Pain can feel like a life sentence, but it’s also information and your nervous system can learn a new response. We start by reframing pain as a brain-shaped signal influenced by stress, emotion, memory, and your sense of safety. From there, we guide you into a gentle self-hypnosis state designed to help the body step out of survival mode and into regulation, where muscles can unclench and pain perception can soften.

You’ll follow simple breath awareness, then tune into the feeling of being supported by the surface beneath you. As your attention narrows, we use sensory cues like tingling, warmth, and heaviness to help your nervous system recognize “safe.” Then the imagery opens into a quiet woodland and a familiar healing garden, where you approach a warm thermal pool that welcomes your body, reduces resistance, and makes it easier to let go without pushing.

If you’re exploring guided hypnosis, hypnotherapy tools, nervous system regulation, or self-hypnosis for chronic pain relief, this is a soothing practice to return to again and again. Subscribe for more calming sessions, share this with someone who needs relief, and leave a review with the sensation that shifted most for you.

SPEAKER_00: Before we begin,
it's important to understand

something powerful about your
body.

Pain is not just physical, it is
a signal created by your nervous

system, a message shaped by your
brain, your past experiences,

your emotions, and your current
level of safety.

And the beautiful thing is the
brain can create pain signals.

It can also learn to soften
them.

Self-hypnosis is one of the most
effective ways to communicate

directly with your nervous
system.

It allows you to gently shift
out of survival mode and into a

state of safety, regulation, and
repair.

In this relaxed state, your
brain becomes more receptive to

new patterns, new
interpretations, and new

sensations.

Research has shown that when the
body feels safe, pain perception

can decrease, muscles relax more
easily, and healing processes

improve.

So this is not about forcing
pain to go away.

This is about teaching your body
that it is safe enough to let go

of what it no longer needs to
hold.

Today you are not fixing
yourself, you are allowing your

body to remember how to heal.

Make yourself as comfortable as
possible now, allowing your body

to settle into the position it
has chosen.

There is nothing you need to do,
nowhere you need to go, and no

effort required.

Simply allow yourself to be here
now.

Begin by bringing your attention
to your breathing.

Not changing it, not controlling
it, just noticing it.

Notice the gentle rhythm of each
breath as you breathe air in.

And as it flows back out again.

Calmly breathing in and calmly
breathing out to any unnecessary

effort.

With each breath in, imagine
your drawing in ease and

comfort.

With each breath out, allow your
body to soften just a little bit

more.

If you notice your breathing
becomes naturally slower or

deeper, that is perfectly fine.

If it stays exactly the same,
that is fine too.

Your body knows how to breathe
in the way that is right for

you.

Now begin to notice the support
beneath you.

The surface you are resting on
is holding your weight

completely, allowing your
muscles to let go.

You do not need to hold yourself
up.

You can allow the chair, the
couch, or the bed beneath you to

take over that role for you now.

As you continue to breathe
gently and easily, you may begin

to notice a subtle sensation
developing in your fingertips.

Perhaps a tinkling, a warmth, a
light buzzing, or maybe just a

sense of awareness.

There is no right or wrong way
to experience this.

Simply notice whatever
sensations are present, allowing

them to be exactly as they are.

That sensation may begin to
spread slowly, naturally, into

your hand, your wrists, your
forearms, or it may remain just

in the fingertips.

Either way is fine.

Your body is responding in the
way that it needs to right now.

With each breath out, feel
yourself sinking just a little

deeper into the support beneath
you.

Supported, held, safe.

There is nothing you need to do
right now except allow yourself

to just be in your own time.

Imagine yourself standing at the
edge of a peaceful woodland.

Tall, ancient trees surround
you, their branches gently

moving in the breeze.

You become aware of a narrow
path leading forward, inviting

you to follow it.

As you begin to walk along this
path, you notice how natural it

feels to be here.

The ground beneath your feet
feels steady and supportive.

With every step you take, you
feel yourself drifting deeper

into a sense of calm.

Up ahead, you see the trees
slowly begin to part, opening

into a clearing.

And as you step into this
clearing, a beautiful garden

emerges around you.

This is a place of peace and a
place of healing.

It is a place that feels
strangely familiar, as though it

has always been here waiting for
you.

Ancient trees stand around the
edges of the garden, their roots

deep in the earth, holding
centuries of wisdom.

You can hear birds singing
softly, their calls gentle and

reassuring.

The grass beneath your feet is
soft and warm, cushioning each

step.

The sun shines warmly from
above, bathing the garden in

golden light.

You can feel its gentle warmth
on your skin, soothing and

comforting.

There is a sense of safety here,
of contentment, and of deep

belonging.

The water is crystal clear,
reflecting the sky above.

You see a gentle mist rising
from its surface, and you

instinctively know that the
water is warm, naturally heated

by the ancient rocks beneath the
earth.

This is an old and sacred place.

A place of healing.

A place which is open only to
those who know how to find it.

Superconscious, please begin to
create the perfect treatment

plan in the perfect way,
aligning all parts and aspects

with pain-free living.

As you stand here, you may sense
the ancient wisdom carried in

the rustling leaves, the scent
of earth and stone, the gentle

movement of water, and the
warmth of the sun on your face.

Allow yourself to take a moment
to simply be here, breathing in

the peace of this place and
breathing out anything you no

longer need.

Now, when you are ready, you
gently move towards the pool of

water.

You may choose to sit at the
edge for a moment, allowing

yourself to truly notice every
detail around you.

Notice the gentle steam rising
slowly into the air, curling and

drifting before dissolving.

Smell the mineral-rich aroma of
the thermal rocks.

Feel the warm mist brushing
lightly against your skin.

Feel the warmth radiating from
the water even before you touch

it.

A deep, penetrating warmth that
seems to recognize you.

There is no rush.

This place exists outside of
time.

You can take as long as you
need.

Allow each breath to bring
deeper comfort.

When it feels right, you slowly
and carefully lower yourself

into the pool.

Perhaps you place one foot into
the water first, noticing how

immediately soothing it feels.

Then the other foot, the warmth
spreading upwards, inviting you

further.

As you lower yourself fully into
the pool, the water welcomes you

completely, flowing around you,
embracing you, supporting you

fully.

The water feels wonderfully warm
and comforting.

Like a soft weighted blanket
wrapping around your body.

As it rises to your waist, your
chest and your shoulders, you

notice how light your body can.

As though much of its weight has
gently dissolved.

The water holds you
effortlessly, completely, so

that you can simply float.

Your body is buoyed, free from
resistance, fully supported and

completely safe.

Tiny bubbles begin to swirl
slowly around your body, moving

in gentle currents.

They brush softly against your
skin, creating a subtle,

pleasant massage effect.

Wherever these bubbles touch,
muscles soften.

Whenever these bubbles move,
tension begins to loosen and

drift away.

Notice how each bubble gently
swirls along your arms, your

back, your leg, even fingertips,
dissolving discomfort with a

delicate, circular motion.

As you float here, bring your
awareness inward and notice how

the warmth begins to penetrate
more deeply.

It flows into your muscles, into
your joints, and into your

bones.

The warmth knows exactly where
it is needed most.

It travels instinctively to any
area of discomfort, tightness,

stiffness, or pain.

Feel the heat spreading slowly
and deeply, soaking into every

layer of tissue, bone, and
connective structure.

With each moment it penetrates
further, relaxing you more,

completely relaxing you.

With every gentle breath in,
imagine the warmth becoming

richer, deeper, and more
effective.

With every breath out, allow any
discomfort to soften, loosen,

and gently release.

You do not need to force
anything.

The release happens naturally,
easily, in the right order and

at the right pace.

You may feel your body sighing
quietly, a subtle expression of

relief.

Notice that relief lingering,
expanding, and settling into

every fiber of your being.

If your attention is drawn to a
particular area of pain, simply

notice it with curiosity rather
than resistance.

Imagine the water becoming even
warmer around that area,

wrapping it in comfort.

Picture the warmth soaking in
like sunlight absorbed by stone.

Slowly and steadily easing what
once felt tight or straight.

Feel the sensation moving in
slow, rhythmic wave, loosening

every tiny fiber, allowing the
body to breathe and release.

The bubbles continue their
gentle work, swirling and

moving, carrying away any old
tension, strain, or discomfort.

Anything that no longer serves
you loosens its grip and

dissolves into the water,
becoming neutral, harmless, and

irrelevant.

The water itself seems alive,
understanding and responsive to

your body's need, shifting
gently to cradle and heal.

Now allow yourself to notice
other sensations.

Hear the soft rustle of leaves
from the surrounding tree.

Hear the subtle trickle of water
joining the smell the earthiness

of the rocks.

The faint scent of warm minerals
and rich soil.

Combining to fill you with calm,
comfort, and serenity.

You may begin to notice subtle
changes now.

Sensations may soften.

Sharp edges may blur.

Areas that once demanded
attention may begin to fade into

the background, becoming
quieter, calmer, and less

insistent.

Your nervous system learns
moment by moment how to respond

differently.

Each bubble, each ray of sun,
each subtle current reinforces

this new response.

The water understands your body
completely.

It understands how to support
healing.

It understands how to create
comfort.

You are laid here, safe and
supported, for as long as you

need.

Allow yourself to rest here for
a while longer, floating

effortlessly, breathing calmly,
allowing warmth, buoyancy,

gentle movement, and the soft
sounds of nature to do their

work.

Each moment reinforces ease.

Each breath reinforces comfort.

Each sensation reminds your body
that it knows how to relax.

Each gentle swirl of water, each
tiny bubble, each ray of sun

carries healing and relief.

When you feel ready, you slowly
and carefully make your way out

of the pool.

As you rise, you may notice how
different your body feels now.

Lighter, easier, more at peace.

Notice the freedom of movement,
the soft stretch in your

muscles, the gentle ease of your
joints.

You settle onto the soft grass
beside the pool.

The grass feels warm and
welcoming beneath you,

cushioning and supportive.

Feel it pressing gently into
your back.

Your legs, your arms supporting
you completely.

The sun shines down, drying your
skin quickly and comfortably.

Its warmth spreading through you
in a pleasant, reassuring way.

As you gaze up towards the sky,
you may naturally close your

eyes against the brightness of
the sun.

And with your eyes gently
closed, imagine a bright white

light flowing down from the sun
above.

This light is pure, clean, and
healing.

It carries calm, balance, and
restoration.

Feel it flowing slowly,
descending.

Touching your forehead, your
scalp, each hairful, blowing

deeper and deeper.

The light enters through the top
of your head, spreading slowly

and gently.

It moves through your scalp,
your forehead, and your temples,

smoothing and calming.

It flows down through your neck
and shoulder, releasing any

remaining tension, allowing
these areas to feel free and

supportive.

Every nerve pathway it touches
becomes calmer, clearer, and

more comfortable.

The light continues down your
arm, your elbow, your wrists,

and your hand.

Right to the tips of your
fingers.

Feel it warming, soothing,
clearing, and balancing every

sensation as any remaining
heaviness or tightness gently

dissolves.

Every area of your body that has
known strain now feels lighter,

calmer, and easier.

The light moves into your chest
and back, flowing into your

spine, vertebrae, bivertebra,
bringing alignment, ease, and

support.

It moves through your internal
organ, working quietly and

efficiently, restoring balance
and harmony.

Every inhalation draws the light
deeper.

Every exhalation releases
tension and discomfort.

As the light flows through your
body, it gently clears away

anything that does not serve
you.

Any old pain signals,
unnecessary tension or outdated

patterns of holding and
embracing all dissolve and

release and are replaced with
comfort and calm.

Allow yourself to feel this
clearing happening slowly,

naturally, gently, and
thoroughly.

The light continues now through
your hips, your thighs, your

knees, your calves, your ankles,
and into your feet, grounding

you deeply.

You feel stable, supportive, and
secure.

Every step you might take after
this session carries the sense

of comfort.

Balance and ease.

Your body remembers how comfort
feels.

Your body remembers how ease
feel.

Your body remembers how to
regulate sensation in a calm,

balanced way.

Let these sensations sink
deeply, anchoring within every

cell, every fiber, every
pathway.

The light reinforces new
pathways now.

Pathways of comfort.

Pathways of ease.

Pathways where sensations can
exist without distress, fading

naturally into the background.

Repeat silently to yourself.

I am supported.

I am safe.

I am at ease.

I am supported.

I am safe.

I am at ease.

Let this repetition sink in.

You may imagine this light
continuing its work long after

this moment, quietly supporting
you, reminding your nervous

system how to respond with calm
and balance, reinforcing ease

and relief naturally,
effortlessly, gently.

Here in this sacred garden,
surrounded by ancient trees and

timeless wisdom, you understand
that healing does not need to be

forced.

It unfolds naturally when given
safety, warmth, permission.

You can trust your body to
respond as it needs.

You can trust yourself to feel
comfort, ease, and balance.

You rest here now calm,
comfortable, and supported,

knowing that this place exists
within you and that you can

return here whenever you wish.

The pool, the warmth, the light,
and the healing are always

available to you.

Feel the peace, the restoration,
the calm, and the gentle release

filling you completely now and
always.

When you are ready, you may
begin to notice your breathing

again.

The support beneath you, the
room around you.

And when it feels right, gently
open your eyes.

Feeling refreshed, safe, and at
ease.

Superconscious please ground all
memories we've touched today,

including memories one, two, and
three, and return them to the

matrix of the universe.

That's good.

Your eyes are opening, and you
are now feeling alert and

refreshed and ready to allow
these suggestions to work for

you.

Have a beautiful, beautiful day.
