Featured Recipe: Lentil Mushroom Walnut Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or thyme)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft and slightly browned.
