with Bad Bunny.

00;02;59;07 - 00;03;00;21
You performed the wedding.

00;03;00;21 - 00;03;02;22
I mean, this is a pretty crazy
opportunity.

00;03;02;22 - 00;03;05;02
150 million people watching.

00;03;05;02 - 00;03;06;22
Yeah. And here you are.

00;03;06;22 - 00;03;09;25
You know, a pastor from South SAC.

00;03;11;12 - 00;03;12;27
You know, a newer church plant.

00;03;12;27 - 00;03;16;02
Really?
And God gives you this opportunity.

00;03;16;02 - 00;03;21;03
And so talk to me about maybe like,
the feelings that have followed

00;03;21;03 - 00;03;25;13
that because it's a huge opportunity
that I would say the Lord gave to you.

00;03;26;04 - 00;03;29;03
But what are some of the feelings
that have followed that for you,

00;03;29;03 - 00;03;31;29
and why do you feel like
the Lord entrusted that to you?

00;03;31;29 - 00;03;34;06
Man, that is a that's a great question.

00;03;34;06 - 00;03;37;10
And I think my beginning answer
just playing is like,

00;03;37;10 - 00;03;39;21
I don't know why he wouldn't
trust me with something like this.

00;03;39;21 - 00;03;40;22
I don't know, I don't know.

00;03;40;22 - 00;03;45;00
I mean, he did, but,
I do feel like there's a couple things

00;03;45;00 - 00;03;49;09
that I can track back to, to this moment,

00;03;49;20 - 00;03;53;07
because I think, you know, in

00;03;53;17 - 00;03;57;15
there has been a journey in my life
where I believe that God has called me

00;03;57;15 - 00;04;00;17
to do something significant,
something important.

00;04;00;23 - 00;04;04;00
Now, the size
that is a different conversation.

00;04;04;00 - 00;04;04;24
Right?

00;04;04;24 - 00;04;06;16
But the scope and. Yes.

00;04;06;16 - 00;04;07;25
Yeah, that is a different conversation.

00;04;07;25 - 00;04;10;25
But I can definitely tell you, number one

00;04;11;03 - 00;04;14;07
part of how I, I was wire

00;04;14;07 - 00;04;18;06
and I have been taught to live
is that I need to give my best.

00;04;18;07 - 00;04;20;24
It doesn't matter
the size of the scope of the thing.

00;04;20;24 - 00;04;21;21
Absolutely.

00;04;21;21 - 00;04;24;26
And so in 2017, you know,

00;04;24;26 - 00;04;27;26
I, we church planning with my wife
in the greater Los Angeles area.

00;04;27;26 - 00;04;28;04
Yeah.

00;04;28;04 - 00;04;31;03
And, as a young leader,
you know, idealistic.

00;04;31;03 - 00;04;32;11
I thought he was going to blow up,

00;04;32;11 - 00;04;35;11
you know, I was going to be, like,
a ton thousands of people right away.

00;04;35;15 - 00;04;37;21
Yeah.
And it was going to just going to blow up.

00;04;37;21 - 00;04;41;03
And we're going to track a ton
of creatives and, all that kind of stuff.

00;04;41;11 - 00;04;44;27
And the reality that that was not
the story, you know, the story was like

00;04;45;05 - 00;04;47;29
I would, most of my Sundays

00;04;47;29 - 00;04;50;29
I will preach to probably 30, 35 people.

00;04;51;07 - 00;04;53;13
If it was 50, it was revival for me.

00;04;53;13 - 00;04;56;09
If it was 60, forget about it.
On an Easter Sunday, we went off.

00;04;56;09 - 00;04;59;12
It was like,
wow, this is crazy pag displays.

00;04;59;21 - 00;05;02;18
And so but I can tell you something
with all honesty

00;05;02;18 - 00;05;04;10
and my wife can attest to this.

00;05;04;10 - 00;05;08;01
I will preach to those 30 people like
there were like hundreds of people.

00;05;08;10 - 00;05;10;28
Like I will give my best.
I will prepare myself.

00;05;10;28 - 00;05;13;26
When I will write my messages,
I will think through every single

00;05;13;26 - 00;05;17;25
little thing
I would try to give, the best I could,

00;05;18;01 - 00;05;22;14
because I believe that I was what God
was entrusting me with at that moment.

00;05;22;14 - 00;05;25;01
Yes, and they deserve the best of me.

00;05;25;01 - 00;05;28;05
And so I think to me,
that was one of the things that I feel

00;05;28;05 - 00;05;32;09
like was important and,
and was key to moments like this.

00;05;32;20 - 00;05;35;08
Like if, if I can trust you with little.

00;05;35;08 - 00;05;35;20
Right.

00;05;35;20 - 00;05;38;10
And this is what the narrative
of the Bible speaks on, right?

00;05;38;10 - 00;05;39;13
And what Jesus speaks on.

00;05;39;13 - 00;05;41;29
If you if I can trust you with little,

00;05;41;29 - 00;05;44;09
maybe I can trust you
with a lot more in the future. Right?

00;05;44;09 - 00;05;47;14
And so part of what I feel was

00;05;47;14 - 00;05;52;09
key into this whole dynamic was that I,
I it doesn't matter what room you put me

00;05;52;09 - 00;05;56;00
in, I will give my best and I'm not going
to I'm not going to be different.

00;05;56;00 - 00;05;59;06
I mean, you know, I, I'm not different
from being in the Super Bowl

00;05;59;06 - 00;06;01;21
or being in this space,
which is going to be myself.

00;06;01;21 - 00;06;04;18
I'm going to be who I am,
and I'm, I'm going to be consistent.

00;06;04;18 - 00;06;07;18
I'm, I have I'm going to have integrity
across the board.

00;06;07;24 - 00;06;10;02
And to me, that is probably part

00;06;10;02 - 00;06;13;06
of what I feel like
God has building in me,

00;06;13;21 - 00;06;18;07
and that I feel like it was key
into getting an opportunity like this big.

00;06;18;14 - 00;06;20;20
Some like just hope, working hard

00;06;20;20 - 00;06;24;19
and giving my best to whatever
I have in my hand at the moment.

00;06;24;26 - 00;06;27;25
Yeah, and I think that's huge
for the guys that are listening,

00;06;27;25 - 00;06;31;10
you know, because some of us are handling
less right now.

00;06;31;10 - 00;06;33;24
Right? There's very little in our hands.

00;06;33;24 - 00;06;36;10
There's 20 people. Yeah, 30 people.

00;06;36;10 - 00;06;37;04
Whatever. Yeah.

00;06;37;04 - 00;06;41;23
And I think that God is developing

00;06;41;28 - 00;06;45;25
not just the character,
but also the skills. Yes.

00;06;45;25 - 00;06;51;02
Because like if you had not given your all
all those years for those 2030,

00;06;51;15 - 00;06;54;26
you would not have been able
to even stand on that stage.

00;06;54;26 - 00;06;55;22
Yeah. Right.

00;06;55;22 - 00;06;57;26
I mean, it was daunting as it was.

00;06;57;26 - 00;06;58;23
Yeah. Right.

00;06;58;23 - 00;07;00;28
And I know there was it was overwhelming.

00;07;00;28 - 00;07;02;09
Yeah. You're overwhelmed.

00;07;02;09 - 00;07;05;12
The amount of the scope and size

00;07;05;12 - 00;07;08;14
and magnitude of
the moment and and all that,

00;07;09;14 - 00;07;10;12
it was almost

00;07;10;12 - 00;07;14;03
probably crushing for you
with all the experience you had.

00;07;14;08 - 00;07;16;24
Now imagine if you don't have that.
So that's what I always tell guys.

00;07;16;24 - 00;07;19;24
Like you're
also developing the muscles. Yes.

00;07;19;27 - 00;07;21;01
Like, like the gym.

00;07;21;01 - 00;07;23;20
We always bring that up like the muscle.

00;07;23;20 - 00;07;26;15
I always tell people when they start
giving,

00;07;26;15 - 00;07;28;25
generosity is a muscle.

00;07;28;25 - 00;07;31;12
I don't
I can't just come out and give 10%.

00;07;31;12 - 00;07;33;24
Typically.
That would be really hard for me.

00;07;33;24 - 00;07;34;24
I've never given.

00;07;34;24 - 00;07;38;08
Yeah, but I start by exercising
the muscle of generosity.

00;07;38;08 - 00;07;39;12
Let me give a couple percent.

00;07;39;12 - 00;07;41;16
Let me learn to give 5%. Right.

00;07;41;16 - 00;07;45;06
Little by little, developing that muscle
generosity is the same way in any skill.

00;07;45;07 - 00;07;45;15
Yeah.

00;07;45;15 - 00;07;48;15
So it's so funny to me when guys will come
to me like, I want to preach, like,

00;07;49;00 - 00;07;51;17
can you know, what would it take
for me to be on the platform?

00;07;51;17 - 00;07;56;09
I'm like, well, you probably need to lead
a small group for the next five years.

00;07;56;22 - 00;07;58;23
And they're like, what? No,
I want to preach.

00;07;58;23 - 00;07;59;27
God's called me to preach.

00;07;59;27 - 00;08;02;29
I'm like,
okay, preach to ten people in your house.

00;08;04;04 - 00;08;06;23
And then you've developed the muscle,

00;08;06;23 - 00;08;11;00
the gifting, to where maybe you got
it gives you a bigger platform.

00;08;11;00 - 00;08;13;23
So I think your faithfulness
all those years with the little

00;08;13;23 - 00;08;18;02
that God had given to you,
and you being consistent with it.

00;08;18;13 - 00;08;20;20
Right. God knew that. Okay.

00;08;20;20 - 00;08;24;15
He has the muscles, the strength,
the wherewithal, the confidence

00;08;24;15 - 00;08;27;25
to step onto this huge stage,
which five years before

00;08;28;03 - 00;08;30;16
you might have had a panic attack
and not even been able to do it.

00;08;30;16 - 00;08;32;29
You know, it's so, key that you speak

00;08;32;29 - 00;08;36;14
about the skill piece of it,
because I think people will never know

00;08;36;23 - 00;08;40;16
how much time I have invested,
how much money I have invested.

00;08;40;28 - 00;08;44;06
I have attended
workshops at in the cohorts,

00;08;44;08 - 00;08;47;09
you know, to develop my skill,
to be great at what I do.

00;08;47;09 - 00;08;49;14
And I'm sure you this you do the same.

00;08;49;14 - 00;08;52;27
And, I, I think one of the interviews
somebody was asking me,

00;08;52;29 - 00;08;55;23
how do you prepare for this moment,
you know, how do you actually

00;08;55;23 - 00;08;57;16
what do you do to prepare
for this morning,

00;08;57;16 - 00;09;00;10
speak in front of people
and not feel like you're crumbling?

00;09;00;10 - 00;09;03;08
And their response was,
I've been doing this

00;09;03;08 - 00;09;06;10
for a long time,
like has been a almost a decade.

00;09;06;11 - 00;09;11;04
She's cultivating that,
shaping that, and invested in that.

00;09;11;04 - 00;09;13;00
And I think sometimes, like you say,
you know,

00;09;13;00 - 00;09;15;07
when people want to say, I want to preach,
I want to do this.

00;09;15;07 - 00;09;18;21
And it seems easy,
but actually it has been years

00;09;18;21 - 00;09;21;21
of like developing the skill experiences,

00;09;21;27 - 00;09;26;06
horrible experiences, good experiences,
you know, messing up, doing great.

00;09;26;06 - 00;09;29;25
And so I believe that when we talk about,
you know, man,

00;09;30;10 - 00;09;35;04
we need to be willing to invest in
cultivating and the intimacy of our lives

00;09;35;04 - 00;09;39;15
because when when we get the opportunity,
we hope that we can be ready,

00;09;39;15 - 00;09;44;13
have the skill, have the right ha,
the right posture and the right motivation

00;09;44;13 - 00;09;46;21
to actually do what we're doing,
because that's another piece.

00;09;46;21 - 00;09;47;13
Right?

00;09;47;13 - 00;09;50;13
When we were doing this, when were you
you and I have we're we're having

00;09;50;13 - 00;09;55;04
the conversation about this whole,
the opportunity that was given to me.

00;09;55;19 - 00;09;58;17
I honestly wanted
to have the right motivation about this.

00;09;58;17 - 00;09;59;13
Like, I didn't want to.

00;09;59;13 - 00;09;59;22
And the

00;09;59;22 - 00;10;05;09
I my prayer to God previous to this moment
was, God, let me steward this well.

00;10;05;21 - 00;10;08;23
Yeah, I don't care with this God
let me steward this well.

00;10;08;27 - 00;10;12;11
And even afterwards I would text to say,
hey man, I'm having a hard time.

00;10;12;21 - 00;10;15;07
I mean, she's like,
I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly.

00;10;15;07 - 00;10;17;02
I'm not sure if I'm leading people. Right.

00;10;17;02 - 00;10;20;12
And so you pray for me and say, hey,
I believe you have done it.

00;10;20;12 - 00;10;23;05
I believe you have done it right.
You leading people in the right place.

00;10;23;05 - 00;10;25;13
You communicate with integrity.

00;10;25;13 - 00;10;26;28
And that was that was all the thing.

00;10;26;28 - 00;10;30;00
Like you have the right motivation
about doing the thing

00;10;30;00 - 00;10;34;06
because it's not just let me set myself up
for the next opportunity.

00;10;34;06 - 00;10;35;19
Let me just be bigger.

00;10;35;19 - 00;10;38;19
Let me just become let me get thousands
of followers in social media.

00;10;38;20 - 00;10;40;05
That was really not my motivation.

00;10;40;05 - 00;10;42;28
My motivation was the whole time
leading people to Jesus

00;10;42;28 - 00;10;44;21
and leading people to the local church.

00;10;44;21 - 00;10;45;23
And I think you and I had

00;10;45;23 - 00;10;49;18
that conversation as well, just the right
motivation needs to be there as well.

00;10;49;18 - 00;10;53;18
And that is a heart issue,
not just for skill issue.

00;10;53;20 - 00;10;54;05
Right?

00;10;54;05 - 00;10;54;26
Oh yeah.

00;10;54;26 - 00;10;58;13
Well,
the heart posture, right is, I would say,

00;10;59;21 - 00;11;02;15
more hard,
more difficult than even the skill.

00;11;02;15 - 00;11;04;21
Yeah.
Because you'd spent years developing that.

00;11;04;21 - 00;11;08;14
But what people don't also know
is the years of the character development.

00;11;08;24 - 00;11;10;05
Right. All those years,

00;11;10;05 - 00;11;13;05
like we were talking about
you being faithful in the small things.

00;11;13;11 - 00;11;16;11
Your heart was already humbled
before the Lord

00;11;16;12 - 00;11;19;11
and I, I've told so many people
when they've asked me about this,

00;11;19;17 - 00;11;24;09
I'm like, I don't think it it should have
or could have happened to anyone else.

00;11;24;09 - 00;11;25;28
Like even that.

00;11;25;28 - 00;11;28;02
I know, know even on our team. Right?

00;11;28;02 - 00;11;33;03
I don't know that they would have been
postured or positioned correctly.

00;11;33;10 - 00;11;38;03
Heart, mind, soul, experience all of that
to steward that the way you did.

00;11;38;03 - 00;11;41;08
And so when I when we were talking
through it in this opportunity,

00;11;41;08 - 00;11;45;04
like, bro, God has set you up for this,
you're prepared for it.

00;11;45;04 - 00;11;46;18
Your heart is in the right place.

00;11;46;18 - 00;11;48;27
I've seen nothing but humility in you.

00;11;48;27 - 00;11;52;05
And so just to gas you up a little bit,
you know, one of the reasons that Christy

00;11;52;05 - 00;11;57;07
and I, you know, were drawn to Antonio
and Gabby when they were and,

00;11;57;08 - 00;12;00;21
you know, brought to us as a potential
for Southside campus pastors

00;12;00;21 - 00;12;03;27
was the teach ability
and the humility, right?

00;12;04;00 - 00;12;07;26
Because God can do a lot with a teachable
heart and a humble heart

00;12;08;14 - 00;12;11;29
and I think that that is why you were able
to steward this so well.

00;12;11;29 - 00;12;14;29
And so thank you for that posture.

00;12;15;02 - 00;12;17;09
And I haven't seen that change.

00;12;17;09 - 00;12;21;07
And I think that that's like a testament
to you and your connection with the Lord,

00;12;21;16 - 00;12;25;03
you and your wife's, you know, solid
foundation of relationship.

00;12;25;03 - 00;12;27;02
Is that all this?

00;12;27;02 - 00;12;30;29
And still your posture teachable, humble.

00;12;31;10 - 00;12;35;14
And so you ask me the question
before we even started it about what?

00;12;35;14 - 00;12;38;20
What is it
in someone that makes you trust them?

00;12;38;20 - 00;12;39;21
Yes. Right.

00;12;39;21 - 00;12;41;28
Because you've always said to me,
like, man,

00;12;41;28 - 00;12;44;09
you just thank you for always trusting us.

00;12;44;09 - 00;12;47;01
You text us that yesterday,
right after we had a great

00;12;47;01 - 00;12;50;01
Easter Sunday
record, Easter at both campuses.

00;12;50;04 - 00;12;52;06
You're like, thank you for trusting us.

00;12;52;06 - 00;12;57;19
And I think for me,
what what allows me to trust the leader

00;12;58;05 - 00;13;02;04
is when I know that number one,
they're connected to the Lord.

00;13;02;23 - 00;13;05;23
And so with that heart connection
to the Lord is humility.

00;13;06;07 - 00;13;10;03
And number two,
they always walk with honor towards me.

00;13;10;22 - 00;13;11;03
Right.

00;13;11;03 - 00;13;15;14
And I've never felt anything but honor
from you and Gabby, even when it's been

00;13;15;14 - 00;13;19;04
like some hard conversations or me saying,
hey, I think we should do it this way,

00;13;19;04 - 00;13;23;19
and maybe we don't always see eye to eye,
but there's always honor present.

00;13;23;29 - 00;13;27;05
And so I can trust anyone
that's humble, teachable,

00;13;27;05 - 00;13;30;06
and has a heart of honor
towards anyone around them.

00;13;30;06 - 00;13;31;23
And that's
what I've always seen in you guys.

00;13;31;23 - 00;13;34;10
So I'm curious about you, though,
when you look at leaders,

00;13;34;10 - 00;13;35;07
because you're always

00;13;35;07 - 00;13;39;03
elevating leaders or, you know,
figure out who the right leader is.

00;13;39;03 - 00;13;40;21
What are you looking for?

00;13;40;21 - 00;13;43;17
Man, I want to add to that list
because you're you're actually

00;13;43;17 - 00;13;45;02
that list is perfect.

00;13;45;02 - 00;13;48;00
And I, I think I see the same thing.

00;13;48;00 - 00;13;52;02
I think also faithfulness, the values,
the consistency of people.

00;13;52;02 - 00;13;57;29
I think many times I might,
if I have two people, my one might have

00;13;57;29 - 00;14;02;02
the gift and the charisma
and the ability to do certain things.

00;14;02;08 - 00;14;05;16
And the other person might have trusted
consistency

00;14;05;20 - 00;14;08;17
and has proved that they're faithful with
but the mind.

00;14;08;17 - 00;14;13;15
I have the charisma, and I rather expose
this person, as much as like

00;14;13;15 - 00;14;17;07
it's hard sometimes, but I know
that the heart is in the right place.

00;14;17;14 - 00;14;20;15
And so to me, faithfulness and consistency
speaks louder.

00;14;20;23 - 00;14;23;20
And, and through this whole years,
you know, over a decade

00;14;23;20 - 00;14;26;20
almost, I'd like to leading
and working with people.

00;14;26;22 - 00;14;30;27
This has been a hard truth to really like,
because you want

00;14;30;27 - 00;14;33;27
those people with the charisma
and the scale and the talent. Yes.

00;14;34;04 - 00;14;39;28
And but, I really learn how to actually
elevate those who are actually faithful.

00;14;39;28 - 00;14;42;01
And they have been consistent,
and they have the heart.

00;14;42;01 - 00;14;44;29
So to me, faithfulness is one thing also.

00;14;44;29 - 00;14;45;17
Yeah.

00;14;45;17 - 00;14;49;10
But to me, the other
the other part is it has to do with,

00;14;49;10 - 00;14;52;16
probably being able to navigate,
like being,

00;14;52;25 - 00;14;57;17
the kindness and the how
they treat other people, you know.

00;14;57;17 - 00;15;01;14
So I think part of a sometimes you can
have the leadership, the influence,

00;15;01;20 - 00;15;05;20
you can have the skill and all that stuff
and preview, speak down on people.

00;15;05;21 - 00;15;09;27
If you treat people like,
you know, you treat people not kind.

00;15;10;08 - 00;15;14;09
To me
that is a huge mess because while we do,

00;15;14;18 - 00;15;17;14
it's not just about
the accomplishment of things.

00;15;17;14 - 00;15;19;19
What we do is about people. Right?

00;15;19;19 - 00;15;23;08
And I think that's what we miss in times
like this, in leadership there it becomes

00;15;23;17 - 00;15;28;00
about like the system about achieving,
about accomplishing, about the goal

00;15;28;09 - 00;15;33;04
that we miss people and the process
and we don't we don't think about them.

00;15;33;04 - 00;15;38;05
And so when I think about elevating,
others is how do you treat other people?

00;15;38;07 - 00;15;41;28
What other people have to say about how
you treat them and how you care for them?

00;15;42;06 - 00;15;45;19
And so, I don't know,
I think to me, those two things as well,

00;15;45;20 - 00;15;48;14
they're very, very important.
I want to ask you something.

00;15;48;14 - 00;15;50;05
What will be the opposite of that?

00;15;50;05 - 00;15;52;27
What would be the opposite of
if I see this?

00;15;52;27 - 00;15;54;22
This is a red flag. It's a red flag.
This is a rough.

00;15;54;22 - 00;15;59;10
Like one of my big red flags
is when someone won't receive correction.

00;15;59;14 - 00;16;03;05
So if I have to,
which I usually do at some point,

00;16;03;05 - 00;16;06;20
even if it's like, it's not like,
that's serious.

00;16;07;07 - 00;16;10;19
But hey, we don't talk that way
or we don't operate that way,

00;16;10;19 - 00;16;13;06
or we don't show up like that, or,
you know,

00;16;13;06 - 00;16;17;21
there's been times throughout the years
it's like, hey, your attitude that morning

00;16;18;02 - 00;16;19;01
wasn't the greatest.

00;16;19;01 - 00;16;20;09
And I got to address it

00;16;20;09 - 00;16;24;21
or you, you didn't show up this thing,
and I expected you to be at this thing.

00;16;25;00 - 00;16;26;04
And I have to tell them

00;16;27;04 - 00;16;28;19
it's hard to receive correction.

00;16;28;19 - 00;16;32;11
Yeah, but how they respond to
that is always for me, either

00;16;32;11 - 00;16;33;21
a red flag or a green flag.

00;16;33;21 - 00;16;35;15
If they can go, hey.

00;16;35;15 - 00;16;38;23
And they humble themselves to at least go,
thank you for telling me.

00;16;39;10 - 00;16;42;12
And, I'm going to do better now.

00;16;42;12 - 00;16;45;20
It doesn't mean they can fully, fully
agree or have to fully agree with me.

00;16;45;20 - 00;16;48;20
They could actually go, well,
there is a reason.

00;16;48;26 - 00;16;50;22
Okay, tell me the reason. Right?

00;16;50;22 - 00;16;52;25
I'm open to the why.

00;16;52;25 - 00;16;55;25
It still doesn't always excuse
what you did right.

00;16;56;07 - 00;17;00;05
But it's the response to
any kind of correction which all through

00;17;00;05 - 00;17;01;20
life, ministry.

00;17;01;20 - 00;17;04;19
Being a follower of Jesus,
we are going to be corrected

00;17;04;21 - 00;17;07;08
because we rarely do things
perfectly. Yes.

00;17;07;08 - 00;17;12;04
And the problem with a lot of people
is they think they can do no wrong.

00;17;12;04 - 00;17;15;19
And if you are unwilling
to be challenged, corrected

00;17;16;02 - 00;17;20;02
and and called higher, then
you're never going to be able to grow.

00;17;20;20 - 00;17;24;04
You're never going to be able to have
those same hard conversations with others.

00;17;24;20 - 00;17;28;07
And if you can't receive correction,
you can't grow as a leader.

00;17;28;16 - 00;17;29;27
And I can't use you.

00;17;29;27 - 00;17;32;07
Right,
because you're unwilling to develop.

00;17;32;07 - 00;17;34;19
Yes. And I'm here to develop you.

00;17;34;19 - 00;17;36;11
And that means hard conversation.

00;17;36;11 - 00;17;38;08
So that's probably
one of my biggest red flags,

00;17;38;08 - 00;17;41;08
because I have to have those hard
conversations with people all the time.

00;17;41;13 - 00;17;46;24
And then of course, like you were talking
about the character, how they treat

00;17;46;24 - 00;17;51;08
people, their heart posture towards
when they get the platform right.

00;17;51;17 - 00;17;54;16
Is there,
is there a pride that then is rising up?

00;17;54;20 - 00;17;56;27
So, yeah, those are a few of my red flags.
What about for, you.

00;17;56;27 - 00;18;01;08
Know, I'm, I think that that is
that is something that I really like.

00;18;01;22 - 00;18;04;22
To me that is a big one,
you know, that be able to be

00;18;05;03 - 00;18;06;16
can you can you be challenged?

00;18;06;16 - 00;18;07;21
Can you be corrected?

00;18;07;21 - 00;18;13;04
I think the other for me
that sometimes comes up as,

00;18;13;04 - 00;18;17;04
like walking with people is if

00;18;17;14 - 00;18;20;17
they are not willing to,

00;18;22;02 - 00;18;25;17
to, to be open or to be, transparent.

00;18;25;27 - 00;18;27;08
Okay. Yeah. It doesn't make sense.

00;18;27;08 - 00;18;28;13
You don't really know what's going on.

00;18;28;13 - 00;18;30;13
When you just secretive

00;18;30;13 - 00;18;34;04
like to me, that is that is a red flag
because you're not willing to engage.

00;18;34;04 - 00;18;38;08
If we're going to do this together,
there's needs to be an openness and know,

00;18;38;14 - 00;18;41;14
like, I feel like that's how you lead,
how you increase your lead as well.

00;18;42;01 - 00;18;44;15
There's an openness, about you guys

00;18;44;15 - 00;18;48;02
is that allows us to come in
and be open ourselves.

00;18;48;02 - 00;18;50;05
But when you're not willing to be open,

00;18;50;05 - 00;18;53;22
I just don't know what is happening
behind your in your life.

00;18;53;24 - 00;18;55;14
Yeah. And so it makes it hard.

00;18;55;14 - 00;19;00;16
And in our context, there needs to be
an openness that needs to be transparency.

00;19;00;16 - 00;19;03;21
There needs to be that willingness
to expose certain things

00;19;03;21 - 00;19;05;27
like, man, I'm struggling with this.
This is challenging.

00;19;05;27 - 00;19;08;14
And so to me,
when there's people, they do it.

00;19;08;14 - 00;19;12;08
And that is that is a great thing that
I'm like, okay, we're going somewhere.

00;19;12;09 - 00;19;13;12
But when you're not,

00;19;13;12 - 00;19;18;01
that makes it very complicated to develop
a relationship and a connection,

00;19;18;07 - 00;19;21;23
because I really don't know where you at
and waiting standing.

00;19;22;04 - 00;19;24;17
And so it's really good.
I think that that is said.

00;19;24;17 - 00;19;27;12
And I think for men, you know, I know
that is not the easiest thing to do.

00;19;27;12 - 00;19;28;25
Yeah. Vulnerability.

00;19;28;25 - 00;19;30;17
And I will say
choose choose the right people.

00;19;30;17 - 00;19;32;08
But be absolutely right.

00;19;32;08 - 00;19;32;24
Do that.

00;19;32;24 - 00;19;35;10
I'm not going to be open,
which is anyone. Right.

00;19;35;10 - 00;19;38;10
But I'm going to select you, my pastor,
you know, mentors.

00;19;38;23 - 00;19;40;03
But do it.

00;19;40;03 - 00;19;44;26
Do not allow yourself to excuse yourself
to say, well, I don't have anyone.

00;19;44;26 - 00;19;46;19
That's why I'm not open. No, no, no, no.

00;19;46;19 - 00;19;50;01
Find someone that you can trust
and be open and be transparent and be

00;19;50;01 - 00;19;55;05
one of them, because that is super key
for you to move forward

00;19;55;05 - 00;19;58;06
and be able to get opportunities around,
you know.

00;19;58;18 - 00;19;58;26
Yeah.

00;19;58;26 - 00;19;59;19
Oh yeah.

00;19;59;19 - 00;20;03;21
So I think there's a lot of guys
maybe they're they're stuck.

00;20;04;10 - 00;20;08;19
They feel like the doors aren't opening,
the opportunities aren't there right now.

00;20;08;19 - 00;20;12;18
And I think the challenge that I would
give to them is that they stay faithful.

00;20;12;18 - 00;20;15;23
Like you said,
they keep working the little that God's

00;20;15;23 - 00;20;18;29
put in their hands,
but they work it with with

00;20;19;27 - 00;20;22;17
integrity,
with diligence, with excellence.

00;20;22;17 - 00;20;25;12
Right. Everything you said
when I had 30 people. I'm working a hard.

00;20;25;12 - 00;20;29;21
But let's talk about
when the favor does come.

00;20;29;29 - 00;20;35;13
The breakthrough comes the the the
I don't know, the moment comes.

00;20;35;15 - 00;20;38;26
And obviously the Super Bowl
that's like on a whole other realm.

00;20;38;26 - 00;20;40;05
So we're not going to go there.

00;20;40;05 - 00;20;42;09
But let's even talk about your campus
right now, okay.

00;20;42;09 - 00;20;45;16
So South SAC, we took this church over.

00;20;45;27 - 00;20;46;26
It was a dying church.

00;20;46;26 - 00;20;49;18
So it was really a relaunch of a replant.

00;20;49;18 - 00;20;53;17
There were 20 people
and we've had a slow build,

00;20;54;02 - 00;20;57;28
but in the last, you know, probably three,
four months,

00;20;57;28 - 00;20;59;14
we're seeing the momentum building.

00;20;59;14 - 00;21;02;16
I know we just had the biggest Easter
in our history over there.

00;21;02;23 - 00;21;06;23
And so talk to me about now
you're getting more right.

00;21;06;23 - 00;21;08;07
You're not preaching to 30 anymore.

00;21;08;07 - 00;21;08;19
Okay.

00;21;08;19 - 00;21;11;14
Now you're preaching to 300
plus yesterday. Right.

00;21;11;14 - 00;21;12;29
And in to different languages too as well.

00;21;12;29 - 00;21;14;21
Yes, English and Spanish. Yeah.

00;21;14;21 - 00;21;17;15
So talk to me about that
because I know for me

00;21;17;15 - 00;21;20;10
there has been a slow build
for Project Church in general.

00;21;20;10 - 00;21;20;20
Right.

00;21;20;20 - 00;21;23;16
And yesterday was our biggest Sunday
in the history of our church. Wow.

00;21;23;16 - 00;21;27;01
Across both campuses,
pretty incredible day.

00;21;27;20 - 00;21;30;23
But now that it feels like, hey,

00;21;30;24 - 00;21;32;26
the floodgates are opening,
the favor is coming.

00;21;32;26 - 00;21;34;24
Like, what do you do?

00;21;34;24 - 00;21;37;24
And I'm going to talk about what I do
to protect my heart.

00;21;38;10 - 00;21;42;27
In in now feeling like,
okay, God has given me

00;21;42;27 - 00;21;46;24
what I've been asking for,
but maybe there's still a desire for more.

00;21;46;24 - 00;21;47;23
So what?

00;21;47;23 - 00;21;48;27
What do you feel in that.

00;21;48;27 - 00;21;50;17
That is that is funny because I,

00;21;50;17 - 00;21;54;25
I think as visionaries and dreamers,
I think we always like more there's more.

00;21;54;25 - 00;21;55;25
I know there's more.

00;21;55;25 - 00;22;01;27
But I think part of that that has
been part of my inner conversation

00;22;02;06 - 00;22;07;13
and with God in this whole thing I got,
I want to be able to steward this well.

00;22;07;25 - 00;22;10;25
So just give me the wisdom
to really navigate this whole thing,

00;22;10;27 - 00;22;14;13
because I want to be able
to not just be the guy who

00;22;14;14 - 00;22;17;21
this is his ceiling right now
that you have what you ask for.

00;22;17;29 - 00;22;20;01
Now the people are coming.

00;22;20;01 - 00;22;23;19
Now the that you been having influence
and all of that stuff, like what do you do

00;22;23;23 - 00;22;24;25
with that now?

00;22;24;25 - 00;22;29;28
And so there's two aspects of my, my, my,
my personal life

00;22;30;13 - 00;22;34;01
I want to keep growing in my
in my relationship with my wife.

00;22;34;09 - 00;22;36;06
I want to go deep with her.

00;22;36;06 - 00;22;38;26
I want to
I one that the most important relationship

00;22;38;26 - 00;22;41;12
besides my relation with Jesus is healthy.

00;22;41;12 - 00;22;43;11
Like I want
that to be the healthiest thing.

00;22;43;11 - 00;22;47;11
So when she sees me
and when she sees me lead, she can

00;22;47;11 - 00;22;52;10
she can smile and she honestly can say,
that guy is who he says he is.

00;22;52;12 - 00;22;53;23
Right. That is my biggest thing.

00;22;53;23 - 00;22;57;25
I want to be able to be that with my wife,
with my son and my intimacy.

00;22;57;25 - 00;23;01;26
So I want to protect that with
my practices, with my spiritual practices,

00;23;01;26 - 00;23;05;15
with my, my, my connection with my mentors
to all of that kind of stuff

00;23;05;19 - 00;23;07;17
now and the leadership place.

00;23;07;17 - 00;23;11;18
I think there is a different conversation
as well, because now, I mean, we we have

00;23;11;19 - 00;23;15;04
we been having conversations, you know,
I need help moving, probably have to

00;23;15;17 - 00;23;16;24
hire someone in the future.

00;23;16;24 - 00;23;18;05
But even within that,

00;23;18;05 - 00;23;22;12
like if we don't get to hire someone,
how can I actually rise up to that level?

00;23;22;20 - 00;23;23;18
Because not just

00;23;23;18 - 00;23;27;22
the church is asking more for me now
because, we need to develop more.

00;23;27;22 - 00;23;29;18
We need to, develop systems.

00;23;29;18 - 00;23;31;21
We need to, interest more people.

00;23;31;21 - 00;23;36;24
Like, how can I rise up to the leadership
that is needed, even when they might.

00;23;36;24 - 00;23;39;02
We might not have all of the resources.
Right?

00;23;39;02 - 00;23;40;24
How can I be creative with that?

00;23;40;24 - 00;23;44;21
And how
where have I settle in my leadership

00;23;44;21 - 00;23;46;19
that I say,
that I don't need to grow there?

00;23;46;19 - 00;23;49;18
I know now, you know,
I need to actually cultivate.

00;23;49;18 - 00;23;51;06
I need to grow, that I need to expand.

00;23;51;06 - 00;23;55;17
I need to be challenged
so that I can actually do this task

00;23;56;01 - 00;23;58;27
so that we can keep growing,
because if not, I don't want to be this,

00;23;58;27 - 00;24;00;25
you know, my own church,
you know. Absolutely.

00;24;00;25 - 00;24;02;13
Because that that's the reality of it.

00;24;02;13 - 00;24;04;01
I don't want to be
the ceiling of my own church

00;24;04;01 - 00;24;07;17
just because I don't want to grow, just
because I'm stuck in my own ways times.

00;24;07;18 - 00;24;09;23
Because that's how I have done it
for the past ten years.

00;24;09;23 - 00;24;12;18
Like now,
I want to actually develop my skill,

00;24;12;18 - 00;24;15;04
help me see things that I don't see
and have.

00;24;15;04 - 00;24;19;08
We entrust other people that probably
in the past I would entrust, you know.

00;24;19;08 - 00;24;22;08
So yeah, I think that would be my
two responses when it comes down to that.

00;24;22;10 - 00;24;23;16
Yeah, I love that.

00;24;23;16 - 00;24;26;29
It's funny because I used to always say,
man, if we could just get our

00;24;26;29 - 00;24;28;15
church to a thousand people,

00;24;29;17 - 00;24;30;25
I would be satisfied.

00;24;30;25 - 00;24;32;21
You know, I I'd be good. Yeah.

00;24;32;21 - 00;24;36;29
Well then, you know, for the
for the last couple of months,

00;24;36;29 - 00;24;39;29
we've been running around a thousand
every Sunday between our two campuses.

00;24;40;05 - 00;24;43;15
So Sunday, Easter Sunday, I, I,
I have the final numbers.

00;24;43;15 - 00;24;45;02
So we'll tell the podcast.

00;24;45;02 - 00;24;50;26
So we were right around right
at 1700 people between the two classes.

00;24;51;03 - 00;24;52;02
Yeah. Great.

00;24;52;02 - 00;24;57;09
So last Easter we we hit 1100.

00;24;57;09 - 00;25;01;11
So we're talking
like a significant increase.

00;25;01;11 - 00;25;04;11
You're talking 50% increase in attendance.

00;25;04;20 - 00;25;07;12
And so both campuses were much larger.

00;25;07;12 - 00;25;10;14
So anyway so now it's like Easter
Sunday 1700 people.

00;25;10;14 - 00;25;12;18
And I'm like unsatisfied.

00;25;12;18 - 00;25;14;02
That's right I'm on offense.

00;25;14;02 - 00;25;14;12
All right.

00;25;14;12 - 00;25;17;08
How do we get both campuses
to consistently be 1000?

00;25;17;08 - 00;25;19;04
That's
what's going through my head. Right.

00;25;19;04 - 00;25;21;27
How do we help Antonio and how do we help?

00;25;21;27 - 00;25;26;09
You know, the campus here in old SAC
be consistently 1000 at each campus.

00;25;26;22 - 00;25;27;18
That's just going through my head.

00;25;27;18 - 00;25;31;16
But,
I think that there's a holy discontent.

00;25;31;29 - 00;25;34;11
Bill Hybels wrote a book about this
back in the day. Yes.

00;25;34;11 - 00;25;37;29
Which I think is is a good thing, right
where

00;25;38;17 - 00;25;42;21
I don't want to be satisfied
because God wants me to keep growing.

00;25;42;25 - 00;25;47;20
As you said, he wants me to hire
my leadership lead, right?

00;25;48;01 - 00;25;50;07
He doesn't want me to be the thing
that stagnates.

00;25;50;07 - 00;25;51;03
What's happening?

00;25;51;03 - 00;25;54;03
He wants me to desire
more people to get saved the more people.

00;25;54;08 - 00;25;57;18
So for the men listening like, yes,
you should desire more.

00;25;58;11 - 00;26;01;20
But what I think the Lord showed me
even yesterday,

00;26;01;20 - 00;26;03;20
he's like,
you need to stop and give thanks.

00;26;04;21 - 00;26;07;08
So last
night, yes, me and Christy were talking.

00;26;07;08 - 00;26;10;08
I'm like, can we just like,
thank the Lord right now?

00;26;10;08 - 00;26;13;07
Like, let's just say thank you,
Jesus for what you did.

00;26;13;07 - 00;26;15;23
Hundreds that gave their lives to Jesus.

00;26;15;23 - 00;26;20;05
You know, thousands on our campus,
campuses.

00;26;20;14 - 00;26;21;25
Like. That's incredible.

00;26;21;25 - 00;26;24;20
And I just got to stop and say like,
thank you, Lord.

00;26;24;20 - 00;26;26;17
And so I'd encourage the guys like us

00;26;26;17 - 00;26;29;27
that you would just choose
thankfulness Thanksgiving.

00;26;30;09 - 00;26;33;08
Because you're
always going to desire more.

00;26;33;28 - 00;26;38;00
But if we don't stop and say thank you
for what good we have now,

00;26;38;07 - 00;26;43;28
we're missing the moment and we're missing
the goodness of experiencing

00;26;43;28 - 00;26;47;26
what we've been praying for
because we're actually living the answered

00;26;47;26 - 00;26;51;18
prayers of the prayers we prayed
13 years ago when we started this church.

00;26;52;02 - 00;26;53;28
Right? And we're living it.

00;26;53;28 - 00;26;57;23
And yet I can't be satisfied because
I'm thinking about how do I get us here?

00;26;58;04 - 00;27;00;14
So it's like, man,
sometimes we got to stop

00;27;00;14 - 00;27;02;13
and just say like,
thank you, Lord, you know?

00;27;02;13 - 00;27;04;20
And and that's
what I've been doing the last couple days.

00;27;04;20 - 00;27;06;08
I love that because we did the same.

00;27;06;08 - 00;27;11;01
Like we went on a walk with my son and mom
and and my wife and,

00;27;11;27 - 00;27;14;24
I know there's some things that didn't go
the way I one, I'm sure for you, too.

00;27;14;24 - 00;27;16;15
It like there were things
that they didn't go all the way.

00;27;16;15 - 00;27;19;22
And if I get consumed by that,
I'm going to be so angry

00;27;20;00 - 00;27;23;01
and I'm going to miss the beauty
of which has happened.

00;27;23;11 - 00;27;24;16
And I went on a walk.

00;27;24;16 - 00;27;28;06
We left our phones and the house and
and Gavin, how do you feel?

00;27;28;06 - 00;27;30;11
I was like,
I just want to be grateful to right now.

00;27;30;11 - 00;27;34;10
I just want to be thankful
because I don't want to miss the blessing

00;27;34;10 - 00;27;36;10
that we got to experience this time
around.

00;27;36;10 - 00;27;40;04
Yeah, whatever we need to fix,
I'll talk with with them or

00;27;40;10 - 00;27;42;13
we have a conversation on Tuesday
about it.

00;27;42;13 - 00;27;45;13
But the reality is, like,
I just want to be grateful.

00;27;45;13 - 00;27;49;07
And if I mean just
I throw a little nugget there

00;27;49;14 - 00;27;53;09
when you're grateful that maintains
you adaptable.

00;27;53;17 - 00;27;56;17
Like,
I remember here in this conversation,

00;27;56;22 - 00;28;00;10
on this,
this coaches that were talking about

00;28;00;10 - 00;28;04;10
how your brain keeps being adapt to what
when you're grateful.

00;28;04;21 - 00;28;09;12
And I think when we're and
when we're the opposite it we stay rigid

00;28;09;12 - 00;28;13;15
and we stay stagnant and we became like,
you know, we're not teachable.

00;28;14;01 - 00;28;16;23
And so I want to
I want to living in gratitude,

00;28;16;23 - 00;28;21;10
as much as I can, my leadership
so that I can be adaptable.

00;28;21;10 - 00;28;25;10
And I can I can be flexible with things
because I don't want to be stagnant

00;28;25;10 - 00;28;27;03
or I don't want to be rigid with things.

00;28;27;03 - 00;28;29;05
And do you know that die there.

00;28;29;05 - 00;28;30;14
Where with that.

00;28;30;14 - 00;28;32;22
Yeah. It's
good. It's a good way to end this.

00;28;32;22 - 00;28;34;26
I think we always give a call up right now
to call out.

00;28;34;26 - 00;28;36;19
So you think about a call up.
I'll go first.

00;28;36;19 - 00;28;39;19
I think I call it for you because
I just gave it is just be thankful.

00;28;39;19 - 00;28;41;07
Right. Thanksgiving.

00;28;41;07 - 00;28;43;28
Let's be thankful for what
we have in our hands right now, man.

00;28;43;28 - 00;28;46;10
Even if you feel stuck,
if you feel like God's not giving you

00;28;46;10 - 00;28;49;10
as much as you think
you are capable of stewarding,

00;28;49;10 - 00;28;52;07
be thankful for
what's in your hand right now and trust

00;28;52;07 - 00;28;54;22
that if you're faithful there, he's
going to give you more.

00;28;54;22 - 00;28;56;19
But man, just practice thankfulness.

00;28;56;19 - 00;28;59;21
Maybe even right now in your car, just,
you know, wherever you're at watching

00;28;59;21 - 00;29;03;03
this like, man, thank you, Lord,
for what you have entrusted to me.

00;29;03;03 - 00;29;06;08
So that's my call up
today is be thankful, man.

00;29;06;27 - 00;29;07;26
For me it will be.

00;29;07;26 - 00;29;11;14
Did not, dismiss the small beginnings,

00;29;11;21 - 00;29;15;27
whatever it is that you've been entrusted
in this in this season, in this moment.

00;29;16;05 - 00;29;17;14
Do not dismiss it.

00;29;17;14 - 00;29;20;11
Actually go full and cultivate that.

00;29;20;11 - 00;29;22;27
Give your soul your passion to today,

00;29;22;27 - 00;29;26;20
because that can be the thing
that sets you up for the next thing.

00;29;26;24 - 00;29;29;09
Just cultivate that.
Give your heart to that.

00;29;29;09 - 00;29;30;07
I love that.

00;29;30;07 - 00;29;32;15
