Day 4 is all about manifest your vision with empowering beliefs. So this is such a profound day. And, again, I'm really, really eager to dive in because there's a lot that I wanna share with you and also a little exercise that we're going to do. Because you can have the best strategies in the world and we did map out all those strategies in day 1, 2, and 3. But if your mindset and your beliefs aren't on board, you're not going anywhere.

Relinde:

On day 4, we're gonna align. So today, we're gonna align your beliefs with your vision and goals so that you are unstoppable. It is time to embody the mindset of success and manifest your dreams into reality. Because when you already are feeling and embodying what you wanna call in, it comes so much easier than when there's this gap between who you are and who you wanna be. Silke says, I believe this is my greatest problem.

Relinde:

Thank you for sharing that. And I believe it is all of our greatest problem, honestly. Because when we have the beliefs in place and we really embody them, it's not just a thinking mind thing. It's a deeper thing than that, and I'll talk about that today. Then whatever strategy I'm gonna give you, you're most probably gonna implement it and get the results.

Relinde:

But when this part isn't addressed, it can take long or there's a lot of resistance or even self sabotaging, like, patterns. Gigi says, I'm going to go small and say I'm proud of attending all these sessions. For me, that's not small at all. I think that's really big. I'm not for how useful and interesting you've made the sessions, of course, also.

Relinde:

Thank you so much. But mainly for you that you are here. Yeah. Very cool. So I wanna tell you a little story.

Relinde:

I think it was Gigi asking yesterday, what is this big shift? And I felt inspired to share with you where what today comes what I what I'm teaching you today, where that comes from. So about 9 years ago, I gave up. I literally gave up everything in my life as I knew it, my apartment that I was living in, my relationship, my career, everything. And it wasn't because

Speaker 2:

I chose to. It was because life, you know,

Relinde:

threw me that way. I've been studying dance and theater which I still really love, so grateful for. This is like something that is so near and dear to me. And I've been making a career in that field for about 17 years because I was very young when I started studying and I never thought I would give it up. But life had different plans.

Relinde:

My then partner left for a holiday. We lived together in Amsterdam, and he went and met somebody else and never came back. A real dramatic story. So I'm laughing now, but that was really huge for me. It was such a painful event.

Relinde:

Then my dance company that I've been running for a couple of years, it was a really hard time because we had some subsidy cuts in theater land, and things were just not flowing. So I gave myself a break, and I went to Bali. And there, I met people running location independent coaching and course businesses. And remember, like, this is done about 10 years ago when I arrived there. It wasn't normal yet.

Relinde:

It was quite new yet. And not that it's normal now, but it really wasn't many people doing that. But in me, it just awoke something, awakened something of my values that felt really good. The lightness of it, the freedom, the internationalness of it, the independent lifestyle. And I felt like, actually, maybe I that's what I wanna build, you know.

Relinde:

Maybe it's time to transform. So long story short, I decided to stay in Bali, work as a yoga and dance teacher in a yoga school in Ubud. And while doing that, I started my journey as an online business owner. So I started to take courses and learn about all these things. What I didn't know is that all of this, when I started to make that shift so I started to take courses, learn about marketing, learn about running an online course, like, all the things.

Relinde:

But what came with it was a huge identity crisis. I felt like a failure. Yeah. So I decided to let something go. I felt like a failure because I thought if I'm not a choreographer, I'm a failure.

Relinde:

I felt ashamed of putting myself out there online and I was so terrified of what my former colleagues and friends would think. My desire though was bigger than my fear and I kept going and I learned that what I really needed to shift were my subconscious beliefs and I'm gonna teach you that today. Beliefs that were limiting me from embodying the person I desired to be. In a magical way, different teachers came to me. I already practiced Qigong which is an energy art and I still do that.

Relinde:

That's now already up coming up for 18 years that I am also teaching, a teacher in Qigong. I don't practice that but I practice it for myself. I met a yoga teacher, Tara Chudel, who took me back to the world of somatic healing and I learned about the subconscious mind and discovered ways to identify and shift limiting beliefs. And when all of that clicked, my business took off. I went from making, 20 to €25,000 a year to making a 120,000 plus a year.

Relinde:

My first online business was doing justice, helping entrepreneurs shift their beliefs and embody their next level self. So I wanted to share that too because sometimes people say to me, yeah, I know you can make money being a business coach, but can you also be making money doing something personal development? And, actually, yes. The first years of my online business, I didn't do all the practical things that I do now, like the funnel and the strategy in which I absolutely love, the integrating for multiskilled coaches and experts. I just did this and that worked too.

Relinde:

So why am I sharing this story? I share this story because I see that this is a big deal for everybody that I work with no matter how far they are ahead in their business. Doesn't matter if they already run 6 figure businesses or they have a business that starts from the ground. So I work with this, what I now call embodied vision method. I work with this with all my clients because I know that this element, the embodiment pillar in the leveraged expertise method, as you might remember of day 2, you can't make the big leaps you want to make.

Relinde:

So no matter where you're at in your business right now, this work is gonna be deeply transformational. I wanna show what kind of results my clients got from this. So this is, for example, Gosha. She is a Facebook ad expert, and she says the Elevate Mastermind has led to one big overhaul of my whole system, a fundamental change in how I act, manage my energy and approach challenges. I've shifted a lot of core beliefs that stood in my way to recognize my own authority.

Relinde:

Another client that I worked in my early years, Meryl Krigsman, she said I had all the subconscious stories that were running in the background, my decision making, how I showed up, whether I showed up. I was in my in the way of my own next level of success and I think many of you can recognize that. I recognize that. There's always this next level. Brilinda found the limiting beliefs we needed to work on right away and release it on a spot which was incredible.

Relinde:

Working with Rolinda is going to shift things for you massively by doing deeply internal work. I can't recommend her highly enough. And one more story I wanted to share is back in and she came to me. She just wouldn't get past 10 k months, and she really wanted that. Right now, her business is a 7 figure business.

Relinde:

She said during our session, Willinda reprogrammed me, and within a few days after our session, I hit 25 k and more. It allowed me to shift my earning capacity and what it means to be super successful and profitable as a business owner. I couldn't have done this without Belinda. So this is a bit of what that is. Yes.

Relinde:

I'm gonna dive deeper and we're gonna do some of this magical work together today. So if we look at this, what really is going on is that you are in your face, your version of the hidden gem coach face, and you wanna step into that next level on purpose coach. But what is in the way? And those are your limiting beliefs, and that's why it gets really hard to get there. So what we really wanna do is replace those limiting beliefs with empowering, I could say, cheerleading beliefs.

Relinde:

And when you have those, then you can easily get to where you want to be. And just a reminder that where we wanna be is to really know that you do what you are doing. You wanna generate money, overflow, feel carefree so that because money is just flowing, have your messaging and positioning on point, and have offers that are scalable and that feel really, really good. So I wanna do a little exercise with you because I do think we all recognize this. So I want you to thank, Alexis, thank you for sharing this.

Relinde:

I'm happy that that that helps. And I want to really talk about you. I just share my story because I do hope that makes you see that I can relate and that there's always that next level. But I wanna talk about you, and let's look at some of the limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. Already said, this is my biggest thing.

Relinde:

People here, you might be more or less aware

Speaker 2:

of it. So I want to

Relinde:

do a little exercise. So you're gonna think of what you've said in the past days, the money, the freedom, the impact that you want to make. And I want you to imagine, if you want, you can close your eyes. I want you to imagine it is already there. So if you've said, I'm making a €150,000.

Relinde:

I'm having a scalable program. People are just coming to me. Now I want you to exaggerate that a little bit. So just think just 10 x the money. Say, like, I'm making a million.

Relinde:

Or if you said 50 k, I mean, making 500,010 x it, make it bigger. And let all these people come, and you're really go to expert. You're leading your company that way. And then with your eyes closed, if you feel okay to close your eyes, you're not driving,

Speaker 2:

Then ask your subconscious mind. So if that all would already be in place, what could possibly go wrong? What could possibly be bad about that? What could happen or what could break in your life if that would be the case?

Relinde:

And then if you feel ready, then you can share that with me in the chat. What does your mind say about it, your subconscious mind? What thoughts or feelings come up when you think about making these goals a reality in the coming 12 months? So because I work with people directly but most often I think to myself to be alone and my small groups reflect that. So you're like, the more successful I get the more alone I am.

Relinde:

Is that what you think, Silke? Let me know what are beliefs. Maybe you are like I know a belief. I know a thought that I always have. Maybe it's as as core belief as I just don't believe I'm good enough.

Relinde:

That is a really profound one that comes up for a lot of people. Maybe it's something like yeah. But if I'm super successful, people just won't like me anymore. Yeah? Eleni.

Relinde:

Big one. I will ruin it again. Yeah. The more I do what I love, the less people truly understand. Oh, Silke.

Relinde:

That is a big one. In belief terms, I would reframe that to I must always be misunderstood. I would look at that one. I would be used, that's Cecilia. But I love how you phrased it too, Silke.

Relinde:

Keep that one when you have. Else, I get the picture of people who are beating me and getting the answer bad luck surprising. Oh, wow. Thank you for sharing. Maia says, I don't know if I can make that amount in a short period of time.

Relinde:

Like, that belief. I don't know if I

Speaker 2:

can do it. I don't think I

Relinde:

can do it. It's such an important one. I once saw sir Richard Branson, speak on a stage. And the way he talked about his businesses, I could just sense the energy as well in his mind. And I was like, oh my gosh.

Relinde:

He has no limiting beliefs around I'm just gonna start a aviation company. You know? And he started Virgin Airlines. And I just could sense the way he was sharing it that it came to him. He could do it and he saw the opportunity and did it because there were his beliefs were aligned on that part.

Relinde:

He might have other beliefs in other parts of his life that are not so aligned. Yeah. We all have different areas in

Speaker 2:

our lives where we have them quite easily and then others where we don't.

Relinde:

Alexia says, I have a problem even seeing it. Yeah. So what you could look at believes is like how safe do you feel in your body, Alexia. Because sometimes when we don't feel so safe, just have inner safety, then it can be hard to see things like the quote unquote negative things. Can I actually do it, make it happen, and keep it going?

Relinde:

Yeah. So doubts. Like, can I do this? And if I do it, can I then keep it on? So all these thoughts create wobbliness in your energy.

Relinde:

And if you just tuned in, I see some people coming in right now. We are looking at beliefs, and we are looking at the beliefs that are not supportive of you getting to your goal. So anything that comes up with you, share it with me in the chat because I can actually help you right now to shift that. By the end of today's session, you're gonna have a very personalized power mantra that is a great start of shifting this belief. I will also show you why beliefs don't shift like that.

Relinde:

Yeah? I I know that sometimes people speak this kind of language and say, it's just excuses. You have to be tough on yourself and just push through. But that is not so trauma informed. Those beliefs come from deeper places.

Relinde:

There's real reasons. I know they can shift within a short amount of time. They can shift in an instant.

Speaker 2:

They can shift in an hour. But we

Relinde:

do need to be compassionate if they don't because there's reasons to it. Stefania says, instead of doing good to people, I'm envied. Big one, Stefania. Yeah. And people actually move away rather than approaching me.

Relinde:

Yeah. That's powerful because that's what you don't want. Yeah. And that's so against all your values and who you are. Rochelle says, I think I'm not good enough, especially when it comes to make everything work at the same time as a freelancer.

Relinde:

It can be overwhelming, and I need to figure a lot out on my own. So there's 2 beliefs. Like, I need to figure it out on my own. I'm not good I'm not good enough, but I do need to do it alone.

Speaker 2:

I can't ask for help. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Rochelle, totally agree with this. Okay. So you found 1, Alexia. Yeah. Good.

Relinde:

So those I I could have switched to this slide. Those is what I call the limiting beliefs. What you all just wrote down are your limiting beliefs, things that come up that you can say are not helpful. Yeah? You can say this from an objective point of view.

Relinde:

Is this helping me to get to where I where I wanna be? Is this cheerleading me? Is this empowering? No. It isn't.

Relinde:

So we call them limiting beliefs. And just to know, your subconscious mind doesn't think, oh, this is a limiting belief and an empowering belief. It just thinks, hey, there's a bully. It just has these programs.

Speaker 2:

And later, I'm gonna say,

Relinde:

more about how to shift them. But first, I wanna ask, how do you feel? So if I read, like, let me read all these limiting beliefs, and I promise you I get you out of this feeling. Like, stay till the end because we are going to get out of this. But if I'm saying, I'm gonna be alone.

Relinde:

I will ruin it all again. When I'm successful, I will be used. When I have all this money amounts coming in, people are beating me. I will get bad luck. I I can't make it keep it going.

Relinde:

Even if I make it happen, I will it won't last. How do you feel? How does that feel in your body? And, again, I'm holding space here from a place where I can't see you. So just check-in with yourself, but just allow yourself to feel the feeling.

Relinde:

And, again, we're gonna shift it. So what feeling comes up for you if you think those thoughts? I don't know fit in, I'm misplaced, and this is a terrible feeling. And and also a really core one, like, we wanna belong. Yeah.

Relinde:

We want to be part of a of a group so we don't wanna not fit in. How does it feel when you hear? Isn't it so funny? When you read others, you think, but what we do or say, all I want to do is encourage all of you. Yeah.

Relinde:

I love that observation, Gigi, because isn't that like you hear it from somebody else, but then for yourself, it almost feels like the truth. Yeah. But, I am not I am not good enough. That person is that is good enough, but I'm not.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. I feel caged in in a separate space.

Relinde:

Pain in my heart. Heavy feeling. Thank you so much for going here. I know this is vulnerable. Instead of doing good to people, envied yeah.

Relinde:

I feel anguish. I have a feeling of sadness. Yeah. I'm gonna get you out of here, Shanine, so just know that. Also, sadness.

Relinde:

Yeah. You know when you feel that way, that's gonna inform that it's literally in yourself. Yeah. So when you feel this way, you're also going to take a different kind of action. Like in that one testimonial with Meryl, she said it influences the way I showed up and if I showed up.

Relinde:

Yeah? And so the way you feel is gonna really inform how you show up in the world, and that's gonna give you a certain result. Right? We can't think we can agree on that. Did you say I feel sick, like a total failure?

Relinde:

I have proved everyone who said it couldn't be done was right. This is such a big one. I so hear you on that one, Gigi. So this is a deep belief for you around I'm a failure that wants to be healed. And I'm gonna give you again, I'm gonna pick you up.

Relinde:

I'm gonna pick all of you up but do know there's deep work around this. And I wanna say congratulations for finding it because this belief, it hasn't doesn't only influence your business. That's just one part of it. It influences everything. So it's really beautiful when it actually comes to the awareness when we bring it from the subconscious into the conscious because then we can shift it and we can only do that when we endure and hold space.

Relinde:

So I'm holding space for all of you knowing that you are safe and that we are gonna shift this energy and thank you for being so open. Rochelle, feel stuck and insecure, discouraged and angry with myself. Yeah. Okay. So we're gonna acknowledge those feelings and knowing that the beliefs aren't a reality.

Relinde:

If you want for a minute you can close your eyes. Just know that your subconscious mind is speaking. That here is a trigger of certain events and we will go, I will, we will talk about a little deeper and that there's something that needs care and love and compassion and attention and just so much tenderness and love and compassion because you are, of course, not a failure. Like Gigi said, for other people, you can see it. You're not a failure.

Relinde:

Your success just being existing is You're a miracle being alive. You are amazing and complete and wonderful. If we look at those beliefs, we can think and maybe you wanna do this with your eyes closed, what would be a more empowering version of my belief? And I want you to ask your subconscious mind what that is. If you could choose with a magic wand any empowering belief instead, I'm not saying that you already a 100% have to believe it.

Relinde:

I just want you to say this would be a this would feel really good. This would be really empowering. So if I think the more I am myself, the more people won't understand me. Like Silke said, what how could you change that? Could you say the more I'm me the more I resonate with the right

Speaker 2:

people, for example. If you

Relinde:

think I am, misplaced but if you would

Speaker 2:

think I am exactly where I

Relinde:

need to be. So now when you feel ready, think of your limiting belief that you just came up with and replace it, re frame it into an empowering belief that you would love to embody. And, again, at the end of this session, you'll be get very close to embody it and we'll do something beautiful that will allow you to not only think it but also feeling sense it, really get it into yourselves. What would be a beautiful, empowering belief instead? And let's share those in the chat too.

Relinde:

Cecilia, thank you. I can give freely to the right people. Yes. I can give freely to the right people. Yeah.

Relinde:

And it will be when I give, it will be reciprocated with by the right people.

Speaker 2:

can be like a diamond. I love it. What are those empowering beliefs? And keep them coming. So just what comes to mind, what feels empowering.

Relinde:

What is that? If we would have another belief in Stan, if everything was possible, which belief would you choose? What would be so empowering and fun? I'm capable of becoming who I want. Yes.

Relinde:

A 100%. Maru, I can enjoy what I do because it represents my being. I love that one. So powerful.

Speaker 2:

And, Rochelle, I'm capable of becoming who I want. Yes. Yeah. I love it.

Relinde:

Everything I want is available for me instantly, Rochelle. Yeah. So that it is also that that you already have this, like, it's already there. I'm already who I wanna be. Yeah.

Relinde:

Gigi, I am more ready that I know the right people are waiting for I I am more ready than than I know and the right people are waiting for me to step into my power and help lift me up. I'm worth it. Yes. Stefania, people recognize my goodness of action and my value and come closer to benefit from it. My gosh.

Relinde:

You people are rocking it here. I love it. Silke, pin down your beautiful suggestion on paper. Okay. Thanks.

I can be like a diamond. I'm capable of becoming who I want. I can enjoy what I do because it represents my being. I am exactly where I need to be. I radiate good energy.

I have all that I need and trust myself ready to serve. I saw the image, said Alice, of a diamond that was shining, and I felt a power in my body. And just by standing there, everyone can see and feel the diamond and touch the diamond and feel the heart.

Speaker 2:

Oh my god. Thank you for sharing that. I love it.

Relinde:

Maru, the more I am at peace with my life, the more I can focus on serving, and the more people who resonate with my energy reach out. Woo hoo. So the next question is and thank you so much.

This is big work. How do

Relinde:

you feel now? So now I was reading this. Now you read and write your own empowering belief. How do you feel in your body? Let's just connect that belief, that thought, that how does it actually feel in your body.

Relinde:

And let's write down those feeling words too. And if you want me to do a little bit of a little practice on this, like a mini meditation, at the end of the session, say yes in the chat, then I will make sure that we do that. The end of the session, we can do something where we can energetically actually, like, download this, embody this in

Speaker 2:

our body. Haven't done it. Nothing yet. No. Oh, no.

Relinde:

What do you mean with that, Silke? Yeah. We can do a little shift. Of course, we're diving. We're touching the surface area.

Relinde:

I have to be careful doing this deep work while I can't see you and while you're actually not in a space with me online or in person. But we can definitely do that really feel really good at the end of the session. Save it save it till last because I have a couple more steps. Yeah. There's always gonna be a next limiting belief, and that is so good to see.

Relinde:

Start try to stay for this moment with that one. It's like, okay. Let me stay with that one. How does that feel? Happy, excited, and powerful.

Relinde:

Yes. How do you feel? Powerful and joyful. How do you feel when you hear those limiting beliefs? How do you feel when you wrote those down?

Relinde:

Just that moment, that instant. Let's spell the prick here for, Silke. I know there's a whole other other universe. So how do you feel in that

Speaker 2:

moment?

Relinde:

Jay says, here is a harsh truth. Self pity is dangerous. It feels comforting. I don't think we are here for self pity. Remember, you have the power to break okay, Jay.

Relinde:

Thank you. But we are actually going very compassionate through those parts. I'm not judging them at all. It's not self pity. This is real stuff, and I know that because I do lots of those sessions.

Relinde:

So I'm just gonna be very careful with saying that. So it feels calm. I feel at peace, hopeful for the future, and exciting to realize it. And this is so important to know. And I don't know if you do know this experiment of, doctor Masaru Emoto, the water experience.

Relinde:

I think most of you know it, where he did speak to water, have people pray to water and with the words, for example, thank you or wisdom or truth or you make me sick and evil and negative thoughts. And this is how the water molecules literally changed. Yeah? So that is just you can make pictures of that, you know, if you look through a microscope, this is how they changed. So if you think that you are 90% water, which you are.

Relinde:

Yeah. Isn't that amazing? And I like to remind myself of this one. It's so used in so many places, but I think it's so important to remind ourselves this, that this how do you feel little question after saying this actually is changing your body on a cellular level. So if you say the energy that you, you know, be the energy you wanna attract and all that good stuff, it literally happens.

Relinde:

And we do not all have, you know, my qigong teacher would say the untamed mind. Like, our minds do all these things and they go all the ways and there's so many synapses and connections in your brain, and I will come later why I don't agree with saying this is self pity or you're making excuses or whatever because I know why those thoughts keep coming if we do not have the compassionate, and loving way of releasing what is around that. So what is happening in your body is literally this. So how do we show up as we say money is evil and what does it do to our body also instead of money empowers me to do good? Or I have to live up to others' expectations, which I've heard my clients say instead of I am allowed to do business by my way or when I'm successful others will resent me and knowing I can be wildly successful and loved at the same time.

Relinde:

So it really matters to be lovingly aware of your thoughts and to shift them and to have somebody in your corner and to have a community of people in your corner who help you see it. Because, honestly, the most sneaky limiting beliefs are literally, showing up as the truth. We often think they are the truth. Yeah. Maru says I love this practice.

Relinde:

I stopped doing it, and I feel I need to reconnect with the water and those intentions and crystals. Love that. Thanks for mentioning this.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Relinde:

Beautiful. But why is it that we just can't just think a different thought? So as people say, like, just think this different thing, push yourself, count to 123, and just do it. You know? Why isn't that true?

Relinde:

And I've really seen that that's because those beliefs are in your subconscious mind and there's reasons to the beliefs to be there. One of the reason is fears of the good thing. So imagine what I just asked. I said, imagine that I just hand this to you. You make a million now and you have all these clients.

Relinde:

What could possibly go wrong? That is one of the fears. There's fears around the good thing that are as synapses in your brain that go off like, ting ting ting, alarm. If we accept this change, this bad thing might happen. Again, your mind is not judging it as good or bad.

Relinde:

It's just, hey, this is what is connected. There's benefits of the limiting belief, and we're gonna look at those. So there's actually always something good about believing the bad, and your subconscious mind thinks, not with that many words, but this is what happens in the brain. It's like, hey. If I accept that beautiful, empowering belief, I'm gonna lose the benefits.

Speaker 2:

You see what I mean? Then there's

Relinde:

your family line. Things came from somewhere. Your mother might have believed this. Your whole maternal family might have believed this. We don't wanna let it go because I wanna stay part of my family.

Relinde:

I want to be connected to my mother. So if I all

Speaker 2:

of a sudden really try

Relinde:

and change my beliefs and my identity, I might not feel connected to my family line anymore. Or it just feels so real or it's just really imprinted in my genes. There is culture and location. So your culture teaches you certain beliefs. The city you grow up in, the village that you village that you grow up in, and those beliefs are ingrained.

Relinde:

And often, you are maybe not even aware that there's another way of thinking because of that. Yeah? Now we live pretty international lives. We have awareness, but still it will really influence who you are. There's emotions like anger, sadness, resentment, regret and those are connected to the beliefs that we need to release them.

Relinde:

And if you wanna go here and I do go here, there's the karmic part, the past lives, things that we can't grasp anymore but that seem imprinted into our being, into our energy, into our soul, however you wanna call it. When I work with beliefs with my clients, we clear up all of these areas. So we don't just do one thing. I will never say, hey, you are like excusing here, just man up, you know, or warm up. I will never say that because I know that there's reasons.

Relinde:

If you have resistance in letting go of the belief, there's reasons, very good reasons for your subconscious mind to do that and we will actually empower every part of that and let go of what is no longer needed and empower instead the, empowering the the real part of you. Even all of the things that are holding you back are essentially not real. What is really real is that you're empowering empowered, capable, resourceful. That is who you really are. So let's create a power mantra so that we can make a really beautiful radical shift.

Relinde:

And we wanna look at this, you know you see that I have all of these six reasons why the limiting beliefs don't just shift, and I'm gonna look at one of them, which is the benefits of the limiting belief. The benefits of a limiting belief. So let's take that same limiting belief that you just said. We're gonna do one more extra step on this. I'm taking you deep here today.

Speaker 2:

This is no fluff. And now ask yourself, what good has come out of believing that limiting belief? And just write

Relinde:

it down in the chat, whatever comes to mind. So if I have been believing that I, I'm not good enough, What is good about that? Well, it made me motivated to always be better. So I'm motivated, which is a great thing, motivated. So write down for me that limiting belief that you had.

Relinde:

I know we already reframed it, but we're gonna do your reframe and make it even more powerful for your brain. Your limiting belief, what is good about it? And if you're like nothing, maybe close your eyes and go a little bit deeper. Like, but if anything, what could came from that? Like, what was good about that?

Relinde:

Oh, it has and I have some examples. I got liked by others because of it. I don't have time for myself. I am free, etcetera. To keep trying.

Relinde:

Exactly. I'm I'm motivated to keep trying. I don't give up. And ask Maru, if you keep trying, what's good about that? There's another one there.

Relinde:

Silke, I have incredible endurance. Love it. Because I know I can infinitely grow and I'm very easily satisfied. Sarah, I'm striving for excellence. Yes.

Relinde:

Great. What's good about striving for excellence, Sarah? Write it down. Ask yourself the next question if you want. So make this list of beliefs.

Relinde:

If anyone has a limiting, an a negative coming up, such as I didn't have to put myself out there because I believe I'm not good enough, then ask yourself, oh, okay. So what is good about that? And good about that is, yeah, I feel safe when I don't put my feeling safe in itself is a good thing. Yeah? So make sure yeah.

Relinde:

I stay in my safe zone. And if that feels a bit negative to you, say, I feel safe. Feeling safe is

Speaker 2:

a great thing. Very good.

Relinde:

So you list a couple of those. If you have one, it's great. If you have more, it's also great. Positive things from the limiting belief. Are you still with me?

Relinde:

This is deep work. So we have that limiting belief. I'm not good enough, and I think why is that good? I would always I'm I'm always motivated. Okay.

Relinde:

Great. Makes me motivated to to learn more. What's great about learning more? Oh, it's great that I am good at many different things, and I like that. Great.

Relinde:

I speak 4 languages. That is really fun. I can connect to many people because I feel empathetic. Great. You know, all these positive things.

Relinde:

Those are the benefits of your limiting belief. And, again, I wanna take you back to my slide. The reason that the beliefs doesn't shift are 6 reasons, and one of them is the benefit of the limiting belief. So you're going to list what that is, all these beautiful benefits. And now I'm gonna have you make, and we'll do a little meditation at the end of the session.

Relinde:

I'm gonna end within the hour, but we're gonna do, a meditation where you have listed your benefits, and thank you for sharing them, to really be able to deliver my magic and my knowledge, to prove myself that I'm smart. Great. Now you can create

your power mantra. So else, for example, if

Relinde:

you have something like that, I stayed in my safe zone, but I also work very hard. That has a bit of a negative, the but. So say that in, I feel safe. That's staying in a safe zone. I feel safe.

Relinde:

That's good. We can stay safe and go out of the safe zone. But in essence, safe is good. I'm safe. And at the same time, I'm motivated.

Relinde:

I don't like to put working hard because that is not necessarily I have to work hard, but it's like I'm motivated. That's behind beyond working hard, and I think that's a great one to have. So all the positive thing, and then you create your power mantra. And you do that like this. You say, I, and then take your empowering belief that you wrote before, and I can have that and at the same time benefits.

Relinde:

So, for example, I am good enough, and at the same time, I am motivated. I am empathetic. I am liked. I am loved. And this gives your subconscious mind all of a sudden permission for this part that is like, oh, okay.

Relinde:

If I can have it in that way, if I can have both the good things, then I'm definitely a step closer to really embodying this belief. So love for you to share and take a moment. We don't have to rush this. Share your power mantra with me. I am Powering Belief, so I.

Relinde:

I am good enough. I am I can let me read some of yours that you had. I all these feelings. Love it. Love it.

Relinde:

Love it. I am more than ready. I'm more than ready, and at the same time, I can I can yeah? I I know that the right people are

waiting for me to step into my power and help lift them up. And at the same

Relinde:

time, I am worth it and at the same and I can have that and at the same time. So work on your power mantra and share it with me in the chat because this is so powerful, not only for you to write it down, but also for others to hear it. I am what is the what is the I am so I think you missed the word. I am and and do an experience good enough. I think that is maybe that's not what you meant. I am and do and experience good enough. I love it.

So write down your power mantra. I am good enough, and at the same time, I am liked and loved and successful. I'm good enough, and I am motivated at the same time. Yeah? This will give your brain that permission as in, oh, I can have that empowering belief and at the same time have those things I thought I would lose, but you won't lose them.

Yes. Being, doing, and experiencing just right. Okay. Great. I love it.

I love it. Janine, I can do it on my own and at the same time I can feel safe and support others. Great. Okay. Janine, I'm gonna also empower you to not always have to do it on your own because that can actually be a sneaky one.

I have to do it on my own. I I would love for you to shift. I must always do it on my own also to I know when to and how to do it on my own and when to and how to ask for support so that you don't have to

And at the same time, I feel safe and powerful and also proving myself that I can do it and enjoy realizing my goals and feeling successful. Yes. Absolutely. And I know I can do it. What if you don't even have to prove yourself?

So if you know EFT, which is, you know, with the karate chop and everything, that's not this. This is different. You just tap on the top of your head and then you tap on your heart. Just something to end these 4 days altogether feeling good and embodying it. And then keep your mantra in your mind so that you make sure that you when I say like say your own power mantra that you can say it.

Relinde:

But I will do a number of them where we just do it collectively because we have this group mind here coming together and I believe that is very powerful. So we're tapping over head and heart again here sternum and head and the other hand is on the belly. We're taking nice deep breaths and then close your eyes. And while you're tapping over head and heart just know that what we're doing with that is we're saying to the brain when we tap on the head, we say to the brain, hey, we're ready for an upgrade and to embody a new reality and when we tap on the heart, we're saying let's save this new reality on the hard disk. That's what we're doing.

Relinde:

Taking a deep breath And then just repeat after me saying, I already know

Speaker 2:

who I am

Relinde:

and how to live my life every day, knowing that I am successful, that I am good enough, worthy, and deserve to, Be successful and free. That it's easy for me to create anything I want. Repeat after me. I allow myself to create

anything I want. I am always supported.

I allow myself to be supported. It is safe to be seen. I already know what it feels like,
