What is Morning Cereal?

Good morning, and welcome to Morning Cereal!
Pull up a stool, grab your favorite cereal, and let’s kick-start your day with a spoonful of inspiration, nostalgia and personal growth. Join your host, Shaen Inglis, as he highlights the music, movies, and moments that made the 80s, 90s, and 2000s unforgettable—kind of like digging for toy at the bottom of the cereal box. Each episode, Shaen also reviews a chapter or so from top wellness books, offering practical insights to help you set a positive tone for your day. Start your mornings right—no cartoons required!

Good morning and welcome to Friday and

happy Independence Day.

Here's a great quote for a 4th of July

holiday from Post Malone who said,

"You don't need a plan. Sometimes you

just need to breathe. Trust,

let go, and see what happens."

And it's a simple laid-back reminder that

not everything has to

be perfectly mapped out.

Sometimes the best things happen when you

chill and go with the flow.

And that seems like a pretty good plan

for a three-day holiday weekend.

Well, the number one song on this date

back in 1994 was "Stay, I

Missed You" by Lisa Loeb and

Nine Stories. Check out the book "Daring

Greatly" by Breanne

Brown. It explores the power of

vulnerability, perfect for those firework

conversations you didn't rehearse.

Have a joyful, safe Independence Day

filled with hamburgers and sparklers.

And as always, have a fantastic day.
