Hey. It's g h Edwards. Alright. I danced around a little bit around this four party system idea, and I'll let you know that most people whenever I say the two party system's bad, the first thing they say is, well, three parties doesn't work, and that's a fact. You can't split one party in half.
Speaker 1:The other party is just gonna win and doesn't work. So we need to think beyond that and think about a four party system. Now there's nothing in the constitution about political parties or two parties. The founding fathers, I didn't really want for two parties. They really I mean, it broke up pretty quickly, but unfortunately, this has taken on a mind of its own.
Speaker 1:And we are at a point now where we, the people, can get together and discuss this and say, okay, let's solve these problems. And a big problem we have is that the two political parties do not represent the feelings that most people actually have nowadays. If you are a pro business, fiscally conservative person, and you now have to vote for a political party that only really cares about, at the moment, illegal immigration. What say you don't care about that? Let's say you're a big business guy and you know that illegal immigration actually helps out businesses, you know, under the table, you're not being represented.
Speaker 1:I'm sure people who have liberal beliefs don't wanna be clumped in with, you know, the blue haired radical liberals. So we need to spread the parties out a little bit. So once again, do I have all the answers? Of course, I do. No.
Speaker 1:I really don't. But I have an idea of how we can build this out. Four party system. Let's go extreme left to extreme right. So if you wanna be an extreme leftist, you got an extreme left party way over there you can vote for.
Speaker 1:Then you can maybe middle of the road left, middle of the road right, and extreme right. Basic platform idea. The problem is when I say that out loud, the parties can just up and change anytime they want to. They can just be like, oh, we're not this anymore, we're not this and or suddenly you voted for a party for decades and decades and decades and you look up now and the party's completely changed. Party's completely changed.
Speaker 1:So what I'm also saying is that we ensure that our political parties have pillars that we're built on. Pillars that said this is what we believe in. This is the the specific mindset we have. Now, is it driven into the ground as far as individual tactics and policies and stuff like that? It could be, but that's pretty limited thinking.
Speaker 1:I would say a big idea would be, you know, we believe in the the nuclear family, the power of the nuclear family or whatever you wanna say, something larger than that, that that's the goal you're aiming for. And it's set in stone, these pillars are. So you know whenever you're voting for the extreme right wing that you're voting for whatever it is, you know, Christianity as part of the government or whatever or if you're gonna vote for liberal side, can say, oh, you know, transgender has, you know, all the super rights and everything. Whatever we decide in there, you build these as pillars inside of these different political parties. But I'll tell you right now, the biggest problem you're gonna have is that the Democrats and the Republicans are not gonna let themselves be split into four parties.
Speaker 1:It's not gonna happen. They are gonna fight and claw and tooth and nail. They're gonna dig up stuff about me. They're gonna do stuff about you. They're gonna call you guys radicals.
Speaker 1:They're gonna call you commies and whatever whatever. Americans. And we see a problem. We're gonna fix it. So just know that the Republicans and Democrats have sewn themselves into the carpet.
Speaker 1:They're they're hard to get out of there. They've they've written laws only for themselves. Now at this point, do we say, oh, we just throw our hands up in the air and say, well, I guess this was a good try, America. No. We're not gonna do that.
Speaker 1:We're America. We can get past this. We the people can come together and figure out how to get four parties. Calling all smart visionaries. Let's get four parties going.
Speaker 1:Now I can throw some ideas out. Like, for example, if who's gonna be the republicans, who's gonna be democrats? That's always the big problem. Ideally, among the four parties among the four parties I'm talking about. Ideally, you would smash all of them and say, okay, we now have the I don't know, whatever you're gonna call them.
Speaker 1:The left wing, middle left, middle right, extreme right, whatever you wanna call it, parties. That'd be ideal, but that's even a bigger audacious goal than I have. Just get rid of republicans and democrats. Good luck with that. That's not gonna happen.
Speaker 1:To give you an example, in the South, after the civil war, they were all democrats. All the there was a giant democrat block. And for decades and decades and decades, even after the conservative party had switched from the democrats into republicans, the old school people in the South were still voting democrat. And until they realized, oh, wait. You know, wait a minute.
Speaker 1:Things have changed? Like, we're no longer conservative anymore? Then they switched, but it took a few elections before they caught up to them. People are very sewn into their parties. You're probably never gonna get rid them.
Speaker 1:That's unfortunate, but I mean, exterminator wants to come in and do that. But let's say we give for example, we give the Republicans the extreme right wing. Alright. If you are a extreme right wing of the four parties, we call it far right or whatever, your name is now republicans. Okay?
Speaker 1:And in the middle, can be called whatever you wanna be called conservatives. And then same thing for liberals. Let's say liberals, okay, you're now democrats are now extreme left, and then you get the the middle left, and that's a new party called whatever, the blue hairs. We can do things like that. We can set this up.
Speaker 1:It is possible to do. Is it gonna take a lot of work? You know, it could take a lot of work. Oh, well, good things take a lot of work. Is our country important enough for us to stand behind?
Speaker 1:Is our country worth some work and some stress? It absolutely is. And if you don't think America is worth saving, if you don't think that you should be serving your country and doing everything we can to save that bubbling up American awesomeness that we have, then get out of here. Though this is not for you. Go away.
Speaker 1:We are being choked to death by the two political parties. We absolutely are and no one is calling for a change. All anyone is saying right now is, yeah, we've got cancer but do you have stage four colon cancer or do you have stage four breast cancer? Like, they're a cancer man, how about we cure the cancer? How about we cure our American body so we don't get this cancer anymore?
Speaker 1:How about we build in things so that going forward after this opportunity we have right now, we go forward with a four party system and people can choose the scale they want. Let's see where America actually falls. Are we really right wing? Is the city super left wing? They can decide with a four party system on where they wanna go and what scale they wanna be in.
Speaker 1:Is that gonna disrupt everything? It absolutely is. Is this gonna be applied to congress and the senate and then open primaries and stuff? Uh-huh. Yeah.
Speaker 1:Absolutely. This is gonna change a lot. A lot of work. If you're not for a lot of work and if you see this is too big of a a goal, well then, come on, man. This is America.
Speaker 1:We can't do this. We can't fix ourselves. We're just gonna let it all collapse. We need to step our game up. We can do this.
Speaker 1:We can. Let's go. Calling all leaders.
