EEShow (Everything's Energy Show)

EEShow is Everything's Energy Show, a long-form interview podcast hosted by Michael Scalar. The official site is ee.show.

What was said when a dispute over UNIFYD Healing reached a $10 million proposal? In Part 2 of the Shurka and TLS series, Michael Scalar and Roland introduce a recorded call with Jason Shurka, Manny Shurka and Humphrey, then return to the studio to discuss what they heard.

Michael explains the lead-up to the conversation and reads from a court order he says permits him to share the recording. The call moves through questions about UNIFYD Healing's finances, the proposed payment and Jason's “nuclear bomb” remark. Michael and Roland then consider trust, discernment and the effect of the dispute on the EESystem center community.

This episode presents the participants' statements and Michael and Roland's interpretation of them. It includes disputed allegations and strong language.

Michael Scalar:

Welcome to the Everything's Energy Show, and we are here for episode two of the Jason Shurka TLS exposé. So we were barred by the court from revealing the $10,000,000 shakedown, and the court has reversed what they thought the NRS Nevada code might be, and I'll read that off here in a short while. But first first, I I wanna have, like, a little bit of a conversation. First, thank you everyone for the massive support for the exposing Jason Shurka and TLS exposé. We're at 135,000 views just on YouTube alone, I believe today, last I checked.

Michael Scalar:

I don't know what it is on Rumble, think it was over 5,000, that's amazing for a channel that has 200 followers. So thank you all for the support. For those of you that had some negative commentary saying that we didn't provide the $10,000,000 shakedown, and I wanna go over a couple things. First, the court ordered something which has been reversed, so we're gonna go over that in this episode. Second, everything that I said in episode one of the, or the first edition of the exposé of Jason Shurka and TLS was backed by the court.

Michael Scalar:

Some people were like, well it's just he said, she said. That's not really what occurred, everything I said was audited by our legal team, our lawyers, and they said we could put this out because it's the truth. The difference here is Jason Shurka actually has today, and for a while now, a TRO, or temporary restraining order, barring him from saying certain things. These are extremely hard to get in a court because you have to show that massive harm is being done by the defamation, mistruths, untruths, and falsities that are being perpetrated by the individual. It's still in effect as of today.

Michael Scalar:

Now, you don't get a TRO if you're telling the truth. I want everyone to understand that. The judge will not put a TRO on you if you're telling the truth. If you notice Jason's been rather silent lately as we've released this exposé, it's because he can't really say anything bad about it, because it's literally what's in the court, it's what's going on. If I was saying something false, he would file a defamation claim against me, and I'm sure he will try.

Michael Scalar:

He's tried many things, including filing a TRO, barring me from showing the $10,000,000 shakedown, which has now been reversed, it's been dissolved, I'm gonna go over that now. Roland, you had some thoughts on, before we get into that, kind of what's occurred in in the scene here. What... What's your general consensus?

Roland:

Well, you know, I'm I'm kind of in it, but I'm also not. I'm not privy to all the inner details, and that's, of course, a good thing because I'm not actively involved in the suit. So I'm on the side supporting, but, also, I'm wanting to do my part because I've always believed in you guys. What I've noticed as someone who's trying to watch this both in it but outside it Mhmm. In the early stages, there was very little speaking from you guys.

Roland:

There was very little communication as to what was going on. There was a lot of talk from Jason's side.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah.

Roland:

And that's where the early damage was done. Yeah. And I think through these things to try to formulate the opinion from all sides because it's very easy just to hear something that emotionally resonates with you nowadays and go, Oh that's truth, I'm gonna align with that. So by not speaking, I was aware of a lot of people basically responding almost on your behalf as to the truth of the matter or what was happening as it related to harming them. For example, there was not much of a rebut from you guys because you went through the due process.

Roland:

You went through the judicial system. You were advised as to what to say, what not to say, and you didn't take the low road. You didn't take the route of anti defamation, anti accusation, which I think was really good because the old saying is it always comes out in the wash. Now when you've gone through due process, you guys have had multiple victories, if I understand correctly, or at least wins along the way.

Michael Scalar:

Pretty much all wins and no losses.

Roland:

Correct. Yeah. Now you're able to speak because you're not launching a smear campaign, you're not launching a retaliation, rather.

Michael Scalar:

It's a reeducation of what the truth is and what the facts are, and the facts that he displayed weren't facts, they were story, narrative control.

Roland:

Exactly.

Michael Scalar:

And now we're sitting here with the facts outlined in court. He's tried multiple times to remove parts that haven't been removed, summary judgments on parts that have not got summary judgments. We basically continue to win, and people are like, Well, haven't won the case. I'm like, Well, the case is a long series of wins and losses, and the end is winning the war, so it's the battles within the war. And so we've won all the battles in court.

Michael Scalar:

The war is yet to be won, it's been delayed another six months now because Jason has failed to comply with the court and provide all the things he needs to comply and provide. It's just dragged out. The New York case, which is against us from TLS and Religa, is in a second stage of dismissal. The merits of the case are not great. I believe New York is waiting to see what happens in Nevada.

Michael Scalar:

I can't confirm that, but that's what I believe. And so when we win, which seems Probable. Very, very highly probable, in Nevada, that case will probably go away, and we have counterclaims in New York against those So it hasn't been going well for the opposition. At the end of the day, it's been difficult. We were very diplomatic in the beginning.

Michael Scalar:

We tried to settle this multiple times to no reward or avail, sadly. And we had a lot of people saying, Well, you guys need to put your side of the story out, this is doing a lot of harm to our business because people believe this other person. So diplomacy failed, we tried to be diplomatic, and now it's time for us to share our side of the story. And for anyone that thinks this is negative or anything like that, this is simply us sharing our truth. We need our side of the story to be heard because...

Michael Scalar:

And people are like, well, this is look bad because you guys are doing this thing on there. We never did anything for two years, and now we come out and we get a little bit of... Not a lot, just a little bit of negative feedback. Oh, this is negativity. And I want everyone to put yourself in my shoes, in my family's shoes.

Michael Scalar:

My mom's 73 years old, I'm 43. We've been doing this our whole life, perfect record. We've done nothing but great in our community, and one guy comes on the internet while in tandem launching a competing product and says we're terrible human beings. And that's the only source of information that's come against us is this one guy who you're about to see what happened before this all blew up.

Roland:

Transpired,

Michael Scalar:

you You're gonna see the $10,000,000 shakedown finally. And you know, it's really really difficult for people to grasp what happened, but it went from hunky dory to wait, things aren't working. Why aren't there leads for our centers? Everyone's funding UNIFYD Healing to get these leads for the centers, including us to, well, you need to buy UNIFYD Healing today with no research of what's going on

Roland:

For this amount of money. For On my words.

Michael Scalar:

My large amount of money. It started at 30,000,000, went to 15,000,000, then it was 10,000,000, or else war. And yes, you're gonna see that clip here, or else war. And I need to give some context to what occurs in this video that we're about to show you as well, because Manny's like, oh, you disrespected me. I didn't do anything to disrespect them.

Michael Scalar:

I did everything they wanted up in, you know, I gave them funds. Thought TLS, the secret society, was real, Ray was real. Dee was real. Up until the end where I'm getting letters, which if you watch episode one, shows that Jason Shurka was the author of the letters from this fake secret society, allegedly. So, the context here is he's saying I disrespected them, I did these bad things, and I took action.

Michael Scalar:

The only actions I took during this period is I made UNIFYD Healing not mandatory if you were buying a center. And the reasoning was, was because there were so many complaints about UNIFYD Healing. And I couldn't in good faith, in good conscience, tell someone that they should use a service that didn't work. So I was literally just trying to protect the community and make sure that they were gonna get value for what they were spending. That's all I did.

Michael Scalar:

Not calling them, I was trying to do research. The whole context of, Oh, you did so many bad things. I didn't do anything. All I did was do research and protect my community. So I'm gonna read this little bit here from the court.

Michael Scalar:

It's the ruling based upon the foregoing and good cause appearing it has. It is hereby order that Shurka's motion for preliminary injunction is denied. This was regards the TRO around this $10,000,000 shakedown. It is further ordered that Bertolacini’s motion to dissolve the TRO is granted. The TRO is and has dissolved as of the time of hearing in this motions.

Michael Scalar:

Shurka's consent is not required for dissemination of this information. Further, NRS 200.630 of Nevada permits dissemination of an intercepted wire or radio communication with one party consent. I am giving that consent. I am one of the parties. Thus, Shurka need not agree to dissemination of the recording.

Michael Scalar:

The court expressly corrected its earlier statement. They originally thought that it would bar me, so they're now, as of yesterday, removing that. It says, The court acknowledges, it suggested at the hearing that dissemination of the recording required Shurka's consent. However, upon further review of the status, the court has, it was incorrect. So it's pretty rare for this kind of thing to happen, and big props to the judge in this case for actually being like, Hey, I was wrong, let me correct it, and I received that yesterday.

Michael Scalar:

Evidence concerning consent to recording. Here, the evidence before the court undermines his position that the 11/14/2024 meeting was recorded without his consent. We provided the evidence that it was. Likelihood of success on the alleged recording status violations. Even assume that the likelihood of success to an unpled claim is relevant, Shurka fails to establish a likelihood of success as to purported violation of NRS 200.620 through point six five zero.

Michael Scalar:

And it goes on irreparable injury and public interest. Aside from Shurka's likelihood of success, Shurka fails to establish irreparable injury would result from disclosure of the recordings. It's not gonna look for his reputation, but he's not going to be injured by this. And then the court also ordered that I would be awarded the bond that he posted for the TRO that's been dissolved. So given that context, let's roll the $10,000,000 shakedown that we're now allowed to put out, and I give full consent.

Michael Scalar:

So YouTube, please don't take this down this time because legally the judge has said, Oh, I should give the case number in case YouTube Be thorough, Michael. Thorough. Case number A-25-910216-B is the case. YouTube, don't take this down. Let's roll.

Manny Shurka:

The fact that you even question and challenge my integrity, my... And you know me. You know my family. You know what we do. You know exactly what we do.

Manny Shurka:

And you challenge me. Forget Jason. You challenge me. I give it to you anyway to show you to show you who is my son, who is my daughter. Now you have the poof in your eye.

Manny Shurka:

You didn't have the balls to even call me? Never mind. Between me and him. He knows. You didn't even have the balls to call me, Manny.

Manny Shurka:

I got... Thank you. I... I'll finish it up. Now he's sitting with you.

Manny Shurka:

He said, listen, Michael. I'm begging you. He's begging you. Let's finish. Cheating doesn't want a war.

Manny Shurka:

You're forcing a war here. You're making a mistake. You're gonna hurt your own family, and you're gonna hurt him. And you're gonna hurt the senators. Now him, you cannot hurt him financially.

Manny Shurka:

You can hurt his reputation. But I promise you, he will not let it happen.

Humphrey:

I'm Manny.

Manny Shurka:

Said we need to finish this today. I'm not and he's not and the organizer gonna wait for you to talk to your lawyer. This is bunch of bullshit and you know it. You're talking to me, Michael. Don't give me this bullshit.

Manny Shurka:

My son was naive enough to trust you. This is not how you pay back a trust. We never did anything in writing. Everything was shaken. Everything was done the right way.

Manny Shurka:

So be smart. I'm giving you a deal a lot. It's gonna be done today one way or another. We're not waiting for you bullshit lawyers to come, evaluation. You know the numbers.

Manny Shurka:

You know what they're making. You promise make an offer, make an offer. You wanna offer the same 10? Offer the same 10. You wanna offer more?

Manny Shurka:

Offer more. But make an offer, let me make a call and finish it up. But we're gonna finish it up today. On this call. On this call.

Manny Shurka:

Tomorrow, there's a war. He is not gonna sit by while you're cheating on him in front of the whole world. Centers are calling him. He is gonna come up with a statement approved by TLS. And I'm telling you, it's not gonna be fun for you.

Manny Shurka:

Not for him either, but he has to do what he has to do. You're not gonna sit down, shoot at him, and he's gonna sit down and say, okay. Thank you very much for you shooting me.

Jason Shurka:

If you think that I've been taking bullets and not having a plan, that's a nuclear bomb, you're wrong.

Michael Scalar:

So let me get this straight. I need to make you an offer to buy you out or bad things are gonna happen. And when you were sent in

Manny Shurka:

No. No. No. Not buying him out. You're not buying him out.

Manny Shurka:

You're gonna pay money to the organization for him to transfer everything to you. You're not buying him nothing. He's not getting a fucking penny. That's a big difference. Go ahead now.

Michael Scalar:

Humphrey, does TLS work like this?

Jason Shurka:

Say again?

Humphrey:

The... You know, we... I haven't met personally somebody saying I'm TLS. I've met so many people, very, very high level people. Okay.

Humphrey:

What I can based on the situation based on what has been stated, I feel that the most ideal direction we can go is let's move forward and let's let's fix this together. And doing that, I think again, the the tax deduction, all that we can you can shift everything to the most ideal.

Manny Shurka:

That's easy.

Humphrey:

You know, and honoring everyone in the in the field right now. We made mistakes. Yes, we all of us are we're we're not perfect. None of us are and we're not going to claim to ever be because we are always going to help each other protect each other, and and hold everybody in in high integrity. There's yes, there's no contracts, but we'll there.

Humphrey:

Our word is is is really powerful. It's even more powerful than paper. It's financially sound. It's financially sound in my humble opinion, and I'm limited in my understanding, but it's financially sound. It keeps the family together.

Humphrey:

It keeps everybody, you know, healthy and that's the, you know, it it serves the purpose of the win win win situation. It really does I I feel it. I feel that that's the right direction. That's my that's my...

Jason Shurka:

I appreciate that I give Michael's green light.

Humphrey:

Yes. Please. I... Green light for what what? I meant.

Michael Scalar:

Green light for what?

Jason Shurka:

Green what? I need no offer, Michael.

Manny Shurka:

I need... I... You have to sell

Michael Scalar:

How much did you make this year?

Jason Shurka:

In in what?

Michael Scalar:

What's your yearly profit?

Jason Shurka:

From UNIFYD Healing?

Manny Shurka:

Yeah.

Jason Shurka:

With travel, without travel, I don't know all those numbers. Profit, profit. What did you profit? We can nickel and dime on a million dollars, and what's gonna happen is their... If if you're not doing the right thing here, it's just not gonna end well.

Jason Shurka:

And I I don't... I'm gonna have to do what they say, and I don't want to. That's why I'm missing a Why

Michael Scalar:

don't you get someone from TLS on the call?

Jason Shurka:

Because they're not gonna fucking talk

Manny Shurka:

to you, dude. You give me

Jason Shurka:

the green light, I'm gonna leave the room, I'm gonna make a call, and I'm gonna come back. You already started doubting me on many things, and sorry, but you look really bad because everything that you said that I did, like the ads and all that, I proved it to you. I couldn't I couldn't prepare for something like that. You're coming up with stories, man. Look at what happens.

Michael Scalar:

That still doesn't make a difference for how you're spending that much money and the centers aren't full. There's something broken. I'm trying

Jason Shurka:

to figure out what's broken. Showing me?

Michael Scalar:

Yeah. You're showing me that there's So why don't you take in

Manny Shurka:

I'm... They they think so.

Jason Shurka:

So take take it and

Manny Shurka:

make it so much better. If you're so smart

Michael Scalar:

I don't I don't want give you a

Jason Shurka:

a tech guy. You're a hybrid.

Manny Shurka:

Okay. Wanna fix... You don't wanna make more money.

Jason Shurka:

So you don't care about the the...

Manny Shurka:

What you're saying? Michael. Michael.

Jason Shurka:

He doesn't wanna fix it. He wants me to fix it. Hey.

Manny Shurka:

Good. You're the joke. Come on. Fix it. You're so smart.

Manny Shurka:

Michael, you are all about the fucking money. Stop. Okay? You two colors came up. Please not.

Manny Shurka:

Stop. Stop. Now it's your time to prove it also.

Jason Shurka:

We're there. We're there. Let's finish this, please. And let's finish this the right way.

Manny Shurka:

Your mother is on this earth to help humanity. Learn from her something. You should you should be ashamed of yourself. Please. Your mother is an angel.

Jason Shurka:

Let's finish this the right way.

Manny Shurka:

And I'm telling you right now in '26, you're not gonna have a business. You want him to walk away? No problem. He can walk away peacefully or he can walk away with the war.

Jason Shurka:

I don't understand why why are you messing with us? Why are you messing with me?

Michael Scalar:

I'm not messing with you. I just don't like it when people make threats and bully me.

Manny Shurka:

I'm not making a threat. Nobody's threatening you. I'm trying to teach you business. You I have no clue what the fuck you're doing. No clue, you fucking king.

Manny Shurka:

You have no clue what you're doing. You think you have a child's king. He doesn't work like that. You're bury your entire family with your stupidity because you're greedy. You only wanna do what's good for you when you have a tax break.

Manny Shurka:

You're not giving because you have a good heart. You're greedy motherfucker. You wanna take it to yourself.

Humphrey:

No. No. Please. Please. Please.

Humphrey:

Manny. Let's just focus on the task at hand. We're we're

Manny Shurka:

Michael, listen. You said 10,000,000 before. Right?

Michael Scalar:

No. I didn't.

Jason Shurka:

Why are you putting me in a position that I have to do something that I don't wanna do, why? Why can't you, you said in the beginning, you were very nice, you said Jason, I appreciate you and I appreciate you Michael. Let's settle this, we both know that they, the organization are worth more than $10,000,000, but no problem, let me get the approval. Nobody wants to go to war. In war everybody loses.

Jason Shurka:

There's a nuclear bomb about to explode that I'm trying to stop.

Manny Shurka:

And I will stop you $60,000,000

Jason Shurka:

I need you to I work with need you to work with me.

Manny Shurka:

You think that's stupid? You really think that that's stupid You don't wanna give credit to nobody, really think you saw so much you did this standard part, you didn't do shit Michael, shit

Humphrey:

you do. Manny, Manny, Manny,

Manny Shurka:

Kissing me out.

Humphrey:

Manny, yes,

Jason Shurka:

let's finish this, let's just finish it. You know the worth of these individuals, you know the worth of what they've done, I didn't do shit, okay, forget about me. I didn't do, I'm a soldier, you're right, I'm a soldier in a much bigger mission, I did not do this, I accepted a task, that's all I did. And I don't regret any second of it. Let's finish man.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah. I'll think about it tonight. And as I said, I'll give you an offer tomorrow.

Jason Shurka:

No. No. No. Because No. You're We don't trust you.

Michael Scalar:

You don't trust me to what? What what am I gonna do in a day?

Manny Shurka:

Because you're make a move in two seconds while we're off the phone. And we're not gonna let you do that because the next move, then I don't know what move you're gonna make. I'm telling you right now, the answer is now. Tomorrow morning, we're not talking anymore. This is the only conversation we have.

Manny Shurka:

Now either you go the good way or the bad way, you decide. There will be no discussions tomorrow. Tomorrow there'll be a war.

Jason Shurka:

What I don't... I I just...

Manny Shurka:

I'm trying No, to thinks he's gonna push it us again. I'll call you. I'll call you. I'll call you, then you're not gonna answer my call. Not gonna happen, my friend.

Jason Shurka:

I'm just trying, I'm trying to wrap my head, forget about me and forget about the organization, which God knows why you don't understand the influence that I'm talking about out here, because you experienced it yourself. You know him dude, you know what he does, and you know what he's done, why are you messing with these people, why are you pissing off people?

Manny Shurka:

What do you mean you know me,

Jason Shurka:

know me about what? That you're a psychopath dude.

Manny Shurka:

Well that has nothing to do with the business, what do you want

Jason Shurka:

from me? That's not the point, why are you pissing people off? It's not right, man.

Manny Shurka:

No. Disrespecting. I care you disrespected me. You don't even have the boss to come to say Manny I apologize. It meant apology.

Manny Shurka:

Your ego doesn't let you. Yes. But I'll remember this for the rest of your life. I promise you I'll remember this. What you did the past two weeks after I'm doing work for you in Israel, and this is how you thank me?

Michael Scalar:

I was sick for over a week while you guys hounded me while I'm sweating in bed and I can't even talk.

Manny Shurka:

Yeah. Yeah. Okay. You were sick for four days. You were sick for five days.

Manny Shurka:

It doesn't matter. Called Jason. You couldn't call me while the roses

Michael Scalar:

I did call him while I was fucking sick.

Manny Shurka:

Yeah. But then you didn't call me.

Humphrey:

Yeah. Guys, guys, let's focus. Let's focus.

Jason Shurka:

Listen, whatever is between you guys is between you guys. Yeah. I'm letting you know my... You pissed off the wrong guy. It's not good, and I'm gonna try to fix this because I...

Jason Shurka:

Him piss is not good. It's not good. Help me help you. Help me help you. You're not you're

Manny Shurka:

not giving me resources. You think for a moment, fuck together this. I don't give a shit about together this. If you think for a moment, you or anybody is gonna help my son, and I'm gonna sit down by there, keep on dreaming, my friend. You know me.

Manny Shurka:

I'm not sitting down. I will fight to the last blood that I have. Okay? You're gonna... Do not hurt my son.

Manny Shurka:

Unless my son did something wrong, I'll kick his fucking ass. Nobody's gonna hurt my son. Nobody's gonna defame his name. Nobody, especially not you, after what I did for you. That's the thing you are getting as a father?

Jason Shurka:

What did

Michael Scalar:

you do to me... For me?

Manny Shurka:

Oh, what did I do for you? I just

Humphrey:

Guys, guys, this is another conversation. Let's fix...

Manny Shurka:

We're we're I just making millions and millions of dollars. Nothing to do with the fucking

Michael Scalar:

Manny. Manny. Manny.

Humphrey:

We we... This is we're trying to talk... We're trying to compartmentalize. There's there's other people involved.

Manny Shurka:

Let me make a phone call. It's not gonna wait till the morning. Nobody's gonna wait for you in

Jason Shurka:

the morning. It's not gonna wait till waiting anymore. Please work with me, Michael. I'm trying.

Michael Scalar:

You're not trying. You're threatening and telling me to pay you a certain amount of money. And he's an extremely scary person, and he just alluded to that.

Manny Shurka:

Nobody's a threat getting you. No. Nobody's threatening you. You don't wanna do any job. Do whatever you want.

Manny Shurka:

We're just letting you know there's gonna be a reaction for every action you do.

Michael Scalar:

So wait.

Michael Scalar:

Manny made me millions and millions of dollars. He didn't make me millions of dollars. Jason Shurka says that, it wasn't he himself, Jason Shurka, that made us millions of dollars. It was TLS. It was all them.

Michael Scalar:

I had help. Did Manny just admit to being TLS? Is Manny Shurka Ray? Is it a little strange that Ray disappears or retires right when Manny Shurka becomes deceased?

Manny Shurka:

I still talk to you. I do I like a man. I don't know the shit you're doing. The money went to your fucking ad. You don't see anything.

Manny Shurka:

You became blind. Even the numbers you don't want to make... You you don't know math either. Six per six. Call 12.

Manny Shurka:

You can do it you can do it in the next few months. And you're still arguing, and and you don't even understand the shit you're doing to yourself. You don't even get it.

Jason Shurka:

Not doing it. Okay. You're gonna make matters worse. So there's two paths here. We can either move forward, solve this the way that we're talking about, and you can continue moving on and everything will be splendid, things will be amazing, or we can go the other way, and we can have a, and there's like an ego fight here over a couple of years.

Jason Shurka:

Remember, there's no winners in

Manny Shurka:

wars, there's only winners in wars.

Jason Shurka:

I'm trying to avoid a problem here. Please listen to me, please hear me out. Please. This is probably the most important decision of both of our lives, just so you know, maybe not, this is the most important decision, because the different realities that come off on each side are drastic. The problem is with the organization you disrespected them, he's just talking about him because, and I have a problem that you disrespected my father, but we could deal with that another time.

Jason Shurka:

I'm not the issue with you. The issue is them, you've disrespected them. How? It doesn't go, how? I don't even

Michael Scalar:

know them, how do I disrespect someone I don't know?

Jason Shurka:

I don't know. I'm affiliated with them. Look how you're dealing with me. You're deciding to do whatever you want.

Manny Shurka:

Michael, wake up. The money got to you fucking brain. Wake up. You're blind. Wake up.

Michael Scalar:

I'm not blind. I just don't like being threatened or coerced.

Manny Shurka:

And that's what I'm doing right threatened. I'm teaching you while you're in life. You're not... I'm I'm I'm I'm upset because the way you you you do things. What you did this week is wrong.

Manny Shurka:

You don't do this for family.

Jason Shurka:

We're on a call as is. Help me finish this. There needs to be forget about your reciprocity with them. Like you really think that you're just gonna say hey, know this year I made $11,000,000 or $10,000,000 whatever, I'm gonna give you TLS six, which is... Basically, I'm gonna have to pay taxes anyway, so I'm just gonna take it off and energetically, you know that world.

Jason Shurka:

It doesn't make sense. You're just moving it from one side to another.

Michael Scalar:

So how how does this go for a mission for humanity to $10,000,000?

Manny Shurka:

What do you mean?

Michael Scalar:

Well, you were sent in on a mission for humanity to bring the technology to the world. Explain to me how we go from mission for humanity to a $10,000,000 shaked shakedown.

Manny Shurka:

Oh, you don't know the shakedown. No. It's not

Jason Shurka:

a shakedown. And second of all Feels like

Manny Shurka:

a shakedown. Doing a shakedown. My goal is to get this week. You're doing a shakedown.

Jason Shurka:

No. No. Nobody started with you. It's gotten to a point now where it's black or white. I would like to be able to finish this and literally already tonight, I wanna start changing things.

Jason Shurka:

I wanna start rewriting. Anybody that's telling me is, go into your bank account. You just tell me the one.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah. I'm not making a decision today. You can make whatever phone call you want.

Manny Shurka:

Okay. Okay.

Jason Shurka:

I'm I'm sorry to interrupt. Are you sure?

Michael Scalar:

You wanna talk tomorrow?

Manny Shurka:

Okay.

Roland:

Okay. And we're back. That video, I've seen it a couple times. It's highly uncomfortable. I wanna say you did a really good job of maintaining your composure because you were the recipient of a classic good cop, bad cop, but there was a lot of threat in there.

Roland:

You felt the threatening energy. I was definitely afraid of I my had a sense. You could see the facial expression. You were holding strong, but it was like, Oh, shit. Like, what's gonna come of this?

Roland:

And the reason I also bring that up is because I've been on the side of the consumer. Let's call the consumer either someone who's using a system or someone who's purchased the system. Right? When there's something like this, the the classic expectation is he said versus she said or side one or side two. And there's always, you know, there's that truth, that truth, and then

Michael Scalar:

What really happened?

Roland:

Exactly. Yeah. And you guys, by not speaking up at first, I don't think people realize that you did that to not only allow for due process to take hold so you could actually speak on truth when it was elucidated. You tried not to bring people into the mess. You tried not to air dirty laundry.

Roland:

Because if you would have launched an attack right away, it would have been far worse. Yeah. Because it would have just been an ego battle, a pissing contest for lack of better description. You said I'm not this. Yes.

Roland:

I am this.

Roland:

You're that.

Michael Scalar:

Well, and he had a a massive social media following, and we had a small one. So it would have been pissing him to the wind to try and fight it on the Internet.

Roland:

But the other thing too that I think people should hear for the sake of humility, your reality was entirely shattered and uprooted. Because you had spent years prior to Jason building this out to what it was. He comes in, promises you the world, hits a marketing home run, harnessing a certain perspective to appeal to a certain kind of person. You you can't catch lightning in a bottle twice, so that happened. But in real time, as you're finding all the dominoes starting to fall, you can't get ahead of that, not only from an optics perspective of how to control and dictate where your company goes, but also from a communication perspective of what do I tell people who are in this, who are going to be harmed by it?

Roland:

And then there's the internal and emotional reality of going, Oh, shit. What have I done?

Michael Scalar:

No, my reality was completely shattered. Shattered. I didn't know what to do. It's like, I believed this secret society existed. Believed Jason was an honorable, trustworthy person.

Roland:

And we wanted to, because we those who have... We talked about this before. Those who have goodness in their heart want to believe in these higher powers, these altruistic things being possible in life, being here to help.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah.

Roland:

And that is the blind spot. But, you know, people have thrown slings and arrows your way. And people are gonna have their reactions, like you can't control what someone thinks, feels, says, does. But I hope people can understand that there was the attempt to shield them to some degree. There was the attempt to to not make it bigger than it already was by not getting into an embattled situation, by being counter accusatory and essentially stooping down to the same level, because that energy would have made things worse in the long run.

Roland:

Now the tables have turned. He started super offensively. Lots of talk, lots of stories, massive offense, and he used the element of surprise and the element of using your company to bolster his platform, so his voice was louder. The tables have now turned because other than stories, accusations, and failed attempts, there's nothing he can really do or say now in a public forum because if he tries to go against what has been elucidated in court, it will show to everyone that he is now wrong and has been lying. If he tries to counter what you say with anything, none of it will be true.

Roland:

So he's at the point where he has to be super quiet because you guys allowed for due process to happen, and you did not speak until there was something worth speaking. And I'm saying this so people who have been caught in the crossfires of this, like understand what the family had to do.

Michael Scalar:

We got shell shocked. Mean it was devastating Like for on

Roland:

a personal level, yes. When we talk... It's so easy to forget about someone's personal well-being when money's involved.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah.

Roland:

People invested their livelihoods, all these things.

Michael Scalar:

It was also one of the big concerns is we had all these center owners that received paid for marketing that they never received.

Roland:

Mhmm.

Michael Scalar:

And you know, they were coming to us for help. It's like, we're not a marketing company. Like, we tried to do some things and it just didn't pan out. And this is another point where I really want to say, everyone go, please go visit one of the EESystem centers. A lot of them have really been heartstruck by the drama.

Michael Scalar:

I mean, Jason came out the gate completely destroying this entire ecosystem by spreading fake information. One of the things he came out with initially is we tried to bribe him. Now, if anyone's just watched this Shakedown segment, obviously, we didn't try to bribe him at any point.

Roland:

No, pretty sure it was kind of the other

Michael Scalar:

way That's the level of narrative control that he deployed was accuse the other party of what they were doing. It was extortion. Yeah. It was a shakedown. There's no other words that fit what you guys just watched.

Roland:

And it was done in a very telegraphed way. Like that was not the first time they've done something like that. Unfortunately, probably.

Michael Scalar:

I know of at least one other person. Yeah. I'd like to try and get them to come forward, but a lot of people are very afraid. So we'll see if they spin around.

Roland:

We'll leave

Roland:

that for whatever it is, but you know.

Michael Scalar:

But yeah, wasn't the first person. This appears to be a kind of playbook.

Roland:

There's strategy there.

Michael Scalar:

If you watch that, that doesn't seem to be... It's interesting too. Mr. Lovelight, Truth and Transparency. But then when you see how he really operates, this is clearly There's a lot of words I want to use, but I want to be legally safe.

Roland:

Yeah, we don't need to describe it. But you know, in that too, you see how someone can utilize a perspective with a motive behind the scenes. And I think this is worth bringing up too, because the damage this has done... People get so entrenched in the toxicity of the fight when they say, oh, this is harming how I see things. This is harming the whole industry.

Roland:

Nothing has changed since things were good in terms of what the technology does, what the mission was. Anyone who believed it then, you don't have to not believe it now, or separate church and state. Your personal belief systems or even the fact that if your reality is shattered, you know, have a moment of of compassion for yourself, but don't take that anger and purpose it outside of yourself on something or on people, or forget the intention of why you got in this in the first place. Because if you pretend that this never happened, the fundamentals are the same. Yeah.

Roland:

You know what I'm saying?

Michael Scalar:

And for those of you who haven't watched the first exposé of Jason Shurka and TLS, I recommend you go through it, understand that it is all verified information, it's not my story, it's what happened, It's backed by information in our lawsuit. And our attorneys aren't the type of attorneys that allowed us to put anything in there that wasn't backed by some level of evidence. I also wanna talk about, in the middle of that shakedown, Manny says something really entertaining that it took me a while to catch. But he said, first Jason says, I'm just a soldier. I didn't help you make this money.

Michael Scalar:

That was TLS. Then Manny gets upset and he goes, I just made you millions and millions of dollars.

Roland:

The admittance. Right? And I'm

Michael Scalar:

just like, so TLS is the one that made the money, but... So I I really wanna know in the comments, who thinks that Manny is Ray in TLS? Thought that since day one. I mean, I

Roland:

I said that to my wife Yeah. Years

Michael Scalar:

I'm like, that's his dad. Yeah. And he's talking about TLS and they're like, oh, it's, you know.

Roland:

He didn't speak English as his first language and all these.

Michael Scalar:

I mean, that's Manny. He's got a deep Israeli accent. That's true. I mean, the end of the day, we're just shining light on what has occurred. We're telling our truth, our side of the story.

Michael Scalar:

This isn't to try and create negative context, it's just so people understand. It's kind of a PSA too. Part of why we're doing all this is people need to be very cautious with who they do business with. There's people who are in integrity and walk the shoes and the life that they portray, and there's people who pretend to be one thing and in real life might be something else, so.

Roland:

It's a lesson in discernment.

Michael Scalar:

Yeah, do you have anything to wrap up? We'll keep this one

Roland:

Yeah.

Roland:

No. I mean, I will say that for everyone involved in this, if you had inklings along the way and you didn't listen to them, you know, learning to trust that inner intuition is a powerful thing, but it takes a lot of self trust, a lot of honesty about calling a spade a spade. I would love for the reality that we could all take to cleanse ourselves of all the toxicity that we're all holding of this, realizing that our blind spots as those who want to help is that the people who can game the situation often will try. It's a life lesson. It's a spiritual lesson.

Roland:

It's a lesson in reality of being human because some of us in the spiritual world, if you will, we wanna fall into everything's love and light, we live in the third dimension. Right? If you've ever read the book The Kybalion, this is the dimension of polarity. For this dimension to exist, light and dark have to be in some sort of balance at this current moment in time because it's what actually creates the close coupled reality of our existence. For everyone who's good, there will have to be someone who's bad, unfortunately, at this current time because that's where we are as a species, as a race.

Roland:

So don't let it pull you in. When shit like this happens, it's easy to forget the good because the bad is so much more powerful. And human psychology is we want to get away from something that's painful immediately. We want to find something that's pleasurable. When we can't find that immediate replacement pleasure, we flounder.

Roland:

And we we start to like, we wanted to talk the the toxicity that we've taken on.

Michael Scalar:

Well, me let me stop you there. You just said find pleasure, go to an EESystem, it's pleasurable.

Michael Scalar:

And you

Michael Scalar:

want to detox.

Roland:

Go to

Michael Scalar:

EESystem. Gonna help you detox.

Roland:

Yeah. So so my long and short of it is now that the writing's on the wall, accept whatever it is you need to in yourself. Mhmm. Allow the emotions to be honest, real, feel them, process them, and let's get back to the mission.

Michael Scalar:

Absolutely. Everyone please like, comment, subscribe. Let us know if you think Manny is Ray in the comments. Share this far and wide. Thank you for tuning in.
