6:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.
10am: Leftover stroganoff over fusillotti and smashed potatoes, and a cup of coffee with half & half at the office.
2:30pm: A strawberry grain bar.
6:30pm: Nicoise salad with pinto gold potatoes, green beans, Fishwife tinned tuna, hardboiled eggs, frodo pepper, romaine, Sicilian olive oil, red wine vinegar, and fried garlic, made at home.
7pm: Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream and three Utz extra dark sourdough pretzels.
August 5, 2025 (Tuesday)
9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half and grilled cheddar with peppercorns on Sicilian olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
1pm: Utz extra dark sourdough pretzels.
5pm: Chicken curry with leftover boiled pinto gold potatoes, green beans, and jasmine rice, made at home.
6:30pm: Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream.
August 6, 2025 (Wednesday)
6:30am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with blueberries and milk, made at home.
10:30am: Two cups of coffee with half & half and leftover chicken curry over rice at the office.
5pm: A softboiled egg, Arnoldi Valtaleggio Capriolina, Klare Melk Truffle Gouda, black pepper water crackers, a small slice of La Farm sourdough, and romaine lettuce with Igor Gorgonzola Dolce, marinated gigante beans, sundried tomato, marinated mushrooms, grilled green olives, Sicilian olive oil, and red wine vinegar, made at home.
6:30pm: Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream.
August 7, 2025 (Thursday)
9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half and two softboiled eggs.
1pm: Utz extra dark sourdough pretzels.
5:30pm: Beef and lamb lahmacun meatballs in a tomato sauce with Suka Pinakurat, green beans, and leftover rice, made at home, and a slice of crumb cake from Whole Foods.
6:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Homemade in the Shade ice cream.
August 8, 2025 (Friday)
8:30am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and Utz extra dark sourdough pretzels.
12pm: Leftover meatballs and green beans over rice.
6pm: Leftover meatballs with pappardelle, made at home, and half a can of Rodenbach Belgian sour ale.
7:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Cookie Cake flavored ice cream.
August 9, 2025 (Saturday)
9am: Leftover coffee with half & half.
12:30pm: Spaghetti with meat sauce and Parmesan, mixed greens with Olive Garden Italian dressing, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and cranberries, garlic bread, two glasses of Merlot, a cup of coffee with half & half, and a slice of lemon merengue pie at Brian’s parents’ house.
6pm: Half of a fried bologna sandwich with ketchup, lettuce, and tomato, a chicken tender, and vanilla soft serve with hot fudge at Lucky’s Grill and Dairy Bar in Boydton, VA.
August 10, 2025 (Sunday)
8am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home.
10am: A pancake with asian pear, Boone maple syrup, and butter, made by Brian.
1pm: Marinated mushrooms and blue cheese stuffed green olives.
3:30pm: Frozen garlic chicken alfredo pizza.
5:30pm: Tofu, green beans, cabbage, onion, and bell peppers in brown sauce over jasmine rice, made at home.
7pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Cookie Cake flavored ice cream.
