Another side-effect of building in public is that you create a body of work. One of the things I enjoy the most of meeting someone who works in the open is that I can binge on their back-catalog to learn more about them. I wrote about this some time ago in my blog: noeldemartin.com/blog/working...

I loved how @peldi.bsky.social came to the group with questions on this one! Great to hear @jay.blog ’s wisdom on building communities. (Got me thinking again about how to implement that in SaaS)

That's such a cool insight! I'm not sure if tech blogging will open any opportunities for me compared to other forms of building in public, but at least I can document my journey and learn from my mistakes

        What is The Panel?

When it comes to bootstrapping and building software, there's rarely one right answer. We want to dive into the nuance. In every episode, veteran founders Justin Jackson and Brian Casel bring together a panel of sharp minds from the indie tech world to tackle thorny topics – from pricing and product strategy to work-life balance. No gurus, no easy answers – just real conversations we'd normally have behind closed doors.
