Facts
Khruangbin – Arirang & White Gloves
- Big weekend of shows up in Seoul or at least a big Saturday.
- As mentioned last night, Khruangbin and Big Thief up in the capital, so we had to show some love for the space Khru that says from they’re from Houston but are obviously from the outer rim somewhere.
- This is part of the encore, and brilliant local knowledge once again. Gotta love the crowd singing along.
Real Pleasure feat Dorota Szata – Was It Love?
- This is the solo project of some guy out of LA.
- The bio reads what is real pleasure? Los Angeles, CA. I don’t know if that’s answering his own question wrong, but there you go. That’s all I got.
Caramel – Chasing a Sound
- This is a long distance project between Lithuanian producer Dominykas Morkunas and South African Stephan Kreussel.
- Really great psychedlic pop here, and I loved one of the quotes below the video saying it feels like my ears are getting a massage. Indeed.
LOMELI – Interrupter
- Interesting artist here, a very budding artist just with some singles to his credit. Has been around since 2018 and is out of LA, but again…that’s all I got.
- Only standalones thus far in the career.
Silver Liz – High at the Gym
- Now, I would venture a guess that being high at the gym would not be recommended behavior from your coaches or teachers, but that’s exactly the situation they’re talking about in this song.
- Pretty hefty tune right here, and the band are a duo out of
S.C.A.B. – Six Songs Into Your Spotify Playlist
- This is a new punk band that just released their debut LP which is self-titled on Friday. Good record I had a chance to listen on Sunday night, and…
- Lead singer Sean Carmago explains about this song…“During the pandemic I did a lot of reflecting on people I have loved in the past. One day I really missed my ex and decided to check out her Spotify page. I rifled through all of her playlists and gauged the time we were dating next to those playlists. The song kind of explains our relationship and how I was always one foot in and one foot out.

Part 2
Winston Surfshirt ft Ramirez - All of the Little Things
Glitter Party - Swimming in Red
Jordana - Hands Over My Head
HONEYMOAN - Shortcuts
JW Francis - Dream House
Absofacto - Dissolve (extended)

Facts
Winston Surfshirt ft Ramirez - All of the Little Things 4.20
- Sydney six-piece band Winston Surfshirt have released their star-studded new album ‘Panna Cotta’ this past week.
- The band gives effort and collaborates with twelve different artists on their 15 track album; and upon listening to it, you can definitely hear the effort and creativity this band can achieve.
- It is said the band is immensely proud of this album and appreciates everyone who is enjoying their sound.

Glitter Party - Swimming in Red 3.26
- Glitter party is the solo project of sam cohen, a 21 year old from toronto, ontario. Sam writes, records all instruments, and mixes at home in his bedroom studio.
- His latest single Swimming In Red is a sweet piece of love and carefree spirit. A definite good one to listen to in this odd fall weather we're having.

Jordana - Hands Over My Hand 3.0
- After releasing three tracks these past few weeks, Jordana has finally released her new six-track EP, ‘I’m Doing Well, Thanks For Asking’. Today's pick is the second track to the EP.
- Since the six track collective dropped, the American bedroom-pop artist has been busy on the road, performing at her own headline dates as well as boasting support slots alongside Wallows, Remi Wolf, and Local Natives.

HONEYMOAN - Shortcuts 2.54
- The Cape Town band HONEYMOAN have returned with a dreamy new alt pop gem 'Shortcuts'.

JW Francis - Dream House 2.58
- New York's 'lofi dream-slacker bedroom pop' artist JW Francis has shared their newest single "Dream House", the title track from future new album Dream House that is set for release on January 27th 2023
- The song is about missing loved ones and valuing other people above anything material. Apparently, our artist was missing their mother as they were stuck alone in quarantine. Francis states they would've done anything to be with her.

Absofacto - Dissolve (extended) 4.34
- Reaching half a decade since the internationally acclaimed song Dissolve has been released, Michigan based artist Absofacto decides to fix and extend the already beautiful track.
- Stretching another minute to the track, Absofacto pays more attention to the melody and seems to just enjoy mixing the set, not at all ruining it.
- All is good with Absofacto, but I just hope the next news we hear from Absofacto is a bit more different.

half•alive - High Up
The Arcs - Heaven is a Place

The Arcs - Heaven is a Place 4.50
- Last month, the Arcs announced their first new album in eight years, Electrophonic Chronic, the follow-up to the Dan Auerbach-led group’s 2015 debut Yours, Dreamily.

Eloise - Vanilla Tobacco 2.48
- British Singer Songwriter Eloise has shared their latest and neatest single, Vanilla Tobacco.
- A song about honestly mellow but desirably sweet daydreams of a lover, this song can really catch you swaying in the middle of the street. Eloise really knows how to convey an emotion of loneliness and love in the most beautiful way.

Q - Today 4.02
- Florida based aspiring photographer and singer-songwriter Q Steven Marsden, also known as Q, has given us their latest single, Today.
- Behind the odd but very cool name, he explains his father named him Q thinking he was destined for something good, so he just wanted to name him something weird.
- A gentle and groovy song expressing raw emotions of hopes for the better, it really makes you feel some kind of way.

SOULBYSEL & Lilith The Moonlan - Hmmmmm (Prod. 1024) 3.06
- A collaboration of South Korean artists all around, SOULBYSEL released their third album this year, SOULBYSEL Compilation 03.
- Giving hip-hop, r&b, indie, and jazz, these artists cover genres all across the board. Produced by 1024, our pick Hmmmmm is the 9th track of the 10track collective. It serves techno and jazz in its most neatest way. I highly suggest you check out the entire album.

Car the Garden - DIAMOND 2.54
- South Korean singer 차정원, now going under the solo project as Car, the Garden, has recently shared their newest EP Diamond.
- With a brief note saying, an unbreakable Diamond doesn't exist, the EP expresses the endless emotions of loneliness, sadness and emptiness.

Quadeca & Sunday Service Choir - fractions of infinity 5.23
- Today, internet star-turned-artist Quadeca returns with a new studio album, I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You; the follow-up to 2021’s From Me To You. The project picks up right where the previous album From Me To You left off but, this time, Quadeca chose to write the songs from the perspective of a ghost.
- Before releasing the album, the artist clarified, “IDMTHY is not a ‘SPOOKY’ album,” he wrote. “Yes, it’s ghost related but not that corny Halloween *shiza*. It’s real and sad and beautiful and supernatural.”

Hyd - Oil+Honey 4.41
- Hyd, also known as Hayden Dunham, has released their solo debut album CLEARING.
- Stepping away from her alter-ego QT, Hyd has shown us their color and sound through this album; fully immersing themselves into love, covering from its blossoming to its wilting.
- The album also seems to offer an intriguing insight on our conscience that is sometimes astute, sometimes biased, and sometimes just remarkably false.

Sam Valdez - Your Party
- Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Sam Valdez has just shared her brand new single Backseat, the third track taken from her new EP, Crush.
- The artist shares, “Songwriting became a way of escaping the dark space in my mind that I was in. Talking about friendship, sexuality, and thinking about life on other planets, creating Crush was a way to escape from typical thoughts and expectations and just fantasize."

Zach Shimpf - Ten Whole Years 3.28
- Cali-based solo artist Zach Shimpf has shared their first track, Ten Whole Years, of their forthcoming 10th album, Lightning, released on January 20th of next year.
- With no other details about their decade release, the artist says in a post, " lots of beeps, beats, boops, and bops. Can't wait to share! It's my fave set of songs I've made yet."

Connie Constance - Red Flag 4.27
- Many reviews say her 2019 debut album ‘English Rose’ was likable but not fully realized to capture her full potential. Going independent during the pandemic, her recent second album ‘Miss Power’, released on the 4th, marks a rebirth, a regaining of personal reigns.
- From the limits of mythical reigns to power embracing energy, Connie Constance has given all her might. So, consider our pick from the album, Red Flag, to be a lesson and a firm advice to everyone in need of a helping hand.
