Thank you for tuning in for another episode of the Estrepreneur podcast. Today we're going to talk about the architecture of multiplication. The architecture of multiplication. For those of you guys who are new here, I just want to say that this is a podcast where, where CEOs or creatives, Kingdom pioneers come not just to learn strategy, but to become the kind of vessel God can multiply. Now, today's episode, and for those of you guys who are not new here, I am so excited that you guys are joining in from all parts of the world. I am so excited to see all the different countries, some of the cities I've never even heard of that are listening. Thank you, thank you. Thank you for taking the time to join us this week.

All right, so I want to say that this, the purpose of this episode is to confront you. It's to challenge you, to clarify you, because we're talking about something most leaders never slow down to understand, and that is multiplication is not a mystery. Okay? Multiplication has a specific type of architecture. And God would not increase what you refuse to align. So if you've been praying for expansion but experiencing plateaus, this episode is what I would call a spiritual blueprint so that you can experience experience of multiplication you've been praying for. Okay? Now, multiplication does not start with strategy. It doesn't even start with money. Okay? Multiplication starts with formation.
Edna Harding [00:02:37]:
And before God multiplies anything through you, he orders what's happening within you. And there are four phases every multiplying leader must go through. There are four non negotiable phases. You have to go through all of this. There's no if, ands or buts. You can't skip a step. It goes in this order. So the first thing is, who are you really? Okay? Not the version shaped by performance, by pressure, by fear or survival, but the version God designed, which is the one who carries authority, clarity, and is obedient.
Edna Harding [00:03:21]:
Okay? Identity answers the question, who is a leader? God building in Me. Okay, who is a leader? God building in me. Okay? Because without identity, growth become chaos. Okay? Now identity must produce alignment. Alignment is such a, like a word that's probably used in the world a lot, but it's basically where your inner world, your decisions, your choices, your stewardship, your. You know, how you spend your day and your lifestyle begins to agree with who God says you are. Okay? So you have to ask yourself, does my behavior match my calling? You know, if God calls you marketplace apostle and kingdom financier, which is what God has spoken over me, it's does my behavior act like that? Okay, alignment is the gap between who you are and how you actually operate. Is this helping someone? I know it's helping me.
Edna Harding [00:04:32]:
Okay, Architecture is the external structure that supports the internal upgrade. That's phase three. So the first one is identity. The second was alignment. The third is architecture. Okay, Architecture again is the external structure that supports the internal upgrade. This is where systems for strategies, boundaries, pricing, hiring, stewardship, planning, messaging, everything creates capacity. Everything you have creates capacity.
Edna Harding [00:05:09]:
Is have you built a structure that God can trust with the increase? Okay, if God poured multiplication into a leader with no architecture, it would collapse. Okay, number four is multiplication. So the first again is identity. Then you got out your actions and your stewardship. Your systems will have to align with your new identity. Then you got to have to create the architecture to support the internal upgrade. The fourth thing is when multiplication happens. Okay, this is, everyone wants a multiplication, but they don't want to focus on the first three.
Edna Harding [00:05:52]:
Okay? Once identity is strengthened, once alignment is established, once architecture is built, multiplication becomes inevitable. It's not forced, it's not hustled, it's not manipulated. It's the natural response of order. Increase shows up when identity is stable, alignment is clean, and structure can sustain weight. Pretty simple. Now why does strategy fail without internal order? Let me tell you this. Leaders typically come to me with some sort of growth strategy problem. But strategy is rarely the issue.
Edna Harding [00:06:34]:
The real issue is internal disorder. Okay? Strategy fails when your identity is shaky, when your stewardship is inconsistent, when your emotions are unregulated, when your boundaries are unclear, when your capacity is entrained, or your vision is cloudy. You don't know where you're going. There's too many stuff. You don't have a clear path, your rhythms aren't sustainable. You can't keep going 100 miles per hour and expecting to see results because it wears you out. Does that make sense? So you cannot build clarity on top of chaos. I don't care what it Looks like you cannot build clarity on top of chaos.
Edna Harding [00:07:19]:
You could try, but you can have a very hard time. You cannot build momentum on top of misalignment. If your actions isn't aligned with what God calls you, you're not going to get momentum, okay? And I'm not going to lie to you saying that you think you will, but you won't. You cannot build a structure based on survival habits. There is absolutely no way. You got to see yourself higher, okay? Stop surviving. Instead, build from a position of God has already finished the work. Okay? Strategy is like pouring water.
Edna Harding [00:07:59]:
If the container is cracked, it leaks. So again, God will not allow increase to flow into a life, a business or a leader who hasn't built the internal order to hold it. Okay? Multiplication is not about how fast you move. It's about how well you're structured. It's not about how fast you move, it's how well you're structured. Which is why my multiplication, as far as the systems, all the different things, it's taking a long time because of the multiplication. He's going to release to me is there was a process involved, there was some time, there's some structures, all these things that had to be built so that I can what, handle the increase? Does that make sense? All right, now there are ways you could sabotage your own expansion. And let me tell you, my friends, it's rarely external, okay? Because a lot of times we hit plateaus and we're thinking it's something on the outside, but they're almost always internal sabotage.
Edna Harding [00:09:18]:
Disguise as wisdom, discernment, you know, Bible, whatever. Like we use all these religious terms and reality is internal sabotage. The number one way to block multiplication is delayed obedience. When nothing slows increase like hesitation. When God tells you to do something, then you don't obey or you fight the way that he tells you to do. Number two, Underpricing. You cannot multiply a business built on fear based valuation. Come on.
Edna Harding [00:09:54]:
You cannot multiply a business built on fear based valuation. Number three, over functioning alone. Isolation kills capacity. Let me say that one more time. Isolation kills capacity. So you cannot do everything yourself. That's why you need a community. If you don't have a community, join my community.
Edna Harding [00:10:22]:
Business unlimited. I promise you, my friends, you're in good hands, okay? Number four. Emotional inconsistency. Unstable leaders cannot steward stable increase. Let me say that one more time. Unstable leaders cannot steward stable increase. Number five. Survival.
Edna Harding [00:10:40]:
Decision making. Fear is the enemy of stewardship. Stop making decisions based off of survival. I know you've heard this before, especially if you've been listening to me for quite some time. Number six, identity that hasn't grown in years. God won't promote you if you refuse to become right. Are you becoming what God wants you to be so that you can handle what God wants to you to get. Wants to give to you.
Edna Harding [00:11:12]:
Right? Number seven, weak boundaries. And this is an area that I am not going to tolerate. You need the increase requires separation, not people pleasing. So if people can disrespect you and dis honor you and do all these things and they think it's okay, then you haven't set enough boundaries. And I need to work on that. Okay? I am not your friend. I am your mentor. Okay? I am not your friend.
Edna Harding [00:11:46]:
I'm your advisor. Okay? I. I don't. And I think this is what's happening and I have to set these boundaries. Number eight, chaotic internal rhythms. This. When I say I'm thinking that's what's happening. This.
Edna Harding [00:12:02]:
This is like one area that the Lord has been showing me is I give. I give access to people too easily. And that's not biblical. And it's because I am. I don't know. I. It's still maybe the people pleasing or. I don't know.
Edna Harding [00:12:19]:
I think that's what it is and that just sharing vulnerable stories. Like I am too nice to people and then I re not that I'm like listening and to myself. Teach this and what God revealed to me. It's making a lot of sense. Okay? Your nervous system has a bigger impact on your revenue than your marketing. Let me say that one more time. Your nervous system has a bigger impact on your revenue than your marketing. Okay? Multiplication is not blocked by the lack of opportunity.
Edna Harding [00:12:53]:
Multiplication is blocked by lack of alignment. All right, now let's activate ourselves to unlock multiplication. Do you guys want to hear some good news? Because I know you're like, this is all bad news. I know. This is all me. Yeah, I know. I hated preparing for this because this just like, like, stabbed me in the heart. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? All right, so let's move from revelation to activation.
Edna Harding [00:13:24]:
How do we do that? Okay, this is what you can do today to unlock multiplication. Number one, you need to strengthen your identity. Ask God, who are you calling me to be in this particular season? Because as a new season arrives, there's going to be a new person that needs to become okay, this is all normal. Write what he says and lead from that. Multiplication starts with identity, clarity. Number two, identify your Misalignment. Where does your behavior contradict your assignment? Where does fear still drive your decisions? Where are you negotiating obedience? And I could see, you know, what's resonating with you. In fact, if there's a specific topic you want to learn about, please let me know. All right, Number three. Number step three is you build real structure. You need systems. You need boundaries. You need stewardship. Rhythms.

You need strategy that reflect where you're going, not where you've been. Increase requires infrastructure. No architecture, no multiplication. Right? Step four. Stop asking God for more while mismanaging what you already have, which is your time, your finances, your relationships, your habits, your energy. God multiplies faithfulness, not chaos. God multiplies faithfulness, not chaos. Number five.
Edna Harding [00:15:21]:
Obey quickly. Small yeses leads to big breakthrough. Big breakthroughs. Multiplication rests on momentum, not overthinking. Let me say that one more time. Small yeses leads to big breakthroughs. Multiplication rests on momentum, not overthinking. So what are you going to do? Obey quickly, Edna.
Edna Harding [00:15:49]:
That's right. Obey quickly. All right, again, as I mentioned today, remember, multiplication is not random. It's not unpredictable. It's not reserved for special leaders. Multiplication is a result of order. Okay? I just, like, literally ripped a band aid off of your arm. Okay? This is the truth.
Edna Harding [00:16:09]:
And this is the truth that's going to set you free. You want multiplication? Get your house in order. Get yourself in order. Get your structures in order. Internally and externally, God increases what he can trust. He multiplies what is aligned. He magnifies what is structured. Okay? And I know you hear all these promises in the Word of God and you decree all these scriptures, but you know, faith without works is dead.
Edna Harding [00:16:36]:
You have to to agree with the Word of God by doing certain actions so that you showed God that you agree with the Word of God. Okay? So I. I'm going to say this nicely but firmly at the Same time. Okay. Lord, help me. Let me just. Let me just tell you. And I hope you just hear me.
Edna Harding [00:17:00]:
Hear my heart. Your next level is not waiting on a new marketing plan, is not waiting on a business plan. It's not waiting on a sales plan, okay? Or training. Your next level is not waiting on an external plan. It's waiting on a new version of you. Come on, Jesus. This is why my programs focus on soul work. Your next level is waiting on a new version of you.
Edna Harding [00:17:33]:
A new mindset, a new decision making process. A new emotional intelligence, management type of system. Right? A new mind. Right? Like a new imagination. Right? There's so many things. Your soul is the most important thing you need to work on for your business. And I don't care if I never get business from you, okay? I rather tell you the truth, because it is the truth, my friends, that will set you free. I don't care what other business coach, consultant or whatever they tell you.
Edna Harding [00:18:07]:
It's not external. Come on, Jesus. It's an internal fix. You fix your soul, you will prosper externally. And this is like a sustainable prosperity. Not the kind where it looks good on the outside, but at night. You're crying, you're lonely, you're depressed, you're anxious, you're scared. You just need more power, more.
Edna Harding [00:18:29]:
More money, you know, More greed, you know? Because nothing in the world that offers you can satisfy that. What? The lack of peace, the lack of joy, the lack of. The lack of wholeness? Only God can provide that, my friend. Okay? And I know it sounds like I'm aggravated, but I kind of am. If you want God to multiply the work of your hands, you have to first multiply your identity, your alignment and your architecture. The question is, are you asking God for multiplication while refusing the alignment that makes it possible? Okay? Because when you get in that order, increase has no choice but to follow. So if it's taking you forever to see the multiplication, and it's. Think of it as good news, that means the multiplication, God wants to release you is so big that he cannot give it to you until you rise up into the man or woman of God he called you to be so that you can handle the abundance that's coming forth from his hand.
Edna Harding [00:19:48]:
Because you trusted him as your potter, as he molded you, as he bended you, as purged you, as he made you the great masterpiece that you are for his glory and for his kingdom's sake.
